After dealing with a competitor who was attempting to take advantage of me, I decided on my backup plan which was Gary at West coast storage off of 164th.After a white knuckle driving experience pulling a car Carrier with a 26 foot truck. Gary was waiting with open arms, he delivered what I expected. A place to store your belongings, it has been a great experience.

Best storage unit ever. I have been a customer twice, in between moves. It is clean, well-kept and extra secure. We just moved my moms things into storage here until she decides where she wants to finally move. Gary was patient, really worked with us and offered much needed humor during this difficult transition. I cannot recommend this storage unit more highly!

West Coast Self-Storage made this experience very easy with after-hours truck rental and then supplying the rental space. All done with competence and courtesy...not always the norm these days. The facility is well-monitored, uses specific codes for entry, and is heated. Would strongly recommend this site!

Moving sucks. It just does, everyone knows it. However, West Coast Self-Storage made the process of transferring our two bedroom apartment into one of their units as painless as possible. In addition to the nice layout, cleanliness and awesome staff, I have peace of mind knowing my stuff is secure. Highly recommended if youre in need of climate controlled storage space.

I have been using West Cost Self-Storage for over 2 years now. The facility is clean, secure and you feel safe there. The units are maintained at a constant temperature and you are out of the rain. Customers are able to access the units from 6am to 10pm 7-days a week so it is very convenient for our needs. The staff is friendly and courteous as well.

We had a 10x30 storage garage as we were in between homes for about 7 months. It was very clean and secure. Never had a problem with heat, cold, or moisture. John and Grant were very service oriented, and we ended up renting U-Hauls a few different times from them during our recent move. Always has the Uhaul ready on time and filled with fuel. Would highly recommend them for storage or Uhaul rental needs. Thanks for taking care of us!

Horrible experience. Reserved moving dollies with UHaul prior to coming into their facility. When I arrived the woman at the front counter said she showed nothing in her system. I provided my reservation number, which she looked up and said it wasnt assigned to them. I had called uhaul and they confirmed it was their location....as it showed on my reservation. I had reserved 3 dollies, and they only had two available. No big deal, I would make due. She began to ring up the transaction, I asked to just confirm if Uhaul had already charged my card as they took it on the phone. She ended our conversation there saying I would need to call them before she could proceed with the transaction. I said that I had a freight truck coming to my business in 5 minutes, hence the reason I needed the dollies and said to go ahead and charge me and if Uhaul did indeed change me I would call them to sort it out later. She still denied me saying I would have to call Uhaul...even when I once again insisted I would pay.Woman was very unhelpful and unwilling to help...only kept saying I would have to call Uhaul before she would rent me two dollies for $14....even though I insisted I would pay, and that I was needing to meet a freight truck.Very unhelpful, and took a stance of take or leave it with me. Very poor customer service.Told the lady I would be leaving a bad review online, and she didnt even care. Awesome way to represent a business.

Great, secure, new facility. Very nice staff. We needed a storage unit and signed up as soon as we saw the building and met the staff.

Nice facility, but pricey. had the unit two years and it has went up 44% in that short time. Seems like they raise the rent every 12 months like clock work.

Safe and reasonably priced. Sometimes the office is closed even during business hours but staff is usually back within 20 minutes.

Limited access for persons with disabilities. All small units are above ground. Ie elevator access only and there is no where to sit if you cant walk long distances.
