Ill start off by saying that I dont hate Tulsa Powersports. Buying my latest bike from them was a breeze, the parts department is quick, and the showroom is always full of awesome bikes. The service department is the problem. Every time Ive gone in there Im met with quite possibly the most obnoxious man in existence. He wont stop talking long enough for you to even finish a sentence, and beyond that, half the things he says are exaggerated or fabricated to make a sale. He quoted me 140 dollars for the 600 mile service on my Africa Twin, also saying that they would download the latest firmware and clean and lube the chain. It ended up being nearly 70 dollars over the quoted cost and they didnt update the bike or service the chain. Only a 210 dollar oil change that he assured me I couldnt do on my own. After paying for it I had to wait for 30 minutes for them to even roll my bike out so I could leave. Ill happily ride it out of town for the next service and wont think twice about it.
Geoff was great! Saw this used bike for sale online and drove up from Dallas after Geoff sent me some pics and info. He was very honest and transparent about the few scratches and flaws over the phone and with pics. The buying process was super easy and it’s a real nice and clean showroom. Would be happy to do business with them again!
My husband and I were traveling through when we noticed how bad my back tire was on my Can-Am Spyder. After calling and explaining the situation, they squeezed my bike in on a busy Saturday. My wife and I purchased a 2020 GTI 130 in July. We actually put money down to hold that specific one as it was coming from the factory before it even even arrived at the dealership. After a few delays due to Covid, it finally arrived! We got the phone call and made an appointment to pick it up. Our Salesman’s name was Jeff (important name to remember) he advised us the Sea Doo was already out front waiting on us to view it. Jeff took the time to go through the in’s/out’s of the watercraft, ensuring we understood. He was very patient and outgoing, making the process fun and enjoyable, which is what you want when you’re buying a new watercraft! Once we completed the walk through we went into the Service Department and met just about everyone there, having multiple conversations with many people. We gained a LOT of valuable advice from the gentlemen in the department, helping us know what to do and definitely what not to do. Once we left there and went back outside, we found out that multiple people were trying to buy the Sea Doo as it was out front. Jeff had to professionally advise everyone that it was taken and not for sale, even when a few people offered to pay above the sticker price. Jeff had our backs even when we were not there! The checkout process was quick, even purchasing two new Sea Doo jackets, and we were ready to hook up our new Sea Doo and head out. Jeff helped ensure we had the Sea Doo properly hooked up and that it was road trip ready.When you’re ready for a Sea Doo or anything else they provide, go see Jeff and he will definitely make sure you find what you’re looking for! I can’t even begin to explain how wonderful the staff is here!! I went in to get a new turn signal for my shadow, and as new rider I was a bit intimidated. To my surprise the staff here are all super friendly, I even ended up purchasing a helmet which I desperately wanted but had never felt comfortable asking for help finding the right one for me until visiting this store. I have been to several motorcycle shops here around Tulsa and let me tell you this one is hands down my favorite! I scheduled service to have the rear wheels on my lawnmower (less than 3 years old) repaired - they weren’t rolling in reverse freely. Tulsa Powersports were booked 2 weeks out, but i set an appointment anyway because they’re the only Honda repair place i could find locally. When i showed up 2 weeks later, it was like i had snuck up on them. They didn’t know who i was or why i was there, and the salesperson filled out a new ticket for my repair. He said it would take a week or two.About 2 weeks later i got a call that the work was done, and came back to pick up the mower. I was charged nearly $200 for the “repair,” but i saw little improvement in the wheels’ movement. I asked for a refund which they issued, and they asked if they could attempt to make it right by actually repairing the mower’s wheel issue. I agreed and was impressed at their integrity at this point. They said it would be a few more weeks.After about a month, I hadn’t heard anything so I called the shop for an update, and the salesperson said the mower was ready, that the mechanic who had “repaired” the mower previously had misdiagnosed the issue, but he assured me it was fixed this time.I showed up today, and was charged the same price as before, nearly $200 (they are asking $450 for their brand new mowers). The salesperson commented that I wouldn’t be charged for the labor for both of the “repairs,” as if i should be thankful, and he wheeled out the mower.The wheels’ movement hasn’t improved since the last visit. I asked the salesperson if he would be happy receiving this quality of service for this price and he responded, “yes.” It gave me everything i need to know about this operation. Zero integrity. Zero accountability.I would suggest heading elsewhere for any repairs you may need.
We purchased a 4 seater Can Am. Our salesman, Geoff, was absolutely AWESOME! He took us for a test drive, knew everything there was to know about the machine and made the experience very fun and personable. The purchasing process was straightforward and easy. Tulsa Powersports has a very experienced team of service Professionals . Donnie and Joe are Perhaps the two best powersports mechanics, in this quadrant of the galaxy. They are managed by a front office team that is personable, knowledgeable and never condescending. Over the course of many years and many services, I have never had a bad result from these service professionals.

Bought a 2019 Bike for a good price in Dec 2019. The sales team is great to work with. The service dept. is outstanding! 5 weeks after purchase I had a small issue and with no appointment I was able to get worked in and back on the road within 15 minutes. Service after the sale is something these guys take seriously. Look forward to doing business with them again soon.

I was on a trip and needed a new back tire due to failure of plugging to control a flat. They got me right in, did an excellent job, and even checked in with me the next morning to make sure I got to my destination in good shape. I would enthusiastically recommend this service department.
Decided to swing buy to look at a few used vehicles and happened to cross paths with Ricardo. He built rapport with me and my partner, made us feel at ease, and most important not overwhelmed. We test drove 2 vehicles and were pleased with one. Since Honda was our first stop, we did decide to look else where for a better deal . Although we did find a few things that interested us. The customer service wasn’t as knowledgeable and open to my needs and wants. Ricardo went above and beyond. He made sure to update us during the approval process, even made sure we were comfortable and our thirst was quenched. During the finalizing process he had the car already in the detail shop for us and then even filled the gas tank. I took our Sea-doo spark to Honda of Tulsa because a warning light kept coming on and beeping when we would ride it. Upon arrival, Paul greeted me. He went out to the watercraft and assessed it. He told me the issue and then let me know it would be awhile before they could get it in. I was completely bummed because we have family from out of state coming to visit and we were planning to spend a lot of time on the lake. He went to visit with a colleague and came back to let me know they would get it in that very same day. The customer service is impressive. Paul was so friendly and went out of his way to take care of my husband and I. We will always take our water-crafts to Honda of Tulsa. I highly recommend them!
Fun and friendly place but very professional and efficient once they are set to task on your bike. These are fantastic people that care about you and your problem.I drove in to have a scheduled simple taillight replacement and they called to inform me of a coolant leak.They went above and beyond to order a new one, call my warranty company and they even had to fabricate a new bracket for the fan mount because the old and new version radiator didnt fit.All in record time (this was my only mode of transportation at the time)Ill be back and theyve added a new loyal customer.
Went in looking for a certain color bike. Tall kid with tattoo sleeve took my name and number to call after searching for it. Never heard anything while i was at store or after i left. Luckily Bartlesville cycle had it and was cheaper and more polite.

Kenny is the parts mgr and he is a cornerstone of the business. Robert is a fellow rider and he is really coming into his own and is a riding gear specialist. Wether you need fitted for dirt or street helmets, boots, or jackets Robert and Jared can make sure you have the right gear for your riding style and budget.
It’s is unfair to compare any other power sports dealer in the Tulsa area to Tulsa Power sports. They are supererior in more ways than one. the survive department is great, the parts department is very helpful, and the salesmen are very respectful. However, the best thing is that they are motorcycle people, so they love what they do and are always willing to help. 10/10
Ive purchased several bikes from Honda of Tulsa. I have always had a great experience with everyone from sales, service, parts and financing. This is truly one of the best places to purchase a bike. Everyone there is super nice and treat you like theyve known you forever like family.
Very kind people. I bought a 450 sportsman and now its 1.5 years old with 150 miles and squeaky wheel bearings. I wish they would grease the bearings during assembly so we dont have to do this in the first years of ownership. Tried calling and no answer. I cant say that theyre any worse than any other dealer/sales - just frustrated about the nature of business nowadays.
This is an all around great place to do business. The service department is prompt, reliable and honest. The sales department is friendly and very helpful even after the sale. I have dealt with every department from service, sales to Charles in financing. They are all top notch.

I contacted Tulsa Powersports about the availability of a KTM 390 Adventure. I talked to Geoff and he said they had one and they would hold it for a small deposit until I got there in about 1 week. One week later we drove to Tulsa from Denver (where there are no KTM 390 Adventures in the whole state of Colorado). I test rode it, signed the paperwork, and drove it home to Denver. Geoff was very helpful and he even called me a couple of days later so see if I made it back to Denver okay. I had no problems and Tulsa Powersports was very easy to deal with. Jim Mulvany

Easy transaction. Called ahead to verify that they had what I looking for and came in, looked at it, and bought the atv. Geoff did a great job answering the questions I had and giving me the run down on my new atv. I plan on getting a second ATV in about 6 months and will be coming back here.

Purchased a 2018 Gold Wing here, discovered flaw in the paint on the fuel hatch cover.. Sales said they would order up a new cover, no problem, but the back order for the new parts could take a few months. Inquired about the part after six months, they said they would check into and get back to me. Never did and I forgot about it over the winter. Just took it in for the initial 4000 mile service. Service department was going to look into the missing part. Picked up the bike today and service Dept still looking, no luck locating the part. Sales called later in the day and informed me they had the part months ago and but had sent it back to factory. I stated, it would have been nice if someone had called me, I would have picked it up. Sales now say I would have to pay for a new one. Good service department experience. Warranty / Sales left a sour taste in the mouth over such a minor issue.

Ordered spokes for dirtbike wheel..Got the spokes in went to service departments. Randall the service manager was not helpful at all. Didnt want to replace the spokes AFTER he said he would do it..Ten minutes later he said the spokes we ordered from THEM were the wrong ones and he couldnt do it..we left went to No limits power sports in bartlesville and within a. Hour the spokes were replaced. DONT EVERY USE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT HONDA POWER SPORTS OF TULSA ON 21ST STREET as long as Randal is service manager. Probably the reason he got fired from Route 66 Harley..he was terrible there also.

Fast and friendly service parts counter. Robert in parts is great to work with. Always helps me out any way he can. Sales guys are nice too. Just wish they had a few more parts on hand. But thats the only flaw I could think of. Ordering and waiting on motorcycle parts is just life. Never have used the service dept there. Do most of my own work.

I went in for a tire replacement, and they went the extra mile by tightening up my clutch, lubricating my ignition, and gave me a lot of information, tips and tricks on winter riding. These guys earned my money and a an extra firm handshake by the end of our time. Ill be back!
