They have terrible customer service. The place is literally empty and no one answers the phone. I called several times just for the phone to continuously ring and ring. Someone named rob eventually answered and transferred me but I still remained on a ringing line for a while. I understand places going through changes but when those changes impact long term customers you would think they would offer some kind of accommodation. However, they dont care about the customer experience. I was told there were no other managers that I could talk to but the actual managers over the service department wasnt even there!
A lot has changed at this location. Service is good. I just wish they would offer transportation services and/or wash the vehicle after an oil change. Like some other dealerships up the street.
This visit was terrible! I had a scheduled appointment at 7:30 a.m. to get my oil changed. Just a simple oil change. Scheduled appointment was confirmed. They dont open until 7:00 so when I got there they told me I had 20 cars ahead of me and I said okay Ill wait and then she told me it would be a 5-hour wait! Whats the point in scheduling an appointment? I was highly disappointed because what was the purpose of me scheduling an appointment? Had I just walked in I could understand. New owners you have got to do better!
I moved from another state and was somewhat worried about finding a good dealership to service my car because one encounters many a “shady” mechanic in life. This place is top notch! I wish all car service places could exemplify the quality of professionalism I found here. From my initial greetings from Tim Hartman to check-out with Caroline... they’re great! All 10s!!!
Union City Mitsubishi offered me a great experience. I did not have to wait long. The staff was friendly. The service advisor took the time to explain my next upcoming appointment in detailed, regarding the next items needed during my service.
Union City Mitsubishi was simply amazing! I called around different places for a price on a side mirror and to no avail, I almost lost hope. Until I called Union City Mitsubishi. They gave me a reasonable price and when the part would be at the shop. Fixing my side mirror was quick. I was only there for an hour. The front desk lady was checking me out And I had a mask on (I have a bad immune system so I have to be safe), she proceeded to yell at me to take off my mask because she couldn’t hear me with “that thing on my face”. Regardless of politics, she decided to bring her beliefs into a professional work place. I’d hate for the employee to represent my business. Never coming back☹️

Service was fine. Had a young guy who was not very experienced, but he was nice and once I made it clear I was not going to buy a new car, he did not uncomfortably pressure me or anything. I looked at 2 used vehicles at this location. Drove all the way from Smyrna to look at a car I saw online. Interior was filthy and the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. I sat in it for less than 10 minutes and got a headache and felt like I smelled like smoke the rest of the day. I am just trying to get a reliable vehicle for around $6k. I realize this is not a lot of money to a dealership, but it is to me. I feel like they could at least do the bare minimum and clean the cars before showing them to you, regardless of the price point. I looked at another used vehicle around the same price and it clearly had not been cleaned either. Maybe I would have liked one of them enough to buy if they had been cleaned and detailed, but I was so disappointed by the dirty interiors that I couldnt really imagine what they would look like clean. Just made me feel disrespected and like if I didnt want to spend more money, I didnt even deserve to be shown a clean car.
Sold me a car with separating tire. The general Manager was suppose to call me but never got a call back. How I found out my tire was separating 2 weeks after buying the car tire became flat barely could drive . Called them and the dude who sold me my car told me it’s honestly nothing they can do . Although before I left that day they “checked” everything on the car and said everything was good . I guess next time I’ll have to have a mechanic on hand with me so they can properly check the tires before I leave off the lot. Really wasn’t a bad experience but if a customer asked if everything good including the tires and you say yes. That’s clearly false. I just really would of expected the general manager call me and address my concern especially since the incident with not one but both of my back tires were messed up exactly 2 weeks from me purchasing my car.

This has been an excellent car buying experience. Don Jackson went way beyond my expectations. I highly recommend anybody to come here to purchase a vehicle. Jakita was great and so was everyone else. Everyone was so nice and helpful. If I had to complain about anything it would be how long it took. Spent 4 hours on two different days. 8 hours total. (The first day was all on me trying to figure out exactly what I could get) but once we had everything figured out the second day it still took 4 hours to complete everything because they were just so busy. But other than that I thoroughly enjoyed this car buying experience. Thank you Don Jackson Mitsubishi for my brand new 2018 Mitsubishi Highlander. Its exactly what I wanted.

Long LONG day spent there. Ive been in customer service over 10 years. This was the worst dealership Ive ever visited. Not only was the salesman I dealt with unfriendly but other employees were as well. I was with my wife and two kids both under 3 years old. They kept us for over 4 hours all to tell us AGAIN another lie we had been promised prior to arriving. We drove an hour one way to be treated like garbage. We actually liked the vehicle but the service made us walk out. I even asked another salesman for help as ours had left us OUTSIDE for over 20 minutes alone and when he realized I had another salesman helping me he sat back down and pretended I didnt exist. To sum up the day after 4 hours of this treatment we hadnt even been offered a glass of water... If you feel like being manhandled youve found the right place. Maybe youll find a decent person working but we couldnt....

I have been to a few that have charged me significantly more than the original quote and they will take their sweet time fixing whatever it is. If I could give it 0 stars I would!!! I drove TWO hours to look at a variety of vehicles at the dealerships in the area. I called to make an appointment to test drive and Darius was the salesman that set it up. He was trying to get me to come in that day and I just couldnt so we planned for the next day. This was also a day he was off, he just had to mention, but was going to come in for my appointment, knowing I was making that drive to the area. Well I arrive and he isnt there- they actually said they had no idea where he was!!! I understand its your off day- I was coming then regardless. If you say you are going to be somewhere you should do it. Very unprofessional. Right off that bat I was irritated but I thought well if it works out someone else can have the sale! Then I get told the car hasnt even been through the shop and they arent even sure if they are keeping the vehicle. It was scheduled to go to the shop the next morning, let me remind you, after my appointment two hours away..... so we look at it anyways and this car was NASTY. I assume they arent keeping it because they were about to loose $3,000 on the car by listing it as $11,995 and having a policy to honor Car Gurus which had it listed as $8,995.Don Jackson has the worst customer service and worst looking cars! I went and test drove a year newer version of the same car next door at Dodge and it was beat to hell and overpriced for the quality. Not worth your thought, breath, time, let alone money

Theyre device department is ATROCIOUS!! I advise everyone to visit the service department before you purchase a vehicle from ANY dealer much less this one. I though Auto Nation Union City had the worst service department However this one takes the Cake.
Sales people were nice and knowledgeable but the service department absolutely SUCKS! I brought my car in for an oil change. I was the FIRST car there at 8am in the morning and they were not done with my car until over an hour later! That is just ridiculous! They have no concept of time nor do they respect others time. Ill just go somewhere else to get my oil changed.

I went in needing a car i could tow with trading in my 2012 Camry they sold me on a Outlander sport saying that it would be able to tow. they even put a tow package on it from a third party vendor. This seemed odd to me at first but i was really in a bind at the time and needed a vehicle i could tow with. come to later find out the website suggest it is not recommended for towing . when i questioned them about this after i bought it they ensure me that i would be ok to be towing with it. this is not true, very sluggish towing and not recommended it right. now i am stuck in a vehicle that does not do what i need it to. i would have been better off putting a tow hitch on my Camry that had a 2.4L engine. some blame on me for not doing my full research but, i also trusted the dealer. shame on me. and on them for just trying to make a sale.

We found a BMW that looked great on the internet so we traveled about an hour and a half to test drive it at Don Jackson. We called ahead to make sure the car was still there. The associate Teresa assured us it was there. She not only gave us verbal directions but texted me directions to make sure we found her easily. She was warm and easy-going. No pressure. We loved the car and liked her so much that even though we looked at another car at another lot...we came back to Don Jackson and bought the BMW on the spot. Saw a lot of negative reviews, so I was reticent about doing business here. However, they had a beautiful used Equinox at a great price, so I contacted them online about it. Teresa was very patient, corresponding back and forth via e-mail with me to answer my questions. Was very excited to go in and look at it after the baby woke up from her nap, but then got a message from Teresa that another customer was buying it right then. Really appreciated her thoughtfulness in saving me a trip with a little one in tow for a car that would have been gone by the time I got there. Will definitely keep this dealership in mind for future purchases!

We traveled from Macon to look for a car. Found one we wanted at this dealership right away. Staff was willing to lower the price because we payed cash. We feel we got a very good deal, but horrible customer service. If someone is paying cash, it should be a quick transaction in my opinion but it wasnt. We were also promised a price and then it was taken off the table, still lower than the original price but not what we were promised. Lack of communication between sales manager and salesman was to blame for that. Probably should have walked out then! The windshield had 2 cracks that were to be fixed when I returned to get the car 5 days later. I came 6 days later and it wasnt fixed. I had to wait and wait and wait. I was promised an inspection but when I asked for it, no one could produce one and I was told to call the dealership from across the street and get it myself because thats where the car came from. Finally got an inspection record over an hour later, after waiting an hour for the windshield to be fixed. Sales manager entered my name wrong in the computer and slowed the tag process down tremendously. I had to call myself and get that straight as well. At the end of the day, I am pleased with the card, but very dissatisfied with the customer service, and will not return here for any future purchases. Its not a professional dealership! A joke is what it is!
Not sure who the Sweat Hawk sales lady/ sales manager is but she needs to learn how to treat people because I will never buy anything from this dealer after the way she just talked to me.
This dealer doesnt even deserve a 1 star rating. I bought a pre-owned vehicle October 5, 2015. After 4 trips from Canton to Union City they finally have my loan information right. I made my first payment in January and paid it off in June. Im still waiting for my title. Come to find out from my lender and the county tax office that the lien has not been released from the previous title holder so my lender was never able to even put their lien on the car. How does a dealership tag and title clerk allow a problem like this to remain unresolved for 11 months? I work in the auto industry, if I performed my job this poorly I would be fired. I left messages with title clerk but was cut off after a few seconds, good indicator that she probably does not check voice-mail. Wouldnt surprise me given the fact that my finance guy never responded to any voice mails and he admitted he doesnt check them. I left voice-mail for the General Manager, hoping he checks his messages.
Awful service! Please read your Bill of Sale and purchase paperwork! Sales associates are out to make money! I purchased a use vehicle which was still under manufacturer warranty. I was also sold an extended warranty. Upon reviewing my warranty I called the warranty company(Zurich)to inquire about my warranty and was told the extended warranty I was sold is no different from the manufacturer warranty. Ive called to cancel the warranty and have not heard back from anyone, its been 2 months since Ive requested to cancel.
I would love to rate the dealership with a zero. I have never in my life dealt with such a bunch of inconsiderate people as I have dealt with at this dealership. I came Thursday 9/21/17 and test-drove a 2013 Outlander, which I wanted to come back and purchase the next day because it was close to closing time. I was pre-approved through an outside finance company for a loan, however the salesperson Nick asked me to fill out one of their finance applications. I left all my paperwork with the salesperson, and I went home that night, filled out the application. I researched Insurance prices and had everything set to purchase the vehicle. I called the next morning to see if I could get the status of the deal, I was informed that Nick was busy at that time. I called back 7 times throughout the day. I was advised that the salesperson and the finance manager where either with other customers or on lunch and that I would receive a phone call back as soon as they were available. I did not receive one call back from the salesperson Nick or the finance manager the entire day. I am extremely upset that I wasted my day off waiting to hear if I was going to be able to purchase the vehicle I wanted and got no response the entire day whatsoever. All I wanted was a simple phone call either saying that I wasnt approved or that I was approved and could come down to pick up the vehicle. Instead I wasted the day when I could have been visiting other dealerships that have some sort of customer service ethics. I dont know how this dealership is still in business if that is the way they treat their customers.

I contacted this dealership on a Friday with questions about a used car that I was really really interested in. I’m from Saint Louis and specifically said I would make the drive down there to get the car I just had two questions first. By Monday the car was off their website and I never got a reply. So I would give 0/5 if I could their customer service is just absolutely terrible.

The manager was nice my issue was the salesman I was pressured into buying a car by Jerome Elliot and when I realized I would be paying 24k on a 8k vehicle wasn’t worth it I return vehicle a hour later ! Jerome then approached me saying “ you wasted my time, this how I get paid, as far as I know you own the vehicle, we not in the business to unsell vehicles and just became rude walking off as he’s saying things he approached me about I already spoke to management about a return agreement because of the peer pressure from him also my mother was on way up there to assist and he’s like hurry up sign the paper before she comes ! He’s a slick talking con artist watch him and rude ! Would not recommend anyone

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Horrible customer service, I got my car a year ago and still waiting to get my tag for my car! I’ve been having to call them throughout the year and it’s been a big inconvenience for me, they never return my calls and no help from the MANAGER! It’s like once they sell you a car they will forget about you. They make promises they can’t keep, and I’m still here with the dealer tag that’s going to expire at the end of the month. I’ve had to talk to my attorney about this and even mention to the staff that I will take legal action and still doesn’t make a difference. Anybody looking for a car don’t go to Don Jackson. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Go to a place where they care about you and won’t make you do all the work.
I have to start by saying I did get a good deal on a car but after that has been terrible. They sent the payoff for the car I traded in to the wrong place. Now they dont seem to care to fix it even though they are aware of what happened. I asked the manager a question also and his answer was to just Google it. Well sir if you Google it your dealership you will see my review.
