I came here to get my car detailed, and the owner was very flexible with my schedule and explained the whole process. I was super pleased with the attention to detail and the effort that was put into my car, and the overall outcome. I will definitely be coming back!

After going back and forth on it for a while, I finally bit the bullet and brought my car in for an interior detailing here a few weeks ago. I dont have the fanciest car out there, but I take pride in and good care of my car. I wanted to wait until I found a place that I trusted would feel the same way. This is that place. Damian did a great job. Looked and felt like a new car when I went to pick it up and it still has that same look and feel weeks later. I love how it turned out and I felt the cost was fair. If I ever want to have the interior done again or get the exterior detailed, I wouldnt bring it anywhere else but here.

I had an appointment at 10 am and nobody was there. The website stated that they are open at 9am on weekdays. The doors were locked, lights off, and the phone number went straight to voicemail (the mailbox was full). I waited 10 minutes past my appointment time and nobody showed up. I then sent an email via the website and have yet to hear back from anyone. Very disappointed.

I had really bad hard water spots for about a year and didnt think to get them removed until it was getting hard to see. I scheduled an appointment and was told it would take about 4 hours to finish. When I picked up my car I couldnt believe how great my car looked, it looked like I just got a new car and I recieved so many compliments on it. We also scheduled my partners car that same day for a later date. My car was double checked a week later to make sure they fine detailed any little spots but I had let him know my apartment complex got hard water spots all over it again (didnt know apartment was the source of them at first and was fixed) and he was able to redo my car on short notice as he didnt realize it was that bad. After the second time my car looks freaking amazing and Im so glad they are friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend and cant wait until we bring in our other car.*One picture is when I woke up to water all over it from sprinklers and then the other is after they got all the hard water spots off*

Took my cousins car into get detailed (it was a disaster). When I picked up the car the aroma of smoke was completely gone, and the interior looked amazing! It literally looked/smelled brand new. Damian was very helpful and accommodating with answering all my questions and concerns. Would highly recommend!

I took my 2008 IS 250 Lexus to Automax for the first time on Oct 7, 2020. I look at the reviews first before making appointments, andDamian had many positive reviews. I keep my car very clean, but when I went to pick it up from his shop, it looked brand new just like it was on the showroom floor. His prices are just as good. I stopped by during business hours on a Saturday no one at the office. I called the number and left a voicemail requesting a quote for a detail job and never received a callback.(Added after business owner reply)... dont you think even simply decent service would include giving a prospective customer a return call when a voicemail requesting service has been left for you? lol I wont delete this,... youve still never called me back; and Im not stupid,... obviously you werent open on Saturday; thats why I left a voicemail.

I took in my 1999 4runner after some pretty ugly scratches from a weekend in the mountains. I really didnt think they would be completely buffed out, but Damien spent extra effort to do the job well. I had the whole truck polished and it honestly looked like it was off the lot in 1999. Price was completely fair. Will return for a yearly polish because it was quality work and I love my truck. Excellent service. My black Mustang now looks better than new. Damian removed the VentureShield pressure sensitive clear vinyl that I installed 2 years ago and was experiencing some bubbling issues. The issues were paint related therefor it was necessary to repaint and clear coat the hood. This was done out of shop and turned out excellent. He then applied 3 coatings of Aero Shield Diamond ceramic paint protection. He also treated the windshield and did an excellent job on the interior. I .highly recommend Automax.

After a rough start Damien did a good job cleaning up my truck and brought to my attention the fact that my paint was most likely still under warranty. As it turns out he was correct and I have submitted a claim.

The only thing better than their work is their prices. Ive had my cars detailed in over 12 states, and they are by far the best I have experienced. The staff is hospitable and their high attention to detail left my car looking better than when I bought it. I have been getting compliments on the car constantly, and asked multiple times if I repainted it because of how clean it looks. I highly recommend them to anyone who want their car to look show room ready all the time.

The exterior of my car looked amazing!!! He even buffed out some scratches on my bumper. However, I was disappointed with the interior. Little details were missed such as my steering wheel (large visible smudge) and the vacuuming was spotty. Also, door frames and inside of my gas cap area were still dirty. I was always so pleased in the past with my details but I think there is new ownership... ? : /Edit: After posting this review, Damien contacted me to make things right and offered an additional refund. I appreciate his good business practice.

Damien did a great job, no complaints here. I could tell he truly had our familys best interest at heart and he didnt try to sell us anything we didnt need. Better price then we would have got else where and he did the job in a timely manner and was easy to contact and communicate with. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Automax performed an interior detail on my very dirty 2005 Dodge Ram. I asked for the hot water treatment which started at $150 (increased from the basic $99). I called and setup an appointment. When I arrived I was informed that my interior was particularly dirty and would run me more like $175. I was a little put off by this (but understanding). The gentleman I spoke with didnt seem to exude confidence that he could complete the job in the time we agreed upon (same day) or for the price we just negotiated. I told him I was comfortable paying the $175 so do what you can with that. I was a little uneasy leaving and even had second thoughts. They did in fact finish same day and when I saw the results, WOW I was impressed. This truck looks brand new inside. They did a fantastic job. I gave four stars because when I dropped the truck off he couldve done a better job assuring me they could handle it and hold up their end of the deal. They seem to be great at what they do, though, so give em a shot!

Damian didnt promise us perfection. He explained everything with reasons why. We picked up the car much cleaner than we expected it to be. Well played sir. Good local businessman.

I bought a car new to me with exterior water stains and tree pitch. I tried to clean myself but couldnt. I was pleasantly surprised to find my car looked brand new. I was very happy with the interior and exterior work.

Had my Impreza done by another company previously and these guys blew them out the water cannot even compare. Running my fingers across my car is like running across butter. Damien does a wonderful job and I would definitely recommend him. The shop was clean and had a warm and welcome greeting when I got there didnt feel like I was pressured and some of the questions I asked for answered very well. Definitely will be back and even going to bring the wifes car in for a full detail very pleased with the work.

I recently had an unfortunate run in with a local car wash that left my vehicle with awful scratches and swirls all over. I mean pretty much every panel had damage.Automax did an amazing job polishing resealing and touching up the paint, the quality and dedication of workmanship is really admirable. As far as local businesses go I would say that this is one of the best folks to work with in the area. No big shot managers selling unnecessary services and junk, they care about quality and service and it really shows.Thanks guys!

Stopped by today, Saturday at 10:30 am. Sign said, Closed. No hours posted on the window/door.Update: Reached him by phone, made an appointment several days out, arrived as scheduled at 9:30 am to drop it off. He estimated it would be ready between 4 and 5 pm and that he would call when it was done. He didnt call, I arrived at 5pm to pick it up. He hadnt even started on it. He didnt apologize; just made excuses about someone not coming in to help him. He said, he could still do it that evening (Friday evening). I needed my truck back. He may be good at detailing vehicles, but very poor at business.

Damian did a great job on my Dodge Dart. My wife had spilled a smoothie all over the passenger seat!!! and the car was a mess. Got it back looking like new inside. Very happy with the work done.

Damien is great. I completel screwed up my car trying to polish and wet sand it and he completely restored it to brand spanking new. I had a light above the cab of my F-150 that I didnt know was leaking. He went above and beyond to clean up the mess and fix the leak. He was very thorough.

Before getting my car detailed at Automax I decided to look at the businesss reviews first and I ended up finding a couple of bad reviews, so I called and spoke to the owner Damian about. He was calm cool and collected over the phone and went into great detail about the customers unhappy experience and he also admitted his shortcomings involving that job. I really admired his honesty and the way he took responsibility for his actions. I also admire anyone who is a small business owner because its not easy running a successful business and managing employees. I took my Kia Spectra in to get the windows tinted and a full car detail. When I dropped the car off the interior was moldy in places and smelled of cigarette smoke from the previous owner. Damian worked with me a reasonable price and had my car done in a timely manner.I was beyond impressed! The car was cleaner than I thought it could ever get and it no longer smelt like cigarettes. Damian and his employees are great at their jobs and really have an eye for detail!Im glad I took the chance to call the owner and question him about the previous bad review instead of writing him off and finding another place to the work. What Id like to say is that even bad reviews make for good publicity. Damian has also taken measures as far as I can see to make sure that the previous mistakes that were made before dont happen again! I had some scratches on my hood from a pretty wild night.. when I dropped off my car I was nervous that they wouldn’t come out. When I picked it up it’s almost like they were never there! I am so happy and will be using this company again! They did a beautiful job!

Met with one of the staff and clearly explained that I wanted a full detail, windows tinted, water spots removed from the glass and a dent removed from the passenger door (paintless dent removal). I recently purchased the truck so it was pretty clean, there were a few small stains on the seat, however I wanted these items taken care of. I was assured all would be done (I wasnt concerned about cost). After leaving it for several days I go pick it up... stains were still on the seats, headliner was dirty, water spots still on the glass, door jambs were dirty and the dent wa still in the door. I was told that the dent couldnt be removed (didnt even attempt), they dont clean headliners and that he had no idea about the seats and glass. I asked if he saw the sheet that his salesman filled out? His response was no. He did clean the seats, headliner and windshield while I waited. The window tint was really nice, but overall experience was a fail.

I called and made an appt for 2 days after, which suited my schedule perfectly, as the other detail service I called only had openings 3 weeks out! I showed up to check in, got my quote and pick-up time arranged and AutoMax kindly toile me back to my house free of charge. They accommodated my crazy schedule for a late pick up of my car and when I arrived & inspected my vehicle, it was clean and refreshed as I had hoped. The crew treated me well and the detail service was complete. I thank them again and will return to use them again!
