The peoole were rood and for some reason it took us asking 10 times what the out the door price was to get the actual out the door price instead of the listed price. I wont be going back.
Stopped in on Saturday, just browsing, and ended up talking with Geoff and scored an awesome new helmet, at a huge discounted price! Seems to be a motivated and enthusiastic manager and couldnt be happier with the service. Will definitely be back for more gear in the future.
I dropped my bike off a month and half agoNo updates or help. I called again and spoke to Shy would personally owned the issue and gave me her contact information with a promised to follow up. She did follow up as promised and went out of her way to give me options to resolve my issue.Shaky start but great follow up
Shi helped me get the bike I wanted at an awesome rate. Couldnt be happier. Bought a 2015 boulevard M109R and it is the most comfortable bike Ive ridden.
Great people. Took my barely running bike in to get fixed. Synergy had it for 3 months and got no where. Brought it to suzuki and they had it running within 2 weeks. Its really shows that they care about their customers. 12/10 star review. Will definitely be coming back. Edit. Tommy was the tech working on it.

Great customer service
Terrible experience. From what I can tell, this entire place is being run by only one person. Was hung up on multiple times when I tried to call in, that is when somebody actually answered. They need to hire more people or close down. There was a nice young fellow there who was the sales manager, he was really helpful but apparently they ran him off. Avoid my mistake and make the drive to Bartlesville, This is a used car lot pretending to be a Suzuki dealer.

I laid my bike over in my neighborhood at super low speeds but it did quite a bit of damage. Insurance initially wanted to total it but Tommy the service manager was able to find a way to fix it for several thousand dollars cheaper than what insurance thought it would cost. So Tommy saved me from losing a bike i had only owned for a couple of months and bought new off the floor from Suzuki of Tulsa. Tommy took excellent care of me from start to finish. I mean it was a very personalized experience from my first phone call to inform them of the damage and arrange to have my bike looked at and an estimate made for insurance all the way to when i came in to pick it up and ride it home. Tommy went above and beyond for me. One of the parts from the wreck was on backorder from Suzuki but Tommy searched the four corners of the globe to find it in stock somewhere. He finally was able to locate one that was OE rather than settling for aftermarket. He had it shipped priority so it would arrive within days rather than weeks since it was originally coming out of Japan i believe. He handled my bike and my insurance claim as if it were his own. Ive honestly NEVER had such great and personalized service before anywhere ive taken any of my bikes for repairs or service. I will ONLY bring my bike here for ALL of its routine services or any other need i have. I would recommend to ANYONE to buy their bike from Suzuki of Tulsa even if you have to travel an hour or two. The service and experience have been that great. Starting the day i came to pick out my new bike to the day i bought it and rode it home to my first and hopefully last accident on it. Even if you already own a bike i would recommend bringing it here for ALL of your service and repair needs. Tommy is very knowledgable and has like 20+ years experience as a mechanic. I will ONLY trust my bike with Tommy at Suzuki of Tulsa and after just one service on your bike or especially if you buy your next bike from Suzuki of Tulsa, Tommy will immediately become your go to guy for ALL of your motorcycle and power sports needs as well...

Worst experience every coming from a Suzuki shop ..if I knew the service that I got was gonna be so bad I would of never took my bike here ...they told me my wires is why my bike was cutting out or maybe the mechanic left out my air to fuel ratio screw just like my jet and bowl gaskets
Little inventory, who attended us only limited himself to telling us that he did not have what we were looking for. He offered no more options.
