Im embarrassed to say this is the first time Ive taken a moment to leave a review. This is a top notch, locally owned and operated business. Clark County is a small place. Everyone knows everyone! Marley and his family has been a part of this community his entire life. His business professionalism and integrity is truly a shining example for other businesses that depend on repeat business. Every time Five Star Auto body has fixed my car, they have managed to fix other dings and scrapes that werent part of the original insurance settlement. Five Star Auto body has provided free loaner vehicles while theyve been fixing mine and the repair job is always flawless and exactly as quoted. I cant recommend this business highly enough.

Met with the owner who did my quote. He was masked and professional. The process was really fast. He also gave options in fixing it with and with out using insurance. Im loving the fact that I was given options.I later spoke to my insurance agent about this company. I live right next door to this Auto Body shop so I thought I would stop by before going to get a quote in Portland. Best decision! These guys will not try to scam you out of your money. My car had a simple light scratch on the surface and they were willing to help and buffed it out for me plain and simple. If I have an accident I will be visiting again.

I called them after my accident and they were super nice and comforting through the whole process. It took a while to get my car towed to them, and they were really patient. Once they had my car, it was pretty quick getting it back. They fixed the front of my car and repainted a lot. They even offered to loan me a car while I was stuck without a rental, which was just above and beyond. They cleaned my car too which was no small task! They also helped me with any questions I had after and went above and beyond again by helping me with an issue that popped up that ended up not being related to the accident. Theyre just generally good guys who like to get the job done right. Id definitely use them again, but hope I wont need to.

Very happy with their work! I came in to repair a deep dent on my car door and they delivered beyond expectations. The quality of their paint job looks even better than OEM - having a pearl white car is one of the most difficult colors to paint match, especially being three stage paint, and they did an excellent job blending everything in. This job was actually done a few years ago and to this day, the paint has still held up perfectly. I highly recommend Five Star Auto Body for anyone looking quality auto body work. Absolutely blown away. Went in to get second estimate for paint repair to 1 month old vehicle that was hit by debris that came off car carrier on freeway. First estimate from another shop was $2200. Called Five Star on recommendation from a friend. Marley said come right in. He looked at damage and said the car did not need to be painted. He had me pull in shop, spent 20 minutes buffing marks out of fender and windshield, polished it and said no charge.Tell me when was the last time a business did that?Car looks good as new, no insurance claim, no deductible and no marks against my insurance claims record. Kind of restores your faith in humans. Would absolutely refer family and friends to them. Thanks for the great service!

I was pleasantly surprised.Not only was my prior fair bid beaten, but they sat with me and helped me call around to try to find a part when both places said they would have trouble sourcing it.After deciding against repair of any kind, they walked me to a back room and mixed a small cup full of paint for me to touch up the dent with... Dear Marley & 5 Star Auto Body,Our daughter was in a pinch with a broken side mirror, and 5 Star came through in that pinch!!After another auto business (one weve been loyal to for over 10 years) gave us the run around with delays, lies, & incompetence, we did a Google search on the best auto body repair shop in Vancouver. We noticed 5 Star Auto Body came up several times, so we took a leap of faith. We were thrilled with that leap! They invited us into their shop immediately to make sure the match for the mirror was exact. When Marley realized that he had a parts car that would match perfectly, he dropped everything to fix the mirror on the spot! He could have pushed us out time-wise for a while or pushed us out literally as a small money-maker. But Marley didnt! Amazing body shop! I have a 2016 WRX that got in a hit and run two days before Christmas. Five Star made it all right! I’m a very particular person and was very concerned with how my car would look after the job was finished. It needed a new quarter panel, bumper, and then paint match. I honestly believe it looks better than before! I can’t believe how perfectly the paint was matched (crystal white pearl) and how seamless the quarter panel replacement was. I would strongly recommend this shop to anyone in need of body work! It’s hard to find quality, trustworthy, companies these days. Especially ones dealing with vehicles. Our 2011 black Tahoe at several parking lot dents on two doors. They were dime to quarter size and stood out visually on a black vehicle. Got three repair bids. But Marley at Five Star gave me two bids. One for Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) and another for full on repair and paint of the door. Marley suggested we try PDR first and see how it turned out. His shop had years of experience for both types of repairs. The PDR worked out fantastic. Cant tell where the dents were. It only took 4 hours and I felt good that the repairs were done in a shop environment.Thanks to Five Star and Marley this process saved me lots of money. They are an experienced, fast, clean and organized shop. Id definitely go back to Five Star for any future repairs. Awesome facility.

Five Star Auto is the nicest auto body shop experience Ive ever had! I was greeted in the parking lot at my car. Marley examined my car, determined my needs and provided an immediate quote. I drove down from Olympia because prices are often more competitive here than there. I needed some work done and was pleased to find this place. They ordered a part around noon and I waited until the next day for installation. The part seemed to have arrived late, as I called before my appointment time and it had not been received. A call to me would have been nice, and it wasnt ideal that the part arrived later than predicted. But the customer service was so excellent other than that, I have to give five stars. I will certainly return if/when I need more work done... I appreciated their honesty and flexibility. Price was more than adequate for the work done, so I am grateful.

We took our car here for a new bumper. Even though five star did not use our insurance they were great to work with. They gave us a very accurate estimate and got the car done within just a couple days! They also have two paint machines that can match any paint color from any brand. There is a bit of a wait to get cars fixed but it’s worth the wait to get the job done right. I also took my other car in for a leaking sunroof and they showed me that there was just a blockage in the drain from the track. Didn’t charge me anything. Great workforce. Highly recommend!

Where to start. Well how about day one, I walk in to the shop and am immediately greeted by Marley. We went outside to see what needed to get done and Marley assured me that they use oem parts and made me very comfortable by explaining all the details that needs to be done. We went back inside I received the new quote which was more than what my app quoted. I am so glad it was I knew he would make my truck look as good as new. We set a date to start the project which was about a week out. The process was so easy I just showed up on the date we scheduled, Marley made sure I had transportation as this job was set to take 4 days. I was called with updates as well as when it was finished, which was the day it was quoted to finish. Perfect I show up and before getting to the payment/business side we go straight to see the truck, and WOW I can’t believe how nice it came out above and beyond my expectations. I was explained every line on the work order and with how good it turned out I didn’t even need to know. I haven’t had this quality of work or service anywhere I have gone in a very long time there is not enough praise available for Marley and the Five Star team! Thank you so much AMAZING WORK!!! I went in to get an estimate but it came out higher than I was hoping. But they came up with some creative alternatives for me that met my budget needs, and they took care of everything during my visit (all within an hour). That was my first time using 5 Star Auto Body but Ill definitely be using them again when the time comes!

This place is wonderful. I took my car there to get my headlights replaced and get fog lights installed. They did a great job installing both, but I was much more impressed when I was able to call a few months later and go in and have the headlights adjusted and the bulbs replaced quickly and efficiently. They explained everything and were not only helpful but super friendly. I would definitely recommend Five Star to anyone looking for a place willing to make the customer very happy.

Yes they are in fact 5 star. Walked us through the insurance process. I highly recommend that you consider this shop. Also, never use one recommended by your insurance company those shops have the lowest ratings for a reason.Our 2015 Silverado was as good as new, inside and out, after they were done. They will take some time to get the work done, reasonably, so have a little patience.

Working with Five Star has truly raised my expectations for what a work environment should be. As a customer I have brought in my own car multiple times and have been through the process myself. What I didnt know is how much heart and effort everyone in the office and the shop puts into each individual job to ensure that the customer leaves happy and relieved. I love to wake up in the morning and know that I am happy to go to work and be able to help anyone who walks through the door. Five Star Auto Body is the best in Vancouver! It took them a week and a half to fix my 97 Honda Accord after a small accident and they were wonderful to work with. My car looks better than it was before and I cant thank them enough! Go here if you ever need auto body damage fixed or small things fixed that are coming apart on your car. Phil and the repair crew couldnt have been more helpful. After doing a great job repairing the collision damage, my car required reprogramming electronics from the dealer. Even though we would be out of state, they were very helpful facilitating work and insurance coverage to complete the job. They are definitely an efficient, honest, and caring business.

These guys are the best, I came in with my smashed rear end on my WRX and these guys were so helpful and kind. I even came in one day to see some repairs being worked on and they gave me pizza! They also suggested not doing some repairs and saved me a boat load of money. I would absolutely recommend them.

They gave us a loaner car at no cost while our truck was in the shop and they were able to finish all the work quickly and in time for us to go camping on the weekend! When we went to pick the truck up, they had done an even more thorough job than what we expected. I always thought that a body shop is a body shop but that is not the case. I will definitely be getting all my future auto body work done here :)
