U-Haul is a great place to get a tow hitch package put on. Comes with a life time warranty on my hitch, and 2 year warranty on my wiring. $376.83 for hitch, wireing, install, 2 warranties, labor and a ball. The Men who work at this U-Haul are very polite, explained everything to me. Took about an hour to hook up.

Tanya was amazing. I was having trouble with another store getting a hitch for my vehicle. So I call Tanya store. She not only call around to find my hitch. She called me when it came in. So the staff is on the job. I was in and out for in a hour. Very friendly and knows the job. Great customer service!!!!!!

Rented my truck 3/31/2021. The front cashier was the worst experience I had with uhaul. I had schedule to my appointment online and chose to do a mobile pick for the first time. When trying to ask employee for assistance cashier responded with an a rude attitude, yelling over my questions to give me unclear directions to complete my transaction. Employee refused to act in a customer friendly way and denied having a supervisor assist and went as far stating she didn’t care for uhual, supervisor, or I as customer. I did get a chance to speak with supervisor on duty (Eddie Haily) who was on no help. He didn’t care of his employee actions or behavior but allowed it cause it was a busy time. So now that we at the conclusion, this is that last time using uhal after 10 years doing business.Recommend-Fix your online portal for even better customer use or just ditch the worthless employees running your name through the mud.

I was needing my hitch flipped since my new car was too high. Eddie promptly asked if I needed help and flipped it under 5 mins and he was extremely helpful and cheerful attitude. You just don’t get help like that anymore anywhere I was extremely pleased with the attitude and diligence performed by this employee. I will definitely be using this U-Haul for future needs with propane refill and any other moving needs.

I have dealt with for the last 30 days moving from one home to 3 seperate homes (son, daughter, and myself)!!! All staff very friendly and helpful!! Verry good customer service every time I need assistance!! Keep up the good work!! I know where to go in the future if needed!!

Came to file up our propane tanks and the lady working said the propane was down due to weather(it raining).......Called another u haul center nearby and there’s is up and running. Try hiring someone who doesn’t lie and can run all the necessary amenities of your business!

Disgusting people working there, they take advantage of the covid 19 to charge extra fees. And add Extra charges to peoples accounts. And if u bring back the uhual early they will still charge you more. Dont go there if you want to save money moving. At the end it will be more then using movers. This place sucks!

Great experience with Frankie & A.J. These 2 employees literally went completely out of their way to help me and went above and beyond!!!!! I was stuck in situation that seemed impossible and they went to make phone calls and reservations to get me taken care of. They never gave up and help come up with creative solutions to solve my issue; and get me on the road safely. I would recommend promoting or raises for both of them. Absolutely outstanding! And awesome personalities.

Just rented a car hauler and it’s their policy to hook them up. Well he didn’t secure the trailer and when we went to put the car on it the trailer popped off and up and almost went through my tailgate..If it’s your policy to hook them up then you should really make sure your employees know what they are doing cause you almost had to replace my entire tailgate!!!!

This location is incredible slow!!! Each time i have visited this particular location, its always a freaking wait with only 2 people in line and three people total working. Once I get my storage cleared completely out I WILL NOT BE BACK EVER

I was having a bad day already and I needed a truck and on top of everything I was coming in from another city and nothing was going right. The three people two gentleman and a great lady inside was so nice and help me with so much respected and the communication between the three was great they really helped me and worked together to get everything right. and fix what may had been a mix up. For having that hard of a day already they made me laugh and smile. No rude or nasty altitudes the team to the assistant Manger and the other gentleman and the woman Aleisha I cant forget that one she have the same name as me. They was all great understanding people and I would go back to that location anytime.

Descent selection of vehicles if you need to move. Its not really busy here and the staff is helpful and friendly in accommodating your needs. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a moving truck.

I got transferred out to this store after the downtown location caught on fire. The parking lot is weird, but thats probably because I was driving a giant truck. The girl at the counter was super nice! Great experience.

Not much has changed still hard to get in and out of especially in a large truck. The area makes you feel uncomfortable. I sure would not want to store my belongings on this side of town . unfortunately they were the only available location to pick up trailer I needed

Be sure to read your contract, the employees here willfully misrepresent the terms of the contract to be able to extort you for more money in fees.

They also offer propane. Very clean.

If it wasnt for the fact it wont post without a star, I wouldnt even give them 1. In October I took my truck in to have them install a hitch so I could tow a trailer back to OKC. I didnt use the hitch again after that so in February when my right rear lights quit working completely, I thought it was bad bulbs. I took the car to Pepboys and they discovered one of the wires was pinched between the spare and underside of the vehicle. I let it be until this past weekend as I havent needed it, but plan to pull a trailer several times this summer. I took the truck into a OKC UHaul to fix the wiring. I filed a claim on the Tulsa store and the manager called to tell me the wiring was not warranted and it was over 90 days so would not make it right. I was led to believe the warranty applied to the wiring as well, but is only for the hitch. I have now filed a claim with UHauls insurance company. I dont know if theyll make it right or not. Do NOT let this store touch your vehicle. They have no idea what they are doing and will not back up their work.

These people double charge their customers. Beware they are crooks. They charge BS fees without telling you till u asked they why your bill was so high.

Take your business somewhere else. Customer service and communication is terrible here. They do not follow the law according to Oklahoma Lien Law Title 42, Liens Section 191, Self Storage Facility Act. They lie and cant answer questions with a yes or no. Just refuse to answer them. They also rent trucks without having a valid drivers license. These people are nothing more than a bunch of criminals!

These people are completely incompetent. They double billed me and said I brought a trailer back a day after I actually returned it. Not sure how this happens as they scanned the trailer in when I returned it. I called after I got the bill for twice what it should be and the first person I spoke with was disrespectful and outright rude. I ended up speaking with the manager who finally refunded me after threatening to call my bank.Do not shop here. They will try and rip you off and waste your time!Shame on these people.

This location is not only hard to enter and exit.. but you feel very uncomfortable from the surroundings to the employees with multiple piercings I would not recommend this location.

Don’t go here these people will rip you off they are on a money grab they said there was damage to the bumper on a truck I rented but right above the bumper is a dent that lines up perfect with the bumper and it has a sticker on it because that’s how they mark previous damage and then they wanted to say there were scratches on the bed of the truck it’s a truck with a bed liner I know I did not damage the truck that’s a bad way to do business yeah I’m screwed outta money but have learned my lesson and now I know what to do the next time karma will catch up to this place it catches up to everyone

This store ALWAYS has the size of trailer or truck you need.They also carry moving items, mount trailer hitches. They do all things pertaining too moving & hauling things.

This is the worst store in tulsa. These people sent 2 ladies out in a truck that barely runs after dark.
