They have a Dyno and a Dyno Technician. Floor staff was friendly, and Travis in Service was very helpful and actually called/text to keep me informed on my position on the waiting list. Then called when they were ready for my bike K&N did a great job and solved my poor running issue. Its like a new bike with the new map they built for it. They charge fair prices for Dyno time. Bike Runs great now. Thank You

I had a great experience. I wish we had folks like the folks at K&N in my hometown.Kyle was upfront, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions about the bike I was interested in. Now that Ive ridden it a few days, it is living up to all he told me.I had a long trip to pick up the bike and I ran late. Kyle and Pat stayed a little while after closing to close out the sale and give me the bike. Being the closest Yamaha dealer to my location, I didnt have a lot of other options other than some of the 3rd party ATV repair places. To my surprise, the staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable when it came down to the YFZ450 I purchased recently. I knew it didnt run when I made the purchase but I couldnt pass up the price. Unlike other dealers Ive visited prior, they didnt just tell me to bring it in. They spent the time with me to answer all my questions and give me some great guidance on this ATV that had been in some water and hasnt run in who knows how long. Even the service department which has a waitlist spent more than ample time on the phone and in person with me to help me out. I did end up taking the bottom end to them for a semi-seized rod bearing which will hopefully be completed soon. Definitely going to start here when I decide to stop buying the non running ones and step my game up.

You never know how a shop will do after going through a new ownership and I’m happy to say that this shop is flourishing. They still have the same reliable crew with Pat running the parts department and josh running service. Mellissa is the new owner and she will great you at the door with knowledge and a smile just like Lucy did for all those years.

Took my old farm Kawasaki mule in. It no longer ran and wouldnt shift.These people were extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable . They didnt just repair it. They did it CHEAPER than I thought. I had my motorcycle worked on at 2 other shops and neither could get it to run right. After taking it to K&N it runs like a new bike. They have one of if not the best guy in Oklahoma if you need something tuned on a dyno. They are typically a couple weeks out on work but on Saturdays its first come first served on simple things like oil changes, tires etc. I would highly recommend them over action power sports or synergy motorworks.

I discovered two missing frame bolts on my Yamaha Raider, and the guys hooked me up! I was fortunate they had the two in the shop (normally required an order), and after 5 min and only $5 I was back on the road!

Terrible shop

I destroyed my gear on my motorcycle and was turned away by 3 other bike shops that were to scared of tackling the complex job of fixing my motorcycle before finding K&N. Not only did they fix it and fix it right, they acceded my expectations. Cody in the service department walked me thru my repair on every step. Dont waste your time at other shops, take your bike into K&N Powersports and get the quality service your bike deserves. Ask for Cody, you wont be let down. That man knows his bikes.

Had my bike in for tire work. Got it back the next day and it wouldnt idle. Turned the idle screw up and hasnt been an issue since. Ive since learned numerous people have had this issue with them. They are snakes. Stay away from them.

I took my bike a few months back. I was told K & N is the Yamaha specialist in Oklahoma and I was so disappointed. They changed out the relay on my bike and said it was fixed. I went, picked it up and by the time I got home again it wouldn’t start which was the initial issue as to why I took it to K & N. I paid high dollar for repairs that come to find out I didn’t even truly need to repair my problem.

These are some of the dumbest people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. They are rude, just consider it, and have no idea what theyre doing. The only good thing about them is that I know never to go back.

Called to get a quote for them to rebuild the carbs on my 87 Yamaha Virago, they informed me that they dont work on anything that old, They have worked on my older bikes in the past, but I guess I will find a new place to do business!

Ive had friends whove had good experience with them, and Ive bought small items from them. But when a person calls up for an estimate on an old bike, remember he is interested in keeping the bike and budgeting for it because he like the bike and has the money.... so dont just say itll be expensive

Wanted to charge me $200 for a battery for my bike. Called honda of tulsa and got the same battery for $90. Dont waste your time with them.

Ive used them a lot to work on my Kawasaki because they are closer to my house. Ive never had any bad experience with them, the work they do is as good as you can hope for, (better than some of the kawasaki dealers) I think they are straight shooters, and give a fair deal and do quality work.Ive only used them for maintenance, tires, batteries and to install a lowering kit.Once, I was having battery problems with an Old Kawi. 750 Vulcan and I had wasted a lot of money buying new batteries, and chargers and was considering putting in a new rotor, or generator/alternator. I told them about it and they set me straight, I was just using the wrong battery, so for the cost of a cheap battery, the problem was fixed.They can be slow, especially in the summertime, but that is probably true of most repair shops. Because Summer is when most people are riding their bikes and finding things that need fixing. In the off-season, they get things done quickly

DONT buy anything from these people. ..First of all Donnie is rude and very unprofessional. My husband purchase an FJR bike came home with it ..the bike would not idle. .he took it back Donnie cuss my husband out, and begain to throw things at my husband cause he asked could it be fix. Donnie seem more mad that we brought the bike back than trying to please a customer. We decide not to purchase the bike due to his behavior.
