This place is GREAT! I payed my money and rented a unit. A week later I cancelled and they refunded my money. They are polite and professional. The boxes they sell are the best quality I’ve ever seen. It’s nice to deal with a business that is honest and upright

Mill plain heated storage has truly been the best place to rent the staff is so friendly I watched the manager Tiffany last week outside scrapping moss off the side walk and swepting the parking lot. You can tell she really cares about her customers and the facility! I have been storing here for 2 years and never saw any of the other managers putting that much care into the facility. I would recommend this place to anyone I see

We met the manager on March 16th. She was very helpful. She showed us the available unit and explained how everything works. Within a short time we had our unit rented and were able to start storing our personal belongings. We have made several trips and every time I notice how clean they keep the place. I am happy with our decision and would recommend them.

My boyfriend and I were very stressed trying to find storage fast we first went to westcoast storage and when we got there they didnt mention on the phone all there fees. We decided to call Mill plain heated storage and it was the best decision we made. Tiffany the manager was able to get us into the perfect space. Everything she said on the phone was true and she was so nice and helpful. we will be telling all our friends how amazing Tiffany and mill plain heated storage is!!

Very well ran facility the lady in the office was so sweet and her smile was beaming! My fiance has been renting there for 4 months and we had to move out because we got our house finally. Thank you and if i ever need storage in the future you will be our first stop.

My fiancé rented a space a couple weeks ago and Tiffany helped us find the right one. The place was clean and nice. the customer service that Tiffany gave was top notch. We actually didnt want to rent a space until June but she explained renting now would give us time to move slowly and not stress out as much.

I usually dont write reviews but I felt the manager at mill plain heated storage really deserves a shout out!! When I went in to pay my wifes bill the manager stood up and introduced her self with a big smile. She didnt just take my money and rush me out she asked how we are liking the facility and if there is anything we needed. You can tell that they care about keeping there customers and not just getting them in like the last facility we stored at. They may be a little more expensive then the last place we stored at but i will gladly pay for the better facility and better customer service.

Rented a space today and had an amazing experience. Tiffany made it easy and quick, i showed up with a full uhaul and she got me set and ready to go in 10 minutes. The place is very new and clean. If i could give more stars i would they know how to do it right!!!!!

I meet the manager from millplain heated storage today. She came into my apartment complex (springbrook) with flyers and water bottles. I was so impressed with her engery and how much she loved her facility. She invited me to come tour the property and have some coffee. I will definitely be recommending this storage to my tenants.

I have been storing with Mill plain heated storage for the last year and had to move out today because I am moving to Arizona and dont need storage anymore. I have to say this has been the best storage I have ever had. I was so sad to turn in my keys, but the Manager made me smile and laugh. The manager even looked up her companys storage in Arizona for me and wrote down some for me to check out. She assured me everyone in the company will treat me like Mill plain has!

Jody was so helpful at getting my storage unit back into my name after some stuff happened. Give them a try, you will be happy.

This place is well run and the staff are always very helpful and nice. I have been storing things in their fine facility for more than a year, and my furniture and other belongings are in great shape thanks to the heating/cooling and the clean premises.
