She was very responsive to phone calls and had the vehicle we were interested in ready and waiting for us to test drive. She spent a considerable amount of time explaining all of the latest technology features which was extremely helpful to us, since we hadnt purchased a new vehicle in a number of years. BEWARE.Finance manager slips unwanted extended warranty coverage into contract but hides it while going through the IPAD signing process by controlling ipad. Scrolls past the charge.. Does not print contract until leaving then hopes you dont look in envelope. Check to see if this happened to you as well. AVOID DEALERSHIP .Shady.

My husband and I purchased a 2018 red Dodge Caravan from Key Hyundai of Manchester on September 13. On September 23 I received a call from them asking me to send a copy of our certificate of Authority. I was told it was needed to send in our registration papers. This was 10 days after we drove down, from the upstate NY, to purchase the vehicle. When I asked why so long to call for this and to send in our paperwork no one could tell me why but was told not to worry as the temporary was good until 10.13.21.As of today 10.21, we still have not received our registration and new plates. It has been 1 week and we cant drive our new delivery vehicle.Not once has anyone responded to my 3 emails or 3 phone calls concerning this situation.We are very disappointed in their customer service and lack of concern!

Absolutely a ripoff! I went there to lease a Tucson yesterday. Based on their own website it was $269 with $3000 down. The price they gave me was $602 with no down. Are you kidding me? When I complained, they said their website is not updated. I ended up getting a car from another place with a better package for $435. Since when do you pay $600 to lease a $32,000 car? Very dishonest 😡

I have been to this place twice in the last 2 years. Last year I went with a pretty big down payment. Wanted to go home and think about the numbers. Called back and never would get a sales rep to call me back. Now my credit isnt great but the money is. Went two weeks ago and they wanted a bigger down payment or a cosigner. After thinking about it. I didnt want a cosigner. So I called today to speak with Marwin to see if putting a bigger down payment would get me into the car. Mid conversation he starts to talk to one of his employees. I continue to say what I had to say till I got upset. Told him just nevermind. He just said I was talking to my worker . I just hung up. This is the dealer for the ppl? Definitely isnt. Wont ever step foot in this place ever again. I believe the sales reps here are afraid to make any kind of money.

Really disappointed ! !!!!!!! Long Review, PLEASE READ!! I have been looking for a car for weeks. I usually stay away form car dealerships. I saw a car I was very interested in at Key Hyundai of Manchester. I thought they must be legitimate, they say their the dealer for the people. I have been hearing this commercial for years. I made a web inquiry on a 2007 toyota rav 4 . The next day I received a call from Crystal to arrange a test drive. I had to call back to arrange the time. The second person told me you cannot drive the car until its inspected. I was told I could do a walk around. Made an appointment. Did a walk around with one of the sales persons her name was Shelby. We exchanged contact information, she was going to call me as SOON as I could test drive the car. Hopefully Friday, I was told this on Wednesday. Friday came, no call. I called them Friday afternoon, no answer so I left a voice mail asking Shelby if the car was ready yet ? Again, no response. I called late Saturday afternoon for an update on the car. Aylissa answered and said the car was sold yesterday they transferred me back to Shelbys voice mail. I did not leave a message. I called back to speak to the manager. This is not how you run a business or treat customers. It is not good ethics, shows lack of accountability and also lack of reliability. Im a Registered nurse, can you imagine if I treated my clients with those type of standards. When I spoke to the manager he had a million excuses for the omission. Maybe my wallet wasnt fat enough, maybe I looked too poor I do not know, maybe it was red shirt Wednesday and I was not told. Dealer for who ? What people ? Now I will go back to car shopping. Also If you look at the negative reviews they all have the same canned response. NOT TRUST WORTHY, SHADY.

Sales staff amazing . Seth was nothing short of a exceptional salesman . From the second my wife and I stepped onto the property. He went the extra lengths to ensure I was comfortable with my upcoming purchase and allowed me to decide over time what options I wanted and color combinations I needed, even brought in a couple vehicles from other dealers he thought Id want .Needless to say I was totally satisfied with the while purchasing experience .We purchased a few extras after buying the vehicle and the service department was more than helpful . And delivered flawlessly on everything promised . We are a busy couple and getting efficient service is paramount to us . Key is unmatched in customer service from purchase to service .

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience!!!!!! The worst customer service from the service department I have ever seen!!!! HORRENDUS. I purchased a 2022 Santa fe that ended up in the shop 30 days later. No calls back, HORRIBLE communication from the service department. I picked up my vehicle AFTER 2 MONTHS OF NO ANSWERS and brought it to another hyundai dealership, I will never be returning to this one. AWFUL. I have never been so disappointed. Do yourself a favor and choose another dealership!

What started out as a very good experience turned into total disappointment as soon as I drove away. The sunroof on my 2018 Sportage had an issue. I immediately turned around to return the vehicle. I was given a loaner that I will say was very dirty and told someone would call me once service took a look. This was a Friday. On Saturday evening I went by to see where my vehicle might be. We drive around back to see my vehicle in the building and the manager and financial person standing around drinking beer. I received no specific info about my issue but was told it would make more sense for me to bring it to a Kia dealer closer to me. I live in Waterbury. The conversation got a bit ugly and I let them know I would see them at 11 a.m. to pick up my car. I get there and they cant find the key... really!!!! In the mean time I am driving around with a dealer plate, since 9/7 and know one has reached out to me....there are plenty of other dealership in the area...dont visit here

We started buying cars from Key Hyundai in 2017. Our family has bought 4 cars from them. Our experience has been exceptional. Well continue to buy cars there. The service department is outstanding and Key Hyundai as well as Hyundai in general stand behind their products. I had paint peeling from my hood. It was technically not covered by warranty. However, Hyundai and Key took care of it anyway at no charge to me. If you decide to shop at Key, you wont be disappointed.

A bad experienceI went there for a oil change and unfortunately an old man took care of me he wanted me to do all the service that last time they required me. And I told him that the I just want the oil change. And I told him that I already changed my tires and the air conditioner I already did at the huyndai in NY. When I pay the oil changeI always pay 35. And they never ask me for a coupon and now he charged me 47. And he told me d u have the coupon.. I told him you have never asked me for a coupon before. This is the third time that he is acting like that. Two times before I went with my husband and he was rude and wants to charged him more than a hundred for a change oil.I definitely wont back here again.He has to be kindness and polite if he wants to work with customer

A few weeks ago I experienced the most stereotypical car dealership interaction that I could have, which has left me entirely disgusted. I will never advise anyone to go to Key Hyundai in Manchester in search of a vehicle. I test drove a grey Kona and received the offered sale price regarding the vehicle. A week later I returned to bring back my offer that was $295 less then the original sale price. The original grey Kona had sold but there was a similar white Kona available. The sales rep, Joel, reassured me that it was the same car so the numbers would still stand. He ran the numbers into a lower term (still basing all it off the ORIGINAL quote). Everything was in order still. I was pre-approved and brought in my new offer, clearly stating that if they would match my offer and match what my car was previously appraised at another dealership that I would be ready to sign and purchase the car that night. All basing it off the deal on my proposal. He brought my offer back and while we waited for them to review, Joel returned to access my credit to ensure it would match my pre-approved credit. At that time, I was agreeing off my new offer, based off the ORIGINAL quote. After pulling my credit report he returned with a higher price now including a down payment to get to the monthly payments I desired.They completely blindsided me and pulled my credit report under false pretenses. I expressed my concern that they had absolutely no expectation of considering my offer and continued to pull my credit. The reasoning for the price difference going up was that the different color impacted the price of the vehicle, and that the “flex cash” they were given that got my originally offer lower had all been used on different customer. Not only did they pull my credit without complete agreement on the price, the entire time I sat there the “guys behind the desk” giving the numbers were entirely disrespectful and offensive. We sat there for 30 minutes as they criticized my offer and my expectations- WHICH I REPEAT WAS ONLY $295 LESS THEN WHAT MY ORIGINAL GIVEN QUOTE WAS. It was completely uncalled for; it was ill-mannered to be in ear range of the customers condemning them. You knew my offer from the beginning and after my credit was affected by the report, you decide that I am being ridiculous for my expectation of what the sale price should have been. If it was unable to be met, a new offer should have been presented to me BEFORE my credit was pulled. Other sales/ mangers on duty were walking by glaring at me (yes there are window with reflections, so I saw the stares as you walked by with repulsion). They went to appraise my car and without my consent took my off car the lot and aggressively pulled onto the road accelerating excessively. The following day Customer Solutions reached out, and I stated the mistreatment I received and no follow up was provided. The rep reached back out the next day as well with the news of another different colored vehicle that arrived that morning and provided me with a final offer, still not staying true to their original quote. Tired of being put through the ring around I passed on the offer and with continuing any future business with this company.At no time was it explained that the price was different then my original offer. At no time was if explained that the color effected the price. At no time was it expressed that the ORIGINAL offer that we were going off for numbers was no longer on the table. But they had the audacity to pull my credit and move forward? Was this because I am a young woman, being taken advantage of by a male dominated industry? Was this because they assumed I was naïve and would not pay attention when they brought back a higher number after running my credit with no notification or agreement of changing the price? It is appalling the disrespectfulness I endured as a customer there. SO to conclude this, they were manipulative and deceitful and I am overall put off with the whole experience.

Let me first start by saying that the sales person Jeffrey Martin was phenomenal. I was upfront with him with my situation and I could tell he was trying to make things work. But my overall experience was horrible! I was there for 4 hours, after 3 hours they gave me a quote only to find out after I accepted that the price was not correct and it was going to be more expensive. The sales manager never once came to talk to me, but did talk to every other customer in the building while I was there. He kept looking over me and whispering and making faces while talking to my sales person which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. They gave me a $10 target gift card to thank me for my time, which felt more like Get the hell out and let me deal with others.

Seth, the sales manager and the finance manager worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted not once but twice in a week after the first car I purchased was involved in an accident and totaled. I have been going to Key Hyundai for 11 years. Have bought 2 cars from them and have been using them for all my service on 3 cars but after my last oil change I may never go back. The service advisor was rude. My oillife warning was not cleared. All my interior lights were turned off as well as my headlights which I did not know until I got in my car at midnight after work. When I asked if anything else on my car was an issue the reply I got was not yet I expected the print out of the inspection but was not given one. The windshield fluid which used to get filled was not. If the service is going to decline, I see no reason to drive 40 minutes to continue to be loyal to this place.

This is a combination of a review of both the Service Dealer and the Manufacturer. My advice to anyone who is thinking on getting a Hyundai or doing any business with Key Hyundai is simple: DONT. Hyundais are by far one of the crappiest car manufacturers in the US market and Key Hyundai is there to pick your pockets for the manufacturers lack of an ability to put a quality product on the road. I have driven several cars over the last 20 years and I would say without a doubt Hyundais are the worst given my six year experience with them.Lets start with brakes. Key Hyundai supposedly has a reasonable maintenance program. However they require you do get a service every 3750 miles when standard service intervals are usually around 5000 miles. Why? simple, small service interval means more visits to the service center and more dollars. Now with every service they are supposed to do a 21 point inspection, standard with most inspection programs. However after countless visits of Key Hyundai showing my brakes were good (green), one service I go in and suddenly my brakes were critical (red). When I asked them how it went from green to red in one service interval, they flat out admitted on A services they dont even do the 21 point check on many things. Fraud #1.On top of that they also said my brake rotors were bad. How could my brake rotors be bad at 50000 miles when I still had some pad left and never heard any screeching. Suspicious of this, I went to firestone for a second opinion, and they confirmed that it wasnt the rotor surface that was damaged, it was actually corregated medium of the brake rotor that completely rusted out from weathering. When I asked how this has happened when other cars Ive owned never had this issue, they flat out said because hyundai uses cheap quality steel products from Korea. Fraud #2.Hyundai offers an extended bumper to bumper warranty. Sounds great. My cabin light fuse broke and I asked them fix it. They did, however literally the next time I drove the car it broke again. I came to them again and told them to fix it again. Literally the next time I drove it broke again. I live 20 minutes from the dealer so it became not worth the time and gas for them to do something they dont actually know how to fix. Fraud#3A couple of years ago. I noticed that my AC was not working not even a week after getting a service. I asked them why my AC was not working right after getting a service, and the manager who seemed to be a nice guy got very defensive, saying we dont sabotage cars. Nevertheless I took the car in and found that the reason it was not working is because some mice got into my hood and actually chewed out the wires. Again this never happened to me before so I did some research. Turns out as a way to raise profit, Hyundai cut corners by using soy based products in their wiring, which attracts critters. Fraud #4On top of that, Hyundai never wanted to take the time to consider concealing these wires in their design. Since not everyone is fortunate to own a garage, I became a victim. Thinking that maybe this might be covered under the supposedly wonderful bumper to bumper warranty, of course it was not, because using soy based products and animals eating through them are not considered defective. Fraud #5Ive put 70000 miles on my car in 6 years. I am not a heavy driver. I always go to my service appointments when scheduled. And yet everytime I go, they find more things wrong or recommended to be replaced, none of which is covered under a warranty or service program. My wife owns a Nissan and my last cars were a Mazda and Subaru. These cars never cost me anywhere near what it costs to own my Sonata. It is a scam to work with Hyundai from the top down, and I urge anyone who does any business with Hyundai to strongly reconsider. I can only imagine what other stories people have had owning a Hyundai. If you are looking for a car in the Manchester area, I would urge you to go to Mazda of Manchester, Suburban Subaru, or Manchester City Nissan before you step foot at Key Hyundai.

This place is a scam. Do not buy a vehicle from here thinking that the oil changes included, its not at all. They take advantage of you making you think the warranty is to void if you dont have service done. SCAM. I will never bring my car to this location again.

Key Hyundai is 100% committed to helping our customers keep their cars safe and fun to drive for as long as they want to drive them. I call about an issue Ive been having for almost 6/7 months now and no one is able to help me? I feel unsafe driving in a car that overheats for being in idol for NOT EVEN 5 MINUTES. Or overheats if its being driven for longer than 35 minutes. So now Im unable to travel to work without taking a break to let it cool down. Im a busy person, unable to bring my car to the shop every week for an issue that shouldve been fixed the first time by professionals. What is/can be done about this? I dont want to drive a car like this, if that was the case Id go back to Chrysler. I was supposed to upgrade, not stay at the same level. If its a simple fix, then fix it already.

Great customer service is...GREET and COMMUNICATION Be sure the sales rep (knows) explains EXACTLY what paperwork is needed. If mail with current address really means preferably a recurring bank statement...that shows name of bank AND your address...then state such. If bank statement (copied/pasted/emailed) to you isnt sufficient, (but, then mysteriously vanished) then state exactly WHAT you want...(e-statement means nothing to me, as I prefer old-school paper copies). All is straightened out now, since Ive dealt with the new (?finance manager?) from Milford. All other employees were very friendly during my business with Key Hyundai. I cant yet rate service dept/quality of work as I have not dealt with these depts, as I have to listen to voice messages again, to arrange for the paint kit...as there are 2 chips of paint on the hinged area of hood and top of fender.All in all, the experience was good.

4 star for a simple information inquiry that went very pleasant but I do recommend: I walked in to inquire about the all new(at the time of this writing) Hyundai Palisade and was upfront that Im currently in the early stages of cross shopping for a 3-row SUV and Seth Strano was literally mid-lunch when I walked in and he greeted me, showed me a model they had available, answered literally every question I had-even if he had to look into it for the info, he wasnt pushy, didnt try any cheesy hard closing techniques, and I felt respected as a prospecting customer. Im still early in our shopping process but I will with out a doubt reach out to Seth when we move into the next phase. Thanks again Seth! I have not personally dealt with anyone else at this location but so far I highly recommend. I will update if I have further experiences with Key Hyundai of Manchester.

I originally went to the Milford location to test drive the Veloster N but found out once I had arrived that they had sold their last one so ofcourse being as excited as I was to test drive this hot hatch I took the hour trip to the Manchester location. Joel helped me with any questions or concerns I had and had me driving home in my dream hot hatch at a reasonable price. The entire experience was non-intimidating and they were able to finance me at the rate that I had asked for.

The salesman just complained about everything he had to do to complete the sale of a new car. The whole experience could have been so much better. They didnt make me feel like they are a dealer for the people but instead a dealer for their own people. Worst car buying experience I have ever had. If you plan to buy a car here I think you can do better somewhere else.

Just bought a 2019 Santa Fe from this dealer and had an excellent experience. I went to Key Hyundai of Manchester to test drive a new 2019 Santa Fe. Ive had a Santa Fe for 8 years and love it, but the newly redesigned models looked great. Keith Pugliese met me as I walked in. He was easy to talk to and not at all pushy. We test drove the car, and I really liked it. Brought my wife back to ride in it. We both loved it, but I wanted a lighter interior. Keith found one in Salem NH. I said Id be interested in it, and they drove to NH to get it. Keith kept me informed every step of the way. Picking up the car was easy - got it registered and insured right there at the dealership. Keith took a lot of time to explain the cars safety and sound systems, and get me set up with my IPhone and the Blue Link app. Everyone at Key was great. Best car-buying experience I ever had. Love the car, too!

Everytime I call and leave a message no one calls me back, and when I finally do get ahold of someone they transfer me from department to department redirecting me to the person who can answer my question... except I still do not get an answer because they finally tell me to call back at a later time when the appropriate department is there.I am giving 2 stars because I have gotten 2 vehicles from them and my most recent sales associate was very patient.

Went to Key Hyundai to have a recall service performed on my 2014 Santa Fe Sport. Because of the recall, they also performed an oil change for free. Dustin Maynard was my service advisor and he was very professional and friendly. They performed the maintenance in a timely fashion, gave the car a free wash when the maintenance was complete, and then sent me on my way without trying to sell me on any other services. Overall it was a great experience and I will likely be back for all of my maintenance needs.

Sadly.... my 2009 Hyundai Accent couldnt be saved. After cleaning out the sludge build-up, it was found that her lifters were shot. So, now I have a 3-year lease for a 2020 Hyundai Kona. Its only been 3 days and Im quite pleased with her. Jason Jones (Solution Provider) and Jessie (Sales) went above-and-beyond. Comparing a previous experience with one of the solution providers, Jason was like going from night to day. I was informed of everything going on. Jasons care and concern was exceptional. As for Jessie, he was there for all steps of the process of the leasing. And while waiting, Jessie was checking up on me, to see if all was okay. So, this time, my experience was quite good.

Although the service visit was handled well, the main reason I went there wasnt fixed. When stopped on a hill and the break is sharply engaged, the car should neither move forward or slip backwards. But, that is not what happens with my car. Within 2 seconds, the break starts to slip and the car moves backwards. The service mgr said there was nothing he could do about it. Wrong answer !

I had not purchased a new vehicle since 1999 and was a little nervous. From the moment I walked into Key, I felt very comfortable. Don Jones was the salesperson that worked with me. He asked questions about what I would like in a car and truly listed to my answers. He also took the time to answer my questions and I never felt rushed or pressured. After we talked, he said that he would be back with what he thought would be the perfect car for me - and he did pick a winner! It had all of the features which we had discussed (except a moon roof which was later installed). The price and monthly payment was in line with what we had discussed. I purchased the car that same day and am thrilled. The whole process from start to finish was positive. I look forward to being a customer of Key Hyundai for years to come. I would highly recommend this dealership and Don Jones.
