So far the WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! My car has been in the service center for a week now and I haven’t received an update on my vehicle nor can I get in contact with anyone!! I have called for an entire week straight with no return phone call! My service advisor Nikki hasn’t communicated at all! This is by far the worse dealership experience! When I was a Nissan customer they did much better for God sake! Someone needs to call me and tell me what the hell is going on! My car is being service for a simple window not working!!!! I am FURIOUS!!!

Save yourself a headache, had my car towed here for a diagnostic. As I read in another review, my car also shut off while I was driving it! It’s been in service for almost 3 weeks now, Kelly Facer never answers the phone. It’s so hard to get anyone on the phone period. I’ve emailed, spoke to everyone online, left multiple voicemails. No call back. After I was promised I’d know something by the end of his shift. NOTHING!…THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE EVER… here is another bad review.

Save yourself your time and your sanity by avoiding this location. The general manager Paul Borreggine is not a man of his word. He wont even return my phone calls. I have been charged for car parts that I did not receive. Also dont believe calling the dealership will answer your questions. They are short staffed. I have sent emails, left voice messages, contacted corporate and he still doesnt respond. This dealership will not last long with this type of customer service.

Dropped my 2020 Disco off for repairs. Alex was phenomenal, really knew what he was talking about. When I picked my vehicle up it was cleaner than when I dropped it off. I dread bad reviews and was really skeptical, but this experience far exceeded my expectation. The overall feel of the dealership and service area is great! Overall I think Alex really made the experience better. He was friendly and a genuine person, which is hard to find at a dealership. Thank you so much for making the repairs (recall)!

I called to schedule an appointment for possible diagnostic testing. As I explained to the person who answered the phone, my car cuts off while it’s in drive without warning. And my car doesn’t start at times. The woman on the phone began to talk down to me in a condescending tone telling me to turn off the auto stop button and it will be fixed. After telling her it’s not the auto stop, she’s verbally guiding me to where the auto stop button is located in my car. I had to repeat myself twice about my problem and she could care less. Then she told me the service center is backed up for a few weeks. Would’ve been nice if the conversation would’ve started with that….

Alex is freaking awesome. Sometimes, you have to be a little patient as theyre getting their team built, it can get a little backed up, but Alex treats me kindly and tries to go above and beyond. I wouldnt ever ask for more then that. Hes a good attribute to Land Rover South Atlanta. Thank you for a good experience and all of your help with my Perma Plate issue last time too!

Everyone was nice and friendly. My salesman Myreon was very thorough with explaining everything to me. I got a great deal on my brand new Jaguar XE. I didnt feel pressured or nervous. Everything flowed smooth and nice as it should. It took me an hour or less to get my car. I was really impressed with the amount of time it took. Usually buying a car takes forever but this took about an hour. I would refer others.

The dealership overcharged me $500 worth of car parts. The general manager Paul Borreggine will not even return my phone calls. I have contacted corporate and will have them settle the issue. I believe he is running from them as well. Paul Borreggine does not know how to run this dealership. Definitely do business in Buckhead or Alpharetta. Save yourself your time and your sanity by avoiding this location.

This location was very unprofessional as well as disrespectful to a customers time.The first encounter with LRSA was an unpleasant one. When I went to get an oil change, recall fix with radio, and also requested a price on brake sensors at 12:30pm and I didnt hear from anyone about anything until I realized its 4pm! Yes 4pm!The manager of the store decided to take care of the issue by saying she pays for nothing today! It was only a oil change but I appreciated that....Now we get into sorry you had to experience this, we will come get your car and bring you a loaner, promised by service manager name Chris. Long story short.... I called to follow-up a few weeks later couldnt reach Chris. So after calling I get a call from Chris to say their trying to find a loaner, havent been able too....finally I said Chris I will bring it no need to go through all this just fix my car. Now we make another appointment to fix the recall issue with radio add sensors at a discount. Appointment was at 1pm I arrived at 12:35. Now once again never heard from anyone until around 4pm. No update! No, we had an issue or anything! Finally the store manager comes out and speak, I explained what was happening. Now they all come out to tell me its taking longer than expected do to you havent had your radio updated. REALLY!!! It should be 30 more minutes. I was charged the discounted price still and wasnt even made aware on how to use the updated system. I will NEVER RETURN!

I bought my Jaguar F-Pace June of last year (2020) and was given ONE key. Ive been asking since then for an additional key only to be told all keys comes from GERMANY. I was promised in September that it would be in. Since then my salesperson was FIRED and I no longer have a direct contact person at this dealership. I call and the phone just rings or I get the runaround. Now, I have another question and I cant get to the right person via the 855 number. After my lease is up, dont think I will deal with this dealership again.

This was one of my best car sale experiences I called Marvin and explained to him what car and payment I wanted as others didn’t have the range I wanted. And another out of state dealership kept giving me the run around. He kept is word and did everything he said he could do. He’s the General Manager. Then Floyd my car sales associate was fast and pushed to keep everything on tract he was great also. Amber finalized the deal, she was really sweet professional and knowledgeable. I will send everyone I know to these guys... They all stayed over til 9:40 pm to get it done when they could’ve told me to come back the next day! Very great customer service

I am writing you concerning my vehicle (2016 Land Rover Evoque) which has been at the Jaguar Land Rover South Atlanta location for repair since 23Jun2020 (almost 2 months as indicated on Trips info. from your Land Rover application attached in letter sent to Corporate Office).I have been very very patient up until now 11Aug2020. The repairs were supposed to have been corrected per invoice #15254 (attached in letter sent to Corporate Office), but after picking up vehicle that same day and driving for a few miles the vehicle experienced the same identical issues as before, and had to be returned to the Jaguar Land Rover South Atlanta location again.I am not sure why the vehicle would be returned to me after almost 2 months and have the same issues. I am seeking to have this resolved so that I can enjoy having/driving this car, which so far am not.Also, no temporary/substitute car was even offered. I was told quote “you better start looking for a ride home”I am currently still waiting for repairs, with no car yetIts a shame I have to go this route (voice opinion) for action, I guess this is the new norm? Maybe next Twitter post.Thx

The general manager here is phenomenal!We followed Marvin from another dealership and he has exceeded our expectations again!Great selection, the customer service is just as we expected from a Land Rover dealership run by Marvin.Our sales person Myron safely got us in and out quickly ( buy listening to exactly what we asked for)And we got the car of our dreams delivered to us!I can’t say enough about how hard everyone worked to follow safety guidelines and make sure we were treated with great service.We can not thank Marvin and his team enough!This is the way car dealerships should be run,They go above and beyond to make you happy with each purchase.My daughter is on her 2nd car from Marvin, as are we. Which says a lot of his commitment to his clients.When you come to a dealership you can trust it makes car buying fun again!We drove over 2 hours to get to the dealership and it was more than well worth it!

Very dissatisfied with service! The phone is never answered at service desk. Upon arrival, no one was at service desk, waited 20 min before someone addressed me. Customer service was poor! Service advisor was not welcoming at all and nonchalant. Dropped car off for a diagnostic at 10:30 was told I’d get a call around noon with an update. No call and No answer. Upon my return to dealership after work, 4:30 pm, nothing had been done to car. I had to wait another 1.5 hours. Totally unacceptable for this caliber dealership!!!

I purchased a used Mercedes C300 through them over a year and a half ago. The car and the dealership have been giving me problems since day one. What shouldve been my read flag in this deal was when the finance manager, Amber (not sure if shes still there) switched my co-signers name to the primary owner and me to the co-signer without my authorization which messed up the entire transaction. Second was I signed an Arbitration agreement. Which means youre not allowed to pursue legal action against the business unless an Arbitrator deems it necessary. And lastly, the golden 28.00% interest rate which tried to really bended me over and do you know what. The vehicle is paid off now; I wasnt paying that mess. Ive been in contact with arbitrators and my lawyers with nothing back from the Arbitrators. It seems like no one wants to even bother with this place. Working one on one with the finance department at the dealership I work at, Ive never seen shadier business than this dealership in my entire career. They lie, cheat, and manipulate you until you crack and sign. I worked with a previous employee of this dealership who can confirm a lot of these allegations. Youll walk out smiling until you make the turn off that lot. Then all he ll breaks loss. I seriously wouldnt support this dealership at all. Everyones experience is different but this has just been mine. The C300 I have has been sorted out now and is a perfectly fine little cross country car. This was after replacing an entire A/C unit, replacing motor mounts, replacing a headlight, replacing the radiator, fixing the audio system which cost a LOT, and fixing an expensive torque converter. There were other little things as well. I wish they were decent enough to had just taken just a little bit of responsibility.

Verified they had it and no customer looking at it He asked us how far away were we, we said we could be there in 15 min. He makes us an appointment . We had an appointment for the recall on our Range Rover Valor and when we came to pick up the vehicle, we assume all was well because of the paperwork showing all has been checked out. When we got home not thinking to check it out, just parked the car in the garage. Later on we had to take the car out to travel, once we tried to use the navigation system, there was no sound and we had to use our cell phone for directions. When we came back from our trip, we made an appointment to have it looked at. When we came to pick the car up, we assumed once again the car was ready as suggested by customer service. When I got in the car to pull off the cameras froze up and I had to go back into the service center to explain my concerns. The car was pulled out once again to check it out, but after quite awhile, it was expressed to take it home to complete the down loading. I spent several hours trying to figure out how long it would take to complete. We are very disappointed because as to date the car is still not working properly, because it’s still in the download mood. We hate having to keep taking the car to get the same issue taken care of because it appears to be far beyond the capabilities of the service center.I was hoping that the car would be better left until they’re done and completed before we pick it up this time!We was hoping someone would have called to check on it, especially since it wasn’t completed before we left the service center.We purchased a Range Rover because of the brand name and the service quality but it’s very disappointing to know we are still not pleased with our service on our vehicle.Thanks,

I took my car in because it was having issues with the air conditioning system. Keeps loosing refrigerant (have filled it up 3 times now over past year so clearly there is a problem). It has been at the service department over 6 weeks now. Last week they filled it with refrigerant and said it was fixed (they could not find a leak). Of course when I picked it up it was not working. They gave some excuse about the warranty policy making it difficult for them to even trouble shoot the problem (ie they need definitive evidence of what the problem is before fixing it, but they are reluctant to do the work to actually figure out the problem).I saw these same problems at the Buckhead dealership. Upon reflection of my Range Rover experience, though they are beautiful cars, I see all kinds of problems that suggest there is a deeper problem with this company (e.g., service at dealers is categorically bad, there are some design features that are not user friendly, of course the reliability is horrible on these vehicles, the performance is not that great either when compared to say an X5...). Most of my adult life I have been a BMW buyer, and just recently I thought I would try a Range Rover, and wow, such a difference between the two. I must say, BMW appears to be a significantly better run company than Range Rover. The cars to me are better (e.g., seem to be more reliable, they perform better, better designed user interface) and the service at the BMW dealerships are WAY better.UPDATE: so after waiting 6 weeks without a car (and no line of sight into what the problem is), I called up ENZOs in Marietta on Monday. He said bring it in Tuesday. I dropped it off on Tuesday at Enzo, within a half hour he found the problem and called me, ordered a part and fixed it. Done by Thursday. He said the problem was very easy to recognize (leaks in condenser), all you had to do was look at it.

I was totally disappointed with my experience. I dropped my vehicle off for routine brake maintenance and a tire replacement. After waiting on my first visit for 4 hours with no update I left with an appointment to bring it back. I dropped it off and was told it should be finished later that day. More than a week later, multiple calls and no update or response. Thank God I had another car. Finally after multiple calls I got Alex and he tried to play it off as him mistakenly leaving messages at the wrong number and that my car was ready 4 days prior. Really?!?! Y’all called and texted me with the estimate and all of a sudden it’s too complex to call to tell me my car is ready?!? And then to casually pass it off with no apology was the icing on the cake! I came to pick my car up and the service was slow. It took nearly 30 mins just to get my car and it wasn’t even cleaned as promised! I will never return here! I’ll go all the way to Buckhead or Alpharetta before I return here! I’ve had better service at a Pepboys!

My wife and purchased a certified 2017 Range Rover Sport from this dealership on 12/17/20 I drove from Texas to Atlanta to pick up our new purchase. On 12/19 the check engine light came on so we arranged to drop it off at our local dealer. We dropped the vehicle off on 12/23 they had it until 12/31. We picked up the vehicle and rove it home. on 1/2 the check engine light was back on again. On 1/6 we took the vehicle in again for the same check engine light code i have a scanner and pulled the codes myself every time before taking it in. This time they had the vehicle until 1/12. I went and picked it again. I called my salesman Brian OConnor this time and voiced my frustration with the car and all I received was at least its in warranty. The vehicle as of today is back at the dealer with the same code again. I called my salesman again on Monday 1/18 and was told he did not know what he was supposed to do. I told him we have lost faith in the car after 3 times in the shop with no fix and wanted someone to get back with me regarding this. As of today I still have heard from no one at this dealership.

I had one of the most exciting experience why looking for a car at Land Rover South Atlanta. The car I was planning on buying was a 2009 ES Lexus. My sale associate, Yohance Skeete, not nothing the car was no longer availible came to my house to pick me up in this 2011 Audi. Thanks for going the extra mile. I am so excited and please. The audi with 20,000.less mileage and I got it at the purchase price as the lexus. I was treated very special. Yohance was the perfect saleman in all respect so was the staff. This is one of the worst experience I had with a dealership. I contacted them two weeks prior to visiting them in order to purchase a 2016 GLE450. After speaking several times to Joseph, we set up an appointment and I drove to Atlanta from Charlotte hoping to get my car. Mind you everything is planned and they are supposed to be expecting me. I get to the dealership in the morning and Im told I cant test drive the vehicle because it has a mechanical issue. To make matters worst Mike Wright who is supposed to be the manager lies to my face telling me he didnt know I was coming. He forgot that he had emailed me a few days prior to arrange my visit. On top of his lies he is the most disrespectful and rude manager Ive ever seen in my life. This is supposed to be a Jaguar-Land Rover dealership, not some junkyard. If I could give them less than one star I would.

I’ve recently purchased a Pre-owned range rover sport from the dealership in Union City I was surprised pleasantly surprised to see a land rover dealership on the southside thought I would stop by and ended up purchasing a vehicle. My experience has mixed emotions overall I feel like I got a great deal on my car however there is a lot to be desired with the level of customer service . The communication here is not great to say the least my registration was put in a former address as well as some items that needed to be added to the deal such as tires in rims that I had to constantly text and call about their arrival. Would I recommend this dealership to someone else I’m still on the fence. RUN!!!! Stay far away as possible.. I Rarely Ever leave a review but this time I had to! These ppl been an absolute headache /unprofessional since day one. Made me drive an hour for a vehicle I wanted & they sold it behind my back! They don’t honor their word & will say anything (Dean Wilson) to you to get you to sign a contract. I’ve owned plenty cars in the past but this has been the WORST car purchasing experience that I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t wish the treatment I’ve received on my worst enemy. So if you are looking for a vehicle, save yourself a headache & look somewhere else.

He took his time to explain everything, kept me informed, and went above and beyond to make sure I was in the car I really wanted. Thanks man. I can be difficult because I read every word of every document, ask questions about everything and pick it apart until I have a full understanding. 13 years in the Army will do that to you! Brought my vehicle in for a drivers side seat repair and vehicle service. Was told it would take 5 to 7 days. 16 days later I was told my vehicle was complete. When I picked up of my vehicle the 1500 miles service warning was still showing. (Was vehicle really serviced!?) I think not. In fact on the ride home, my Tire pressure pressure warning illuminated. The tires were rotated but the pressure was not adjusted. The pressure in front tires differ from pressure in the rear tires. You would think the technician would have known and checked that. Three days later the seat malfunction continued and the head rest became immobile. Went back to the dealership and was told by the service manager that the technician put the wrong part on my vehicle! Really?? The fact is that the original problem wasnt checked and the headrest was broken.Service manager tried to make amends, but I expect a higher level of quality work from a Land Rover Dealership. Totally disappointing to say the least. Will never go back and would not recommend this dealership!! I would put Zero stars if it was an option!!

The sales team is GREAT. I had an amazing experience buying a car back in October. This week, however, I have been calling for 5 days trying to get in touch with a service advisor. I have been told someone would call me back and they never do. I have called and chatted the website multiple times. The service team can’t seem to answer the phone and if the phone is answered, it’s by someone who just writes down my name (which has happened 4 times now). I just want to talk to someone on the service advisory team before taking my car in. I am incredibly frustrated and annoyed. I have never experienced such bad customer service.

I dropped by Land Rover South dealership for my first routine service on my F-Pace.Initially, I visited the Land Rover in Buckhead., The service area was busy and the service person made me I feel rushed. On top of it all, he told me i didnt need service. Two weeks later my need service light comes on. So I decided not to go back and try one of the other Land Rover dealerships.I was in the area and dropped by Land Rover South to schedule an appointment. Since my visit was unscheduled I didnt expect to receive service that day. Luckily, someone cancelled and I was able to get it done.Clyde took his time to explain my service and how the warranty worked. Im glad he did because my understanding of when to get my maintenance service was wrong! He further provided recommendations that would make my future visits better.The only con, is that they did not provide snacks. They only offered coffee. They said it was due to COVID but I was at a Lexus dealership a week before and they had all the snacks and drinks! I get it, but Id like to make the choice on whether or not to take the risk. Me and another customer were hungry. LOLOtherwise, my experience was great! Even though the Buckhead dealership is closer to my home, Ill be getting my truck serviced at Land Rover South.

I hate the process of buying cars - spending countless hours at a dealership is the last thing I want to do. Unfortunately, the lease on my BMW was ending and due to Covid-19 the availability of new cars at most dealerships is very low. However, Land Rover South Atlanta had the model I was looking for, so I made the trip from Midtown Atlanta to Union City. Unlike the inflexible, disorganized, and inattentive Land Rover Dealerships intown - that is in the city of Atlanta -Land Rover South Atlanta was relaxed, had plenty of space, allowed me to drive the car unaccompanied, and the sells staff were attentive without being pushy. Importantly, Dean and Marvin the sales managers gave me the deal that I was looking for on the car I wanted. Thankfully, I havent experienced their service department yet, but I can honestly say if you are considering a Land Rover product you will be wise to consider driving the 20 or so miles to South Atlanta, namely Union City. Im certain that I spent far less time on the lot even with the added drive time than I would have buying from the dealership closest to my home or on the North Side of Atlanta.

Stay far away from them .. I don’t ever leave reviews, this is probably the 2nd or 3rd time in my life to leave a feed back. I’ve owned about 15 cars in my life and I have to say this is the WORST Experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. Bad Shady business & they will say anything to you to get you to sign for it. I feel very disrespected for being lied to & I’ve been getting the run around from day one. I will be taken them to court. Watch out for Dean, he’s not a man of his word and will say anything to try to sell you a vehicle. Shame on them.

I truly had a turn-key experience. Before I could even step foot onto the sidewalk, I was greeted by Tiffany Williams who was finishing up with other customers. She was extremely polite, professional, and disarming. After telling her what vehicle I was interested in initially, I was test driving the car in 15-20 mins...(plus she gave me directions for the best route to test drive during rush hour traffic...!). I mentioned one issue, and she had the team pull the car back to the shop, and they addressed the issue while my paperwork was being prepared.On a Friday evening she was multi-tasking and working hard like it was Tuesday afternoon to address customers needs. Throughout the whole process I was dealt with properly from Tiffany Williams, Sales Manager, and the GM. I will not be going back to the Buckhead location anymore.The only way that my experience could have been better...Is If they Accepted BITCOIN!!!

The Service Managers timely response turns around my initial review to positive 5 star. I spoke with the service manager Kenneth and he carefully listen to my concerns. Kenneth had done his research based on the review and immediately acknowledged and took ownership of the issues. He offered solutions that we both agreed upon. He mapped out a plan of action and explain to me how he plans to fix the issues. It is easy for a business to reply to positive reviews, but it says a lot about a business when they respond back thoughtfully and engage with real resolutions. After my conversation with Kenneth, I must say that I believe he will turn around the service department by making sure quality is a priority and customers receive excellent service. In my opinion, Kenneth genuinely cares about customers and improving Land Rover South business. He has certainly convinced me to give them another chance.Issue resolve.Terribly disappointed with the Land Rover South Service department. First impression. I took my vehicle in for a coolant light notification. I also agreed to get an oil change, update and tire rotation. After leaving the service department within 15 minutes the coolant service light came on and a rear right tire pressure light. The update had an issue, so it was not completed. I got air put in the tire, but the car feels unbalanced. At this point, we contact your service and they tell us to bring it back in. With this many mishap, I decide to take my car to the North Land Rover where I normally get serviced. North Land Rover did not verify the oil was changed done but checked the tires. The front tires were at 47 psi & 46 psi. The tires were switched but not air pressure not checked by South Land Rover. North point addressed the coolant light, tires, performed the update and as always delivers my car back cleaned and vacuumed. South Land Rover really needs a quality check process with service. After spending ~$500 after a $40 coupon discount for an oil change, fluid top off and having my car in worse shape than it was when I brought it in, I want a refund. Your service is unacceptable.
