I have rented a spa e at this location for over twenty years. Recently it has changed ownership three times. Ive never had a problem with any of the owners until Life Storage purchased it. They are trying to charge me an extra $200 as a late fee for a small Storage that only cost $100 to start with. I dont recommend this place anymore to anyone.

The staff have always been incredibly friendly and helpful (they looked at my vehicle when it was having issues). Plus theyre proactive at keeping the premises safe and secure. Pricing is competitive. The only downside is the RV parking access, staff needs to manually unlock it so if you need more access to your RV you need to work around their schedule.

I love the new ownership they seem way more professional! Mike (I believe that is his name) always waves hi and he even gave my dog treats! I was thinking about leaving because Cubesmart was awful, but I might stay now due to the amazing customer service!

Sometimes its open. But they close whenever they want. Responses from the company hierarchy, Ill elevate this issue to a supervisor, and someone will call you within 24 hours. Neither happened. I met several other storage customers also lamenting their limited availability to their possessions. All the storage places are bad but Life Storage is the worst. Theres a million ways to pay and be charged but no way to get your stuff even during business hours, no one answers, no one cares. Its a black hole. For some reason google posts this in Vancouver? But its in Buffalo, on Ellicott Street.

Stephanie is amazing, she is so helpful to our organization. Everyone at Life Storage is so nice and easy to work with. Highly recommend them as a vendor.

Had a great experience with Cubesmart in Vancouver, WA. I was in a bind and needed to store my vehicle as soon as possible. Despite it being only 30 minutes from closing, Jeremy helped me reserve a space and get an account set up right away. He was extremely friendly and beyond helpful, and I’d highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of storage space. In addition to being great to work with, I also found this facility to be much more affordable than surrounding storage companies.

Everything about this experience was amazing, due in large part, by the efforts of Jennifer! Very accommodating and pleasurable to work with!Jennifer was thorough in explaining everything to me and was even willing to meet me outside of normal hours to assist with letting me in to park our camper trailer should we have needed to.Top notch Service from Jennifer - the kind of people you want as the face of the company when we, as customers, arrive!KUDOS!!!

Their really well priced for the city. The manager Jennifer is very friendly and understanding. She will go above and beyond to help you. I can not give them the amount of stars that they truly deserve.

I would put a better experience if I hadnt ran into so many problems when I was trying to close my account. First no one was here and then the number left for emergency calls was out of service. Now I am waiting outside for my prorated amount and again no one is here and nothing says when they will be back if at all. Very unprofessional if I say so... because I wasted a trip up from wilsonville to be told nothing after being overcharged for closing my unit. I made an appointment for 1 or 1:30 to pick up my prorate and still am waiting. Been an hour now

Jenn was pretty amazing i have a very hectic schedule and she was very patient and insightful in helping me, i was even late keeping an appointment with her wich wouldve really screwed my week end she stayed late to accommodate me she was awesome.

Horrible place been renting at this storage location 5 plus years the first 6 months this CubeSmart company comes in my storage unit gets burglarized and they never even call me I have to go in and find that out for myself. The manager Jen is a total lier saying they didn’t know the unit was broken into yet there was a police report already made up for this incident. Very sketchy company really feel like an inside job someone had to have a code to get through the gate and they knew exactly which unit to go to.

Okay so I just moved into town and my fiance and I were trying to get a storage place. Im so glad we went with CubeSmart. First impressions were so positive. Jenn and Penny are so nice. I was not expecting so much friendliness from a self storage company. I was also not expecting them to give us little bonus gifts for opening up our unit. The place seemed reasonably priced, easy to get into to in terms of driving up to the outdoor spaces, and the area appearred secure....cameras everywhere. We just opening up our space today so Ill update this review as time goes on, but like I said Im already impressed with management alone. Thank you!!

Jennie is the most amazing gen manager ever. Her co worker Penny is just as amazing. They both have went above and beyond my expectations. I have referred this location to all of my clients. Jenn, the property manager, here is the best! She has such a bright and welcoming personality and is also really funny. Its always a pleasure interacting with her. The facility is really clean and access is easy but seems really secure.

The place is wonderful, easy access and Jenn and Penny are wonderful, very very nice ladies .Good customer service skills, They are willing to help you with their support by providing you their advices on what you don’t know about the city . I do recommend you to have storage there. Also the storages are very very clean . The place is secure and safe .It the storage I recommend.

As vendors it is always nice to have a great customer to work with. Jenn and her supporting staff at the Kauffman Cube Smart have been excellent and acomidating. They are very polite and professional. Recommend this facility if you are looking for storage in the local area.

Bottom-line: Jennifer the manager is a great communicator, thoughtful. and so nice.... I was at this storage unit because I had won a storage auction. I have a second hand business seeking amazing things to re-purpose and appreciate.It was the first time I had ever bid & won on a auction like this. Jennifer, the Manager at this location, was truly awesome. I was able to contact her via text and email (to confirm the auction). When I got there she was soooo nice. The unit I won was a 10x12. We figured there would be a reasonable amount of stuff. A few truck loads. Well Jennifer let us know at the desk that there was a ton of stuff in this unit.Oh my. When she brought us to see the unit we found that it was packed to the brim. What we thought would be a 2-3 hour endeavor became a 3-day job. Jennifer was so friendly and made the project so much fun. She made sure we could access the unit and get our giant truck and trailer through a side gate (since driving through the units was a very tight squeeze). She checked in on us to see how we were doing. It was the first 90 degree day of the year and she even brought us water (we were not prepared). TO make sure we were ok.After spending 3 days for many many hours a day at this location, I would be so comfortable storing items here. Kindest Regards, Jolene
