This is my Go To for my car. The level of service is impeccable. I always get great feedback about my car and whats needed. And they always look for ways to save me money which I can totally appreciate. The location is always clean and presentable and the staff and super friendly. Love the Chevrolet of Union City. Our truck engine died and we were able to limp into Nalley Chevrolet where Jamari stayed open a few more minutes to allow us to get the truck in the lot. He was incredibly friendly, great attitude, and even loved on our pup. Over the course of the next few days, his team inspected the vehicle, diagnosed the problem and were able to help us out. I literally called his manager, Rob, and told them to give this man a raise!

Service at this dealership is slow and very unprofessional. Must drop off car for days just to get a diagnostic. No loaner cars available. Hold you car hostage and tell you that repairs will be completed the next day, and then the next day, and then claim that they need to order another part. When actually you car is just sitting there. Dealer has a lot of excuses and allows under promises especially if your car was not bought from this dealer. Find another dealership. This one will cause you lots of frustration and days without your vehicle. Extended warranties are not honored in a timely manner. Do not purchase or used them here. The staff is not knowledgeable of services and timelines for different types of extended coverages.

Justin C. Was the best service Advisor I’ve had in 10 years between Ford and Cadillac . The clear communication and advanced knowledge made me feel comfortable in leaving my GM car in his hands. This service department is above par in service and they really try to explain and be clear to you on everything . This was my first experience but if they keep this up I will definitely be there anytime my car needs attention! Great Job!

***Update. The regional general manager was swift in his communications and customer service. The service provided was unexpected but very much appreciated.My 2019 Tahoe has been at Nalley for two weeks for what I was told was a transmission problem. My service tech Justin has not reached out to me. I text him the first week he did not reply. I called to speak with him and another person provided an update. I made a visit to remove items from my truck and at that time he use the regular phrase I will provide you with an update. I have been in touch with GM and the senior representative has inform me of her difficulties reaching speaking to management. I was not offered a loaner from the dealership but was told to call GM customer service. No assistance from the dealership to help get me a rental without me paying out of pocket. Im still without a vehicle and no update provided. Poor service.

Nothing but bad experiences with this dealership. I took my car there for an issue I was having with theft deterrent system. They charged me for a diagnostic, said it was the key battery. So they changed it. The issue is still occurring. They dont clean your car when you have work done. (Every other dealership I have ever been to does) They also dont have loaner vehicles, in order to fix whatever is going in They are going to have my car for multiple days without offering a loaner.2nd encounter was yesterday. I had my brakes and rotors changed ($600 which is wayyyyyy to expensive) Now today while driving the car (2019 Impala) the nav screen went out and all the lights behind the steering wheel as well. I called the man I spoke with is sure it has nothing to do with the work they did yesterday. However in order to find out why it all of the sudden went out they need to keep the car a couple days. Again the overnight without a loaner. I have children who go to school so I am unable to be without a car.

Received horrible service after having to return my vehicle for a problem they missed not saying it was intentional just Major inconvenice! caused me to come out of pocket for an additional rental and car sat untouched for over a week when I showed up to pick up my vehicle service agent was very rude and unprofessional and dismissive when I was speaking to him set my keys on the counter (very rude) and told me I could take my vehicle. I will not be returning any of my business to this facility! Highly disappointed!!!

From the moment I started communication with Nalley Chevrolet, I was absolutely impressed. When I asked about a Chevy Bolt on their website to the end of the sale, I was taken care of efficiently. I ended up going to the dealership where I was introduced to Bruce, my salesman. He was a pleasure to work with. He was resourceful, honest and showed integrity. After the purchase of my car, I had an issue with my Bolt. From the onset of the problem to when the repair was completed the GM, Robert, was the most helpful and communicative GM I have ever worked with. The process was pretty easy. A small miracle was worked. The only areas that I would say could improve is to coach your salespeople on how to communicate the next steps in the car buying process. and to try and allow the customer to pick at least the color and one option that is within their pre-determined price range. I was just left sitting in the glass office while I guess the financing and trade-in appraisal part was happening. I didnt particularly care for just sitting there not really knowing what was going on. I would have loved to have had the option to pick either a couple of other colors or have an option to pick. Sometimes, thats all the difference between a WOW experience and an OK experience. Although Freddie the financing paperwork guy was thorough, at times, some of his responses to questions were snippy. I definitely didnt get a car care kit as promised in the signing office or a warm and fuzzy from Freddie. But again, warm and fuzzy is my thing, may not have been Freddies thing. Other than that the overall the entire experience was OK. They definitely are in the business to sell you a car.

I had my car towed on Wednesday and then no once answered every time i tried to call to check on it. Finally i was able to get through to someone just to find out that they lost my keys and attached it to another customer work order on Saturday. I still didn’t get my truck back till the next following Friday.

I have been coming to this dealership for 15 years and yesterday I had the worst experience yet which was so bad that I was prompted to reverse any good ratings I have ever left. Management has changed a few times since, but the customer service that was received from Mr. Caulkins and his Assistant Manager was unacceptable. After waiting for 8 hrs for a diagnostic with absolutely no updates I was given a good bit of excuses. There was no problem with paying the diagnostic fees but there is a better way to communicate to a customer that has been waiting for 8hrs and then being told I would have to pay almost a thousand dollars for a recall repair. I would probably never come here again but I hope the customer service is addressed for future customers. In the meantime take your car elsewhere.

I always make an appointment for service but I was told thats an appt to speak to someone for service. The wait time for my appointment for service (oil change) is always 3hrs or longer. I needed wipers so the rep told me the best was $40 . Yeah my fault for thinking this was the total and not per wiper nor did he explain that. So I get a bill at the end for $160

Bad business, I’d say. Get everything in writing via text message or email first. I called and was given a price via phone that included parts and labor. After the arrival, I was told that the cost was $100 more and it would be 2 hours. After 3 hours the service person said that it would cost more because the service didn’t cost what they told me earlier. After 4 hours, I called and was told that they have completed the oil change, but had not started the tune up. You see where this is going. If I was told 4 hours or all day, up front, it would have been fine. Because of the price and time spent, I feel tricked. Now, guess I’ll have my attorney to obtain the quote, I was given over the phone.

The service was fine. I requested a loaner vehicle and upon arriving to the dealership I was told that there were none available, super inconvenience. I had a 730 am drop off for a service that was supposed to take about 2 hours(oil change, cabin filters, and transmission fluids) After 12 pm I had not received a call that my car was done so I called and was told that my vehicle was just completed.When I picked up my vehicle it was explained to me that the loaner vehicle is only available for certain services. After being provided context on why this was, as a customer who booked online there was no way for me to know this was not an option with the service I received.3 stars for lack of communication.

As of last week. My car has been in the shop for 2 weeks now. I have left voicemails, emails, and text messages. My advisor Justin refuses to contact or respond to me about my vehicle. I haven’t had an update on my car or anything. Wasn’t offered a loaner or rental. My husband and I will be going in person to the shop in the morning because this is ridiculous. I only come to this location because it’s close to me and it’s hard to find a service shop that will work on my Chevy Cruze. I will not be returning to this location anymore. Very poor customer service. Will update again after I go to the dealership in the morning. Went to the dealership Saturday. Was told that we they were waiting on a part. Supposedly the part came in last Tuesday. I was told that my car would be ready today or tomorrow. My husband called this morning (Wednesday) and they acted like they didn’t know what they told us last week. My car has now been at the dealership for 3 weeks. They claimed they would call me back after speaking to the tech and I still haven’t got an update. Frustrated is an understatement! Never again!

I have been a loyal customer of this particular location. With that said I am highly disappointed in the lack of customer service as well as the integrity of service done to my vehicle today. Guys do yourself a favor and choose another location, these folks don’t even make sure that your fluids are roped off properly for a routine oil change! And get this they put water in my coolant tank! No even 50/50 and didn’t even tell me about it, I had to ask when I noticed it! I also bought a part they never actually gave me, it’s the lack of integrity for me! All in all just go ANYWHERE ELSE to get your vehicle serviced!!! I wish I could give a half star, I’m so disappointed!UPDATE!!(8/6/2021): I spoke with the general manager of the location and he was prompt, professional, and apologetic about the experience. Went online schedule an appointment for a oil change. My appointment was for 7:30 am once arriving I was told there was only one advisor working at the moment. I was contemplating staying but my Vette was overdue for an oil change. I receive a call after getting comfortable in the waiting area that it would be about 2-3 hours before they could get to my car because it requires a certain lift. Ok who’s waiting around 3 hours for an oil change. Not me but good ol’ Justin Calkins offered me 20% off my next oil change for the inconvenience..not sure how I can pass that up; well I did went somewhere else to get it done.

JHURON put me down as the wrong car and wrong address after I gave him all of the correct info beforehand. He wrote it all down and still got it wrong once I seen my paperwork, this was my first time there, I drive a Chevy Malibu(a sedan), but he put down that I drove a Chevy Silverado(which is a truck)…..don’t understand the mix up at all…and also after I paid for my service he walked off w/o letting me know where my car was parked at so I ended up walking out the wrong way until another worker led me to my parked car. Also oil change was $78 after I had to wait over 2 hours.

I would not spend another penny at this place. When I was in the market to purchase a truck, I went to Nalley and walked the whole entire lot and not one person came out to check on me. This was in October 2020. At that point I went to Southtowne in Newnan and left with a vehicle same day.I decided to give them another chance so I went to have my vehicle serviced. I was parked in the garage for almost 10 minutes and no one came to greet me so I finally got out and walked up to the techs and they gave me a look like I was bothering them.Third time visiting Nalley Justin was phenomenal. He communicated everything I needed to know. It gave me hope that i could begin to trust their service. This was the only great encounter I’ve had.This last time, I ordered parts for my mirror that was cracked. I called to ask if it was in and Toney in the Parts Department had a nasty attitude. Today, I went to pick up the parts and saw that the correct parts weren’t ordered. So I tried to get Toney to return those parts and order the correct parts. He told me he couldn’t do it because I didn’t have the card that it was ordered on with me. I could’ve gotten a picture of the card so he could’ve punched the number in for the return, but he didn’t try to work with me at all. I was confused because if he could punch the number in when the order was placed over the phone why couldn’t he punch it in to return the items. It’s obvious that Toney doesn’t need to work in customer service. Customers should never feel as though you’re bothering them. It’s your job to serve them.I will continue to drive 30 minutes to Southtowne where there is better management and customer service skills.

I originally couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone to assist me, so I went into the dealership and the finance manager, Freddie Thompson, told me to send him over my documents to cancel my gap policy. I did as he asked and haven’t heard a thing. It has been months and I can not get him to respond to any calls or emails. So frustrating. Will never purchase another vehicle here.

The Service Tech at Nalley Chevrolet in Union City, Jamari, was outstanding. I was on my way to the airport to pick up my son on leave from the military when my 2015 Chevy Equinox cut off. I usually take my car to the dealership from where I bought it but they told me I would have to leave my car for 2 weeks before they could even do a diagnostic because of the Covid back-ups and delays. When I contacted Jamari and explained to him that my son was home on leave and I need my car back as soon as possible, he told me he could have it diagnosed within 2 days. When the diagnostic showed that I needed engine work, Jamari worked swiftly with the warranty company and made sure to get the parts my car need in fast. I am very please with the service I received and I will now switch to Nalley Chevrolet for my regular oil changes and maintenance.

The associates at this location are always polite and friendly although this was my first personal visit every time I visit its always a pleasant atmosphere. Service was prompt quick and efficient said it would possibly be 2 hours and was done in less than one 👍🏽. I can’t understand how they sell cars. Never answer the phone.... everyone promises to get you in touch with someone, but never happens (including corporate.) Out of 100 calls between my husband and I, we’ve been lucky to speak with 4 people who promise to give your information to “the right person” it has been over 72 hours and still waiting. Please avoid this place.... you will find a better deal and customer service anywhere else.Update: husband drove down to see what was going on in-person. Met with sales manager who are in front of him the entire time! Disgusted at this place. Never offered a solution.

We took our 2005 Chevy SSR to Nalley Chevy in Union City, Ga and after having our 2005 SSR for over a month (not good) with not calls back and over 5/6 messages, we finally got some answers and a full explanations as to what was going on....but we had to physically go the dealership to their service department and escalate the matter. At first we did not feel good about how this was being handled because we were unable to get any call backs after leaving over 5/6 messages. But after escalating the situation (twice), we were able to get some feedback and some answers and some progress.

Chevy literally broke my car… damaged my head gasket. Brought it in for one thing, they tell me it’s good and ready to pick up, and then when I arrive my car couldn’t even drive. We live in North Central Florida and we were recently in the market for a new Tahoe Z71. Tried many dealers in the area and candidly I got tired of all the bs real quick. I understand the market is not favoring the buyer PRESENTLY, however, that is not going to last and the level of short sightedness I was having to deal with was comical. All that said I simply cast a much larger net and ended up dealing with Nalley. Once I was connected with Robert G things went smooth. No bs and good communication. Next time I am in the market for a Chevrolet I will definitely reach out to him first. I would recommend Nalley.

I had a great experience with the dealership, The service writer Mr. Alonzo Goines was very courteous and very knowledgeable of his job. He contacted me of the updates of my vehicle. He insured me that they would take care of all the problems that I had with the vehicle. Mr. Goines made me feel like I was important and that I matter. I’ve had very bad experiences in the past with dealerships and mr. Goines and the Nelly Chevy family made this an great experience thank you for great service.

I came in on a busy Saturday morning and my experience was nothing less than spectacular. I was already on edge from having to drive from another dealership after being told the wrong thing but Nalley got my vehicle in and out within an hour and a half tops and made me feel at ease. I will say the replacement of my cabin filter was quite pricey but it is what it is. Alonzo was my service advisor and he was straightforward and just great, so thank you.

The service is better. I returned after an bad experience 6 months ago because I have history with this dealership. The service is better: The advisors are more professional, prompt/quick and the repair helped my car run better. The cost of the parts and labor were affordable and fair. In the past, this location is great for diagnosing problems, notifying you when the car is in need of mileage maintenance, which Im told helps the car run longer.

I don’t know who could possibly be leaving these reviews but, but this dealership is BEYOND unprofessional. I am a 21 year old GENERAL MANAGER and I’ve seen unprofessionalism but this surpasses that level. I had my car towed to their dealership TUESDAY AUGUST 9th.TODAY IS SATURDAY AUGUST 14th. I’ve called everyday since Wednesday . No one bothered to mentioned that they were 3/4 days behind on diagnostics. I’ve called the GENERAL MANAGER number and the ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER’s number and no one has YET to call me back!! I’ve left multiple voicemails with the customer service manager. No one has called me with any updates on my car. My car has literally just been sitting there until FRIDAY which I’m assuming is when they actually started to work on the car. That’s when I FINALLY got in touch with someone. I’ve had to come out of pocket of course and Uber to my store, the Director of Operations and OWNER of my location have both come out of pocket to reimburse me for paying almost $100 a day in Uber since having my car towed. I’ve had no transportation and not even so much as any communication about the service done on my car. Not to mention, when I finally did get in contact with someone from the service team, they were trying to point out everything else that was wrong with my car. When I know it was just the recall on the car. My car was perfectly functioning before having it towed. I want a response and the DIRECT number for the REGIONAL and or DISTRICT manager. This is beyond unprofessional and they are literally playing with people’s time and money!!!!
