Carlo of C&Cs came to our rescue, BIG TIME! Me and a friend were taking a trip into Manhattan when my car broke down in the Lincoln Tunnel. Carlo (the owner) came and towed my car back through the tunnel to his shop and they got the part necessary to fix my car. I live out of town (back in PA) and was expecting to have to come back (about 2 hours) towards the city the next day to deal with my car. However, Carlo not only dealt with finding the replacement part, he gave me a good rate for the towing. He also dropped me and my friend off in Hoboken and recommended a place to eat. We had been starving after sitting in the heat so long, so the recommendations were very appreciated! The repairs were finished by the time his shop closed, and we were back on the road in no time. This kind of genuine, person-to-person, service is hard to find anymore. I am beyond lucky we found this shop to help us out in our time of need. Please patronize this shop and have no doubt in your mind that your best interest is at heart. All the guys will do their best to help you in your time of need. I was extremely grateful and impressed at their awesome service!

I had a flat tire in the middle of a bad storm this weekend. While every other company I called said they were too busy or blatantly rude to me on the phone, Carlos was quick and so wonderful. He was there in less than a half hour and got my spare on while helping me figure out the issue with my tire for a reasonable price. I will definitely reach out to him again.

Unfortunately I have had to bring my Tacoma here twice in the past month. The first time, because my air conditioning compressor blew (bad timing in the middle of July) and a second time because my parking brake was freezing up. In both of my experiences, they were super professional and nice. I was relieved the second time when my repair was only $40. I’ll definitely be coming back to these guys when I need an oil change.

Car wouldn’t start and brake was stuck on my Nissan Altima. I called and thought I might need to tow it there. But the (I believe he was the owner) came and he was able to do a quick diagnosis and just pumped the accelerator and was able to clear the exhaust and get the car started. Was quite happy to be spared the trouble of taking the car to the shop.

I was there early this afternoon to fix a flat tire, they couldnt find out if there was anything leaking but they pumped the tire back to normal pressure, and I was able to drive again, they didnt charge me. Later that night, the paranoid me thought I got Another flat tire so I called and they were closed, but they offered to come in to see it. Then Carlos the owner drove back to check on it and was very very friendly.Again, theres nothing wrong with my tire. And they still didnt charge me.Such a great service!

Typing this as my Box Truck is getting towed.Driver got stopped by PANYNJ cops and put our small truck out of service for non working emergency brakes and had an hour to get it towed.I called C&C Auto Repair & Towing.Carlos could not be more professional, ask for my # and called back in 5 mins as promised.Provided the driver number and name (Robert) and gave me the cost for the tow.Honestly I could not ask for better service, best service Ive ever received from anyone period.You will not find better service than the one provided to me and my driver.Carlos and Robert thanks for your help in such a short period.Satisfied customer and customer for life, keep up the good work guys.This is the way to run a small business.

I have had to use C & C multiple times unfortunately due to accidents. Thankfully, they made a horrible experience a little better. I had to call for a tow and within 20 minutes Carlo was there. Hey also do great body work. The car looked brand new and all work was completed in a timely manner.

I was visiting from out of town (from WAY out of town... Missouri) and my truck broke down nearby because of a power steering pump failure. These guys picked me up within 15 minutes and had me back on the road within a couple hours. Service was prompt and friendly, labor rates were reasonable, and they saved me money on parts too.THANK YOU CARLOS AND EVERYONE AT THE SHOP FOR YOUR HELP!
