Excellent job by the movers!! They were quick efficient and respectful.Office staff was busy and provided minimal accurate information. My credit card was charged in manner I was unaware of and now they will not return my calls.Yes. It was under a different name. But they do have all my contacts information at the store in which I booked.

I was quoted $600-$900 on my original estimate and ended up paying just over $2000. In addition they ripped my mattress. I purchased the extra insurance, but that was not worth it in my opinion. I asked for them to replace it because of how it was ripped. They offered to try and have it repaired or $250. However, that doesnt replace the mattress. I agreed to let them try to repair the mattress, however Heather has not reached back out to me after promising to get back with me within 48 hours. Devon from the first crew was awesome. The second crew was also fantastic, but I should not have had to hire them. Karen was also nice in the office. My assumption is, if you do not have any issues and an unlimited moving budget, they would be good to work with. However, if something goes wrong, they are suddenly too busy to help you.

2 guys were on time and very eager to get started. The rain slowed us down but they used their time wisely by wrapping everything with plastic and getring stuff downstairs. The Team that supported our move was extremely professional and treated my wife and myself as valued Customers. The following team members supported the huge task to protect our new wood floors as well as took great care not to damage any walls or appliances during this loading & unloading task. They were able to come to my rescue when 2 other movers refused to move me, due to insect infestation. But then they also refused to move me for the same reason, so they hand carried my furniture to the other house, which was 2 blocks away. They stood my antique secretary on the sidewalk next to a bookcase, and walked away. A slight breeze kicked up a knocked over the bookcase, which knocked over the antique secretary. It slammed into the ground and broke it in two. They said oh, sorry. One of the helpers, turned my antique jewelers cabinet upside down, while he was wrapping it with plastic cling wrap. The cabinet had leather stamping tools in it and some fell out on the floor. He kicked them all over the room, because he said they were in his way. They put clearly marked boxes in the wrong rooms, and broke some glassware. Im missing half of the letters and numbers of my 1/4 stamping tools set. I had them load up my U-Haul truck and they laid my refrigerator on its back! I had to let it stabilize for 24 hours, before I could plug it in! All my refrigerated food spoiled and I had to throw it out. All in all, Id rate them at a 1. They charged me $220 an hour for 4 hours ($880) even though they only worked for 3 hours, and they broke my furniture and glassware. What a deal. What a rip-off. Never again.

I was very pleased with their service and assistance. I had to call with minimal lead time due to last minute job relocation, and the office worked with me to get me the help I needed to unload my U-Haul contents into temporary storage while my other home sells. The men who showed up were polite and worked hard. I would recommend this company without reservation.

My sister in law was quoted $1500 to move her belongings to her new house. This company moved ONE truckload and charged her $2000!!!! Totally Absurd!! The contents they moved would not fill up my pickup and 14 foot flatbed trailer! I will do everything humanly possible to stop anyone from getting screwed over by these people! Disgusted and can’t fathom how this company is still in business! I’m not done by no means!! Her name is Angela Madalone, moving from Broken Arrow to Mounds.

I had to change my moving date 4 times! Kayla was wonderful and worked with me each time. Then when the date finally came, Scott and his team were beyond amazing. They were professional, efficient, and had an amazing sense of humor! I wish I could give a good rating, but they never showed.I moved across country and spent 2 days driving here. I only needed help unloading 6 larger pieces (IKEA, so they weren’t really heavy). I attached it. I unloaded the entire rest of the 16ft trailer on my own.I got a 2 hour window, understandably, from 12pm-2pm. 1:30pm rolls around, I decided to call to get an ETA or something. The lady I talked to, Kesley, was a tremendous help and she reached out and said I would get a call shortly from the team with an ETA as they were wrapping up their previous call. I explained how we basically did everything and we only needed them for maybe 20 minutes of lifting to get the 6 items in (a mattress, dresser, nightstand, couch, desk, entertainment center) the new apartment.5 after 2 comes. No calls. Nothing. I call back, Kelsey was shocked and apologetic. She took it from the 2 hour minimum to 1 hour...so I’d still be paying almost $130 for them to lift 6 items and move them 30 feet. She also called their manager and 5 minutes later I got a call from one of the workers who sounded annoyed he had to call.He said they still had at least a couple hours on their job and asked I wanted to reschedule. I had a service agreement for that day, and I had to return the moving truck. I couldn’t just “reschedule,” that wasn’t an option for me.It was not a good welcome to Tulsa. I will never recommend this company to anyone ever and I will never use them (or attempt to use them) ever again.

I have 2 broken Tvs and broken glass from this move. They loaded the truck but did not unload it because they couldn’t come that next day. When the other moving company and I unloaded 1 tv was facedown under stuff and the other they couldn’t fit in the truck so I moved it after they sat it outside before leaving. They charged me for over 5 hours of work and sent 2 guys who had worked there a week. All my sons helped me unload and put everything away in 2 hours for half the cost. I’m now out my moving expenses plus the cost of 2 flat screen TVs.

We couldnt have been happier. Beau, Cody and Julian were a fantastic team. They arrived on the early end of the time window we were given. They were professional, courteous, efficient and FAST!! We were moving from a house... part of our stuff going to a storage unit and the rest to a 3rd floor apartment. They did the job in record time. Nothing was broken. No walls were gouged, no floors scuffed. The best experience weve ever had with a moving company. We wont ever hire anyone else.

My wife and I just moved across the country and the first moving company took advantage of us in numerous ways. This is not a review about them so that is all I will say. Due to that experience, I was skeptical about hiring another crew but the 2 Men and a Truck crew from Tulsa recently moved my mother and she said they did a great job. Anyone who takes care of my mother well will always get my business. I spoke with Karen to explain our situation which was that about 40% of our stuff was still in Oklahoma in 2 storage units and we needed that stuff loaded up and brought to Nevada. Karen, listened, asked the right questions and told me that she would get her supervisor involved and they would come up with a plan. A few days later we spoke and I could tell that she and her supervisor were being very conscientious about the move and I hired them.The move finally happened last week from Oct. 6th - 8th, 2021. My brother met the loading team in Oklahoma and told me that they did a great job loading the trucks and that they were very careful and efficient. The team arrived 2 days later and my wife and I met two of the best young men we have ever had the pleasure of meeting in life...Tray and Jalen. These two men were very careful and efficient, as my brother described. They were also very fun to talk with and they kept working so smoothly as we showed them where things went as they unloaded the trucks. We enjoyed their company so much we took them to lunch at one of our favorite local restaurants and had such an enjoyable lunch and conversation with them. After the very unpleasant experience with the first moving company, it was such a breath of fresh air and relief to see Tray and Jalen working with our stuff and taking such great care of our furniture and belongings, as well as us.I could go on and on and not run out of excellent things to say about Tray and Jalen. My wife and I think the world of those two young men and would not only hire them if we ever move again, but we give our 100% endorsement of these two, fine, wonderful men and the company they represent, 2 Men and a Truck from Tulsa, Oklahoma. They were truly an answer to our prayers and their hard work, carefulness, and super fun attitude helped restore in us, faith in humanity. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was told my movers would arrive between 2-4pm and the ended up coming at 7:30. My mom took the day off to help and ended up losing a days pay because Karen at the Tulsa office couldn’t do her job and wouldn’t tell us how long the move before us was taking, and then tried to blame it on the movers for not communicating they would be late when it was HER job to update us. My movers were very nice and hardworking, and I wish I could say the same for the office team, but I can’t. Very very disappointed with Two Men and a Truck.

Karen in the office was great. Super easy to schedule and she worked with me really well when I had to change start time. Cory, Cody and Mason did a good job as well. And were very friendly.

Great job. My two team members killed it... They took care of the load no matter how many times we offered to help!! Glad to give them a nice tip along with lunch. Keep up the good work. Oand the office team was on top of things also.....

We have moved twice and both times have used Two Men and a Truck to help. This time in particular, the guys we had were crazy awesome. Josh and Collin pictured, helped unload everything, while Josh and another gentleman (can’t remember his name..🤦🏼‍♂️) helped load everything at the old house. They took extreme care of our items and were very careful of moving items out of the old house and into the new house. Not a scratch on the floors or walls. Not an item broken or damaged. Very respectful to both my wife and I. Very professional in every form and fashion. Highly recommend using them for your next move!

It was definitely a bad experience. Most of our things are still in the living room and wrapped up. The things the did take upstairs is wrapped up leaning against our walls. Just a overall bad experience. The asked for our tools to unhook stuff..smh.. unbelievable.

Pleasant movers, young people. Damaged the laundry wall by not turning off the washer tap completely. On moving furniture back in they switched the hot and cold supply for the washing machine which damaged several loads of clothes before I caught on. Got rinse on delicate fibers yielded a fuzzy nap on expensive skirts and shirts. On the refrigerator they did not turn on the water supply, but did hook up the ice maker line. So it cycles and tries to make ice. NO RESPONSE from office deceive calling twice.UPdate: yes, after 2 weeks I got a kind call and repair person sent out.

Jake and Dom were on time and worked consistently throughout their time with me even though we were dealing with rainy weather. Not one thing was damaged and they didnt even have to think to get the big sectional out of the door. Very friendly and professional. They know what theyre doing and worked well together. I recommended the company to a neighbor who is moving soon as well.

We had a great experience with Two Men Tulsa! Every person we had correspondence with was polite and genuinely cared that we were taken care of. I am so happy we chose Two Men Tulsa and am so thankful my senior parents were treated so kindly during their move out of state.

Update: After commenting, I received a phone call from the claims department who reached out previously but I thought it was some kind of scam. They picked up the furniture, repaired it beautifully, and returned it at no cost to me. Very satisfied with the quality of the work they did.Everyone at the headquarters was very nice. The gentlemen who moved my furniture were kind. However, even though they were informed about the particular way the pieces were assembled, they still caused considerable damage to the furniture. I suspect they were in a hurry and not paying much attention.

It was a difficult move and the movers made it much easier for us.

I just want to say that Two Men and a Truck did more than I expected. I hired them to load items that I had packed into a moving truck that I had rented from another company. All items that I hadnt already wrapped in plastic, they did. They were VERY efficient at loading the 26 truck and they must all be very good at Tetris because that thing was loaded ceiling to floor and wall to wall from front to back. They were very careful in the house not to hit walls or doorways. They even saved my wifes antique china set from certain destruction when they noticed she hadnt taken them out of the bottom of the china cabinet.I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat! What a wonderful experience from start to finish! I will be a customer for life based on our recent move experience. The booking team got me a quote in advance (we were building a new house) and then followed up with me as our proposed closing date neared to get a date scheduled. Day of, the move team was on time, friendly and handled everything like it was their own precious cargo. They even included our 9yr old son in on the fun so he enjoyed the experience as well. They finished in less time than had been proposed, were careful not to track mud in the brand house (it was a rainy morning) and were fantastic to work with. We simply sat back, answered questions and pointed. The BEST moving experience I have had in my life. Next time I will probably even book them to pack the house pre move. I am more than happy with my experience with Two Men and a Truck. They arrived on time, made sure to read through all of the forms that needed signed and were friendly and conversational. They got the job done extremely quickly, which is awesome since they charge by the hour. I never got the feeling that they were trying to inflate the cost by dragging their feet or what have you. The price was fair, they offered insurance against damage, although all of my stuff was just fine when they brought it to my new home and they even set up my furniture exactly how I wanted it.I really couldnt recommend them any higher. Great company, great people and a pleasure to work with.

Sorry it has taken so long to get this review out there. The team we had from Two Men and a Truck were awesome. We were able to get more items loaded and safely to our new house than we had anticipated. They had a great Can do attitude and we made the move with minimum effort. This place takes advantage of elderly on a fixed income. My elderly mother had them pack up her house. In doing so they broke many items, didnt not wrap paintings, oil paintings, large pictures in bubble wrap-just piled them in WARDROBE BOXES, several statues not wrapped in bubble wrap were broken, took clothes out of her closet and smashed them down into several WARDROBE BOXES WITHOUT the metal hanging bar, packed 2 antique clocks upside down in amongst other things and took a HOODIE out of her closet to wrap them in (of course now they dont work), packed a large antique lamp shade in a box full of hard items with NO bubble wrap, after they left 7 boxes had to be packed by her of things they did not pack (kitchen drawers, cabinets, etc), nothing glass was wrapped in bubble wrap so there were 5-7 glass globes broken. Have dealt with them for almost a month and their response was Sorry, we didnt move it so its your trouble. Elderly women on a fixed income paid them approximately $1,067 plus $100 tips to 3 men and all she got was sorry! I have moved many times and this is the worst company I have ever seen. This Tulsa company has already cost other locals $$. Our family has told several people we know in our area and other areas not to use Two Men and a Truck and they went with other companies.Shame on you! Victoria is the worst customer service person ever! Took her over 3 weeks to tell is Sorry!?!?!?! She talks to you in a very condescending tone as well. I see her name in other poor reviews-so sad!When she was called after the packing she stated then she was NOT happy and that she had to pack 7 boxes of things they left unpacked. The packing was horrendous. You cant see how they packed until you unpack so they considered themselves off the hook. Such poor business practice to not stand by their work.

2 Men & A Truck (actually 3 men) showed up on time and had everything from our apartment on the 3rd floor on the truck within a matter of hours. They expertly wrapped furniture and got it downstairs.They did a great job unpacking the truck & putting everything where it was marked to go. We would definitely recommend & use them again!

Once the team arrived they did a great job. Im a bit of a stickler for punctuality so not meeting the scheduled timeframe is caused for a lower rating. I was scheduled 12-2pm, the office team called me at 1:58 pm to let me know they were dispatching someone out and they would arrive with 30 mins, however at 2:29pm the movers called and stated they were heading my way.( They stopped to have lunch).

Hired them to pack and move us from an apartment to a house 95 blocks away. They sent three men and a truck at about 8:30 in the morning, had the whole apartment packed by 11 and moved in at the new place by 1 in the afternoon. The final price, even after tipping the movers, was under half what we were quoted.So, did not get what was advertised. Got better than advertised. Dont want to move again for a long time but if it happens, this company has my business.

I highly recommend using Two Men and a Truck, the guys who moved me, Antonio and I think it was Brandon were super efficient, professional but friendly. They watched the time with me to make sure we got done as soon as we could. They were careful in handling all boxes and furniture so as not to nick them or the walls. Great work!

Booking an appointment with this company was super easy first and foremost. The estimate they gave me was the price I paid at the end. I originally called to move a piano but added a washer and dryer to the list which they did at no extra charge. When the two guys arrived they were on time and moved everything quickly and did not damage anything. Very clever with the way they got my piano into my house, A+ job, wish I could remember the guys name. Highly recommended company. $260 for two hours labor felt like a good deal to me.

The young men arrived at one location to retrieve a china cabinet, refrigerator and small chest freezer. They took the time to wrap the china cabinet and assure that the glass did not get broke. They delivered it to my other location, moved another china cabinet into another room, moved existing refrigerator to garage, and then unloaded and assembled the new china cabinet, freezer, and refrigerator. These guys were awesome!

I was planning moving myself, as the new house was just a mile away from my old one, but my parents insisted on using Two Men & a Truck — and Im so glad they did! The two gents who moved my house showed up on time, were extremely professional (its been a while since Ive been called sir so much), and tackled the job with almost militaristic precision. Even in chilly drizzle, they got to work moving absolutely anything that wasnt nailed down. They wrapped all of our couches and delicate furniture in plastic to protect it from the rain and moving bumps.Note to anyone using them: Make sure you tell them what NOT to pack (day bags, purses, anything going in your own vehicle) because they probably wont ask—theyll just load it on the truck. One of the movers almost packed our toddlers diaper bag because it was a little too close to the rest of our stuff—totally my bad.At the new house, they had it unloaded in no time at all, it felt like. And because these guys are pros, they know how to angle bulky furniture around tight corners. Money well spent. They saved my back and likely days in moving.I absolutely plan on using them again when the time comes.

I had the dream team of Kadeem, Cody, & Kolby for my move, and they did AWESOME! They were tasked with moving our largest, heaviest items, and did so with great teamwork & no damages! They were professional, friendly, and communicated throughout the whole process. Moving is stressful, but they handled their part with stress-free ease. Highly recommend!!

What a disappointment to spend thousands of dollars to have “professionals” pack and move your things, only to find literally dozens of broken items as we unpack. Especially sad to find my grandmother’s China in pieces. Was also dismayed to see they used an expensive area rug as a cushion between patio furniture items in the storage unit. Not to mention the fact that they forgot to bring boxes for expensive wall art, so they just piled it together without any protection. They have not returned our calls (left messages for Heather) regarding the compensation for the two furniture items they broke on moving day, even though we payed the $200 insurance. And due to their lack of organization, they were approximately $2000 over their estimate. Do not trust their estimates!! Finally, on moving day, we found multiple items in cabinets and drawers that they forgot to pack, so we had to use trash bags to stuff the items in. Worst moving experience ever!

They were an hour late, but one of the workers was injured on their previous job, so that was an acceptable reason.I was moving from a storage unit to an apartment. We were able to load the truck in 34 minutes. Once we reached the apartment, I could tell that they were more interested in getting their truck emptied and getting out of here than they were wanting to help get everything where I needed it. But I was okay with that as well.The only real issue was when I was ask to sign the paperwork. They were trying to bill me for 3 hours when they had only been on the project for about one and a half hours. Once I pointed this out, the driver got very quiet, like he didnt understand the math. After pointing out his math error for the third time he changed the paperwork to reflect the 2 hour minimum, which I was willing to pay.

I just bought my first home and asked around for movers. More people than not suggested Two Men and a Truck. I am so glad I used them. They were respectful, careful, and so fast! What I really loved is that their manager came out just to offer them drinks. I thought that was very cool that the company cares about their employees. If I have to ever move again then I will definitely use them, until then I will gladly and loudly refer everyone I know to them! I had a one bedroom apartment to move into a house. Luckily none of my stuff was broken but there was a decent amount of collateral damage. I have a heavy metal framed couch. The apartment had a staircase up into it with a banister. These movers could not figure out how to maneuver my couch over the banister and through the door. A light switch was busted, a hole put in the wall from the door knob, and there were huge scrapes on the door. I had to coordinate with TMAAT headquarters plus my apartment complex to get all of that sorted out. The movers both asked to use my restroom. Then at the end of the move the movers asked for tips in cash and didnt give me a release form to report damages (I had to ask for it.) Moving is stressful enough. This was an awful experience. Two stars for corporate handling the repairs. I will not be a repeat customer.I went to Citihaulers through Uhaul for my last move and they were 100% better -- I strongly recommend them.TMAAT is not worth the money, time, trouble.Edit: In response to reply -- yeah, the other things were fixed by maintenance at my apartment complex because they are awesome, at no charge to YOU or me.

This is the second time I have used Two Men and a Truck for my own personal move and they are on time and very professional! They wrapped all of the items and moved them carefully. The three guys that came and helped with my move were awesome. I was on a third floor apartment, and didnt hear any complaining or bad attitude. All three were very professional, courteous, and friendly. The took very good care of all my stuff. When we got to my new place they were very fast and put items where we wanted them. This company is responsible for a hit and run causing substantial damage to my car. When I called the company and spoke with Justin the manager rather than addressing my concerns he went on to justify and excuse his drivers by stating, I have many years of experience with this and when driving a 26 thousand pound truck you cannot always feel when you hit a car. I questioned him about this, because the amount of damage to my car would indicate that someone should have been able to feel the impact. Justin got upset and then he accused me of being disrespectful and hung up on me.The appropriate response from Justin should have been to provide me with his companys insurance information. He did not. Fortunately, I have already filed a police report for the hit and run, because that is a crime and at least the police and the detectives will be able to get to the bottom of the crime that has occurred.It really is a shame too, because all the company needed to do was make efforts to repair the damage instead of giving me a big hassle.Updated in response to the owner comment below. I have made a formal complaint directly to the corporate office to address this issue and was advised by Jen at corporate that you are supposed to contact me directly. You have all my contact information and you already have the name of the customer who hired you and who advised me your company is responsible. I expect a phone call from you promptly.Updated at 8:00 pm October 23, 2020 Since I have not received a phone call like I was promised, I have submitted the necessary documents and evidence to the appropriate authorities.After reading some of the other reviews what stood out to me was a pattern in the owners behavior in responses. If the reviews were particularly positive the owner would express over the top gratitude. If the reviews are not positive the owner typically expresses a disingenuous apology for the customers frustration, make excuses, and or flat out blame the customer...much like what Justin did this morning.

I would like the opportunity to commend the management team and work team for my recent move in Tulsa. Everything went well, except for having to rush our departure fro our old house and the need to store the contents for about 8 days before our new residence remodel was complete. Yes, Two Men and a Truck was right there supporting all our needs! Professional management working with their highly skilled moving staff, several of which been with the company in excess of five years! The staff was very neat, tidy, polite, service oriented and there to do the job at hand with skill that are not seen in other companies!For all of the reasons enumerated above, I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for any residential or commercial moving project. I have used them for both events over the last 20+ years with great success!

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Everything went perfectly. They arrived on time, were very professional and curteous, treated the belongings with care and worked very fast. Couldnt have asked for a better experience!

The two guys who moved our things were fantastic! They knew exactly what they were doing and handled everything with special care.

The move was okay. I thought they did a good job. But I found that they lost two shelves from a table. I called and left voicemail. No response. I called again and talked to claims who said they would investigate and get back to me. No call back. I called again and was told that they were going to schedule someone to come out and look at the furniture. They never got back to me. I drove to their office and visited with the lady in claims. She said they had a worker who could make they shelves and would be in touch. I heard nothing. Finally I called again and was told they were going to pay me $140 for the shelves since I had purchased the damage protection plan for $100. They said I would receive the payment the next week. That was weeks ago. Still no check. I would not use this company or recommend them as they have no integrity in my opinion. If you do use them do not buy the damage protection plan as it apparently is worthless. And do check everything before you sign the form which they put in front of you immediately after the truck is unloaded.

This was far from our first big move! I had done my homework on movers for the Tulsa area, from past experiences, opinions of family, friends, neighbors, to online research and reviews. I spoke to several places. 2 Men and a Truck seemed like the best choice, based on phone conversations, even though they were not the “cheapest”. It still seemed very reasonable. Words just cannot express how much of a great decision it was! Cailsey was so great to deal with! She was very well spoken, professional, patient, flexible, and accommodating. She made selecting them as our movers an easy no brainer! That’s just the beginning. Richard and Josh, the “2 Men” who performed the move, were equally outstanding! They were professional, friendly, accommodating, fast, and efficient! They got our 3 bedrooms with furniture wrapped, packed, and loaded with ease. They moved heavy items like sleeper sofas, beds/frames, and an old piano, in addition to more typical and traditional home furnishings. They worked hard and very well together, getting everything packed, loaded, moved, and delivered, in less time than was quoted! That saved us a significant amount of money on our already stretched budget and difficult time for our family! We are forever grateful and appreciative for how the whole situation was handled! We have zero hesitation about endorsing and recommending 2 Men and a Truck for their services! There’s no one better in the Tulsa area! Period!! Again, Huge shout outs of gratitude and appreciation to Cailsey, Richard, and Josh!

I would not recommend this company. Not only do they overcharge but the movers who came out took their time moving my items and it took twice as long to move as another moving company. They only care about getting the most money out of you. This is my second time I’ve move this year. One company took 2 hours. They took 4.5 hours and I had the same amount of stuff. Save your money and go somewhere else.

We had 2 (who we thought were great!) men helping us move! Both acted very kind and generous to give time and help extra!After getting everything moved in, we had items stolen. One being of high enough interest that the cops are involved.We had every box inventoried with numbers and a summary of what was in the item. We also had matching cards with color coating to coordinate where they were going in the new house.The movers chose not to move them in the order I had asked. Because of that, things were being placed in-correctly and we could not account for all the boxes/items whenever we arrived at our new place.As we have been moved for almost 2 months, we have not been able to contact the manager, nor receive compensation for the items that have been stolen.

We had Bo and Travis move us and they were some of the best, most professional and personable movers. They worked so hard and never stopped until the job was done. I would request them for sure when needing 2 movers between the days of Saturday - Tuesday. I cannot say enough good things about these two. We have not used Two Men and a Truck for two moves and have been very pleased both times.

Movers were very efficient and charged very fair prices. They even comped the travel time for a second trip needed to finish up a few leftover items. Everything arrived at the new house in the same condition as when it left the old. Theyll make sure your things are taken care of.

We could not have had a better experience with this company. Our moving team (Beau, Jose, Casey, and Brandon) were some of the friendliest and most efficient professionals that we had ever worked with. They moved incredibly fast and went so far above and beyond what was expected of them during the process. They worked for over 10 hours without damaging a single thing. We would 100% recommend this company (and more specifically, this exact team of movers) for any of your relocation needs!

We had a great experience with the professionalism and leadership of our team. They worked all day long for the move and still had good attitudes at the end of the night. Jose did a great job leading the team too. I felt very safe with his guidance of the move.99% of our belongings made it to the new house without a scratch.Im still awarding 5 stars, but I will say that if you have a piano to move, I would hire a company that specializes in piano moves to complete that part. Our cherished piano did get a small dent in the move. That was the one part of the move that made me nervous.

Our moving team from the office to the movers were very helpful and professional. The three movers that arrived to move us were very friendly and accommodating during the move. They made the whole process very stress free and easy. These guys made it all look very easy. I dont plan on moving again but will use again if I do, and will definitely recommend to anyone that asks.

Two Men and a Truck office personnel promised to send someone to my home to assess damages to my refrigerator, washer and dryer as well as bedroom furniture and then reputed all liability without seeing what their movers did to my household furnishings. One of their movers also changed forged a gratuity first himself on the document which I had written “0” and spelled it out. I am still waiting. Now over a year gone by and no action. Their corporate office stated that they have no control over over the franchisees actions. This was my fourth move with Two Men and a Truck and certainly will be my last as they lie and cheat and take zero responsibility and accountability. They have my phone number and could still call to make arrangements to inspect and correct damages.

First time I used Two Men and a Truck, and I will use the service again. The two gentlemen that arrived were hard-working, unloaded my truck quickly, but with great care of my inventory, including the more delicate furnishings. I was so impressed with the service that these guys provided - I will absolutely use them again and cant recommend them enough. Id give them more than five stars if I could.

My moving crew was very responsive, careful and professional. I had to make some last minute changes to our schedule that required them to work much later in the day and they worked until the job was done. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for your move.

We had just moved to a new condo and had a new washer and dryer delivered. Delivery men said couldn’t get them upstairs to laundry room because stairway too tight so they left them in our living room. I measured and knew it was physically possible but would be tough. Needed true professionals who had experience and would be careful of newly painted walls and banister. Bo and Casey showed up and totally handled it! It was hard work but they were masterful. Very conscientious and careful. Amazing to watch them make it happen. Then moved my desk upstairs that other movers said wouldn’t fit either! Should have used them to begin with and will next time. Plus they came on Christmas Eve day! Made our Christmas! Karen in the office was super helpful getting scheduled on short notice before Christmas.

Cailsey in the office was great at setting everything up for us and responded quickly to all questions. Troy and Malik were a great moving team. Fast, friendly, respectful and professional. My last move (with a different company) was an utter nightmare, so it was wonderful to have such a positive experience this time.

DO NOT USE THIS MOVER! See below for just a FEW pictures showing how bad their packing service is. They broke an expensive lamp and shade, my Playstation because they did not pack it in its original box like I asked, and cracked my eyeglasses because they threw them in a box with several other items without wrapping them. Ive reached out to them and sent them these pictures and now they are ignoring me even though their packing service led to several broken items of mine. Most despicable customer service I have ever encountered. They also lie about what they will end up charging you, they charged me more than they had originally quoted. Worst experience Ive had with a service company.

The two men that moved me were very communicative. They moved fast and got my move done within the quoted time I was given. I was very impressed with their hustle!

The movers were fantastic took care of our stuff did it fast and efficient. The office staff missed quoted pricing, then pretended they didn’t remember we had a conversation, and completely denied the quoted price. Quoted me $100 to leave the truck overnight and bring the furniture to our home in morning... then when I got the bill it was $150… And suddenly the person who quoted me had amnesia and I had to pay the money anyway… Company would not honor the quoted price.

How dare that piece of trash Kelsey give my wife attitude over the phone. Your movers are not following the mask mandate putting people in danger. Will be reporting to the health Dept and attny general

We cant say enough good things about our move with Two Men and a Truck. They arrived on time, never stopped working, wore masks, were polite and careful, finished quickly, and uploaded everything in the proper place! Beau Kemp and Travis Bowyer were the best movers we have ever worked with!!! Thank you for everything! Couldnt be more pleased! FIVE STARS!!!

I was responded to immediately. The office staff was extremely friendly. When the truck came they didnt quite know what to do at my storage - I was left to take charge of telling them to move the truck. It was quite a long walk to my indoor storage bc they doors were broken and boarded up. They complained a bit about this, which came across unprofessional. Otherwise they did a good quick job, were polite, and friendly. The older man moved very quickly and did majority of the work - I think if the two younger would have moved as quickly the job would have gotten done much quicker. That is why I gave four stars, and due to feeling that I had to take charge as I expect them to do so once I explain what is needed.

The office ladies were extremely friendly and helpful. My two drivers King and Jalen worked extremely hard and was a joy to be around. I was concerned that it being an hourly rate that there would be a possible slowdown of work. That was by far not the case. These gentlemen worked very hard at a safe speed. I had no dents or scratches. And the whole staff was pleasant to work with. Thank you for making my move easier.

The 4guys we had move us were amazing. They worked 12 hours and never complained. All 4 guys were a pleasure to be around and worked harder than anything Ive seen. Two Men and a Truck are the only movers Ill ever use.
