Had to run all over because nobody let me know that my reservation was moved. Did not receive phone call, email or nothing to let me know. A big headache all around. Should have gotten a discount but only thing they were worried about was getting money and pushing me out of the door and she was a general manager. Worst experience

First time using an auto transport trailer from U-Haul. Couldn’t have been easier! Ramps slide into place like the ramp on the moving trucks. The wheel straps hold the car solid, and the surge brakes worked well. The corner location was a challenge at the time of rental due to construction but no fault to the store. Highly recommended. Good selection of supplies if needed. Propane too.

Great service. I get my grill gas here. Much cheaper for them to fill my tank.

Rented a truck and got a bargain. After following the steps and taking care of their equipment, we spent less than we planned. Staff was nice, even though a newer employee attempted to check us out, his manager assisted him and made sure we were taken care of.

I had a great experience with this specific U-Haul location, having a tow package installed quickly when I had to purchase a new vehicle half-way across country with a trailer (mine, not U-Hauls). Quick service on the install, and then they made a personal call to a trailer place (who had told me they couldnt fit me in) to get my trailer lights fixed asap so I could get back on the road. The manager spent a couple of days after I left Tulsa trouble-shooting an issue I was having, and called me when Id arrived at my destination with a response for me. Id definitely recommend this U-Haul location, and its manager, Paul.

Lady seemed out of it and didnt know anything was like talking to a high person. Was supposed to have a tow hitch put on, got a call saying they were to busy can they do it the next day, I agreed. Brought the car in and they didnt even have me put down on the schedule. Should of known something was up when the guy didnt even want to put the kind of hitch I asked for on. He said it was to hard. Will be going somewhere else
