Come on guys you can do better then this. Pic is how we received one of our U boxes. Just how are we to lock it? Easy fix for me, but some pre- inspections of the boxes is warranted before delivery. Also, the boxes are basically a large plywood box and should have had a few additional support screws and wood support here and there as they are rather flimsy. A metal frame would be better. U-boxes were delivered and picked up when arranged. Also transported to the storage destination out of state before scheduled arrival day (great). Most of all our moving issues and annoyances came from U-hauls traffic division. It`s very unorganized, it`s difficult to find the correct person to talk too and they rarely call back when asked.

U haul is pretty awesome to gave us an extension of keeping the moving truck for more hours after we have a nightmare situation to deal with Public storage. Thank you U-haul pretty awesome! so understanding and didn’t even charge us extra for the extension👏🏼 the return was quick and easy in this location. Overall, U-Haul is very convenient, reliable and customer-friendly!

Rented an Auto Transport trailer and picked it up from this location. Process was so simple, staff was super friendly and easy to work with, and I was hooked up to the trailer and on the road within probably 20 minutes. Great location!

I’ve been to a bunch of uhauls on the east coast and in the Portland area and this is hands down the nicest most efficient one I’ve ever been to. Staff is helpful, great equipment selection, and fast service. They are my go to uhaul in town.

SLOPPY. CROOKS. DAMAGED CAR, REFUSING TO PAY. BEWARE. I dropped off my newly purchased, almost new car (25k miles) in immaculate condition for a trailer hitch install with these guys at 830am. Picked up car at 330pm with a very obvious and very new dent on the door. The dent is on the inside edge of the door, and clearly could have only happened by the door swinging into an object when opened. The GM, Dan, alleges he reviewed video footage and could not verify that they caused the damage, so refused to pay for it. Of course, a lack of video footage is not proof of blamelessness. These guys are shady, with bad business practices. Oh and not to mention they screwed up the wiring harness on the install. STAY AWAY.

I just had a really good experience with these guys. They helped me with issues I was having with the initial place where I picked up the truck. They helped me when I needed to keep the truck a few extra days. They helped me with an issue I had moving out.I would definitely recommend this place.

Pulled up to get propane waited in line placed my bottle on the stand to assist the female attendant. I was then told directly that she would not sell me propane because I pulled my bottle out of my trunk. I asked why and was rudely told why. I told her its fine we live 2 miles away. I would remind all at u haul customer service should come first and big attitudes dont bring customer s back. Iurge you to speak to the young lady that was working 4/11/2020 on proper customer service

Wont be renting from any Vancouver dealers anymore after my experience here and at the one located on Fourth Plain. Their employees were all stoned and couldnt explain why they couldnt help me. Upon finally getting in touch with uhaul over the phone they apparently only rent trailers for 24 hours max at this point as a company in washington state or Oregon. The rental agents at either location could have notified me of this rather than sending me first to a different location and then instructing me to call customer service who had me on hold for 30 minutes took all of my information and then notified me of the limitations.

Ive had multiple good experiences with renting vehicles and renting a storage unit. Storage units are in a clean, secure, temperature controlled facility.The day I moved out of my unit and rented a vehicle, they were very busy. All the employees and the manager were working as fast, and efficiently as possible to minimize wait time. I personally witnessed them do me an another customer a favor that neither of us asked for, but were both grateful for. I would recommend using this place for your moving and storage needs.

Poor service - employees are rude and could care less about customers. Equipment is often poorly maintenance (dirty & smells bad). Go elsewhere.

Rented a storage unit for a little over a year and always great customer service. We cleaned out our unit 6 days early so it would have been nice to have our rent prorated but nevertheless we still had good customer service and always had access to our unit.

Phillip was the man who helped us. He was getting nagged and interuppted by several people but oh my did he multi-task well! Always apologized to us when someone interrupted our turn. I rented a truck to move house and the weather turned to snow and ice. I called and had to delay my move and the truck rental. They were understanding and gave me no trouble pushing the reservation out until the weather improved. The service was excellent from all 5 people I talked with. I recommend them because of excellent service and attitude.

Made my reservations over a week before my move specifically at this location because they would be open at 7 am I had to be to work at 8 am, needed a 20 foot atleast. Was contacted the day before my move @430 pm being informed they would not have my truck. The whole point of a reservation is to reserve in advance or so I thought eventually I had to settle for a smaller size(more trips extra miles). Either that or pick up at another location at 10 when they open and miss work. Then I get there about 7 am there are two people already there picking up it took until 830am to pick up. Slowest service ever now Im late for work taking extra trips doing extra loads and paying for the miles.. they have made my moving experience horrible will never use them again ever

Went here to rent a large truck for in town moving & was told that, although the parking lot was full of U-Hauls, none were available unless we were moving out of town. Was told we could rent a truck (not for the day rate fee) if we would return it somewhere in Portland. I dont have time to mess around going to Portland today! Really?!?! The girl said there are too many trucks in Vancouver, and they need to get trucks out of town. Well Im sorry U-Haul, but how is that my problem?? I would not be adding to your inventory, rather using what is already there! So we had to go somewhere else. The nearest U-Haul center with a (small) truck we could rent was on Andresen which is 10 miles from my house. Thanks for nothing U-Haul! The small truck was too small for us to finish what we needed to do today & we had to pay more in mileage!!

I was helped by an employee named David. He was helpful, kind and acknowledged me by saying hi and asking if he could help me as soon as I walked into the store. He offered to help look out for passing cars when I needed to back up my car, because he saw that the boxes were slightly obstructing my view. Thanks for your help David! Youre much appreciated.

U-Haul trucks are trucks. But this location is exceptional. The trucks are newer, well maintained and clean. The staff here are friendly, give you a good checkout on the vehicle (if needed) and can answer your movimg questions. The store is well stocked with needed supplies so you dont have to visit multiple stores picking up boxes, tape, trailer hitches, stretch wrap, etc.

Every time I call (more than 3 times), I have been put on hold for at least 10 minutes and then hung up. This is not how you treat customers. I was also misquoted for a ubox and overcharged $450. Save your time and go somewhere where people actually care.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. We had to drop off a uhaul in Battle Ground at the Lewisville Hwy location. However the owner refused to accept it and screamed obscenities at us. Worst experience ever!! Never go there. Then I called Hazel Dell. They took our truck and gave us exceptional customer service. Thank you so much!

I had a very bad time at u-haul. They gave me a 10:00 am. App then I was told drop off and pick up it took 4/12 hours to put my trailer hitch on. I will not go back agin if thats the way you get treated. I am very disappointed

From start to finish I was impressed with the professionalism and excellent customer service I received. The staff was friendly, efficient and I will only use this location for my moving/hauling needs.

Dropped off the truck right at closing and forgot some cash in the glove box. Amazingly enough it disappeared. I am not surprised by this, but I will go out of my way to use a different moving company from now on.

Ive rented tow dollies & car haulers from this location on many occasions and Ive never had a bad experience. Kyle and his crew do an outstanding job in customer service. Just reserved another car hauler and Im sure my experience will be just as pleasant.

Horrible customer service!! Going to try shorten this LONG story. I was quoted something different that what they were trying to charge me when I went to drop off the truck. Everything was great until then but this is where it started going downhill. They did end up fixing the wrong charge (they record their phone calls thankfully and after I had contacted them again, days after they told me it would be fixed) however, got a super rude email from the General Manager, Matt with no apologies for the mistake and basically blaming me someone quoted me wrong. Seriously couldnt believe a General Manager wouldve wrote an email like that to a paying customer when they were in the wrong! There are countless other reviews talking about the horrible customer service they have encountered at this location! There are plenty other locations in the area, do yourself a favor and go somewhere where they appreciate their paying customers.

Desiree provided superb customer service for both my trailer and UBox rentals. She was friendly and personable and was always striving to help me more. They even fixed the tow hitch wiring and replaced 2 fuses in my van to get me on the road at no extra change. This is the location you want to go to! Uhaul also had the best boxes. Always purchased propane at this uhaul but they are now very expensive and dont offer a price reduction based on quantity. $3.14 per gallon is very high compared to other local suppliers. They are taking advantage or their loyal customers. Bad price bad place.

Complete idiots when it came to giving a quote for a tow hitch. We scheduled an appointment anyway, but they forgot to order the proper hitch. We canceled.

Ever been to a uhaul where when you left your experience was so positive you wanted to start doing backflips? Ya, this is one of those...Exceptional customer service here - best uhaul experience by far ever. They helped set my reservation up, then helped me hook up all the rented equip. All while being extremely friendly and professional. Very strongly recommend using this business, dont go anywhere else.

This place is a Rip off. They dont want you to cut the lock off your self. U- hual policy is that you have call a lock Smith. For two locks its over $110 dollers. But the nightmare is not over the time that it takes to cut off the lock is about 2 hours thats per lock.

I have purchased propane from this place for 4 to 5 yrs. For the last year they seem to change the rules to discourage someone from buying propane. So i will not go there for rental equipment or most of all any propane.

I like it because you can get your moving boxes here you can get your propane for your trailer and you can rent a truck with no hassles

My propane fill on my Sprinter van is in a precarious spot. The gentleman that filled it for me didnt complain and was friendly.

Review for shipping and receiving, dock is tough to get really small and tight at the end of the street.

This UHaul location has always been helpful and accommodating, and I have done business with them for more than a decade. I have rented storage, had two hitches installed, and rented trailers countless times.

The sales guy on the phone was the EPITOME of the Sleazy Sales Guy. He wouldnt answer my questions without trying to close me by asking closing questions.Ive had my last bad experience with U-Haul all over the west coast. Never again.
