Over the years they have always been the ones to make everything happen! Customer service is excellent and price is too! You can’t go wrong with choosing Synergy from buying a new motorcycle or Toy to accessories or gear to ride! Hit them up they are the best in the Bussiness!

I’ve tried giving this place several chances but they always disappoint. I went in to purchase a Harley and the sales guy just had no interest in helping and came off is very rude and dismissive. The next day I went and bought one off a private seller for $10,000 cash, so they missed out. Then, I called to get my 20,000 mile service done and get my electrical looked at and they said they don’t schedule appointments…I was told I could just drop it off for a few days and they’ll get to it when they can. No thanks. This is the first mechanic shop in my life where I’ve heard of this way of scheduling. Very unprofessional and unorganized.

I came by to have a rear tire removed on a dirt bike that i just bought and lets just say, the service was so great, that they will be our destination anytime I need anything for our dirt bike. Great service, great communication and everyone is friendly.

The guys were friendly, efficient and did what they said they would do. And in the process sold me a good motorcycle. No problem recommending them or their Royal Enfield line of motorcycles.

After losing one battery terminal bolt we looked everywhere from Claremore to Tulsa, let me tell you after days of hunting Synergy came through!!! The man who helped me (should’ve got his name) was absolutely wonderful!!! Instead of just one terminal bolt he was able to hook me up with two! Definitely checking here first if we ever loose anything!

I had plans to head out of town on the bike the next day and my normal tire changing place had a issue with their tire machine. I had even dropped the tires off the day before. Synergy saw my post on a local riding group and bent over backwards to get me fixed up this evening. Their tech did a good job and Im headed home to put the tires on the bike. Their quick response was much appreciated. They will be getting my business going forward.

Took my bike in 3 weeks ago for an oil change and inspection so I could take the bike on an extended ride. Issues were identified with the bike and I was told They were going to give me pricing on options to fix. 3 weeks later Zack has not once contacted me with pricing and every time I call I get told that someone will call me back with pricing but never does. I called today to inform them I just wanted to settle up with the cost of the oil change and pick up my bike. They told me that there was never a work ticked generated for my bike and that again, they would call me with pricing on what has been done to the bike. I am at my wits end with this shop and I would never recommend or take anything back to this place. I guess my next contact with them will have to be through a lawyer.

Took a bike in to have tires put on they charged me over a hundred dollars more to do the tires than what they quoted when I dropped the bike off and when I took it in the brakes worked and dident make any noise when i picked it up they were squealing and after about thirty miles the rear brake quit working and the front barely worked took it back to them to see if they could fix it and make it right all they had to say was it wasnt their fault without even looking at it then said it was my problem that the brakes dident work and wouldnt even look at it to see if they were at fault for the sudden break failure.

I am 100 miles from the dealership, so really appreciated that Ryan could work with me on all the details before I made the trip. Once there, the transaction was a breeze. And, he contracted a great deal for a same-day professional delivery. The buying experience couldn’t have been better!

I am not of a fan of no visual pricing. I am stayed in the place for maybe 3 or 4 minutes… no prices on the motorcycles therefore I am leaving the store.

Very friendly and helpful folks. Someone tried to steal my bike recently, and these folks got my cut wires taken care of in less than 24 hours. Also, excellent selection of helmets at fair prices. They just made a solid return customer out of me.

Poor customer service. They mislead me and then became extremely confrontational about it. Refused to even discuss the situation. Fortunately there are a lot of other shops in town. You can read through the other 1 star reviews and get a pretty good idea of how you will be treated if you challenge anything. Also, you can see from the responses to the 1 star reviews that they give a very detailed account of events that points the blame back on the customer.I ordered two tires and Synergy agreed to price match online prices. A week later, they had not arrived. I was not frustrated that my tires were not in on time, I was understanding. When I bought tires off the shelf from another dealer, I called before I bought them to make sure I wouldnt need to worry about a restocking fee at Synergy if I let them do the install. They gave me the impression that it was fine. When that work was done and I went to check out, they charged me for the full amount and said I could pay that or a restocking fee for the special order tires. When I challenged that, and said that I called ahead, I was accused of not calling and of being a liar. He kept asking who I talked to over and over.Then I was told that I made an assumption, and you know what they say about assumptions. Then I was told I could agree to pay or leave my motorcycle and he walked away to his office. It was unnecessarily confrontational on the part of the manager, and I was treated very rudely. The detailed response doesnt demonstrate the tone of voice or the way the manager spoke to me. My special order tires are for a Honda Shadow, an extremely common motorcycle. Under threat of never seeing my motorcycle again, I paid.Fortunately, I left that evening and had a great trip with my brother. When the tires did come in, I called another dealer in town who was very understanding and they took my extra set of tires for the price I paid. I learned a lot about where I will shop in the future.

Everyone here was extremely helpful!! My car broke down next to them and I went in to see if they had a tool to help me out. They had no problems helping me. And declined my money when I tried to pay them. Definitly good people here!!

I have a custom built chopper that had carburetor issues. Synergy set me up with very reasonable towing (50$ from house to shop). As usual with anything on my bike it has to be ordered, but these guys did a fantastic job. I’ve had shops look at my custom build and not want to work on it. The team at Synergy didn’t even blink. The bike hasn’t run this good in a long time. They even found some degraded electrical connections that were contributing to misfiring that they fixed at no extra charge. Great work and service!

Made an appointment to have the oil changed on my Royal Enfield. They checked over the whole bike 🏍 and adjusted the chain. Did a safety inspection. Very friendly and thorough. Pleasant experience! Will use there services again when I run through Tulsa!! 🙏🙏✅✅👍👍

The shop took almost 2 months to get a part in. I ordered from another dealer and received the part in 3 days. When I came to pick up my bike they kicked me out of the shop under threat of calling the cops for trespassing. Charged me full cost for the bike as if it was repaired and threw the bike in the parking lot in pieces. They did not give all the necessary parts back and I am still trying to get it back to its original state. He was constantly using foul language towards me and his competitors. I am out hundreds of dollars on a bike that is still in pieces and still have to order a couple parts to even have a chance of getting it back together. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE. I FOUND OUT AFTERWARDS THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. I cant stress enough how terrible this shop is.

Great service. I’m riding the TAT and needed a new rear tire. With a few days notice, Ryan ordered one for me and it was ready when I arrived. They mounted and balanced it while I waited. I highly recommend Synergy Motorworks!

Worst customer service!!!!!!!!! I own and operate a company and understand with wait time due to delays and pandemic. Dropped off 2 dirt bikes to be serviced. Called next week they say oh we are three weeks out no biggie deal. So I call end of three weeks and they say now next week call back over a week later and say just got handles in.Come in next day very polite asked if they are ready the main guy with a beard walks up says there not ready. So I simply said that’s understandable and went to describe what I’d been told he yells at cashier grab his bike and parts take them out front! Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I’ll by my parts anywhere else before here!

They have a great staff and did excellent work putting Cobra exhaust on my Boulevard M90. I will certainly be taking my bike back to them for any needed modifications or service needed.

So I received a discount on my helmet and Bluetooth because I am a veteran and when I went to pick the helmet up the owner would not hold to the deal. He was very rude and kicked me out of his shop. I do not recommend this place. The owner was swearing and yelling at me. The discount was only $20. When I told him I would pay full price he said no and that he was going to fire the employee that gave me the discount. I did call the owner a name because he told me he was going to fire the employee. That is when the owner lost control and started swearing and yelling at me. He told me to get the F out so I waited outside for him to bring me my helmet. I did apologize for offending him but it seemed like that made him more mad.

I took my bike here for an oil change. When I got it back my fairing was bent. They tried to persuade me like I was an idiot that it bent from overheating. They did a quick fix when I took it back. Its funny how never before taking it there nor after has my fairing bent from overheating. If you screw up own it dont try and run game on someone!

Absolutely no pressure when you enter! You can walk around and study the vast array of motorcycles on hand without being accosted by commission based salesmen. Large inventory of previously owned Harley Davidsons including Trikes. The reason I stopped was to study the inventory of Royal Enfield motorcycles which they are a dealership for. Very clean facility! Motorcycles are very clean and priced to sale! If youre in the market for a motorcycle Synergy Motorworks should definitely be your next stop!!

This place is a life saver! Not only do they sell dope bikes but the service department is extremely reliable.

Synergy Motorworks owner Ryan Cost has a history of terrible customer service and legal issues, as indicated in both criminal and civil court. He will hold onto your motorcycle for months on end, never giving repair updates. When you do decide to call the shop for an update, he immediately becomes impatient and angry for absolutely no reason. He has mental issues and should not be dealing with customers. This is proven through public court records. He has used his friends to boost the ratings on Facebook and google. However, this strategy is wearing down due to an overwhelming amount of customers in recent years giving very poor reviews. He is currently being sued for fraud. This case can be found on the OSCN website, case No. CJ-2020-1466.

Ive used Synergy a few times now. Mainly dealing with Chase, but interacting with quite a few of the guys there. They are all extremely helpful and very nice in discussing and taking care of any questions or issues you have. They are very quick in getting you taken care of and do not try to overcharge you for the service required. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks for a shop and I will for sure use them again in the future. Best shop in Tulsa by far!

Just wanted to update my review of Synergy Motorworks. Ryan, the owner, called me and asked me to bring my KX450F back in so he could make sure that everything was good with it. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with their service. I would highly recommend going to see Ryan if you need a new bike or need one serviced.

Bought a very nice used ‘98 H-D FXDWG at Synergy. Ryan is a Golden Rule man, and a good old fashioned “fair-and-square” businessman; he says he will do it = he does it! I enjoy every visit.

Just needed a few cheap parts for a common carburetor. The Harley store did not have them, cycle gear did not have them. This place did not have them, but they offered to get them by the next day. They definitely came through and sold them at a great price. Thats excellent customer service. The other shops should take note.

Service advisors, or whoever answered the phone and tried to answer questions about my bike was not at all knowledgeable and very Ill informed and/or a shady character who thought they could get over on me with some BS spiel...Ill do my own work or find a more trustworthy and reputable shop.

Ryan was extremely helpful when I first came in. I didnt have much knowledge of maintenance that I needed to do on my bike nor had I ever been to a bike shop. Ryan told me everything I needed to know. I got new tires, sprockets, brakes, fluid change, and a new helmet from them. When I got my bike back it felt brand new.Chase was extremely helpful in showing me around the helmet section, even checked to make sure the one I wanted fit properly and helped order a special visor for it.This shop has secured my business for life. My ATV had popped some welds on the rear A-arm. They looked at it and said worse case $1000-$1200. When I went to pick it up, I expected it would be over $1200.... but it came in way under at $350.I guess the surprised look caught his attention and he told me were fair and honest and that it didnt need as many parts as he originally thought nor as much labor.Id say fair and honest is an accurate description.

After spending upwards of 10 thousand dollars in this store over the past 2 years I was treated horribly by two employees and the owner. The owner was extremely short with me before I could even utter a complete sentence. Needless to say that without a proper apology I will never give them another dime of my hard earned money.

These guys get it done RIGHT. Im not the kind of guy to write reviews, but Ryan and his boys deserve a good word. A month ago I found this great 1988 softail custom with a beautiful black on red custom paint job which turned out to be the bike of my dreams. I know I drove those guys crazy coming in empty-handed at least ten times just to make sure it was still there. I finally found the $$$$ to get him to take off the floor for me. NEVER ONCE did I get one bit of bad attitude outta anyone who works there. Ryan is a straight up man of his word. My bike needed some expensive work done and the man did it for me as part of the price overall. Then as soon as the work was completed his guys then delivered it to my door DESPITE THE RAIN and HAIL.Awesome work gentlemen. I will be back in soon as I need ANYTHING for this beast.Thanks guys.

Great experience, my bike is very important to me. Who works on it matters. Not only were they one of the most affordable places, but they were able to do exactly what I had requested. They did the work promptly and professionally. I see a lot of customer service complaints on here and upon arrival, I was confused by how nice they were. The only besmirching remark is sometimes they are trying to get work done, and cant tend to every customer perusing at bikes with their utmost attention. That was the vibe I got. Great costumer service for a bike shop, fast, affordable. Will be doing my bikes service needs with them in the future.

Ive taken my bike in for maintenance at Synergy twice now. Once to get it running after it had sat in someones garage for a few years and more recently for general upkeep. Each time has been a great experience. Everyone I have talked to has been polite, patient, and extremely helpful. They also do what they can when they can (which was a lot this time around) instead of dragging things out for higher labor rates. Thats a huge plus for a penny pincher like me. Its obvious these guys love what they do because they have the energy and the drive to give great service, keep a clean shop, and even willingly take a minute to share some of their knowledge with you.
