I would like to mention three of your employees. First, the lady at the phone who handled making my appointment over the phone. I had my car in within 20 minutes of talking with her. I wanted my engine air filter replaced. But I failed to mention engine when I asked for the appointment. She asked Which filter. I explained engine air filter and we both laughed because we might have changed the cabin air filter instead. Great product knowledge. Next I want to mention the estimator in the collision center. She was in the service center when I arrived. and remembered me from body repair (door replacement) at the service center. She introduced me to the key players in the service center. And made me feel like a valued old friend. Finally, I would like to mention Brandi. who has outstanding mechanical knowledge. Thanks to all !!!

I dropped off my Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross and picked it up a couple hours later. Just waiting for the proximity sensor that needs to be replaced. No one has yet called me back regarding the sensor. (A few weeks went by; this is a later review)I tried to calling the 1-800 number and was not able to get anyone and leaving a message would probably be futile. No worries. So I went to the Nissan/Mitsubishi service desk to make an appointment found out that the part arrived a week prior. Made an appointment for the week after; Brandi, the Service Agent was helpful.I dropped of the vehicle a couple hours later it was done. Thanks to the Tech who did the work and Brandi for assisting. They also washed my car. Thank you.To Alan Webbs team. Think Customer Service for your team as well as for the customers you serve. Consider all the other departments of Nissan/Mitsubishi; communication is key even if you have to drive there to find out whats up - like I did when making an appointment for the service of my Eclipse Cross. Case in point I found out why it took so long to get the part for service of my vehicle.

The Mitsubishi side is pretty much non-existent now. They dont have any service techs or advisors and all the service is done on the Nissan side of the dealership.The online scheduling form is broken and does not go to anyone in Mitsubishi. You need to call to make an appointment, do not rely on the form. I was lucky I called to confirm my appointment a few days ahead because they had no idea I had scheduled an appointment. Fortunately, I was able to get in for service on the same day I had booked online.The Nissan side of the dealership was great. My service advisor was Brandi and she got me checked in quickly and efficiently. The scheduled maintenance was completed in the time Brandi said it would be done and I was on my way.Overall, Im quite happy with Alan Webb Nissan but the Mitsubishi side is a dumpster fire.

This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. I was in and out in one hours. Liz Ostetloh was efficient. She made sure that everything was ready when I got to the dealership. I had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle. The process was stress free and pleasant. The finance person Hameed was very thorough and knowledgeable. A couple nights ago on a leisurely walk I stopped by Alan Webb Mitsubishi to look at the 2018 Mirage G4 sedans they still had. I hadnt planned driving, let alone buying a car. I poked around on the lot for a bit, appreciative nobody came out to bother me (Im lean towards being introverted, Ill come to you instead of you coming to me). I decided I wanted to drive one and went inside and was greeted by Phillip. We drove two cars, and then talked numbers. At no point was he pushy, yet he still was actively trying to sell me a car, sort of a win for both of us. I decided I wanted to do another longer test drive the next day. That night I read and watched many reviews on the G4, as well as figuring out possible payments, and submitting a credit application online. The next day, prior to going in for the longer drive, I emailed Phillip just to re-clarify the challenges with credit, down payment, and the title of my trade in. He assured me they could work with this no problem, and to come in for the drive. I made it in later that afternoon and we took a longer drive, this time on a route I picked. At this point a car had been picked out (the one I was driving) and when we got back to the lot, they got started on getting the formal loan approval. It actually was a pretty quick process, and I did get approved at a payment in the range I requested, and not even at the top of the range. They also gave me a very fair amount for my trade, worked with a low down payment, and further discounter the already heavily discounted car. when I came back to sign the papers, I had a small wait and then everything was good to go! During this whole process, Phillip was always friendly, courteous and personable. I felt very comfortable with him (and the other employees there). Even if (or maybe especially if) Mitsubishi isnt on your shopping list, still stop by Alan Webb Mitsubishi and see what they got for you. Ask for Phillip, hell treat you great!

I came in to look at cars with no intention of buying. When the dealer started asking questions - I was very specific about what I wanted. I wanted an SUV; I did not want my credit ran into the ground until all I could afford was a 1976 Chevy (lol); and I wanted my purchase to come with extras, such as key-less entry, leather seats, sunroof, etc. They showed me 2 cars - the first one I wasnt super thrilled about and the second one I was SURE would be out of my price range. They only ran my credit twice and I was able to walk away with a SUPER nice SUV that I thought would be WAY out of my budget. What really sold me was - they werent pushy. In fact, when I asked if I could put extra money down to lower my monthly payment, they were completely honest and we came up with an alternate plan that will end up saving me a ton of money in the long run. Specifically - Kyle is the reason I will buy all of my cars from Alan Webb going forward. There were just a couple of glitches in the process - this is normal for anyone you do business with. What makes a difference is how the business handles the glitches. Alan Webb and Kyle were phenomenal. Overall - the best experience I have ever had buying a car. #LifetimeCustomer

Ramon, the sales associate who helped me, was extremely easy to work with. He was very friendly and helpful. He kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. The dealership was clean and inviting. All the staff I came across was friendly. I did not purchase the vehicle I was looking at, however in the future I will return. Thanks to These guys, I was able to get a brand new car when everyone else rejected me! I had gone to 4 dealerships before Alan Webb and told them I had bad credit, no down payment and couldnt afford a very high monthly payment. They all said they could get me a deal but after running my credit said I would need to put at least 1500 down and pay twice as much for a monthly payment than I wanted.I decided to try one more place, though. So I called Alan Webb and set up an appointment for 7:30pm on Saturday, the night before Easter, a half hour before they were supposed to close. I told the sales rep, Michael Tower, the same thing I told the other dealerships but He said to come in and hed see what he could do and that same night he got me into a brand new Mitsubishi Mirage! (All the other dealerships offered me 5 year old cars for more money than I ended up paying for this new car!) They were able to push back the down payment 10 days and got me the exact monthly payment that I wanted! and they stayed there until 10pm just so that I drive away in my new car that night!Michael Tower and the Manager, Dave, are great guys and they will do their very best to get you into a car, not on their terms, but on your terms, working only with what you have to give them. Nothing more. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership!

I took my Outlander Sport in for service on Wednesday, my first visit to Alan Webb Mitsubishi. I was pleasantly surprised when they were finished with it well before the quoted time. I felt the cost was very reasonable for all I had done. The service personal were very friendly and easy to deal with. I plan on returning for service in the future even though it is 50 miles from home.

Ill start off by saying that this was going to be a lower review if it wasnt for one sales person, David Medina. While this place doesnt deserve a walk on water review, I do have a past with this place and David saved an otherwise failed car sale by actually calling me back and communicating with me when others there wouldnt. Although I dont know David on a personal level and my experience here wasnt the best, he made it feel that way. A true master at his craft, hes one of the best (if not, the very best) Ive ever dealt with, and Ive bought vehicles from several other dealerships.

This was hands down the best car buying experience Ive ever had! Ive gone thru 15 cars starting at the age of 17, and dealt with over a dozen dealerships. Not that any of those were awful, (except for 1. But it was many years ago, so I wont say a name.)First of all, I didnt feel like I was in a zombie apocalypse movie by being surrounded by 52 sales people. I was actually able to park my car, get my toddler out of the back seat, get her toys, and then walk up to the front door before a sales person greeted me. This was a HUGE plus to begin with! I think its incredibly rude when you go to a dealership, and are immediately surrounded by salespeople all but jumping through your window. I talked to Michael Tower, and he was absolutely incredible! We figured out the type of car I needed, and we were able to work with a good down payment because of the rebate they had. The manager, Kurt Reider, was amazing! We were all able to agree on a price, and monthly payment with no hassle whatsoever. The finance manager, Herman Mora, made the paperwork go by so quick, I was in and out in no time at all. Most of all, they were all very sweet to my 3 year old daughter. She loves to meet new people (she knows not to talk to strangers - have to say that nowadays, before someone flips out on me). They all included her whenever they were talking to me about the car, and because she also loves to talk - a lot - they were very patient, and kind - even when a Barbie was being forced in their face.I will definitely go back there when I upgrade to a truck next year, for another smooth purchase. They understand what a big purchase youre making, and treat you with TRUE respect. Not that fake respect you get from other dealerships. If a sales person says I respect you for _____ then they dont. They shouldnt have to tell you that, or trust me.Alan Webb Mitsubishi is a great example of a trustworthy dealership. It was the most amazing car buying experience Ive ever had, and like I said - Ive dealt with over a dozen dealerships!

When I purchased my Mitsubishi I was told that I would be given $500 for a referral that purchased from Mitsubishi. After my daughter purchased her car I never heard back about the referral fee. I made many calls to no avail, then was finally told that it was no longer $500, but now $250. After many more calls I find out that they didnt accept my original registration and had to submit a new one, so I do. After even more calls Im told that they wont accept the new registration because the print date was after my daughters purchase. Then Im told its now $100 loyalty rebate and have been waiting 2 months for the check..... Ridiculously dishonest company.

I had to drive an hour to get to this, the closest Mitsubishi dealership for a safety recall and they took care of it quickly and completely. They seemed like a decent, if small dealership. They originally estimated 3 hours for the repair but given how far I was from home made an effort to get me out faster which I appreciated.

Took car in for one thing, given . They upped the dollar amount of the quote by an additional $500. Then they decided to say something else was wrong and the the 1500 that we already had paid didnt fix the problem. They would have to charge us another 800 to make the repair. Then they said something else was wrong and it would be another $100 to repair. Then when we said well why is it costing somuch for the one item. They came back to say oh it works it just needed to be greased. Then we go to pick up the car and they have broken a door. Well that ended up being they forgot to plug something in. Not a good experience at this particular Mitsubishi dealer

This place is laughably inept. How do they sell anything? Lie after life after lie. Excuse after excuse. Michael was the most unprofessional sales person Ive ever dealt with - in anything. Now I see why this place has a revolving door of employees. Their managers cant communicate with anyone, nobody knows anything about anything, and they accuse their customers of being the bad guy and expect them to fix all of THEIR problems. I cant even begin to describe the level of frustration Ive experienced here (been working with them for over 2 months now). I wouldnt want my worst enemy to do any kind of business with these people. As a result, I now make a point to let everyone I know in the market for a new vehicle to stay FAR away from anything Alan Webb. Tony was just outstanding! My car is a pain for an oil change due to my interlock device and I usually hate driving it in. In the past Ive had people just complain what a pain it will be due to the fact that I have to be the one to start and move my car. But he didnt bat an eye, came and introduced himself, sat and chatted with me while my car was being serviced and really just went above and beyond. One of the best experiences for sure!

I went to Alan Webb Mitsubishi twice, once to look at a vehicle and once for a oil filter for my new vehicle.The first time I went there to look at a vehicle the salesman was very impolite. I was interested in a vehicle we had to ask to look at it, he didnt offer a test drive. The worst part was his blatant lies like this is the only one in the northwest as I was searching all morning and this was one of my stops, there is plenty more in the northwest. I was interested in the vehicle I was looking at but was not worth being lied to so I left.The second time I came to the dealer ship it was to get a oil filter for my new car I bought else where. I went the the parts counter and asked to get an oil filter. I was told they will get one coming from the building next to this one. Twenty minutes later I offered to just go get it and he responded its on its way I looked outside and saw nothing. I waited another five minutes and left and went elsewhere to get my filter.

It didnt seem like their different departments were communicating with each other very well, and it took me 5 days to purchase with them (Im off work at 5:30p, banks were closed by that time). When my truck broke down we had the mechanic look at it, and decided to use it as a trade-in towards a newer car. After purchasing my new car, they actually called and said theyd have to start charging us storage for my truck! The sales department didnt tell the mechanics that traded it in, and it was their now. Strange.

Went in ready to buy a mirage. Website had a price of 11488. After talking to someone I was told that price was only after rebates that I did not qualify for. I dont see any info about the savings being rebates online at all. Would be nice if they could be up front about that online. Rather then wasting a hour to find the real price. They missed out on a easy sell.

I received a letter about a safety recall for the airbags (will injure or kill you with metal pieces if deployed) so I called Alan Webb to schedule a service appointment.The first time I was on hold and transferred around before I was told theyd take my number and call me back. A week passed and no call. I called back and was quickly set up with an appointment to drop off my car at 7:30 am, with a shuttle to work by 8:30 am.I arrived day of at the appointed time and no one was there. At 7:45 am I went to Nissan next door and was tersely told to go back to Mitsubishi and someone would be with me. Apparently the person in charge of service that day was MIA and hadnt notified them. At 8:00 am someone let me in and began taking my information.I made it to work on time (8:30am) and received a call about my car being ready around 12:30. I told them Id need a shuttle back to the dealership at 4:30pm and was told I would get a text at 4 when the shuttle left. I did not receive a text and I spent 10 minutes on the phone (4:15-4:25) to see if anyone would be picking me up. I finally got through and was told the shuttle had left 15 mins prior and they were sorry they didnt notify me.I picked up my car and that was that, but it was more of a hassle than it needed to be.

Terrible management. Lied to, parts replaced not OEM and work not up to spec causing me to payout of pocket elsewhere. Lot still owes me for items I purchased, not items promised in the car purchase but items I actually paid for and its been a year. I have made 17 attempts to collect the items owed to me, sent them letters with a bill to pay me back, still nothing. I have requested a callback from Management 4 times in the month of August and was told they probably wouldnt call me back. AC covered up damage from an accident he was aware of. I will never purchase a vehicle here again. The only positive experience was Tom, our salesman.

LIES TO CLIENTS, DOES NOT COMMUNICATE, AND DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. Recently I bought a used car from Allen Webb Mitsubishi, they said they were going to repair the breaks before we took ownership of the vehicle. When we picked it up they said all the work they promised to do, including the breaks, was done. Fast forward 1 week and 900 miles later, my family is on a road trip and the car is having break issues. We take it to les Schwab and find out Allen Webb lied to us. The breaks were at less than 30%, they had not been replaced as Allen Webb claimed. When we brought it back to them to fix it took over 10 days for us to get our car back. During this time, there was zero communication, when we called to see what the status was on the breaks, we were told by the service manager that he had no idea the car was even in the shop. This dealership does not communicate with clients and lies about the work they have agreed to complete. We will never purchase a vehicle from Allen Webb again. If you have had them do service on you car Id have it double checked. This dealership is not trustworthy and does not put safety first as they claim.

Went in to trade in my car and purchase a new car that had a sticker price of $16,000 last weekend, the internet sales manager said he couldnt do the deal with my trade in but that he would sell me a car without my trade in with $2,000 down. He tells me to stop paying on my current car loan and let it go back to repossession that i got screwed by the previous dealer who sold me the car but to come back before the car gets repossessed with money down and I can get in a new car. I went back this weekend to look at a cheaper priced car with more rebates and discounts to help offset the money down. He says we cant help you that you need $7,000 down on the car I was looking at, a $10,000 dollar car. If I was going to put $7,000 down on a $10,000 dollar car I would just have kept the car I had which was way nicer, I was just looking for something with a cheaper payment to help me out financially.

If they valued their customers, they would handle their mistakes, and fix them. Instead of admitting the vehicle was damaged after I had left the dealership as well as my car in their care and still blaming the customer.Not to mention they would answer the phone and promptly return messages. I dont understand how someone can call a business. 13 times and not get an answer or get more then a receptionist who transfers you to the correct department. With still no answer.Then the head mechanic gived you short, it will take as long as it will take, i cant answer that answers and then not even fix the issue that was going on with the vehicle. Having you pick the car up when no one but one person is at the shop. A person who knows nothing but heres the keys and this is my managers number( it was the dealership main number). When you notice the 8inch crack accross you front windshield that WAS NOT THERE WHEN YOU DROPED THE CAR OFF.I dont recommend you trust this business with much.

I was looking for cars in a particular price range and they were not only very helpful at finding a car in that range but went above and beyond my expectations in finding one. I can’t say they can do this for everyone but definitely give them a look and see what they can do for you.

Watch out on paper work. I have really bad Equity now because they screwed me over on my trade in. But I did sign the paper so its Partially my fault too. Wish they could have been a little more accurate with trade ins.

The service advisor was 20 minutes late to my appointment for an oil change. Then he tells me its gonna be 3 hours for my oil change he knows Im waiting for. I left and went to Walmart, bought my own oil and filter. Changed it out in one hour, cost me less to do it myself. I know it was done right. I have had Multiple issues with service advisors at alan webb Mitsubishi. Dont waste your time.

***DONT GET RIPPED OFF*** Scam artists and typical car dealer experience. They will pad your monthly payment quote so that an extended warranty ($3,000) can be added (useless but pays them a commission). They scam you into signing for it by not mentioning the warranty and then pointing at the $0 deductible and signature line (meanwhile the finance guys hand covers the $3,000 price), and it seems like the standard warranty that is included with most new cars. When you try to cancel it, it comes off the back end of your loan so your payments are higher, plus you pay interest on the warranty. Only 12% of these warranties are ever used, and you can buy one for much less elsewhere. Also, the outlanders dont include a tonneau cover, would have loved to add that to my financing instead of a $3,000 warranty extension.

First off let me say that I do love the car I bought. The sales process however was long, unprofessional and a MESS! I waited about an hour for the detailer to take my new car (all the way to Oregon during traffic hours for some reason) to add fuel and go through a car wash.When I was finally able to go in and see the finance guy to sign documents their printers werent working. I was then told to walk over to the neighboring building to sign the documents because the printers should be working over there, well they werent! After sitting around and waiting about 45 minutes for their IT personnel to try and resolve the printer issue, they resolved it and we finally had documents to sign.The finance guy rushed through the documents with me (He said it was his day off, he acted like he had better things to be doing) and after signing the documents guess what??? Their copiers werent working so they werent able to make me copies!!! Anyone ever heard of a scanner and email??? The finance guy seemed to immediately walk away and go onto other things while the salesman hurried me out to my new car.I am an Oregon resident and purchased the car at the Vancouver, WA lot so I was told I had to take my new car to Oregon DEQ for a VIN inspection and return it to the dealership the next day at which point I would be able to get copies of my paperwork. After burning a half tank of gas going back/forth and $21 at the DEQ, I returned the next day around 10:30am with my VIN inspection form and could not find ANYONE on the lot or in the building! I walked over to the neighboring building to ask where my salesman was, they lead me to the office manager. The office manager walked back to their building with me and was unable to get a hold of anyone in finance and asked me to come back later. I told him that I had already signed everything and just needed to provide the VIN inspection form and receive the copies of all my signed documents. After another 45 minute wait he was able to track down my documents and make me copies, but said he didnt have any legal sized paper so I received chopped copies on 8.5 x 11 paper.In reviewing my documents when I returned home with my copies I noticed that they screwed me on my trade in value by $1,200. Watch out on paper work. I was told I would receive a particular trade in value and did not! In all the mayhem I did sign the documents so its partially my fault too.In attempt to contact the salesmen I called in and spoke with their receptionist girl who said Hes with a customer at the moment, can he call you back?. I said sure and provided my contact information. I never received a return call. I then made an inquiry through their website and never received a reply. The salesman wrote his cell number on the business card, I sent a text message and received NO RESPONSE!I have never had such an unprofessional experience when purchasing a vehicle, and feel that I was snaked out of some trade in money, without even a return call from anyone there to discuss it with me after all my attempts.I do not recommend purchasing from Alan Webb Mitsubishi unless you have cash in hand or your lawyer present.

Helped a friend buy a car here and they sold us a used car that was certified and had 4wd with 3 different tires and the documents showed new tires. When we pointed this out they argued that even though the manual said it was not okay, and less scwabb said it was not okay, that we should just take it. Bad juju guys, just saying.
