Bacon Collision was amazing! When other auto body shops were quoting me 3 weeks out on body work they got me scheduled in the next day for a quote and in the shop the next week. Their repair work was fabulous! Excellent customer service as well. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family!

Excellent front end rebuild on my Prius. Joel was by far the most knowledgeable of any estimators with whom I spoke. He explained how the damage occurred and what he would do to fix it. His estimate was half of the high bid I got and still a few hundred lower than others. Work was done when promised and was done very well. I hope to not have to go back; but I would if I had another accident.

Before coming to bacon collision to get my car fixed, I never had a set body shop I liked to use. Now I do. Bacon collision got me in for the work within a couple days and had the car done before the estimated time and right on the number. Everyone who works there is very professional, respectful and helpful. One of the plastic trim pieces didn’t fit in perfectly so they told me to come back and they made it right. You’ll find a lot of auto body shops are salesman and they also cut corners. Rather then getting straight to the point and being there for you the customer. Businesses like this are very rare nowadays.

My 1966 Porsche needed some body and paint repair. First I called the Columbian newspaper award winning shops for an estimate. They did not want to touch it. Then I read the reviews for Bacon Collision and they all said that they did awesome work. Well the reviews were right. Jim and his crew worked their magic and my car looks brand new. Jim told me the color match was a challenge because the existing paint color faded from top to bottom. No problem, he matched it perfectly. I highly recommend Bacon Collision for any car repair, large or small.

Few mechanical shops or even body shops will touch this type of a repair, as it can be difficult to locate the problem and fix it. My insurance company had suggested a different place which padded their estimate in time and $$$ until theyd total my car and take forever to fix it anyhow.Jims estimate was enough lower that the car was not totalled, and he got it done in a very reasonable time.Additionally, he listens to his customers. If you have an older car and dont need it to be restored just like new, ask Jim to fix the things you want fixed.If I ever get crunched again, Im going back to Bacon.

Took my 2017 e-Golf into Bacon Collision after being referred to by a friend. Just picked it up and couldnt be happier. Had paint damage on the front bumper from someone who pulled in too tight to a parking spot.I showed up and walked out with a quote not 10 minutes later. Brought the car back three days later and picked it up a few after that. All done in a week from estimate. Not several weeks like Ive experienced elsewhere.Paint job was a perfect match and the price was great. I hope nothing else happens to my car but if it does Bacon is where Ill take it.

I will truly recommend Jim Bacon and Bacon Collision to Anybody that asks for a body shop...heck, Ill tell anybody even if they dont ask. 🙂My fiancé was hit by another driver and the accident did quite a bit of front end damage. Our insurance told us to take our vehicle to another body shop, so we did, not knowing the nightmare that would follow. The other shop required a signature to leave the car there and used that as a way to completely tear the car down without telling us anything. The body shop and the insurance decided that the car was a total loss. I started calling around and thats when I found Bacon Collision.From the first time that I spoke with Jim, he wanted to help us. Unfortunately because of the typical insurance bs and first shop holding my car for ransom, it took almost 2 months before we could access the car again. After all that time, Jim remembered us and still wanted to help.We took a broken down vehicle, that was basically missing a whole front (hood, bumper, grill, lights, 1 quarter panel), and he said oh yeah, we can fix that. For 2 months I was making phone calls and being stressed out. Once the car got to Bacon, Jim and his team took care of absolutely everything, and once everything was done, he let us know. He even offered to go out of his way to help us pick the car up. They also cleaned out the inside of the car, which was dusty and dirty after sitting at Abra for almost 2 months.The experience with Bacon was perfect and effortless. Jim saved my car and it looks fantastic! Honestly, I wanted hug him when everything was done. Again, I would absolutely recommend Bacon Collision...And their quote for the job was less than half of those other guys. Thank you so much Mr. Bacon!

Had Jim repair some vandalism on my door through insurance. Jim got me in quickly. The paint blend he did (matching) was perfect. Allstate, on the other hand, was horrible and difficult. They tried to not pay the claim to do the work right. But Jim worked on my behalf to get it done. After Jim did his work, I went next door and had Jacks Detailing work their magic. Looks like a new truck!!
