Even though I didnt get to use my unit( didnt move). I loved everything about this wonderful storage. I have used storages all over and without a doubt. Best deals, location, accessibility, back your truck right to the elevator almost. Climate control this place is like storage Oasis

Lorraine is such a pleasure to work with! She is friendly, hospitable, & knowledgeable. She made me feel secure storing my things for the first time and made sure my unit was the right size for my needs. I truly couldnt recommend this place more! I received a incredible special that alloted me 3 months free which provides cushion to not be in a rush during the moving process 🙂

They answered the phone and was rude about answering my questions. The lady even laughed at me because I need space for a 3 bedroom unit?? she could have just given me answers with out sarcasm.

Phenomenal experience!!! Didnt have to deal with any problems and the staff was very helpful. I was able to use my own lock however the online website required a deposit for one. Instead I went in person and they were able to bypass the lock fee.

I first went out and read reviews, which were all good. I went into the location and was glad to see first hand that it was very clean, and the staff Lorraine and Carol (Denise) were extremely thorough. It was the easiest thing I did that day.

My experience with Life Storage was wonderful specifically because of Lorraine, one of the managers there! I have never had the need to use a storage unit before and was unfamiliar with the process. Lorraine was incredibly nice, patient, professional, and very informative. She took the time to review everything associated with the rental process and stayed with me on the phone to answer all of my questions well beyond the time when the business had closed. When I was done, I felt fully informed about the rental process and confident in my decision with the choice of Life Storage. In addition, I want to thank her so much for all of the help she gave me outside of the rental process - which was incredible! I am unfamiliar with the Tulsa area and asked her if I could ask some general questions about the safest and best places to look for apartments, the highway system, how long it takes to get around from certain areas, the highways to avoid during rush hour, and so on. She even offered to do research on apartments and speak to her friends who live in different areas about their own apartments experiences for me. I feel like I already have a friend in Tulsa despite not having stepped foot in Tulsa yet!!!

Wow! They are incredible! Moving can be stressful and they get it. Better than Uhaul, excellent personable customer service, secure, safe, and affordable!

As of right now I can answer say they have great customer service very clean facility seems to be very secure cameras everywhere the climate is very cool so its climate control FYI they dont tell you about the insurance until you get here but its a good thing they offer it just in case something happens because it was last minute we lose a star hope we continue to have good business

This establishment is very clean, welcoming, and I love how secure it is. The climate control is another favorite and Lorraine in the main office was very friendly, and was more than willing an pleased to show me around and help me navigate the place. She was fantastic! They have a great facility and it’s kept very clean the staff are very friendly and helpful. I personally love that it’s climate control and how I was able to get a storage unit close to the loading dock!!! They also have very reasonable pricing.

I went to Storage Life to inquire about a potential storage unit. I talked to Alicia and she was very polite. At first i did not know if i was in the right location, considering there was a For information regarding this property sign out front but other then that my experience was very good and the property was clean and maintained. Also nice to have climate controlled storage units.

I can’t say enough great things about this storage facility and specifically Lorraine. As a military wife and someone who moves regularly I have never had such an attentive and communicative POC at my storage facility. This place is immaculate with bathrooms on site. The extra security cameras mean I feel safe dropping off items any time of day. I highly suggest this place to anyone and Lorraine definitely deserves a raise for her incredible customer service she gives people here :)

Just noticed that Life Storage moved into the old Tulsa World location across from The BOK Center. I went in and spoke to Alicia and Lorraine. Although I didnt need storage at this time I will definitely keep them in mind. The best part is that they have climate controlled units.

Its a good storage

A little pricey just to put a vehicle in a parking spot if u ask me especially when your not even able to buy their insurance to cover if anything happens to it while its in their care..🤔🤔 theyre close to where we live tho so maybe we can keep a good enough eye on it ourselves...well see🙃
