I had already set up arrangements to procure a storage unit at another place on saturday. I couldnt make it in to do the final paperwork and pay for it until today because i couldnt get the electronic signature pad to allow me to elelectronically sign my name...i called the place and told the woman on the phone i would come in today (sunday) to do so...At this point she really should have told me that their office is closed sundays, but she did not 😔 which caused me a lot of grief with brother who had already rented the u haul we needed for the move and nobody could pay for it another day...so at ten, called this place..they were open, friendly, helpful and calm in the face of an icreasingly stressful situation between me and my brother, who was already enough over my sister and mom help me move my things or else. .we handled it all, with a big help from the staff. I already grade them with an A++, after only less than a day, and their rates are pretty reasonable as well..i recommend them highly for your storage needs ☺ 💯

Courteous, helpful staff that showed me the different storage options, and allowed me to make the final decision on what would work best for my personal needs. This facility is very clean, secure, and well lighted. The units are ground level, and have wide, nicely paved roadways that are very accessible for larger trucks. For your local moves, they also have a fleet of U-Haul trucks on premises that you can move your stuff to and from the storage facilities without a hassle.

Owner/Operator was nice. Standard trailer rental so not much else to go on. I believe they also have boat & RV storage as well as storage units, but I cant speak to that side of their business.

Cascade Park Self Storage has a wonderful, friendly staff. They have been very helpful in providing supplies, a truck and storage unit. I highly recommend them!

The folks running this place should really try to be a little more friendly to first time Uhaul renters. Not too friendly.

Nice well kept place, great security...prices could be better, but are fair for market value

Kind of a pain with a 15 trailer. Uhauls are much easier to get in and out.
