Tiffany helped me out yesterday to purchase my first luxury SUV! When I say nothing but pleasant, sweet, nice, very knowledgeable, etc. She even remembered my dogs name! It was such a smooth process and she took care of everything! Jo in finance was really nice too. Every question we asked him about he was spot on. Im really blessed to have worked with these two. It was more than just buying a new car for me, I really appreciate their service!

Walking in Land Rover, Jaguar of South Atlanta. If someone said theres 5,000 Restaurant in this area and Im taking you to best one. I know, I m in for a treat. This is what that experience felt like. I dont usually write reviews! Even when the customer service is bad but I have to say the experience I had at Jaguar South Atlanta was exceptional! I had gone to Jaguar South Atlanta because I had some questions about a vehicle that I purchased from a competitors store. When I tell you they didnt care that I didnt purchase my vehicle from them! Can I tell you they treated me like their number 1 customer!I will never buy another car from anywhere else. My experience started with Chris Bundrick - the service manager who had attempted to call me back to tell me he couldnt help me with my initial problem but he went out of his way to help me find plan B answers for it. And for my other problems he connected me with Thomas. Thomas Thornton was truly my experience guide for my vehicle. He took the time to answer all my questions and make me feel like I was his number 1 priority. If you are looking for someone to take your experience at Jaguar to another level please ask for Thomas! I started out at Hennessy Jaguar of Atlanta and the customer service I received there was awful. I would never recommend that location to anyone! Jaguar South Atlanta truly gives you the luxury care experience. If you go anywhere else you will regret it!

I had the pleasure of working with Myron as I sought out my dream car. I had very specific requests on price, features, and color. Myron searched every lot they had around the U.S. He reached out to me with his findings along the way and finally, he found it!! Not only did he find the color, the features and the price, he found a higher year than expected. So, I went for it. The term smooth purchase process would be an understatement to describe the level of effortlessness it took to close the deal. When my car finally arrived, I went in to sign the last few docs and retrieve my keys. Everyone was so pleasant and fully accommodating during the short wait. Then with a big beautiful bow on the hood of my new baby (car) Myron handed over the car key and congratulated me on be the owner of my dream car. It started with Amanda responding to an online inquiry on a used 2020 Range Rover Sport, and then Thomas (sales person) & Tyler (manager) were excellent. Fast, friendly, & focused on creating a great experience to get me driving a new vehicle. Even better than Hennessy in Buckhead. We ended up test driving & purchasing a brand new 2022 HST model and LOVE IT! You simply cannot beat the class, luxury, & performance of a RRS. If at all possible, avoid this dealership! I had to have my Evoque towed to this dealership to have a tire replaced. I called numerous times with no one answering the phone in the service department. I finally spoke to Kelly who made numerous promises, none of which were upheld. I expected the same service I receive at Hennessey Jaguar but received service on par with a rundown McDonald’s. Do better, Jaguar South. Your customers deserve it!

It was a great experience. For me there are 2 downfalls when shopping for a car. 1. Getting rushed by salesmen when youre trying to look, and 2. how long it takes with the finance manager. They were awesome in both those categories! Saleswoman was great and that was the fastest Ive completed time with a finance manager. Great job!

I have called and left messages every day. I’m owed $1400 refund. Joe in finance called us and indicated that he had overcharged us and would be returning that amount of money. I guess we could call the Better Business Bureau but it really seen such a shame - we haven’t even had this car for 45 days.

Last month, I had an exceptional experience at Jaguar Land Rover - Unity City. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with, but I specifically worked with Yohan to purchase my car. The car that I wanted was a hot commodity and several people sought after the vehicle and I was happy to see that they abided by a first come, first serve policy. I was able to test drive the car on my own which made me feel comfortable and they answered any questions that I had. Very excellent customer service!While waiting for them to detail my vehicle and prep the paperwork, the owner Marvin approached me and asked how was my experience thus far. Then he took us over to his office and we had a great conversation discussing how he got into the car industry and he even gave me tips to use for my business. He’s such a genuine and down to earth guy. In fact, all of the employees there were extremely nice and a pleasure to speak with which made the waiting process (for my detail & paperwork) go by quicker.They had the vehicle reasonably priced and the process was very straight forward. There were 3 cosmetic issues that I found on the car and even though it was an “As-Is” purchase, the owner offered to have them fixed complimentary (the very next week) and provided me with a lovely loaner car in the mean & between time of servicing my car. I love my new car and would definitely recommend purchasing from this dealership!

Well maintained and clean but fell short of what I expected at a luxury car dealership. I arrived on time for my service appt. They kept me waiting from 10 am until 1 pm. At that time they told me they did not have the extra key fob I came to purchase and get programed. They also were extremly confused on why I might want to purchase an SD card which the navigation system requires. They said the cards should come with the car. My used vehicle did not have one. Next I was told I should go back to the seller and demand an SD card. After I expressed my extreme disappointment they got a service person or two involved and some how found a brand new $400 SD card which they programmed for another $150. Iwas told no one had key fobs and if I found one on line or anyplace else I could bring it back to have it programmed. I called Hennessy Jaguar and they told me they had plenty of key fobs in stock. I went there and received one the next day.I was very unclear as to the reason I was kept waiting at the Jaguar South location for three hours if they didnt have the parts I came for.After all that occurred we stopped at a nearby Walmart and realized the origonal key fob was not given to us. This was partially our fault because I should have asked for it on leaving. They were showing my wife and I how the navigation system worked. This was also an ordeal that was trial and error because the service person hadnt used this feature before. We were ready to leave as the day was becoming more and more lost (about 5 hours in). She waited in the running car while I went in to pay for the SD card and program fee. When we realized the key fob was left at the store they wanted me to get an Uber to the dealership and than Uber back to Walmart (about 3 miles away) to pick up the key fob the dealership service center forgot to leave in the running car. After several calls they agreed to send someone with the key fob. The young lady arrived about an hour later.This fiasco could have been easily avoided if they told me when I called the appointment in or when I arrived for service that they didnt have the parts.

This is the worst dealer ship for as repairs, the lies that they constantly tell about the status of your vehicle. What ever you do if you decide to take your car there get a second opinion they fired techs for telling the truth. My next step is to go to the better business bureau for the service that is render at this place.

After making an appointment online, specifying what I needed serviced, over a week before an available appointment, they let me drive the hour there to inform me that they only had one tech on Saturdays. So they couldnt do the most important repair I needed. In addition, I was informed of a new policy where my vehicle is too old (2007) for them to repair. They had all that information from the appointment scheduled, yet failed to inform before I came there. Plus I was told a charge was included, programming the keys, with the cost I prepaid, but then told at the dealership servicing that it was additional. He took about $70 off, but it still cost more than anticipated due to that false information given over the phone by a female in their department. Additionally, they forgot to rotate the tires and had to be reminded after calling to say my vehicle was ready, delaying me unnecessarily. My 11 AM appointment was not finished until 4:15 PM, for a couple keys programmed and an incomplete tire rotation. When I left the dealership, I couldnt figure out why my drive home in the heavy rain and snowflakes was so horrible, with my vehicle not handling well. They rotated the tires, but didnt change the pressure! Instead of 33 front-42 back, it was the dangerous opposite. That is unacceptable, especially as it is right on the door-plate. The service guy was nice and friendly, but the experience was not at all satisfactory, far less than Id expect from a Land Rover dealership. If I cant trust their servicing, I wont be inclined to purchase my next Land Rover from them.

Service department is terrible with answering the phones, I have been calling for 2 days to get NOONE in service. I talked to the receptionist more then I talked to the service advisors. I even called and left a message on the svc. manager Chris voicemail. I still havent received a call back. So I decide to drive up there (5 min from my house) to find no customers in service. Service advisor and another employee standing there talking. So I decided to called to see how long it would take for them to answer or see if they would answer. NOBODY answered the phone while me sitting there looking at them talk. SMH.....when I walk in the other associate walks away. I asked why havent no one been answering the phone? He says hes the only one there. (not knowing U just called and watched him not answer) The service advisor begin to schedule me then I find out they have no availability for my vehicle to be dropped off 2 weeks later. They always blaming they short of staff, which maybe true, but the service depart has some major issues for why they are always short staffed. I have to drive a hour away vs 5 min to have my car seen within a reasonable amount of time (Jaguar Duluth and Jaguar Alpharetta offer next day availability and they answered the phone after being transferred from the receptionist. CUDDOS TO THEIR TEAM).

Beware of car dealerships, and especially service departments. We purchased a used 2019 Jaguar F-pace from a private seller with 21k miles and all the warranties they sold to the original owner at the time. All newer model jags come with elite care maintenance that transfers with the vehicle. We scheduled the vehicle for maintenance via car notification. My husband takes the vehicle and the service advisor attempts to charge close to 800.00 bucks for the service. They sell and service Jaguars at this location, they should know or train service advisors that the warranties like most go with the vehicle. Once my husband spent an unnecessary amount of time trying to convince the advisor that it was covered. The advisor backs down and say he will push it through this time. If that wasnt enough he attempted to sell us 2 tires for a vehicle that cost almost 800.00 for a vehicle that has original everything and only 21k miles. I thought dealerships that sell/ service premium vehicles would provide premium customer service. Its sad that the Southside location doesnt adhere to that customer service model. We will take our car to a dealership that subscribe to customer loyalty and honesty even if we have to drive an hour to do it.

Ive been calling the dealership since Nov. After my purchase to get my WiFi activated and they have been giving me the run around since. AND QUESTIONED ME AS TO WHY IT WAS SO IMPORTANT FOR ME TO GET THE 3gig free WiFi which aint really that much....My reply After giving yall $100000 for a vehicle I want everything I paid for....I love my car 3rd Jaquar I have owned just purchase from somewhere else if you can.

Had my car serviced here February 2020 for oil change that is part of the elite package that Jaguars come with. My wife and I were told that they were a new dealership and didnt have loaners yet but next time they would. We live 1 1/2 hours away so we had to wait 4 hours on car. Didnt complain it but its time for oil change again. So I called to make an appointment and said that I would like a loaner so we could get out of there for awhile as the service was being completed and was told a service manager would call me back to schedule something. Two days later I called again and was told the same thing. Well I guess its time to drive a little bit farther to Hennessey and give them a shot. We were considering looking at a F-Pace for the wife but I guess will go with a Lincoln.

Bought a Jag F-Pace July 2020 & chose this place to get a checkup. Clyde Chapman was our advisor & all was well. In Oct 2020, lost a keyfob; but, had replacement warranty valid at any Jag dealer. Emailed Clyde Oct 30, 2020 about keyfob & asked him to let me know when appt could be scheduled. By Nov 4, 2020, no response from Clyde, so I called. Got his vm, left a msg. Nov 10, 2020, still no call or email from Clyde. Decided to call the Parts Dept to find out if keyfob was in stock. Phone just rang. I said screw it & went online to schedule an appt for Nov 23, 2020 to get this done. Advisor assigned was Taylor Overeem. Showed up to appt & Taylor asked if the keyfob had already been ordered. Told him no cuz no one here answers phones, return calls or emails. Taylor apologized & picked up the phone to call the Parts Dept. No answer – not even for one of their own. He hung up & asked if I would wait while he goes to the Parts Dept. 25 mins later no Taylor & my ride is waiting. Told the other advisor I had to go & to have Taylor call me. Rcvd call about 2 hrs later. He apologized & said the keyfob is in stock & everything has been taken care of & he would text when done. Rcvd text around Noon. Arrived at dealership & Taylor said keyfob is set, but it didn’t have the valet key & that he had ordered 1, but it is coming from overseas so it will take a few months. Taylor apologized again & said he will call me when the part comes in. At that moment, I say to myself, Taylor just saved this dealership from a bad review on both the Service & Parts Dept. BOY WAS I WRONG!! It is now Feb 12, 2021 & I decide to call Taylor to follow-up. I didn’t get his direct # so I call the main # to the Service Dept. I asked for Taylor & was told he was with a cust, so I left a detailed msg since it’s been a few months with the person who answered. Called the Service Dept back Feb 16, 2021 since I had not heard from Taylor. The phone just rang. Hung up, waited a few min & called back. Someone answered & I ask for Taylor & was told he was away, so left ANOTHER msg with this person. Feb 19, 2021 STILL no return call. Called the Service Dept back & phone rang 4 times then transfers to the receptionist. I explained what has occurred. She got my info & said she will make sure the Service Dept receives my msg. “WAIT ONE MINUTE! If it’s a msg I am leaving again, I need this to go straight to management”. Lady got quiet, then said she will escalate to a manager. Feb 24, 2021, NO RETURN CALL FROM ANYONE! Once AGAIN I call the Service Dept. Someone answered & yes I have an attitude. I tell this person what has occurred & tell them I will NOT leave another msg & if he couldn’t help me then find a manager who could. He asks to put me on hold so he can locate Taylor or a manager. Ten mins later, amazingly, Taylor gets on the phone. I told Taylor I have left him several msgs & he rudely cuts me off to say they are in the middle of switching workspaces & they have been having issues with phones & vm. Blood now boiling, so I cut him off & asked what that had to do with my msgs that were left with individuals, NOT vm. No response. So I ask what is going on with my valet key. Taylor said it hasn’t come in. I said it’s been three months now. How much longer? Taylor said he is unsure. He continued to say they never get an actual ETA on parts coming from overseas & it will PROBABLY be a few more months, but when it gets here he’ll call me. So I repeat: “You’re going to call me when it comes in, which you THINK is going to be a few more months?” Taylor said yes. I say ok & hang up. Not 1 time did Taylor apologize during the call for his OR his comp’s handling of my situation. Why not say “Let me inquire further with the Parts Dept or someone on what the delay may be & get back with you”? CLEARLY no one at this dealership knows what cust service is nor cares about it. This has by far been the WORST service I have ever encountered at a dealership! Do yourself a favor & stay away!!

This was my first time purchasing a car all by myself and I could not be more thrilled with the experience I had at this dealership. From the first contact I made with the receptionist over the phone, to the drive off the lot in my new Jaguar XE, the level of service and professionalism I received was excellent.My sales person, Thomas, was knowledgeable and attentive. His communication was natural and direct and I never felt as though he was trying to “sell” me. His colleague in finance, Amber, was patient with me and worked hard to get me the terms I wanted. She even worked in a few warranty perks that I had not expected.I suppose when shopping for luxury vehicles one expects a certain level of service. However, what you do not expect is a company of people who are so fully committed to you having a memorable experience. I will be a customer for life!

I’m going to leave 5 stars specifically for Najuil Williamson. My wife and I went through so many issues when we purchased our vehicle and this guy helped through the entire process. From day one he made sure we were was taken care of when we felt the other staff didn’t care. I love great customer service! I wish he could have been our salesman.

Purchased a used Infinity at the end of February and on the very next day my engine light came on...I spoke with the salesman who helped me named Thomas and he assured me that everything would be fine and to bring the vehicle back...I made a appt with the service dept. Mr Marcus Johnson told me that they usually only service Range Rovers and their makes of cars etc..but they will run a diagnostics test on my vehicle and Jaguar South Atlanta will fix it or send me to Infinity and they would pay for the service that is needed in order to fix my truck. I waited 3 hrs for them to look at my vehicle with a appt that was made for 7am to only tell me that the tech doesn’t come in until 9am 🤬 All of this is on 3/2...Now, we’re just barley coming out of a pandemic and I called today to receive a update on the status of my vehicle being fixed because I was told that someone will reach out to me. Only for the receptionist to tell me after explaining to her, that the sales manager and Amber the finance manager instructed me to go to Infinity and use my warranty but if I have to pay then it’s on me. This is not fair, this is not customer service, nor is it honoring your commitment to me a consumer

My visit to the store was VERY pleasant. The sales man and manager were amazing! However, as I said then I was merely looking because Jaguar is an option on my list. But I made it clear I will not be purchasing until months from now. The only issue I have is that since I went two days ago, they have called me twice (one call being around 8pm and one being around 8am) texted me, and emailed me. I don’t like the pushy feeling after I clearly stated I was NOT looking to buy right now. Other than that I highly recommend Chattman and CJ if you are buying.

We had an amazing experience at this dealership. They met us with coffee and water. We did purchase a car and it was a very nice experience. What a difference from our past dealerships. We purchased a really nice preowned BMW at the dealership and within a week there was a repair. I contacted CJ Best and he handled everything efficiently and we were so satisfied with the outcome of the situation. I highly recommend Jaguar to others looking for a vehicle. I called to schedule a service! I also had questions to ask a service advisor and was guaranteed i would have a returned call. Two days went by and never got a call. I called Hennesy Jaguar of Buckhead and they not only answered my questions but also revieved my business. They go beyond customer service and i was pleased! I called Jaguar South again to see if i can schedule an alignment. Same thing i wanted to a service advisor and was told i would get a call back. That never happened! Please ppl if u want good customer service please take your car to a place that cares.They lost out with me bc of poor customer service. I end up spending money at Jaguar Hennessy of Buckhead! 2,700 exactly. Jaguar South is a horrible place to spend hard working money. If i could rate a 0 i would. I posted on my Facebook 5,000 friends on the service they gave. Pleade go somewhere that cares

We finally have a Land Rover/Jaguar dealership on Southside of Atlanta! Ive already had a great experience with them despite them not even being open for business at the time. I was having trouble with my Jag and was in restricted performance mode. I was able to drive it to them and they allowed me to keep it in their service center until they open. Very kind and understanding ownership. They cared about my safety and didnt want me to have to attempt to drive the vehicle home so they made an exception.

Update..... I recieved a call from Marvin the GM today, I do appreciate him taking the time to confirm information with me and resolve my issue. He did confirm that the tags were transferred and registered on 11/20, so the information I received from the tag office was either dated or incorrect. My title is still being processed as he advices that takes longer. Overall, I appreciate his sense of urgency to rectify and clarify the situation and processes.Review from 11/28/2019 Not only did I have to call, track and ensure that my check was deposited in a timely manner but its 45 days after Ive bought the car and the title has not been registered or change received by Gerogia. I cant even put on my plates and my drive out tags expire today. The only reason I am giving two stars, is solely due to me loving my car and finding one with all the options I wanted. The car that after 12am tonight I should not technically be driving. So Ill have to deal with officers pulling me over wasting my time and theirs and have to show them the lack of urgency on the dealers part were my transfer is delayed. Mind you I am using my old tags which is a quicker process.

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! I NOW HAVE TO TAKE MY VEHICLE TO A MECHANIC AND GET A FULL INSPECTION OUT OF POCKET!!! I found a Chevy Tahoe on Carfax that was located at this dealership. I called the provided number and explained to them that I wanted to make sure it was the vehicle I was looking for before I drove almost 2 hours to look at/drive/ and possibly purchase. From what was told to me on the phone, it was a great vehicle. My family and I drove 2 hours. We got there, and found that the rear driver side handle was broken, the interior drivers door panel needed to be replaced, there was a dent on the hood, the rear passenger side of the bumper was damaged, the tire had a slice in it, and little minor things. I brought all this up and their first response was the people that answer that number provided is in a different state, then they were accommodating to it, knocking off money from the out the door price. It took over 2 hours to finalize the purchase. On the drive home, I heard something not thinking nothing much of it. Once I got home I climbed under the vehicle to notice that my front skid plate was just jammed up in the engine compartment, and taped. Then realized the second remote they gave me was broke, I replaced the battery, yes.. still broke. I was also not given their mechanics or safety report their dealership “does” to used vehicles after I asked for it numerous times I get a follow text asking how the Tahoe was treating me, I replied with honesty and told him the other issues I found, then he never responded. I would definitely go somewhere else, I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.UPDATE: Hours after, I received a return message where the employee accused me of lying.UPDATE: come to find out their dealership does not know how to complete registration paperwork for military members. Was asking me to email Military documents that has personal information on it to a unsecured email. When I left the dealership with the vehicle there was a mutual understanding that since I am in the military, I am exempt from certain taxes so I would register myself. Now they are saying that it is “going to be a long drawn out process” to get refunded the fees they weren’t supposed to charge me in the first placeUPDATE: Called the number that was provided in the response from owner on this review, didn’t get to speak to anyone other than another salesman.. I requested to speak to the general manager, was told he was in a meeting and would call me when he was out. It has been over 24 hours and still have not heard back from the general manager.UPDATE: I am reposting this because it was removed. I still have not heard back from the general manager. This place screwed me out of over 1500 dollars after they were informed I had a Military exemption for certain taxes. They still are holding the documents from me so I can’t even register my vehicle, but having to pay the monthly payments.. the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

You dont have to travel to the north side of metro Atlanta or to Buckhead for top notch service. From the moment I walked in to JLR South Atlanta, I was treated like a queen. My salesman Horace Smith was the absolute best! Im now a Jaguar XJL Collection owner and a part of the JLR South Atlanta family. The service I received was first class from start to finish and in between. I met just about every employee from the General Manager to the Service team.

Horrible customer service! Prior to my yearly vehicle inspection, I was told 7 services needed to be performed. I declined all services until the inspection was completed and the need for services were determined. However, services were completed on my vehicle without my consent and approval. I was not informed of the outcome of my vehicle inspection prior to the services. After waiting for over 2 hours for the inspection, I learned the rude/unprofessional service tech had moved forward in servicing my vehicle, without my consent. Go to Buckhead!

Very disappointed and upset at myself for going here. Should have taken the extra drive to Buckhead Hennessey Jaguar where I have excellent history and awesome rapport. Didnt want to drive through downtown traffic and thought you would be equally as great as them. I have been an owner of various Jaguars for 30 plus years, have purchase from different states CA, TN, NY and of course purchased 3 brand new cars in Buckhead. I have never gone in for service and come out with the same issue or come out with any issue after a service job. You allegedly assured me of my issue, paid your service charge; only the next day when I went to drive, had the same original issue I went in for servicing. I have no trust or faith in you, but unfortunately I have to come back because I paid you for this issue. What was I thinking? Go where you know your issue will be resolved with confidence and drive with assurance. Unbelievable and this is not Jaguar standards!!!
