Absolutely amazing work by the guys at Fix Auto. Andrey was my estimator and was really pleasant to work with. I dropped my car off Monday and got a call Friday morning that it was ready for pickup. Quick and great work. Everything looks factory and new. Upon pickup of my model 3, they had completely detailed my vehicle inside and out. The outside was clean and shiny and the inside was vacuumed and everything just looked brand new. Highly, highly recommended these guys if your Tesla needs anything done. Professional shop.

These guys really know how to do business with people. I got my truck back in the time they said it would be done and it was done really nicely. And the final price was the price they quoted me. One body shop acted like this truck wasnt good enough to be done by them and another place quoted a price that was sky-high. Id recommend this place to anyone. Its getting harder and harder to find a place that uses old school business practices.

Bringing a Tesla in for body work, I feared the worst. There are certainly plenty of horror stories online of months-long repairs. However, I cant recommend Fix Auto enough! My car was ready within two days (earlier than advertised) and came back looking like it just rolled off the factory floor. Frankly, given the free interior detail I received, I almost hope I get into another fender bender! Ill be back for sure.

My car somehow came out of Fit Auto looking better than before, the blending of paint was so perfectly done that I seriously cannot tell a difference!! Tesla front end minor collision repair ~$3,000. They did a great job. Took 3 weeks due to waiting on parts from Tesla. Paint and fit matched perfectly. Car was clean and charged. I have no reservations recommending them and would use them in the future.

Dropped my Tesla off on a Friday and they had it fixed by Tuesday. Super easy process and the customer service was great. Kept in communication with me throughout the whole process and made it pleasant.

Had somebody back into my pickup so I took it to fix auto Vancouver. Involved painting the tailgate and driver side rear fender, replacing taillight and half of the bumper. My truck is a Perl white, color match was off slightly. They painted the rubber seal around the fuel filler port. Took it back and they fixed that. Later I had trouble with my backup camera being intermittent seems to work after I crawl underneath and wiggle it but not dependable.The Ford oval on the tailgate rattles. I had one of those light bars that works with the turn signal and brake lights and that stopped working shortly after. Nice employees job was done when promised but I would not go back.

I never had to leave a voicemail and wait for them to get back to me, they sent me updates through text message, and they even set up my rental car! They had my car done and ready to pick up in a very timely manner as well. I love that everything was hassle free! My vehicle looks like nothing happened! They we’re very unprofessional under qualified for the position and they should be retubing bicycles tires instead of working on cars. I just picked mine up after being in a wreck and I am so angry with them I can’t even see straight they couldn’t match the paint they couldn’t see the dents they Really should be taking a high school autobody shop and then learning from the students. I am calling Geico to complain about this in the morning as I’ve already tried and if that wasn’t hard enough they wouldn’t leave enough room to leave a message so I couldn’t even get a message to go through

My sons 2019 Honda Fit had been rear ended on the freeway with damage to the bumper and rear hatchback door. I chose Moda based on their ability to start work immediately as well as the positive reviews they had on Google. (The other local shop I got an estimate from had a two week backlog before they could start). Although the insurance paid for the repair, I will note that their estimate was in line with the other local shop and significantly less than with the collision center owned by a large auto dealer.The Moda office and shop are clean and neat. The staff was friendly and took the time to show me hidden damage under the bumper and explain all the repairs that were needed. They assured me that they only used OEM replacement parts.The work was completed in 5 business days which was less than what they originally estimated. Along the way I received text messages updating me on their progress. The car looked as good as new when I picked it up and it was cleaner than when I dropped it off. The entire car was spotless and even the tires had been shined up. Mechanically the car performed exactly as it was supposed to.As an aside, I took the car to CarMax to get an appraisal to file a Diminished Value claim with the insurer. The appraiser at CarMax could tell the vehicle had been repaired based on measurements of paint thickness on the replaced hatchback (slightly thicker than the paint on the rest of the car) and clamp marks on the pinch welds on the underbody but they commented on the nice job Moda had done.Overall I was very pleased with the work Moda did for me. I would use them again if I need collision repair work.

Used with Geico Xpress. Easy to work with. Got me in right away. Kept me up to date throughout and gave me immediate notice on a delay (X-Mas shipping delay on the parts, not the mechanic.). Super easy and quick given the holidays. Thanks to Ethan.

Pleasant to speak with, kept us updated on the cat status. Gave an accurate completion timeline and did a terrific job. The color match was perfect for our graphite tesla. I cannot say enough good things. 10/10 will use again but hope to not have to.

Theyd an out standing job.

Fix Auto kept me in the loop every step of the way. A lot of repair shops tend to leave you hanging, wondering what’s going on, but their communication was incredible! They were quick with their turn around and my car looks brand new. I definitely recommend!

They did right by me. There was good communication from the word go. They restored my Tesla to like-new including a couple scrapes I hadnt seen. And they did it almost a week faster than the insurance company estimated.

Great workUpdated: we have now had 3 accidents in 2020 and they have been nothing but the best. When our first insurance company was not doing their job Chris kept on them and got the jobs done. They did their best to do a fast but good job since we were paying for our rentals out of pocket. I havent met such an honest auto repair company EVER. They arent out to make a buck even right now when times are hard and everyone is trying to make their money. Fix Auto North has had us the customers in mind the whole time. With the last accident we had switched insurance companies and they are still keeping up with both companies (since the first one has been slow on approving little things still needed there is now a cross between jobs). They have their hands full but I am impressed with how well they do their jobs!!! With this latest accident 2020 has thrown at us Ethan and Andre have been doing great and I would recommend Fix Auto North no matter what kind of accident or auto repair needs you have if you want it done right and done honestly!!

I had some minor body work done on my Tesla model 3. My first complaint is that the 12 volt battery was dying when I picked up the car and I had to replace under warranty. My car only had 7k miles on it! They most likely disconnected the main battery per Tesla service and this ended up killing the 12 volt battery. Tesla also showed me a picture of my battery. They did not secure it in place and it was flopping around without the brace that holds it.Communication was also dismal. They started giving me progress reports by text but then I did not hear from them until I called and I was told they would reach out to me but they never did until I called. Wouldnt recommend at all. Take your beloved Tesla elsewhere.

I have a 2006 BMW and I hit a curb HARD. I had it towed to Moda with the expectations that I was going to have to pay a lot to fix it. I mean i had to fix it, they new that, and I needed it done fast.When I met Andre it was a very pleasant, and accommodating experience. He look at the car right away and I had a very reasonable Quote. I agreed to have the work done but still thinking other thing would come up and so would the price.Knowing that I was needing my vehicle fast they had all the parts there the next day and fixed the day after. I was very happy with the whole experience and outcome. DEFINITELY TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE. Highly recommend!!!Thank you to the whole staff!!!

Absolutely astounding work. Got it done quickly and 100% pain free for me....I did not deal with my insurance once about them. DO NOT go to your insurances recommended repair shop! In the State of WA your insurance HAS to pay for the shop of your choice and Moda should be that shop. They went above and beyond on our van and it was completed in a timely fashion. There is a reason why they continue to get 5 star reviews!

Chris from Fix It was amazing with his customer service. He told me it would be a week and a half for them to fix my car. He was done a day earlier and my car was nicely detailed when I picked it up!

What I love is that Fix Auto fights with the insurance to get the job paid for. Trust me that sometimes that is more work than actually fixing the car. Especially when dealing with Turo.

I recently had a dented bumper fixed by Fix Auto (previously Moda). Andrey and Alex were incredibly insightful when helping get information on my car. Andrey was sharp and knew how long it would take for a reasonable estimate. I felt most comfortable with their work and they went out of their way to order parts in advance so that I could minimize the days without my car. Dave was also incredibly detailed and made sure that anything that left the garage had a stamp of approval. If I had to choose a place in all of Portland metro, it would be them. Wonderful people who know what great service looks like.

These guys are the next level when it comes to customer service as well as there attention to detail, not only were they polite and had an understanding nature when you explain things to them I felt they were not trying to con me or upsell me on more work, called me with an update 2 hours after I left there shop to authorize more work. They also completed the job before they said it would be done, which helped greatly because I was on a time crunch, first impression. .....fantastic!

After reading the many positive reviews for FIX Auto, we took our old (02) Malibu in for a 2nd party insurance repair of the driver side back door. I asked for a quote to have the back bumper cover repainted, at my expense. We recieved two widely disparate quotes over several days for that work and I eventually left an unfavorable Google review detailing, what I perceived, as poor interoffice communication. Was quickly contacted by Chris and was told they would honor the first (lower) quote and do whatever else it takes to make me happy. Slow in coming, perhaps, but that level of customer service is why Im upgrading my review and why Ill return to FIX auto the next time I find myself in need of those services. BTW, the repairs on our 17 year old Chevy look good too.Thanx Andre, Chris and staff

I needed a small welding project handled on my car and they took care of it for free with no appointment necessary on Memorial Day. They were so friendly and the service was quick! I definitely recommend them!

I told the guy I have a leak, some how water going into the car I show him where. That didnt matter to him he said he have it air out dry. No he didnt all the towels I have it soaked he also said hell have someone look at it No He Didnt.

My insurance pushed me to take my car to their shop, but we decided to go with Moda. Main reason is that before we had very bad experience fixing our car at insurance recommend shop. They call it DPR. Many issues with frame, used parts, bad paint. After reading review for Moda, decided to go with them. Now that our car is done we cant be happier. Daily updates by text on repair process. This body shop was able to get us OEM parts. Paint job was perfect and complete detail was done after repairs. Great customer service, detail oriented and very professional. Would definitely recommend.
