My Lincoln Corsair had its first scheduled maintenance performed yesterday by Christopher at Automation Union City. I am very pleased. He kept me updated and informed via text.The maintenance was done in a timely, professional manner. My Corsair was picked up at 9 a.m. and returned to me at 1:00 clean, disinfected, and ready to drive.I highly recommend Christopher at Automation Union City.

Amazing Service! When I retrieved my car, it was cleaner than when I take it to a detailing shop. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Well organized system of accepting vehicles. I left my phone charger in the rental car so someone retrieved it for me quickly and had a good attitude about it. Car was ready earlier than expected. I even got a call telling me what time I could pick it up, about 3 hours in advance. Loved the service!

I live out of state and worked with sales representative, Jerry Singer, over the phone to build a new Lincoln Aviator. Jerry was nothing less than amazing !! He helped me customize my purchase so that I got exactly what I wanted. He gave me a great deal (Costco Auto buying pricing) and was extremely responsive. If I had a problem or concern, he was quick to address it and he kept me informed through the entire process. I called a few dealers and I chose Autonation (Union City, GA) specifically because of Jerry. I live about an 8 hour drive from his dealership and we completed almost everything (long distance) before the date I got the car. On the purchase date, I took an early morning flight to Atlanta and Jerry arranged to have me picked up at the airport and the driver brought me straight to the dealership. Jerry put me in contact with his finance rep (Mike Balthaser) who was equally as amazing. I wired Mike the down payment in advance and when I arrived, it only took about 20 minutes to complete all the necessary paperwork. Once done, Jerry spent about 30 - 45 minutes showing me all the features of the car. Time well spent. Because Jerry and Mike were so prepared, I was able to drive off the lot and make the 8 hour drive home same day. I highly recommend using Jerry if youd like to make the stressful car buying process into a positive and pleasant experience !!

Having been a customer with Lincoln Auto Nation for over 40 years; I have only had one problem recently. I brought it to the attention of Management and it was quickly rectified. I gave Lincoln Auto Nation only 4 Stars today. The reason for this is: The supervisor in the workshop was not thorough during this particular time, thus he caused the company to have lost one Star. Lesson learnt: If better is available, then good is not enough. The Authorities have kept in touch with me and have had the situation rectified. Once again we are on good terms. It remains pertinent to construe that; When there is a proposed issue, bring it to light with immediate effect. The rationale is implicit of the fact: Conquer your desires before they conquer you.

David Miller and the staff took all the time I needed to make sure I was happy with what I finally chose when purchasing my new Nautilus. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed and was able to ask questions and drive either vehicle. They are very knowledgeable and up to date on all the tech info for the vehicles as well. What a pleasant experience all around. I’m a return customer and will continue to be one.

I gave 2 stars because all the employees were so kind. If not for that, I would have rated much less. I had an appointment for my first oil change and had to wait 3 hours. I think if you have an appointment, the wait time should not be that long.

I went in for a scheduled visit that I had already requested and the service I had requested when I made the appointment over the phone was an oil change and new tires. I had already discussed the entire visit on the phone, including exactly which tires I wanted, with a service advisor. When I arrived for my appointment, the service advisor I had scheduled appointment with was not there though he told me he would be, so I saw another service advisor. He pulled up the record but then proceeded to try to offer me to other expensive services that I questioned that totaled over $300. I ask to see the service manager who I did see and he was very nice and he agreed the other services were not necessary nor were they part of the 30,000 mile service. I told him also at that time that I had previously left after a service with the wrong air pressure in my tires and would they please check that since I was getting brand new tires. Sure enough, at the end when the manager had them check the tires the pressure was at 40 and it should have been at 33. So he had them take the car back in and put it on the correct tire pressure. This is the second time I have dealt with AutoNation that the wrong pressure was put in my tires I think this is critical especially with brand new tires. I was there well over four hours for the visit,which I think was prolonged due to all the problems, and it felt like a battle the whole time. The manager was very nice and helpful and gave me a discount for my problems but I still left disgruntled because it was just not a pleasant service visit.

My vehicle was there well over two months because it needed a new engine, but the engine was on back order. All I was told was that my vehicle would be ready sometime after the New Year. My service advisor, James, never reached out to me for a courtesy updated or a to simply follow-up. Had I not called the dealership myself, I never would have heard anything about my vehicle. I was promised that my vehicle would be ready on a certain day and it was not. I got my vehicle a week after it was promised to me. I spoke to the service manager on several occasions and I spoke to the general manager once because I was trying to get a refund for the flushes I paid for right before my engine failed. No one was willing to do anything for me to make my horrible experience any better. Everything I asked for, I was told no. I finally spoke to the service manager and asked if I could at least get a full detail on my vehicle, since it had been there so long and the service manager finally agreed. When I got my vehicle it had simply been washed. NO FULL DETAIL AS PROMISED!!! I am very unhappy and disappointed with the way I was treated and how the dealership treats its customers. I thought Lincoln’s were luxury vehicles and I thought I would be treated as such, however, I was wrong. At this point, I want absolutely nothing to do with Lincoln and will be trading my vehicle as soon as I close on my new home. I should have purchased a Hyundai or Kia. At least they know how to treat their customers.

I arrived at 10:00 AM for a scheduled appointment, oil change. Upon inspection of vehicle, it was recommended that I get a wheel alignment. It took 3 hours 30 minutes to complete oil change, wheel alignment and courtesy carwash. Wasnt exactly what I expected.

I just purchased a new Lincoln at AutoNation Lincoln Union City, GA from Sales Consultant Levial Arnold Sr. I had such an awesome experience, I was greeted as soon as I stepped out of my car, before I entered the building by Mr. Arnold. He sat me at his desk and offered me a bottle of water, tea, or coffee, I opted for the water. He proceeded to ask me, how can we serve you today? After conversing with him about what I needed...before walking out to look at the Lincolns, he introduced me to his GM Mr. Miller, he welcomed me to the dealership and said, we will be sure to take care of you and help you to meet your needs. They made me feel assured I was at the right dealership, my fears were dispelled. I will recommend Mr. Arnold and AutoNation Lincoln Union City, GA to my family, friends, and others. They were not pushy or aggressive, I give them an A+!!!

Beyond my comprehension why it would take 9 days to replace the recalled air bag extractor. Certainly received no insight from the service rep as to that issue. Calls asking for update either not responded to or only after many hours. Will not be visiting this dealer ever again, even for any factory recalls.

I’m giving one star because of Sherry, the cashier. She’s awesome. Great customer service. Now the rest of the story: I brought my Lincoln MKT here for recall repair of the power steering system. My car was here almost 3 weeks because my service advisor left after I brought it here. Fine. Finally Mike assured me that my car was ready. He’s also the reason for the one star. Great service professional. I picked up the car first thing on 5/30/19. I live less than 15 minutes from here and upon getting home to wash it (which they supposedly did), I noticed the front of my car had been WRECKED! I immediately came back to the dealership and showed them the damage. Upon further inspection, the interior of my car was left with grease stains all over the drivers side. My wheels have been damaged because of what I can only assume is some kind of acid used to clean wheels. Just for reference purposes, I am absolutely OCD about my cars, so this has me furious! All I can do at this point is wait until this ordeal is over and see how it’s handled. I wish there was a way to post pictures here.

We broke down on I-85 on our way back to Dothan, AL and had our car towed to AutoMation. Our service rep (Jeff) and the techs that worked on our vehicle were so helpful and did not quit until they found the problem and fixed it. Everyone was so nice and professional even though were not a previous customer. We really appreciated all their help.

🙄I took my car in because of the check engine light. The service guy act like he couldnt tell me what was wrong with my car. But what got my attention was that another customer brought in his mustang and his service guy asked him is he going to wait for them to read the codes for his check engine light. My service guy did NOT ask me that. Got a call to get my car now when I picked up my car, it took them 30 minutes to bring my car. My service guy noticed one of the employees standing around talking while I was waiting. So he got his attention to bring me my car and it took another 10 minutes to get my car. They brought me my car I got in I crank it up and the check engine light was still on. I went back to the service lady because my service guy was gone and she told me she will go to the back and find out why. She takes my car to them and brings it back out and the light is off. Now my car wont crank. my door is open and I begin to smell a real loud fuel smell. so I get out go to the front of my car and there is gas pouring from under my car.🤬 I go back and I get the lady who help me she calls the mechanics they come out in front of this establishment and try to fix it and they reconnect the feul piece and we are out in front of this establishment as customers are coming in. so they take it to the back and they fix that piece that they forgot to connect. Im standing outside waiting while its cold. they finally bring my car back and I was good to go. check engine light off

I took my truck for inspection of engine light and constant alarm, guessing from airbag. My truck was there a week and no one ever called for to provide an update, I ended up calling just to find out that, which I am in disagreement, a new dashboard, engine, and a need to replace my seat belts to stop the alarm and the check engine. I just replaced my engine less than 3 weeks ago, so the finding are hard to believe. I have been a customer for more than 8 years, the customer service is worse and worse each time I come back. Attempts to get your money for services not needed.

Have taken our vehicle for service at least 3 times and every time we have a problem. They leave grease spots. We are suppose to get a courtesy wash when we take our vehicle and that was not done on this last service plus the grease spots left. We have not been happy at all with the service of our vehicle and have talked to management personnel numerous times with the service.Probably will not take back again. Plan to look for another location for our service.
