I got in on a special deal A 10x10 unit for just $80 unfortunately after the two months the price went up to $211 a month. Umfortunately the manager lady was not a friendly person, she had a very as a matter of factdemeanor about her. I found there policy of only being allowed 30 minutes at a time at your storage unit to be straight up ridiculous, if Im paying $211 a month for a storage unit I should be able to spend as much time there as Id like, at Trojan storage that is not the case, youre limited to 30 minutes at a time furthermore the facility was unkempt, dirty and kind of a gross place also beware of the rats. Theres no justifying paying $211! For a place like this, avoid Trojan storage it was a very poor experience I have since switched storage facilities to Shield storage downtown Vancouver a clean facility with no extreme policies and I got a great deal on an 8x10 unit go check them out highly recommend Shield.Trojan gets a 1 out of 5 stars in my opinion avoid this place.

Priced way to high for little access and size of units. Told me not to use their newly remodeled bathroom by the office but the porta potty out by the gate... nice.. also they only give u 30 minutes to access your unit unless u call ahead of time and okay a longer time. Like I pay 170 bucks a month to rent a 10x10 box with a door that I cant use the real bathroom or use my storage unit to store and organize all my stuff.

Best customer service I have received from any storage facility. Trojan storage was making changes and upgrades to their storage units (like changing locks and door types) and the Personnel at this location went out of their way to communicate everything that was going on every step of the way. They were polite and professional, and if I need short-term storage again I would definitely use them.I rarely give out five stars but they get it for customer service alone.

Since new ownership has taken over Ive had continued price increases and Im not happy about it. For this service you want to rent it and not have to think about it. Now I will have to find a new storage place and move all my stuff. Not a good place to do business with. Fairly certain any reviews they have they wrote themselves.

Do not use Trojan storage. I was miss billed an extra 5$ a month at the start of my service time, I said okay and dealt with it. Then I got trapped in the gates for over an hour, went through the service line got not help and didn’t get out until another customer came in. All I got was a “sorry”. Also had to update my credit card and ended up being late on a payment, came in to pay and was charged a 20$ Late fee. Only perk I’ve experienced here was the 3 month summer session price (supposed to be 85 but was charged 90) then it goes back to 180$ a month. I will be finding another storage facility elsewhere, save yourself the headache and do so also.

DO NOT GO HERE...Took over by new owners. That remodeled the outside BUT Did NOT Address or Fix the existing MOLD Problems. Raised the rates on tenants that had been there for years with No Warning! And posted signs saying you can only be there at your storage unit for 30 Minutes! What in the Sam Hell? Then finally after all the drama when we vacated our unit they charged us for a Renters insurance policy that they had filed in my wifes name WITHOUT Her Consent!DO NOT GO HERE, Unless you enjoy being treated rudely and ripped off! Would give a Zero Star rating if possible!!

Uptight, hidden fees.

We have been renting here for the last year and have nothing but good things to say about this place. We had a large space for our business which was affordable and in a perfect location. The management has been very nice and easy to work with - maintenance and Kelly in the office have been great. Our business outgrew the space and we are moving along, but we wanted to say thank you!

Location is convenient but a bit run down.

Used them for around 6 months, started in a small unit and the prices are right. when I needed a larger unit they found one right next to my other unit to make moving easy and the process was painless. The staff was alway nice and helpful.

This is a very nice and well-kept storage center and the prices are reasonable as well. The new manager, Kelli, is so nice and helpful and seems to really care about the customers. Definitely recommend.

I dont know how else to describe my experience with this business other than being completely flabbergasted by their behavior. I arrived at this location to access my familys storage unit and found that the keypad for their front gate wasnt functioning. So I called the number on the posted sign to get assistance. The lady on the phone was unhelpful and unpleasant. She directed me to the RV entrance. I wasnt sure where that was so I asked and was met with a bunch of sarcasm and an odd tone of hostility. She told me something along the lines of If you have a unit here then you should know how to get in. I didnt comment on that but then later on she said something like I dont want to see you try to tailgate someone else that has a code. At that point told her I thought her attitude was unacceptable. Why are we paying this much money for a storage unit if the second time we even access the facility is met with disrespect and sarcasm. I later went into the office to let them know we wanted to end service with their business and to talk to a manager. The manager told me Sir, usually when people drive they pay attention to their surroundings. I couldnt believe that even the manager such an unwarranted and poor behavior. I even hit record on my phone before I went into the office and documented the interaction. Long story short, from the first point of contact and then later the manager, I found their behavior to be incredibly unacceptable and would never recommend this business. What was meant to be a quick trip to grab some stuff out of our unit turned into an incredibly terrible interaction.

Was looking for a good deal close to where I live Google poped up this location I called asked if they had any open units the lady on the phone was really helpful I believe her name was Kelly, she said she had just what I was looking for and asked if I wanted to come down and take a look... Long story short loved my experience, clean units, clean office, and wonderful staff. I plan on renting for some time.

Unfortunately, when I went to see the storage space the woman working there told me she couldnt leave the office. How do you rent a a space without seeing it? Well, the answer for me is, you dont! Also, their website needs to be updated. The website has the wrong price for spaces and they dont have a truck anymore. I rented a unit at another place and got the first month free. The manager where I got the Extra space was super helpful and had no problem leaving the office to show me the space.

I had my belongings here for years, the staff is wonderful. I recommend this place to everyone.

If I could give this place a minus star I would!!! I had my Business storage in(one of the biggest units they have available 12x40 for over 10yrs. Paying $199.-$260 a month rent. Nothing but problems from the start! The onsite managers were either rude, or have attitudes. They had 1 good onsite manager there for about a yr or so...after that... There were no pets allowed but the manager had a large dog that was allowed to run loose in the fenced area that was aggressive and barked at you Every time I was doing inventoy. Also, make sure you dont store any of your buisness inventory that you care about there. Because even if you have the insurance they dont honor it! Even if your unit floods out up to a foot of water in my entire unit along with the whole row of units. Then didnt mention it until 3months or so later. Fought about insurance coverage wouldnt let you speak with the owner and the managers attitude was oh well, dont know what to tell you! Never recouped a dime. Even when the flooding was due to their negligence in keeping the gutters cleaned out and the big drain cleaned out. And they knew it and agreed. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. In 10yrs. I spoke with many of the other tenants and not 1 had any thing good to say about this location or company, either. Tried to raise my rent the next day when i found out that about 60% of my inventory was totally ruined and destroyed by water damage, mold, ant infestation, and mice damage. So if you value your inventory and or possessions I would defitley find somewhere else to store your items.

Least expensive by far for large units.

This company bought the storage center where Ive had stuff stored for several months. I randomly got a letter in the mail in May, with money orders Id sent for payments from February thru April, stating that they couldnt cash them, as they were made out to the previous owner and that Id have to send new payments. I went thru the hassle of canceling the money orders (waiting for the refund, too), and then sent them all the payments AGAIN, along with the next months payment. I also made sure to get something in writing that my rate of $50/month would stay the same through the end of 2016.Well, I just got a letter that now is asking for an extra $5 for all those months and that that payment Id sent went toward those overcharges and that I now OWE them another $20 to be caught up, because now Im apparently late because of this. I call to make a payment over the phone and cant do the automated payment, because I have no code (thanks for the heads up on that National Storage Centers), so I call customer service and try to make one there, but they will only take a payment for the past due amount plus a $3 fee (which jumped to $3.95 in the next sentence), but I cant make the entire payment for July, too, because they can only do the past due amount. But when she runs my card, suddenly the fact that its past due, makes it impossible for them to process the payment. Now I have to wait until tomorrow to call again and hopefully make and entire $75 payment, otherwise theyll cancel my contract and sell my stuff.Long story short, this company is awful, go someplace else.

Had a unit here for about 3 years. Clean start, no water/humidity anywhere, very good drainage. Not 24 hour accessible. Found one dead mouse when I moved out.
