Wow, best customer service of any storage unit I have used (and Ive used quite a few). Great location, well lit, easy access. Stored my stuff in a climate controlled unit for a year after a move to town with no problems. Easy to cancel when I was done. Will definitely use this place again when I need storage on the future.

I highly recommend T-Town Storage. This is a local, family-owned business with a focus on providing safe, secure and convenient storage solutions. Both indoor, climate controlled and outdoor access options are available. There are many unit size options. T-Town even rents XL storage garages for RVs. I always feel safe on the premises. There are timed locks, lights and cameras. The site is always clean.I rent an indoor, climate controlled storage unit. This 10 feet wide and 5 feet deep unit has a giant, eight foot wide door! It is an easy to raise garage type door. This very unusual feature sold me on moving my storage items to T-Town. This wider door makes it much conducive to organizing and accessing stored items. Its no longer a chore to retrieve and return holiday decorations. My previous, more expensive climate controlled facility was 5 feet wide and 10 feet deep.T-Town is available to assist with moving into their storage units. If you need a temporary or long-term storage solution, call T-Town Storage and check out their units. Bothers, Connor and Clint, are in the office each day. Customer service is outstanding!

The rates are also very reasonable. Connor and Clint have been very helpful and accommodating since day 1. They always go above and beyond and whenever I need something from them, I always get a timely response and they take care of everything I need. Conner & Clint have been PHENOMENAL! To say they have gone above & beyond is an understatement! They are quick to respond if you message them, ALWAYS have a smile on their face, very courteous & respectful! I’m new to pulling/backing a bumper pull trailer so they have helped me get my trailer into the storage unit every time I have asked! The facility is very clean, secure & they have pride in this property! They own it & operate it! You deal directly with them & not some third party! I can’t say enough great things about both of these gentlemen! Look no further for any storage needs! This place is amazing!

Talk about a clean storage facility! My wife and I were looking for a place to store all our belongings when moving abroad and we are so glad we found this place! We looked around Tulsa, Broken Arrow, and Jenks and while we found plenty of facilities none provided the amount of security and cleanliness we wanted to store all of our belongings while we were going to be thousands of miles away. We had heard too many horror stories from our friends and families about robberies and bug infestations. Our very selective process landed us with T-town storage and we are so happy it did! Ttown storage is a storage facility I would highly recommend. Especially for a single person who is moving for the first time. They listen to your needs and fit you with just the exact storage unit that you need. I love the monthly direct billing. Security is #1 with a gate as well as a locked building and a locked unit.
