Their online estimator was easy to use and I got a response right away. Throughout the claim they kept in constant contact with texts updating the status of my 4Runner. They facilitated the communication with my insurance company and I felt such peace knowing they were handling everything for me. Took my car there for a scratch repair. Took twice as long. Got it back. Noticed areas they messed up on the re-paint and got dirt on the wet paint. Took it back, had it for another 3 days. Got it back and still not happy with it. This is a brand new vehicle that just had a scratch to fix.The customer service was outstanding and deserves a 5 star. Took my 2017 Limited Ford F-150 here after someone had backed into the rear drivers side door. They were very professional, kind, and informative about the entire process. They work closely with Enterprise so I had a rental there for me when I dropped it off. The work done was great, and I have white Pearl paint which is hard to match. Monika was on top of communication throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend this place.

I was trying to get my PT Cruiser rebuilt after being totaled and they did the diagnostic and told me it was not possible given the lack of availability of certain parts (unfortunate but understandable). They tried everything they could and while I didn’t get the results I wanted, their efforts to make it happen are what impressed me the most. And this car meant the world to me so before letting the company they recommended come and take the car, they cut out certain sections of the car so I could take it. They’re a good, honest company to work with. I appreciate all they did!

Perhaps their technicians are good at what theyre doing, but the person at the front desk or cashier (located on the left when you enter) was rude. She talked just fine with white customers, but she had an attitude towards us. She needs more training on how to treat people well - with any skin color.

Getting in a car accident is never convenient. I had a really busy week ahead of me when I got in an accident I wasnt sure how I was going to swing everything. They explained the auto body repair process, helped me secure a rental car, sent me text message updates and even dropped off my vehicle and picked up the rental car when it was all done. Great service! Came in for a large dent and from the moment I got there they were super helpful. They called the rental car company to pick me up, texted me with updates, cleaned my car inside and out, and I was able to pick it up in just a few days and leave my rental there. Overall great GREAT!!! experience. Awesome staff... friendly, informative and communicative. My repair (door damage) was returned with not a clue it ever existed. Kept me up to date in the short-term they had my vehicle (about 2 days, in-steady of the estimated 7). The vehicle was wash, dried and returned beautifully. Only complaint was interior was covered in dust from the repair.... However this was the end of a Friday, at the end of the day before expected return. They work hard to get the vehicle back to me before expected as a surprise for my wife, which would probably not have been apparent if not the lasts minuets. Im very happy I chose mccollum, thanks.

I had them put aftermarket headlights into my Jeep. In the process, they broke my hood release cable and tried to make me pay for it. I did not appreciate that one bit. However, I did have a chat with the manager and they waived that fee for me. Overall, great attitude from the workers and I appreciate their hard work. I would give this business 3 stars.

I just had repairs completed at McCollums in Vancouver. My car looks great. My experience was outstanding. Although it took longer than expected, it was due to a faulty component, and I would prefer it be done right than on time. The best part is the quality of communication with McCollum. The women staffing the office were so courteous, knowledgeable in their business, and helpful, it was a pleasure to deal with them. They kept me posted by text on progress, as well as on phone. If you have a nice car DO NOT TAKE IT HERE!Terrible service, terrible staff, very glad I test drove it before accepting the vehicle.My Corvette got hit while parked on a street, the rear drivers wheel was sideways so I knew it needed suspension work. I was told my car was good to go so I went and test drove it before accepting the vehicle.I got back from driving it and told them about them my steering wheel was shaking and the rear wheel felt like it was hopping, they looked me dead in the eye and told me I drove it back from the alignment shop, it was fine. Basically calling me a liar.I sent it back with them to get it worked on, they sent it out to another shop who found my car needed a new axel, weird right?After all of that, they (Eli) told me it was good to go, and to pick my car up on Saturday, so I drove in from Portland and THEY WERE CLOSED. They are always closed on Saturdays so who knows why they would say that?I spoke with the manager on Monday and they offered me $100 for gas money what a slap in the face that was. My time is worth much more than $100 and I recommend no one uses this shop.The repairs should of only took a week but took 3 weeks instead because of poor planning and bad workmanship.Trash mechanics and trash customer service.Will never use them again, if you have Geico make sure they take your car anywhere but here.

The McCollum Auto Body Team did a fantastic job at completing the repairs on my SUV following an accident with a deer. Every staff member that interacted with me was extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to complete the repair very quickly and the only limitation was the snail paced insurance adjuster. The work was completed as planned. They had superior communication throughout the entire process. This is the third repair that they have completed for me and I will certainly work with them in the future for collision needs.

We have been awarded Detail for life after lots of body work done around 2010. Called after all these years, and got in the next day for a great free detail. Even lost my guarantee no problem. These guys really take pride in the fact that the work is done correctly and on time.

I just dropped off a car for someone but they were by far one of the coolest places to deal with.

The ladies in the office that answered my call were very helpful. I had gotten into a car accident and they took care of making sure I was informed about what was going on with my vehicle. Also they made sure to informed me of any helpful stuff dealing with my insurance company. Over all I was very happy to speak with them and get help from them. I would definitely recommend them to other people

The Vancouver location was disappointing for several reasons:- It took 3 weeks to get in and still there was a 10-person wait list for loaner vehicles- The team was slow to follow up and not accountable to their commitments- They gave our car back to us without a full detail as promised, leaving mud spots on the seats and trunk- Our car was returned to us with a check engine light on, requiring us to follow up with the dealership- They did not do a full certified dealership check as promised, leaving a lack of confidence in the work and sensor safety- The repairs took 3-4 days longer than originally estimated, costing out of pocket car rental fees- The team ignored email requests and was combative in person to improve the experience to make it right- The entire office was not practicing state mandated COVID safety guidelines for masks and social distancing, putting employees and customers at risk
