Our salesman, Travis, made us feel like family. He never tried to sell us something we didn’t want. This was the best dealership experience we have ever had.
Came in because I needed new keys for my truck due to my kid throwing them away. Despite a busy service team they got us in quickly and solved our issue in just an hour or two. The staff was super friendly and made the whole situation better than it would have otherwise been. While there we looked around and we spoke with Bob about the needs for our family. He showed us what we had in mind, let us take it for a spin. We didnt fall in love that day but Bob told us hed have some new inventory soon and hed call us. He did and we brought the family but found that what we were thinking wasnt gonna work for us. Bob again was understanding and didnt seem inconvenienced and told us hed keep us in mind if anything else came in. Honestly with current used stock I wasnt expecting much, but about a week later Bob called again. They had a Suburban come and thought we should come see it. We did and while the one he called about we passed on, we did find another that we were happy to take off of their hands.Throughout the whole experience, I always felt listened to, enjoyed talking with everyone from the team there, especially Bob, and never felt pressured to buy today on the spot. I also will add that while we upsold ourselves, no one at this dealership ever made me feel pressured to spend more than I was comfortable with. I left feeling good about my purchase and my overall experience with Alan Webb Chevy.
I enjoyed working with Mike to purchase my new Colorado. From contacting the team online to the negotiation, everyone was professional and honest with me. I feel like I got a fair deal and the purchasing/financing process was relatively painless. I cant speak to the service side yet, but Im hoping they are as good as the sales team.
Working with this dealership, and Megan, was a breath of fresh air compared to the other shops. Megan gave quality service that was quick and clear. She helped me get my transmission replaced and covered by a recall I hadnt been informed of. Thank you
Decent purchase process, but just get really annoyed with dealerships when they add on the 3rd party such as OnStar services as “a part of your purchase experience”, which they have you sign up for and say “they’ll notify you when it starts to monetarily charge you so you can cancel” and that never happens. Congrats on hitting your app quota, at my expense. I’m also sure your on star rep is really happy to hear that’s your pitch…. That’s real cool. I can buy a rig anywhere, I expect the person earning commission on the sale to being honest in the full experience. Won’t be back.I did give two stars because I like the truck.
I liked it better when an employee drove me home and picked me up rather than uber. Uber was impersonal and not friendly.
I was told my frontend pulling to the left was a tire issue. I had to impress upon the Alen Web Employee the frontend is pulling left was not a tire issue and I wanted it checked. The test proved it was not a tire issue. I believe my frontend issue was case by Alen Web dealership on a past visit when I had to leave my car for a new tire deliver and installed.
My service experience was very satisfying. The service manager was both courteous and knowledgeable. My Volt has been very reliable so this was the first time something big happened. It turned out to me a small issue and I got a lot of scheduled maintenance completed too.
Alan Webb Chevrolet has been a beacon of hope in what would otherwise has been a rather dark experience. Friendly, patient, caring, fantastic standout dealership service team. I am confident if Chevrolet brand can continue to produce reliable vehicles the dealership will have many satisfied customers. My experience is an outlier, because my 2017 Bolt is not up to Chevrolet’s quality standards. I would certainly recommend the dealership or any owned by Mr. Webb due to their their service team’s ambition to solve my problems, the same cannot be said of GM. The service team at Alan Webb has done their best to help me with my Bolt. Due to the multitude and frequency of needs of repairs and lack of support from manufacturer it has placed undue stress on me and extra work for the service team. The third party service contract company that carries the extended coverage can only do so much and this has resulted in a large out-of-pocket cost. Combined with recent recall procedures I have lost faith in GM + Bolt and feel stuck.
I was beat around by another dealership pretty good, and they not only showed empathy for my situation, but they did everything they could to get me into an afforadble car that runs really well and got me in and out very quickly. It was a good experience. I would definitly recommend them and I will be going back for any even newer one in a few years!!!
They were great when I purchased my new 2020 Chevy Bolt. The service department consistently sent me service reminders for oil changes(on an electric car). But now that the cars are in recall limbo and have all kinds of restrictions on how to charge and park and drive, Alan Webb staff cant offer a bit of help. Nothing. Crickets.
Staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Both sales person (Jason White) and finance person were exceptionally helpful and mindful of my needs/requirements. Would definitely recommend Allan Web.
Came in to take a look at the Chevy Bolt EV, Bob got us educated on the car and off for a test drive. The deal was good, the car was excellent, but ultimately we didnt move forward for various reasons (making a switch to EV is a big step for us, but one we probably will make in the near future). Bob was super cool and low-pressure. Wouldnt hesitate to come back when we are ready to purchase.
I had an express oil change and asked if someone could check my back lights. I am happy to say they had someone available to check them and replace two bulbs. It was so helpful to not have to return just to have two bulbs replaced.Thank you
Aaron in your Parts department is awesome. I called 8 mintes prior to closing on a Saturday afternoon lookingFor hardware. He had them in stock and waited for me to arrive. Thanks, its people like this that make the difference in customer service.
On the phone I was told it would cost about $64 dollars to replace a single brake light bulb. I thought that was high. When I got to the appointment and checked in, they came into the waiting room and with apologies told me it was going to cost $300 and that it would be a smart thing to replace all the bulbs on both sides., at a cost closer to $400. Then 30 minutes later they said they had good news IT WAS ONLY GOING TO COST $129. why didnt they know the exact cost from the first phone call???
The service writer was great. However, I’m surprised that the mechanic would not put on a snap bracket back on my rear seat area.It was literally a short job. They wouldn’t do it because the 3 year and 36,000 mile warranty was out by 6 days that’s pathetic.I paid enough for the dam truck and warranty.I would have given Alan Webb service department a excellent rating but not now.The other thing is why should I buy another vehicle from your company?I’m actually looking at a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado Duramax but I don’t now unless I receive an excellent deal. That’s how I feel about it.You can pass this on to your owner or sales personnel.Thank you,Ron D Strode, Sr.
Bought a 2019 GMC Sierra 3500 Denali. Found undisclosed damage on the certified pre-owned truck a month after purchase. I set up an appointment to have the damage fixed. I did send them an email telling them that I will be getting it fixed but wanted to let them know that, either theres a glaring issue with their inspection process or (and more likely) they knew about the damage and sold is without disclosure. They made a 1/2 hearted attempt to make it right. They offered $975 on a $2700 bill. (Because they could get it fixed cheaper) (theyre own words). cheaper fix? on a $70,000 truck? I had it fixed myself, fixed correctly by a reputable shop. I dont mind the bill. I didnt catch the damage until later, so I do expect to take responsibility for the fix. But that being said, I want to make sure everyone who reads this is aware of genuine lack of integrity at Alan Webb Chevrolet. Make your own judgment of the situation, but be aware of what has happened.
Visiting and waiting for my car to be serviced definitely isnt high on my list of FUN things to do! However, I am most appreciative for the friendly young lady (as Im soon to be 93, it seems as if EVERY ONE is young) was informative, patient, and knowledgeable about the Malibu. Your waiting room is comfortable and clean......as I travel with a book, it was a great reading room. I think you have very qualified mechanics. Thank you. CB
David Killion makes it all happen with a fun, professional team. Great dealership, Ill always recommend it to friends and family.
Awesome place to buy a car. Very knowledgeable staff.
Felt comfortable. Travis did a fantastic job. He listened to me, answered my questions with knowledge and integrity. I will recommend everyone in the market for a car or truck to come see you guys first.
I couldn’t be happier with the service and communication throughout the build of my new Corvette.John and Kieth were extremely friendly and more than willing to help with all my needs. Thanks guys,You have defiantly earned a lifetime customer!
Given incorrect information. Was told parts had to be changed in order to charge my Chevy Volt, however when I got home I was personally able to get the car to charge. Was quoted over $4,000 to fix the issue which is obviously incorrect. I would never recommend going to this place to fix a Volt.
Megan was outstanding with her help and information on service for our corvette and had a great knowledge in providing answers for questions on our car. Thanks Mr Edwards
It was pretty awesome I called up John on Wednesday asked him what he had for cars he let me know and we got it all figured out he sent me some pictures Thursday we figured out which one we’re going to get and we told him we’d pick it up on Sunday that’s how easy it was John is awesome he sold me my truck two years ago and I told him I’d be back by a Chevy car for my wife and we did and he was awesome once again all right thanks Alan Webb Chevrolet you rock!!😎
I have been going to this dealership for roughly 3 years now and I usually have an excellent experience all around but scheduling my appointment this time was the worst. I called in approx 5 weeks ago to schedule a recall and oil change appt for my chevy volt. But the girl I spoke to on the phone said I would need to speak to another gal (maybe Courtney?) and that she would relay my info and have her call me back - I never got a call back. Eventually I called the service dept and scheduled a Friday 8/20 drop off for a Saturday 8/21 appt. The day of my appt I got a voicemail stating that there was a scheduling error and that a certified tech for my car wouldnt be in on Saturday to work on the recall. So I asked to be rescheduled for the following Saturday 8/28 so that I wouldnt be without a car for work. When I got to the dealership on the 28th, the girl at the front didnt seem to know why I was scheduled for that Saturday. After explaining to me again the same issue as the previous week, she rescheduled me on the following Monday - without an apology. This really upset me because I had made plans to be picked up from the shop to be taken to the airport as I was traveling for work. After that, everything else went without a hitch and I appreciate the Lyft option going home from the shop and coming from work - that was super helpful. However, the problematic scheduling and inconsideration of my visible frustration really struck a chord with me.
Had a GM dealer back in Illinois that after servicing my car they ran it through an in house car wash. That would be a nice addition to Alan Webb service, but then again, with Illinois winters a car was was more needed.
Great people and friendly service. Always very helpful and knowledgeable.Greta place to buy or repair your vehicles.
Assc. was rude and explain nothing about what was done and what should be done. Was in a hurry to get me out and seem to not care about anything.
Best experience yet. Good communication.
Megan my Service Advisor was amazing. Kept me informed, very quick to reply to texts or answer the phone. I really appreciated the convenience of text. Also I loved how she understood my concerns and was very knowledgeable about a complex car (ie Volt). The Technician (Brian) I was also thankful for fixing every issue I had concerns with regarding a used car buy from another dealer. Got the car in pristine working order. I was worried taking it Alan Webb Chevy as I have had issues in the past with Alan Webb Nissan. I can tell you that Alan Webb Chevy must have better people and or leadership and I will be going back for sure for any needs.
Mr bo my sales person was great made it. Very easy to buy my SUV he is a great guy
Very nice no pressure sales Bob was wonderful to work with felt like I knew him all my life
Bo was so awesome! Excellent customer service
I was so impressed when I bought my wife’s SUV I went back to buy my truck 3 months later.Amazing sales people.I’ve been around and have experienced those dealership games NOT HERE!They are straight shooters.Mason my salesman was Prior Military, like myself and we got along well. The service department is great too, making it a pleasant experience all around.The. At below is my old school toy. I’m a car guy and thought people might like seeing the 1969 Charger.
Service was prompt. Service representative was curtious and efficient
The service was excellent. They were quick and thorough to address our requests. We enjoy our Malibu and will be looking for a replacement for our Saturn Vue this year with Webb Chevrolet.
The sales person Jamie was awesome as usual. Made the purchase seamless. Well always come back to Jamie Johnson and Keith. The finance guy was pretty good also! Cant remember his name.
A very good buying experience. Love the car! Jason and the team worked to make sure I was happy, and had the best deal possible. They even made sure the OnStar system was connected. A great group of people to deal with, and well worth the drive to Vancouver!
Truck was not clean. Dust, Dog hair, and engine felt like it hadnt been started in days.Salesman asked that the test drive only take 10 minutes.Liked the truck but wasnt able to drive on hills or freeway much. They said they would clean it but wouldnt negoiate on price.I purchased it and on the drive home the engine shuttered on freeways and hills badly. Called them next day and asked to return truck for refund. They said there is no buyers remorse for the truck. I had to schedule service to get the shutter fixed and detail. They couldnt understand or reproduce the shutter (they didnt even take it out on hills and freeway as I had asked them too!!). I had to take day off work to drive out there and spend 10 minutes on a freeway to show them the shuttering on a hill on a freeway. The detailing of the truck was poorly done. Maybe they wiped the seats and dash, but the windows were disgustingly dirty and the engine still full of debris in grill. I will never go back for Service or Sales. I feel I was played by the Sales staff, in the fact the paperwork said I had 3 business days to return truck.
Needed a backup camera fix on my 2019 GMC Sierra, and they found a loose wire and repaired it promptly under warranty. They kept me informed via text and by phone. Weve had work done here before on our 2011 suburban and they have been good so far.
Had a great experience at Alan Webb. Honest people!
Had a great easygoing, no hassle trade in / purchase with Alan Webb Chevrolet...MANY THANK YOUs to John . Just a great, knowledgeable, helpful and wonderful guy....and also to Natalie in Financing.Very sweet, kind and just a very beautiful soul. Thank you both so much for all of your help. Do take care 🙂
The only thing I did not like about my experience there is I noticed I had a scrape ding on my passenger rear door
Service and experience were excellent as usual.
Travis Zavala was our sales rep and he was OUTSTANDING! For weeks he had been keeping an eye out for me on the new 2021 Chevy Tahoe Z71 that had all the bells and whistles. As soon as the one I want landed in the dirt lot, he texted me. I have bought a car at several local dealerships around SW Washington/Vancouver and by far this was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I am really excited about the Oil Changes for Life program and to see how the Alan Moore Chevy Service Center assists me and my family going forward. For me, the car service experience can make it or break it for a customer, because as you know, people always think taking your car in to the dealership is a rip off. For me, if they take care of me and my car, I will be a client for life! Thank you again Alan Webb Chevy for treating Mike and I with such great service and mostly, great job TRAVIS!!!
David took the time to explain problem that took place with our car. The car was repaired in a timely manner.
Service advisor, Magan, was very personable and professional. She kept me informed and my work was accomplished will in advance of the time she estimated!
Had to bring my vehicle in to have the ceramic coating re applied due to an accident. After I picked the vehicle up and got it home, I realized that they didnt washe the vehicle and the put the ceramic coating over the top if dead bugs and road debris. How does that happen????
My service rep. Detrik (I sure hope I got the correct spelling) did a great job of keeping me informed. He was informative and pleasant. He gets my vote of confidence.
Megan is an asset to your dealership. She was very helpful and a pleasure to do business with.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They will actually listen to customer needs unlike some dealers i have been to. Had service done to my truck for airbag recall. They had my truck in immediately and was out of there in just under 2 hours.
Our sales associate Mike Wood was professional and tentative to our needs. Process was very fast and smooth
This happened on May 24, 2019 and here it is June 11, 2019 and I still have gotten no where except passed onto their insurance. What a joke of an operation and huge lack of customer service. Not to mention how sick and tired I am of having to answer the question What happened to your truck countless times a day. Really wish I knew where to get one of those large magnetic band-aids and write Courtesy of Alan Webb Chevy on it! You can see the pictures in the photos section.
First time ever having service performed at a dealership, definitely went better then expected, faster then expected and wasnt up sold or over charged on anything. Kinda went against everything Ive ever been told about a dealership service shop. Ill be back
Place is rad. Clean, very friendly staff and had my vehicle done earlier than expected. Lindsey s was very friendly and even asked that they check my breaks due to a concern I had. I’m excited to make this place my service center for my new Chevy.
Volt (17) has clicking noise due to brake module (brake acuator problem). This is a documented (see service bulletin #20-NA-170) with Bolts. Problem is identical with my Volt (other Volts have reported same problem). There is a software fix for Bolts. Why will Chevrolet not provide/develop a software fix for 2017 Volts? Unaceptable that they want to replace entire brake module at high cost. This has been shown in Bolts to not be a permanent fix.
Very nice. Didnt have any presser from the sales person. The truck we wanted had just came into the back lot a few hours before we got there. And they had it serviced and ready for us to pick up within a couple of hours. Like all dealerships you know you are going to be there for some time. But this went pretty fast. I would be happy to do business with them again. But with the truck I bought I dont think I will be needing to get another one for several years.
I appreciated the courtesy and patience of the sales team while was making the decision to buy the truck.
Had an oil change scheduled and they lost the appointment, then charged over $50 more than GMC down the street for the same work. They were disorganized and lacked any customer service. Would not recommend them for service.
John Anderson is the best salesmen Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. He is fast and gets me in and out fast every time. This is the reason Ive bought my last 9 trucks from him. You have a very great asset with him as one of your employees.
Friendly no-hassle transaction from contacting via the website, phone, pulling into the dealership, and signing on the dotted line. No pressure sale would highly recommend Alan Webb Chevrolet.
Dave take great care of my truck
Met with Bob (ended up becoming our salesperson) He was a fantastic guy, no pressure, no sales tactics just politeness, honesty, and professionalism. a good experience with him altogeather
Quick service and fair prices. Always treated with respectful prompt service.
After several requests..here is my review.I booked my oil change and tire rotation on line which shows I would pay one price.... When I brought in my car for the appointment however, I was told yet another (even higher price) ???When I questioned the price I was asked for a coupon. No coupon was mentioned on the chevy dealership web site. It showed the price BEFORE any coupons when I used the dealer site to book the appointment. ;/Honestly at this point since my purchase, I wasnt surprised to get a higher quote once I was in the dealership. The wait was fine, the usual time for an oil change and tire rotation. While checking out I was not told of any issues, or suggested service. While he CC was processing, I quickly looked through the paperwork and noticed a red stop sign. I asked what it meant, the clerk acted surprised that David didnt mention the suggested 30,000 mile service or any other issues/services. Perhaps this is because my car only has about 28,000 miles so perhaps this is why?I have received a few emails to complete this survey, as well as a text, then this morning a phone call asking if I had received said survey etc..so.. here is my 100% honest review, as requested.
The process was very easy. No pressure. Mike was my sales person and he was very laid back. Took 3 vehicles out to test drive. Settled one. Everyone in the process was professional and nice.
Good customer service, the shop staff doing great job.
Fast and efficient. Informative also.
Megan and her wonderful team were so helpful and kind when my car was having issues. As a young female- Ive had interesting car dealership experiences in the past- but everyone here was kind and treated me like an actual human being. On top of that- they were very clean and it felt safe during COVID times.
You all get a 5 star for the customer service that you gave to me quick and easy very professional keep up the good service. Thank you very much
I dont understand, the first time i went in there i met a very nice guy. I returned after two weeks and Ive just had the worst car experience. Every question i asked was brushed off and not answered. They did not know basic technical questions and were extremely short with me. Im very disappointed because i liked their lineup and was seriously considering purchasing from them but after that experience i will not at all, i dont care how much i liked the car i will not be buying from them. Being relatable with a customer is the most important part of making a sale and no customer should ever feel attacked. I talked to other people their and they were very nice so its very likely that this was an outlieing scenario. Im extremely dissatisfied and upset.
We had excellent service during our visit. Jason was very helpful throughout the whole process of buying out Silverado.
Quick and painless! Didn’t feel pressured. Great experience
The man who was going on test ride with us in the car refused to wear a mask and screamed at us to leave his lot. So my husband and I did, we will never purchase a car there.
Oil change; in and out in not time at all. Great prices and great service
I submitted a review. You can see my response there.
Bob was great. He answered all of our questions and gave us time to think about the purchase. No pressure at all. Very great experience.
Alan Webb Chevy sets itself apart from 99% of dealerships because of the experience in the service department. David Sailor is the best in the industry. He is honest and cares about his clients more than just the sale of that day. Trust is a tough thing to get in a lot of professions but myself, my family and my friends all own Chevys bought and serviced at Alan Webb. Knowing that we will be treated fairly on the purchase and when come service time get and honest fair plan is key to why i wouldnt go anywhere else.
Straight communication before coming in; professional, friendly atmosphere; picked up the car I wanted, for the price we had negotiated upfront, without any pushy attempts to upsell on other stuff. Will definitely consider in the future!
This is the second new vehicle purchased from Alan Webb this week. both my wife and I are very pleased with everything Jason did for us, including accessories. we have been a customer of theirs for over 17 years and will continue to service our vehicles with this dealership. I will always recommend them to all my family and friends. I am a firm believer in GM products.
The vehicle service was good. The major issue was consumer service. When I went to check out I was helped by a clerk named Megan. She is clearly not a professional at her craft. She didnt go through anything with me on what was conducted in the services. Typically when I have services done with another dealerships they provide me some feedback. She also informed me that the dealership doesnt do military discounts because her boss said that everyone should be treated equal. In your website it clearly says that you guys do military discount. I brought that up to her and she said I dont know man, I have been working here for a year and a half and we just dont do military discount. This will be the last time I go to this dealership for services and being Active Duty, I will make sure my Soldiers know to stay away from you guys.
We had a wonderful experience buying our new truck. Very friendly and professional!
Megan in service was amazing. Helped me every way possible and saved me money. Im so pleased. I will always trust meagn in service. Its people like her that keep making me want to come back.
From the time I got there they were very helpful
The staff was courteous, informative and helpful.
Great experience and good customer service! David Sailer was the service consultant I worked with. He addressed all issues and had car scheduled and repaired quickly and hassle free. He took extra care in knowing I had some reservations and the technician (Who I didn’t get a name or chance to meet) did a great job on repairs.Thank Guys!!
Easy check in, literally took less than two minutes despite check in girl doing multiple tasks. Service took less than anticipated, and check out was also less than 3 minutes. In and OutAlso abided by the current Covid standards required so felt safe. Thank you
Its sad that I had a $600 repairs just 1000 miles after my 36000 warrantee expired, (bad on Cheverolet), however Dave at Alan Web was very helpful in getting it fixed quickly. I really appreciate the service.
The only problem was that the simple service took longer than expected.
Did a great job in a resonable amount of time.
Bo helped me out and was nothing short of awesome! First impressions go a long way and he made the entire experience personable, fun and challenging [in a great way!] Tested my fears of driving and parking a truck and brought a whole new side of confidence I never knew I had. Thank you Bo!!
The store did not assign me a person or communicate who that was and had to call in to get info as to where the truck was in the process, once done all went well.
Got an appointment quickly brought my vehicle in and it was diagnosed within 2hours, parts were ordered, service was completed and I was able to pick up my vehicle in 7hours after bringing it in. With a large family and this is my only vehicle to transport ALL of them it was a relief that my vehicle was not kept over night.
David was awesome and very helpful !
Always friendly and helpful. Lets us know about things to be done at a later date do you can be ready for it.
My quote for repair went from $610 to $300 to $157. As my current mechanic stated, They got caught with their hand in the cookie jar. This review is specifically for the service department. I had taken my vehicle here because it essentially died at a stoplight. I had it towed to this dealership because I believed it to be the alternator which had still been under warranty and needed a GM dealer to honor that warranty. I called Alan Webb and was told that it would be checked out first thing in the morning. I didnt receive a call until 3:30pm the next day and they had told me it was a fusible link for the alternator. I then received a quote of $610 to repair the damage which was the fusible link replacement along with the initial inspection. After I told the gentleman named Adam, that that price was really high and I would find another shop to fix it; Adam said okay and we ended the call. After setting up an appointment with another repair shop in town, Adam from Alan Webb called me back and said the mechanic was willing to come down in price to around $300. I found this very weird since they basically cut the price in half. I still refused the offer and decided to drive down to Alan Webb Chevrolet and have a tow truck pick up my vehicle. After arriving at Alan Webb, I spoke to Adam again about the original quote and why it was so high initially. Adam explained to me that the fusible link was internal and not external and was a time consuming repair. He then asked what he could do to get me to stay and have my vehicle repaired there. I told him that I already had plans and a towing company picking it up. Adam then told me to cancel the towing and that my vehicle was already fixed and the fusible link was replaced. The reason for the one star rating is because I personally felt like these people literally lied to my face and tried up charge me for a simple repair. I was thankful for paying $157 however, I do not have a peace of mind about the whole situation and Im still taking it to a repair shop to have another opinion. I feel like no one should have to feel apprehensive about taking a vehicle into an actually licensed Chevrolet service repair shop and that we, as customers, should not have to feel like they have to bargain to get a fair price for a repair. I appreciated Adam for negotiating the price with the mechanic since Adam did say it was the quote from the mechanic and not him. Regardless, I should not have the cashier bargain for my repair costs. Needless to say, I will not bring my time nor money to this establishment again.
Hands down the best experience Ive ever had at a dealership. The salesman was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. They got me into the exact car I wanted at a price I can easily afford. 5/5 stars.
