This is by far the best storage building I have ever used and the staff is amazing. They have excellent pricing and the location is just perfect. Ive never seen a storage building like this in town. I would highly recommend using them for all your storage needs.

I came into the store today looking for a storage unit for my work and Kassandra was very helpful and gave me all the information needed.I will be returning when we are ready to rent a storage unit.

I rented this unit several years ago to store items I inherited but did not have room for in my current home.The staff at the Downtown Tulsa location is very personable. Sharon is very helpful. She will answer any questions, sometime answering them before you ask. I only go to the unit about once every six months, but she always remembers me.This past weekend I took an SUV load of boxes to store. She came out to tell me that the freight elevator was down - they are in the midst of a large expansion including improving the elevators - so I would have to use the smaller passenger elevator. She helped me take my items up to my unit. It took us two trips, each with a dolly-load. That cut my trip time in half!The only downside to this location is that you have to you cannot park next to your unit. This is inside storage, so you have to park underground or at the loading dock and transport your items to your unit via dolly/cart. However, I feel that my items are very safe this way.

Sharon and Ruth Ann were both very helpful and informative. They were polite and easy to talk to. The storage areas are clean and well lit. Access for downtown is very easy (although they are off a one way street) but easy to navigate. Their online specials are great. So far very happy with this storage company. UPDATE: Ended the contract as we did not need it any longer and they were so easy to work with. Will definitely use again when needed.

Sharon at simply storage made reserving our unit so great! She was very knowledgeable and so nice and honest. Even recommended a smaller unit for me after asking what I was moving, even though it would make them less money. The facilities are nice and clean and I feel my items are safe. Easy ramp access for moving everything and a large elevator. This is a great choice for your storage needs.

Sharon is the reason that I gave this place 5 stars. She is the property manager and she is outstanding. Such great customer service skills. Thank you I had just hung up the phone with their customer service rep. In fact my call dropped. And Sharon called me less than two minutes later ready to explain all the features of the facility and make me feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you so much Sharon. You are awesome! Sheri is amazing! I kept my wedding decorations in there for nearly half a year and never had an issue. Parking is private and nice for easy access and things are always kept in a clean environment. Super helpful if you have any questions. Highly recommend!

This is a well kept, nice, indoor storage facility. The staff are friendly and all the systems and electronics work well.If you decide to store your items here, you should know that like clockwork your rates will increase by 12% at the 6-month mark. And likely each 6-month period after that. I get it. Its business. But it seems to me a bad way to treat your customers. They seem to be banking on the fact that a 12% increase 2x a year isnt enough to get you to want to go move all your things somewhere else. And the sad reality is that, theyre right, its not enough for most people to want to come move their items out of an indoor storage unit.I was able to get my rate brought back down. But be willing to go hat in hand and beg. In person multiple times (Staff is different each day). Call multiple times. Follow up. Send emails. Dog and pony type stuff. The staff will give you the usual, I cant make those kind of changes. I have to email my district manager. But if you stay persistent, theyll probably bring you back down to your original rate.. For the time being.Its a very nice storage unit with friendly staff. Just be aware that your contract is pretty much forcing you to pay an increased rate every 6 months. If youre cool with that. I think youll be happy here.

I would have moved out of Simply Self Storage if it werent for Sharon, the wonderful on site manager. In their infinite wisdom, Simply Self Storage decided to raise my rental rate twice in 8 months to keep up with market demand...... This simply isnt how you treat good customers who pay their rent on time every month. Sharon is always helpful and friendly, and is eager to help in any way she can. She keeps the place spotless and in good working order. So, bottom line, Sharon will take great care of you, but Simply Self Storage is just another greedy corporation that doesnt care a bit about their customers.

The personal care, communication, and service here is second to none, which is wonderfully refreshing from the usual impersonal approach most storage facilities are infamous for. At Simply Self Storage youll find that youre in in the hands of people that genuinely care and will help you every step of the way. Sharron has been nothing but professional and a delight to deal with. People like her are unsung champions that keep the place humming. I appreciate the fine facility and safety of storing my items there, but its the people and service that make this place worthy of exuberant praise.

My brother and I went in and were shown to our unit. Ruth Ann is great, she took the time to show us around the whole complex and made sure that everything was clear. The unit was extremely clean when we moved into it and the climate control was perfect. They even accommodate carts to help you move your stuff into the shed. Excellent experience, would recommend 10 fold to anyone looking for a well priced storage unit.

This was my first experience renting a storage unit and they made this experience very memorable and easy. I enjoyed the time I had here which isnt really expected when coming to a storage facility. Great staff, very easy to work with and a great system for making payments. Definitely going to be a long time customer!

Ive been using Simply Self Storage for roughly four years. They were actually a different outfit until about a year ago, when SSS took over management.Of course, I would prefer not to have to use a storage facility. But, necessity being what it is, I cant think of a better company to deal with.They provide excellent security for my items, but more importantly, there are no surprises in the way they do business. If there have been any changes in rates or rules, SSS has been exemplary in providing info well ahead of any changes.In all, I would recommend Simply Self Storage to anyone needing storage services.

I just got a storage unit here, & the discount and prices are very affordable. They have insurance, no pests, climate controlled. Overall my Best Experience with a storage Unit. The manager Sharon is most definitely the sweetest and most professional lady i have met. She helped me through the whole process!! Even down to helping me and my sons father with the uhual. An the best moving options. Come check them out!! Seriously. More units available!!

Where do I start with this place?1. Within two weeks after we rented our unit eas flooded! It flooded on a Saturday, they didn’t notify us until the following Monday.2. When I went to go and have it moved they told me I would have to not only have to have it moved out once but I would have to move back to the old unit again! When I absolutely refused, the manager proceeded to talk badly about me to the restorer3. We were told that we couldn’t talk to management they never came around. We finally got a hold of corporate who sent us Devin. He took care of the situation we were not too angry.4. The insurance they have to cover the flooded items was a scam! Do not get it do not pay for it!The The flood ruined four expensive oriental carpets and they would only pay to have them cleaned. Seeing as they sat there in the heat they were molded!5. Devon did give us two months of free storage.6. We notified them that we would be moving out, they failed to mention that their elevator is broken!!! The movers are having to use the staff elevator. A call to Devon was very enlightening on their customer service! He said, “too bad!”NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY OR THIS LOCATION!!!

One of the best storage experiences Ive ever had. Ruth Ann was very friendly and helpful with setting up the unit for me as well as explaining everything involved. The facility is very clean and well organized.

I created a google account just so that I could review this business. BEWARE!! They advertise competitive pricing and then once they get you in they raise the price of your unit every few months. When they say 169.00 for a unit, in a short period of time they had raised rates to 200 plus per unit. Elevator constantly has problems. DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you decide to store here, you will not be storing any cash in your bank account.

Super clean, well lit, with tight security and easily accessible to downtown. I love driving into an indoor, climate controlled secure location to Store my valuables.. Plus the customer service is outstanding!

Not only do the elevators not work when you need them but they are trying to charge me for an extra month when I specifically told the office I no longer wanted to rent from them after the month I paid was over. And when I called customer service they didn’t help either.

Review #1 4/28/19**I’m very sorry to have to write my disappointment with communication between the call center and the actual site, and disappointment in the call center management. I originally reserved a space over the phone for one month and paid for it. I then saw a first mo free promotion (with online booking only) which I called Elgin to inquire about. I thought there could be some wiggle room considering I had not used the space yet and it had only been a day since I booked. Karen at Elgin was very sweet and accommodating but told me I would have to book for 3 mo to get the first month free. Ok, hm, that wasn’t stated online but ok. I need it for less than a month. She then tried (again super nice and accommodating) to help me with another promo upon my request at the E11st location (where online showed free moving trucks were available). I was then told by a call center rep after I reserved that space online that trucks are no longer supplied in Tulsa whatsoever, and it has been several months since they’ve been available. I wish the site had access to that information before we both wasted so much time.In addition, the one month free promo according to the call center was not pending a 3 mo reservation, no matter which location. I talked to a gentleman at the Colorado call center, Anthony, who was accomodating and patient. I believe he also told me there were free trucks (confused yet?) available but they couldn’t apply both promos. That was fine with me, I would rather have the free month anyway. He let me know he would explain the situation to his manager to see if they would apply the promo for a month free because of the all the complications and conflicting answers I received.It turns out that his manager said no they cannot cancel my order and provide a refund despite the poor communication circumstances.Bottom line: this is where honesty got me, paying over 80$ for a unit that I could have received for free had I not mentioned my extenuating circumstances and just gotten approval for the cancellation and rebooked on my own online(which I would have done if I got correct info from the beginning). Super sad and sorry for everyone’s wasted time and energy and my money. I lost faith in humanity a little today.***UPDATE 5/24/19 Edited from 2 to 4 stars***When I arrived in person to use the unit it turned out to be an inadequate size with a barrier in the middle. It was also pretty inaccessible, despite what the call center told me. The store manager Clarissa was very accommodating in helping me reserve a larger more convenient unit AND helping me sort through the mess that took place earlier with my reservation. She was new but put forth 110% genuine effort to fix things on their end and work with me to provide real solutions. She and her staff onsite restored my faith in humanity :) Overall, I would recommend Self Secure if you go in person and work with the staff onsite, particularly Clarissa, and avoid the call center altogether. That way you can also look at the units to see what you’re getting and exactly how accessible it is.

Ive had the best customer service by three different Simply Storage offices today. The 1st storage facility was on Brookside and I happenes there because Google sent me to thw wrong address. The lady was lovely and helped me find the location I was looking for. The 2nd location was where I had my reservation. Vickie was amazing and we talked about the space I would need and she suggested the unit I rented was too small. She did not have any of the size I needed and made calls to find a unit of the right size and one that was on special also. So, ultimately I wound up 2 blocks from where I live with the right size unit, on special and climate controlled!! These ladies have been so gracious working with me today and I would definitely recommend any of the locations.
