After three days, seven calls to U-Haul and still no truck, John from Penske came through! He was professional, courteous and followed up after there wasnt a truck available at first. It was clear that he was sincerely trying to help me. How refreshing! Thanks to John at Penske for his great service, very much appreciated!

Rented (2) 26 trucks with car carriers. They couldnt get out of their own way. We were passed by both Ryder and U-Haul trucks with car carries on steep hills. The trucks sucks fuel (diesal) like it was going out of style.If I could have rated a ZERO I would have done so.

Do NOT use them! They will let you drive off in a vehicle thats been towed multiple times. And when that truck breaks down. They are ok with leaving a woman, her 3 year old, and dog on the side of the road for 6 hours while pitch black outside.

Easy return of my truck.

For cross country moving Penske is the way to go
