Oh wow what an amazing company. Quick easy sign up. I got a call right away asking if I had any questions. Everyone I have to talked to this far has been super amazing.

Like this place is like super awesome. Youre able to pull into a indoor covered area which is accessed only as head towards your unit putting in your gate code. Automatic lights as you walk to your temperatura controlled room. Climate control is the main reason the other is the secured access.

Daffna was so wonderful -- friendly and efficient. The sign-up was a breeze, she explained absolutely everything there is to know. The place is spotless. We rent all over the country as we travel constantly, so we can truthfully say this facility is A++!!

I work for a moving company and we had left behind a 4 wheel dolly. I had called ahead to see if someone could grab it for us as we swung by and they had already picked it up and held it for us. Great service and storage options! Highly recommend!

Clean facility, pretty easy sign up process. Security seems good. Pricing on a 10x10 was somewhat reasonable for the market but be warned that pricing might be only be for a promotional period. Only suggestion I have is they could provide new renters a map of the lockers which would make finding your unit the first time easier.

Reserving a space was easy and the person working was helpful. The only negatives were mopping floors in the entry area when three different parties were trying to access the building and loose flooring in the elevator. Seems it could have been taped down while waiting for the work order to be filled. Perhaps there are more stringent Covid cleaning procedures but it seems like mopping could be done when the place is less busy so customers aren’t held up and waiting, and who wants to carry boxes over a wet floor?

Extra Space Storage was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. I spoke to several people in the company and all were courteous and professional. I just rented my first-ever storage space and the whole process was hassle-free.

Love the indoor loading for security and rainy weather purposes. The location is very clean and well cared for, and the two women in the office are very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Very happy with my choice in renting a storage unit from Extra Space.

Really nice unit. You can set up online. A bit different than other units, but much nicer. Unpacking is quick and easy with their large bays and elevators.

Staff was professional and friendly! A small computer glitch caused an in person lease sign but I enjoyed meeting the staff. The spaces are clean and well lighted! The several layers of security provided are comforting, and the climate controlled feature at this location is a big plus!!

Terrible Beware. After 2 months the monthly rate was increase by 40% for no reason. We moved out of the unit on the 2nd of the month but they refused to prorate for the month and I had to pay for the full month on 3 units for only 2 days of use.Do not go here. They raise the prices significantly and then refuse to prorate when you move out. I was only there for 3 months and two days. Absolutely horrible and they do nothing to actually help their customers.

My experience with the storage company has been extremely positive so far. Their customer service is absolutely superb, and in terms of actually storing my stuff, I havent noticed anything missing or damaged. Great company, and I really recommend that you give them a chance.

I signed up for storage online (applied) & an hour later was at the storage site, greeted by the staff, given a tour / overview of the facility, and moving my stuff into storage. Easy to get into not to bad pricing

Extremely helpful and not only answered all of my million questions but also addressed concerns I didn’t even know existed ! I have never rented a storage unit before so I really liked feeling like I wasn’t being “sold” on something I didn’t need and I was treated like a human. I would definitely recommend!!!

Margarita and Chelsea went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of the day we moved the bulk of our items into our units. They made sure things were put in place to make it easier for the moving team to quickly unload the truck. it was much appreciated on a stressful moving day.

By far way cheaper than other places, super clean and secure inside units. Multiple locations, and the employee on the phone wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied so they wanted me to come check out the space before purchasing. He was very helpful and friendly! Absolutely would recommend.

I had a great experience with Extra Space. It was easy to set up my rental online, every staff member I met was nice, and there are plenty of different unit sizes, so I had no problem finding the right space. When I need to move again, Ill definitely look for an Extra Space.

Office is not open on Sunday. So if you have a problem accessing you unit you have to wait till Monday.

This place is great! I had an issue getting my belongings in my unit and the representative and manager worked out everything quickly! The place is very clean, I love the way the loading area is setup and the prices are fantastic. I plan on always using them for any of my storage needs. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

The halls smell of new paint, the staff couldn’t tell me how to exit. (I thought the giant garage door would open when I got close enough, which is what the staff person confirmed. Instead I had to get out and push a button.)They need a map of the warren of hallways!

They were very helpful I had reserved a smaller size unit and had to change it when I arrived!!

They use facial recognition to identify you, they will cut off access to your belongings even if you are paid up for not wearing a mask.Update, still have not received any return call from customer service, still do not have access to my belongings. Lesson learned, never deal with a company that is big enough to mistreat and lose customers
