Had an excellent car-buying experience this week. I had totaled my car and really needed a new one soon, and they had me in and out with a new car within a few hours. Okay. I made my appointment on the website. I go in get my oil changed. At 10am I leave my car to get the break pads changed and a transmission flush. They said they would contact me when it was done. I called and left a message at 545 asking the status. No one answered or returned my call. The website says they close at 8 I go at 730 and it is closed. I work two jobs. And it would be nice to know that you still have my car. Because I dont know what is going on. And it would have been easier to make plans. So I can still work both jobs. Why did it take so long? Why wasnt I contacted? I was sent an email. And the email is suppose to show the status of my car. But it was on step 2of 6 the entirety of the day

The service dept. staff (Curtis) was very personable and professional and kept us informed throughout the servicing. The work was done on time and was thorough. The appt. was booked online and we were given an estimate of $800, unfortunately when we arrived the cost had increased to $1500. This was a scheduled 105,000 with Recall 3. No other issues were discovered and/or repaired outside the scheduled maintenance. I didnt understand why a routine scheduled service had nearly doubled from the initial estimate. Lastly, I will say I will take my Nissan to NO OTHER service center in my region.
I havent had any work done yet on my car. Next week. Ill be able to provide a better answer once that happens. I do feel confident that they will take care of my car very well

AMAZING! Mike Hendrickson, hands down was the reason for such an incredible experience. He was legit sincere in everything he said and did. He was honest, accommodating, and really listened to what I needed. He did not pressure or push me in any way, and explained every detail as we went along. I really appreciated how easy the process was to trade in my old car for a new one at this dealership! BO Shin as very knowledgeable and was focused on finding a car that I would enjoy at a price that I could afford. I did not feel like I was pressured into a sale at all.
Joe and Mike were awesome. They were the only positives to my experience and were very helpful. However, Most other people I had encountered at this dealership either wanted nothing to do with me or blew me off or gave me the run around. As I understood it was an experience where either you meet the demands or better luck next time. Not exactly comforting and knowing that their is no lee way or how can we help you given the circumstances. Some of that has to do with management and company decisions and policies. But the very least and should be EXPECTED is for all staff to be friendly, kind, and eager to help. That was not the case at this dealership of Alan Webb Nissan. With that name on the outside of the dealership, one can assume reputation and customer experience SHOULD matter. I hope this is taken as a learning experience to improve upon. Again, Joe and Mike were fantastic and are assets to this companys location.
Beware Prospective Shoppers:This place seems pretty deceptive. I entered the dealership to look for a truck I had seen on their website that was of course unavailable. I had a specific budget, however they proceeded to talk about financing a more expensive vehicle. The sales manager talked over me for awhile telling me that i had to spend more money. My budget matched exact to the advertised vehicle online.. I looked online again when i got home and the truck was still available. I reported it to them and they said they were aware that this truck was sold yet still on the website.. I would not trust everything you see; seems like a classic bait and switch trick.

Brandi at the service desk was great. I was nit happy that I had to pay for diagnostics to determine that a battery was dead when I just bought the car 3 months ago especially when the service department recomended that it be replaced during their pre-inspection and they opted not to replace it at the time. That is just bad business. To charge $150 to determine the battery is bad is insane.

For the price and level of service, it’s definitely the last place I will try to get service or repairs going forward.You can expect $200 just to look at your vehicle, no access to pick up even though the sales department is open (aka standardized lack of internal communication between departments), and a combination of negative interactions with the service team.Don’t buy here. There’s a reason Nissan sales are down. Run!

Never heard back after we applied for a business loan on a van. I called, texted the sales rep back twice, and emailed her. I guess they didnt have the courtesy of letting me know they couldnt get financing. If they had bothered to listen to me and communicate effectively, they wouldve known that wed pay in cash if financing could not be achieved.
Worst dealership experience of my life. Sales staff were uninformed and rude, tried to sell me a dirty and damaged truck, and felt like they were trying to push me out of my vehicle.
The service was friendly but the appointment was supposed to be 1 hour to 1 hour 15 mins, so I scheduled it on my lunch hour. The car still hadnt been touched after over 45 mins after arriving and checking in.After I inquired and asked to reschedule so I could be back to work, they were able to get the car done and processed quickly. They resolved the service quickly and friendly but if I hadnt asked, I dont think the car would have been done.Why schedule an appointment time of over an hour for a service that took 5 to 10 mins?
Ive never encountered such a degrading experience when searching for a vehicle. The young man that helped us deserves a better work environment. The vehicle at Allen web that I looked at had a blind spot I couldnt deal with. I guess that was the only one they had fitting in the price range I wanted to stay in.15,000 to 18,000The young man took us to see his manager who was a deterant for the company in making a sale that day. I stood there listening to us being told to go to the used car lots who buy the rejects from them. It went on for some time it actually gave me a sleazy feeling looking at him as he talked in a tone of repremanding because of the price range we were trying to stay in. I finally looked at my husband and said lets go. So we left. Attitude is everything with a business you know. He the manager had an attitude towards us maybe because of the blind spot? Or maybe the price range? Both? The dealership does not show the pride of ownership. The vehicle I looked at smelled and was dirty inside. I guess the old saying THE BUSINESS IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THE PEOPLE WHO RUN IT rings true. This is my experience I hope you dont have the same if you go here. Anyway we could go up higher in price and we did at McCord Toyota. This is the 3rd vehicle we bought from them. Great place. 23,000 yep. Attitude is everything.HAVE A NICE DAY!

I called 3 times to set up a warranty service and each time I was sent to their answering service. I left a message with my contact info but never got a return call. I went to their chat and complained and was told they would have them contact me but they never did. Maybe their service work is good but Ill never know but I can say their customer service is awful which is why I am giving them 1 star.
Came in yesterday for my appointment for an oil change at 3:45pm. Josh told me it would be about 45 to an hour for the oil change to be completed. Okay, cool I sit in the waiting area waiting. An hour passes, I look outside and the car has NOT even moved. I ask Josh when my car will be taken back as its already been an hour, and he realizes he didnt even tell the service guys I was there! He still had the key on the desk. They were NOT busy whatsoever. There was so excuse. I am 6 months pregnant with a high risk pregnancy. I wasted an hour out of my day and a hour drive to not get an oil change that was scheduled. Very disappointed with the lack of competence this dealership has. Will not be back.

It took 7 days for you to guess it was my alternator. I have a 2020 rogue with less than 16k miles and I have 2 jobs, I was told you only provide a discount through enterprise. I had no vehicle to use for the 7 days you had mine. The service team is absolutely terrible at returning calls. I had to call and speak with sales to get answers... Was given the excuse of they are busy for why they dont answer their calls or return them. Ill take it to Portland next time.
I took my daughters Nissan Rogue into Alan Webb Nissan for scheduled maintenance. The Service Representative was outstanding, very professional and friendly. He took the time to research prior scheduled maintenance performed to ensure no duplication of maintenance being added. I like this feature Nissan has of being networked to all maintenance centers. I thought the cost for maintenance was fair and it included some discounts I did not expect. i would truly recommend Alan Webb Nissan to anyone looking for repairing their Nissan.

Cory was absolutely wonderful. After my transmission went out in the middle of the night, he walked me through what was needed to get the car to the dealership. Once it was at the dealership, he kept me informed just as promised. The car issue happened a week before I was to relocate across country. Cory worked to make sure the timeline needed was met. Overall I am extremely happy with the service from Alan Webb Nissan service. Unfortunately I will not be buying another Nissan, as the quality of the cars is not reliable.

I went in to the dealership for some general service. Curtis and the rest of the service staff treated my vehicle and me with complete professionalism. Not over selling me on other services but providing me with a comprehensive look at the vehicles needs. It was a very stress free experience.
While we havent bought any vehicle from this dealership yet, we feel as if they deserve a great review regardless. We went in after viewing a facebook offer online for a lease and test drove a vehicle. My wife and I loved the private test drive and no pressure atmosphere.
It was easy to make an appointment and I chose a time that was convenient for me. The agents were courteous and prompt and CDC guidelines for COVID safety were in place. There was a contact tracing form by the front desk.The work ( an ABS recall ) was done in a timely manner and I even got a car wash out of the deal. I am very satisfied.
I really appreciated my expereince especially for my first time new car purchase.Being a single mom to say the least it was a stressful event. All the individuals I worked with were very professional and helpful. They really helped put my mind at ease with all my questions concerns. Wow I really appreciate reading the reviews I just bought a used Nissan and was going to take it to the service department for a checkup but it seems like the reviews say the sales people are great and the service department is terrible so I think Ill be going somewhere else too bad really cuz its close to my neighborhood.
My service adviser was polite and curteous but the other service adviser was unhelpful and rude. While I understand that each service adviser has thier own customers, when picking up my car my adviser had a line, while the other had no one in line. I had a new young puppy with me as I was picking up and she was scared and whining very loudly. I asked the other service adviser if I could get my keys (happy to leave my credit card) so I could just put the puppy in the car. He let out a deep sigh, and appeared annoyed that I had asked. When I noticed his annoyance, I told him nevermind. Then he said well we arent supposed to touch each others keys. I get the rules, etc., however, if truly you arent able to help, use good customer service skills and politely explain, with a smile. To make things worse, I then said I am going to just step outside with my pup until the adviser returns, as I was next in line. I was literally right on the other side of the glass window. I kept looking inside through the glass...only to see a few minutes later, the next person in line being helped. The other adviser said nothing to my adviser about me stepping outside (as I had stepped outside for the curteousy to the other customers). I then went and got back in line and waited again, with a whining and squirley pup. When I got to my adviser, I mentioned my frustration and the other adviser said absolutely nothing, not a Im really sorry, nothing. My husband drives many miles to go to Wilsonville Nissan due to the poor service at Alan Webb. He gets rental cars, points, you name it. I keep trying every so often at Alan Webb in the hopes that things will improve but they continue to disappoint.

I have always approached a car dealership with trepidation, anticipating sales pressure despite my focus only on finding right car for me. Sales rep, Darnell Haynes, was as professional and personable as one could hope for. His knowledge helped me understand the changes to the Leaf, as well as benefits of buying versus leasing a new car. Overall, I had a really good experience buying my first brand new car from Alan Webb. I went in one week ago today to test drive cars and get a value for my trade-in. Due to paving work in the parking lot, my poor internet specialist, Violet, had to ferry me back and forth between the dealer and the storage lot in nearly 90 degree weather, but she did a great job tracking down the keys and letting me ask every possible question about each SUV I was interested in. When I spotted a new silver Kicks with roof racks, I knew that was the car that would fit my lifestyle. We then headed in to talk financials which is my personal least favorite part of buying a car. Violet, Joe (finance), and AC (sales manager) worked with me for over an hour and half to get a good value for my trade-in, get the car I really wanted (even the more advanced SV model when an S was not available), and get my payments to a level that really fit my budget. We didn’t wrap everything up until 9:30pm which was 2.5 hours after they were supposed to close. And I noticed each of them stayed until all the paperwork was done and I had the keys in hand. Also, they’ve already booked my first oil change (complimentary), ran it through a car wash, and had me come back on Thursday to get the car cleaned and topped off with gas since the Service Dept was closed by the time the papers were signed.My only qualms about the whole experience were all post-sale related: 1. The dealer was supposed to notify me on whether the financing went through within 4 days, but I never heard a word on the status, even after leaving a voicemail. I had to call my credit union to get an update and to know whether the car sale was final or not. 2. I got a random generic email on Wednesday telling me that the car I was interested in would be pulled up and they were looking forward to helping me buy a car (this was 3 days after I already bought the car). Not a big deal but still random. 3. When I took the car in on Thursday for the detail, the Service Dept was closing and had no idea I was coming. Not a huge issue as I had time to kill, but for someone with kiddos or on a time constraint, these little things might be a bit upsetting. Overall, I spent about 6 hours at the dealer the past week, but now have this new, shiny 2019 Kicks in my driveway so really no complaints here. Thanks Alan Webb for helping me with my first, brand-new car buying experience! Note: apologies as I never caught the Service man’s name that initially helped me and do not remember the man that got the keys from me for the detail (maybe Brian?), but they were both very helpful on Thursday when everyone was a bit unsure who I was or why I was there :)

Came here twice to have my 2014 nissan pathfinder diagnosed for the same problem. Did the repairs they told me I needed to do to fix my problem. 1st repair was $2000, next was $1000. Neither repair fixed my issue, the 2nd repair was completely unnecessary. Paid a diagnostic fee twice to get bad advice. My car would studder when Id accelerate, I took it to other shops as well who could not diagnose it either until finally, another nissan dealership fixed my problem with a simple fix and only $130.They were nice and tried, but with further research I found this was a known issue in 2015, that was being fixed at the 3 year, 36,000 mile checks. Disappointed I spent a year with this issue and wasted $1000s.
I have called the service department several times over the past few days. Automated system - always goes to voicemail - left three voicemails. I also sent a message from their website.A recent repair did not fix my issue and I cant seem to get a hold of them to try something else.
The service was fine except that when he suggested an added service he said it would be $160.00 but when he went to ring it up it rang up at $200.00. He finally explained that there was technician fee. I totally understand the tech. fee but it would have been nice to know that up front. It felt a little like bait and switch.If the tech. was up front to begin with, I wouldnt have had a problem. Now, I will be very careful about add ons when getting the oil service.

I was told my tire could not be patched, and I have to buy two and it was going to cost me a little more than $400. I went to Les Schwab and my tire was patched for free. I will never go back to Alan Webb Nissan.
Was my 1st time there. Just got 2017 rogue in Nov 2020 . Most money I have ever spent on a car. Showed up 1 hr early for appt for 60,000 service. Guy at sevice desk was effeciant and busy as hell. I show up early and chainging what I wanted done. he still got me in early, Showed me the cost of finishing the things on maint I couldnt afford that day. Got me a free carfax on my vech. got a estimate on upgrades I was thinking of and dealt with 5 other customers. Price is ok not great but competitive.People are great. bugged a bunch of them while waiting. Going back to finish something and do some upgrades there..Then II will know
I was there for a recall repair - it was to take four hours so I prepared myself with things to do. Then Curtis, my service person, told me I was able to get a rental car at no cost since it was a recall. So I did and that made me happy.

Fast efficient drop off for an oil change. Curtis was professional and gave me a quote for new tires that I can consider for later and I went ahead with the serpentine belt replacement suggestion so now I’m good to go and just need to think about getting those tires here pretty soon.

TELEPHONE HARASSMENT! This dealerships Sales Manager, Tim, has contacted me on 5 different occasions. By phone, by text, leaving voicemails for a car that is not mine. I have never been to this dealership in my life!! I spoke to Tim on each occasion, politely asking him to stop. Today I spoke with him and asked him to not contact me again. 3 HOURS LATER I GET ANOTHER CALL!!! What makes it WORSE was the calls came from his personal cell phone!!!!!! TERRIBLE PROFESSIONALISM, borderline harassment. Please learn how to dial a phone number correctly!!!!! LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!

This is one of the shadiest dealerships Ive ever dealt with. They knew what I wanted what my price range was just to tell me theyre not really handing out loans right now. But they could try for something I didnt want. They had already not called me back. I highly recommend taking your buisness to someone who listens and isnt going to run your credit when they already knew they werent going to be able to get you in a car you wanted.

Ginger in parts and service is great. I called her about 1 minute before closing and she was wonderful. She helped us get a part for a client last minute and they were cheaper than anyone we had found online. The entire service department was nice and helpful. Rare to find this in a dealership.
Everything was great, communication was excellent. Very satisfied.

I had Curtis as my Customer Service Rep and he was awesome! He was very professional from start to finish. Kept me up on what was going on and was just a great guy! I will be back for all of my services for sure.
We bought my car here. We added the oil changes for life since my husband works nearby.He’s scheduled the appointments to work with his schedule. This sounded like a great idea.He arrived at about 11:00, he had an 11:15 appointment. They finally took it in at 11:45. At 12:47, still was not done. Nearly 2 hours for a scheduled oil change.When he arrived he was quoted 45-60 minutes. He was the only customer waiting at the time.Had I known that was the kind of customer service we would receive, we would not had added that when we purchased.Very disappointed.But on a positive note, this time they did know how to reset the oil change indicator.They had been able to figure that out before. We had to reset it ourselves when it got home.
Curtis in the service department was solid. Was able to get me in the next day and had the rental company come pick me up. Solid service!!

We even offer proof by ignoring you at the door, brushing off your information requests and we dont even get your information or confirm it.Not sure whats going on at this dealership but Alan Webb is a good company and I already own a Nissan, I know they are good as well. This dealership however? Depending on the day. Maybe.

From the moment my husband and I arrived at the Alan Webb Nissan dealership to speak with someone about test driving a 2019 Rogue we felt welcomed and cared for by Christian Valle, a very friendly and knowledgeable young man! Christian was the main person to help us through the test drive along with the initial papers. There were also two other young men who did their part of helping with preparing the papers as Christian was called away.Jason, the F&I manager was also very personable and helpful in explaining the costs of products associated with our purchase. He was so gracious to us when we returned to speak with him about some questions we had after the sale was finalized.We are so impressed with this dealership that my husband plans to purchase our next vehicle from them!

Purchased a Nissan Rogue with the technology package. It had all the features I was looking for. The sales consultant did a very good job in answering all my many questions. I test drove both the Rogue and Rogue Sport. Price was very reasonable for a 2019 model. The car was not totally ready to be picked up on the date I was told. To compensate the staff offered to detail the car and add another feature that I had initially been very interested in. Again I was very pleased with the extra accommodations due to the delay in pickup.
Even though I didnt purchase from this dealership the welcoming was very comforting and professional as if I had bought through them. Straight forward questions and honesty in return. I will be back!
