We were so impressed with the customer service from Vision Motorsports. They treated us with respect and worked with us beyond what was expected. There was a maintenance issue with our vehicle we had just bought and prior to purchase, they agreed to fix it. When the quick fix wasnt the answer and it was a much more challenging repair that likely cost more, they still kept true to their word and fixed it. A very class act in an area of service that can easily take advantage of its customers. We highly recommend!

I shopped for my vehicle three states away. Chris was very proactive answering all my questions and being completely transparent about the condition of the car. After discussing the condition of the car and viewing numerous pics sent to me via email, I decided to move forward and have a pre-purchase inspection done at a local branded dealership. Chris made the arrangements to have the vehicle delivered to the dealership and returned u-on completion of the inspection. Vision Motorsports then held the car while I drove 11 hours to seal the deal and pick it up.I know that while I was In transit, they had three offers on it but Chris and his team kept faith with me and all was well upon my arrival.I can’t speak highly enough for Chis and his team. A family dealership of 20 years they are in it for the long haul. If you communicate your needs with them, they will go the extra mile to take care of you.

I bought a car from them a few months ago. Price was very good. No hidden fees. Unlike some other places where they say, oops and this maintenance fee and other such fee nonsense. Randomly found them on Craigslist and it was a few thousand dollars less then my local area. I drove down there and purchased the vehicle in the following week. Had a very great experience with them and will more then likely purchase from them in the future.

The people there are very laid back. They dont pressure you to make a purchase. They are transparent and upfront with everything. They were also very open to negotiate the price. We will definitely come here again. The only thing is that I wish they would have detailed the vehicle but for the price, I cant really complain.

We had a good experience with them. They sell cars they buy from auction “as is”. That’s the deal. They don’t negotiate much, because cars are priced reasonably. We needed a low cost car for our son’s first car. High mileage and low cost was perfect for us! We have had the car for almost a year with no issues. They are upfront and tell you they really don’t know much about the car’s history except for the Carfax report. Our experience was great!

I recently purchased a 2008 Avalanche from Luis at Vision Motorsports. I had concerns buying the vehicle because when I went to test drive it had thrown some codes and the check engine light. Luis scanned the truck and told me it was because they had done some repairs to the vehicle and he cleared it out. One of which he claimed was a random misfire code. He let me take it home for a test drive and in doing so it had another code come up which was an o2 sensor code. Despite my gut feeling I, along with his help, convinced myself that i still wanted the truck. He said that he would let me bring the vehicle back and fix a few of my minor complaints. They were supposed to replace the o2 sensor and he claimed it was a two wire sensor and one wire had came loose...wrong they are four wire sensors but either way I figured probably have to replace the catalytic converters on the truck and move on I was tired of dealing with him. Oh but it doesnt stop there less than three weeks and under 1000 miles later I have a lifter go out on the truck and turns out that misfire code is coming up again because cylinder 6 misfiring due the lifters being junk. I was 490+s miles from home had to leave my truck in Texas. I call Luis and the best he could do to fix this problem is help me get the vehicle back to Oklahoma....AT MY COST. Im going to be well over two thousands dollars between repairs and towing before I even get the paper tags off the truck or make my first payment. Thanks a lot vision.

I Called about a caliber SRT4 over a month ago, and offered them a more than fair price to come and finance it, and take it off their hands. After video chatting to view the vehicle, and making an offer, I was respectfully declined and was told they wouldn’t budge from their $6,995.It has been OVER a month, and the vehicle is STILL for sale - so I made the choice to call again.Mind you, I offered to FLY out there, BUY a the vehicle, and drive it back to South Carolina.How much more convenient could it get for a dealer?So I called roughly 10 minutes ago.I spoke to a gentleman who had a child screaming in the background, and made my purpose known that I was calling about the CSRT4 they STILL have listed at $6,995. I offered $6,000, which was more than my original offer a month ago. I was told no, and he wasn’t budging. His excuse was “it’s tax season now so someone will pay what I damn ask” I chuckled. This gentleman even went out of his way to lie and say the NADA On this vehicle is worth over $11,000 - when only someone on crack would pay that for a vehicle over 100,000 miles and being nearly 10 years old.I was recommended to this business by a friend, and he was wrong. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Just bought a car from these great people! The owner was nice enough to meet us on the 4th of July for a test drive, thanks for that!!Buying a used car I knew it wasn’t going to be perfect but the ladies in the office have been so helpful. There was a problem with the ac button and they had me take it straight to their mechanic to get it fixed! I really appreciated that because Oklahoma heat is killer.They’ve gone above and beyond on an as-is sale and they’ve definitely found a repeat customer. Don’t hesitate to shop here!

This place isn’t required to give a warranty on its purchases of vehicles. I bought a car from them recently and had problems regarding simple hoses. These simple careless acts can lead to engine failure. As of now the car runs fine but I’ve done some work on it.

I just bought my 3rd car from these guys. Very good prices, up front with any issues with the car (that they know of) and disclose everything. Prices are far better than any of the other Stealers in the area. I have traded with them for the 3rd time and could not be more pleased.

Dealer isnt upfront with me on the condition of the vehicle. I communicated several times that I will be driving 3 hrs and very serious on buying the vehicle. Dealer continually assured me that it is in excellent condition and I will not be disappoint. Once I made the trip, at first glance, I noticed right away that it has been repainted. Upon test driving, I also discovered other issues with the car that were conveniently neglected to mentioned prior to me getting there. Their response was didnt know about the issues, when the warning lights are glaringly displayed on the dash!!! So I wasted a whole vacation day for nothing. Needless to say, I will not deal with them again.

I purchased a car threw this company a few weeks ago. We had a set meeting after hours which worked great for me. After a test drive and a look over the car I decided to purchase the car based on the drive, look, and what I was told about the condition of the car. It took 2 extra hours for the purchase because they could not figure out where paper work was nor how to properly take a payment. They also did not have the title on hand.Once I took owner of the car with in a few hours reverse stopped working properly. It started to throw several codes. I was also never told that the car was involved in a rather large wreck at one point.Upon having the car checked out by 2 different shops, they both came to the same conclusion on parts needed and that the car was setup to mislead the buyer to push for a sale.I still have not received a title and will be in spending another $2000 to get the car running correctly. When I called about the title and to discuss my discontent with the car and being lied to. I was avoided at all costs.This dealer ship is nothing more then a scam. I have filled with the BBB over this transaction. Very untrustworthy, I would highly recommend that you should do business else where.

Horrible place. We came to that dealership from Missouri to buy a car. But before we start driving I called to dealership and ask if car in a good condition and may be I need to know some details. Sales person said that car is in good condition. When we came there we were shocked. Tires were in a bad condition, front bumper had two holes, plastic on one side were broken, car never been clean and engine sound not right. When I start talking about these issues sales person said she never saw the car....Finally we left with nothing and plus we lost our deposit.....I would not recommend this dealership to anyone... If sales person doesnt know about details on the car he/she is selling then what is the point them to work there?????

We are from bentonville, AR. This car shop was not honest about a 2014 bmw x3s (42,000 miles) past which included hail damage that was repaired but some pieces were missing, did not stay honest to thier price, and stole our deposit. We went to a bmw dealership and got a 2015 bmw x3 nicer and 20,000 less miles for almost the same price

I bought a car from Luis one of the partners here at Vision. I purchased a 2001, BMW 740iL, black on black. It was a wonderful car. It was a preowned vehicle, and even though I didnt smoke, it had a lingering smoke smell in it. I called and talked to Luis and he said to bring it back up to them and they would do a special anti smoke bomb inside the vehicle, and it did help, but it just really never took 100% of the smoke smell away. So a recommendation Id make is.... if you are a non smoker like me, stay away from a car that came from a smoker. Even the dealership knew and disclosed it was a smokers car, I bought it anyways...and loved the way the car drove, accelerated and handled. But as a personal note Id never buy a car again that had any evidence of prior smoke smells in it.

Pitiful, insulting and vulgar. I walked in to look at a truck and a guy is sitting at a desk laughing at his phone and totally ignored me.In the back ground I heard two women laughing and using vulgar language.I was totally ignored by the guy being entertained by his phone so I walked towards the show room doors and a black guy came out to greet me.The two women cussing and foul mouthing somebody just kept going with no regard to my presence.Ended up the truck the truck was sold but still shown on the website.I can not believe the piss poor customer service and the vulgar language I heard from these two women in the back office. I WILL NEVER RETURN!

On March 8, 2017, I contacted Vision Motorsports to inquire about a 2008 Ford Expedition EL that they had on their website. I called the main number on their website and spoke with Chris Bourget (who is listed on the website as the owner) who in turn referred me to contact JD as it was his vehicle for sale and he would have all the information on it. Chris Provided me with JD’s cell number and I then called him and left him a message. JD called me back about 2 hours later, told me the truck was still for sale and that it was an absolutely beautiful truck. I inquired about a few things on the truck and JD was most helpful in providing me with some more photos that I wanted on the vehicle.After agreeing on a purchase price, I provided JD with a $500 credit card deposit that he took over the phone and JD emailed me a receipt for. I immediately made arrangements for time off from work and booked a plane ticket to fly down to get the vehicle within the agreed upon time-frame. I texted JD right away with the flight and time of arrival information and JD stated that he would meet me at the airport in Tulsa to pick me up and to remind him when we get closer.A short while later, JD contacted me and asked about the chance of me getting a refund on my ticket. I asked why and he said that he would possibly be able to deliver the vehicle to me this weekend. JD then explained that his dealer uses a “Floor Plan” to purchase inventory for their lot and that by holding the vehicle, they were continuing to pay interest on it and if they waited until my time of arrival as initially planned, that they would actually lose money on the deal. JD said that he would call me when he located a second driver to make the trip. A short while later, JD called and asked if I could possibly meet him in St. Louis, which is a midway point from where I am located. After working with friends and family, I was able to locate a second driver to accompany me on my half of the trip. JD then called and said he was having trouble locating a driver on short notice and that we should just stick to the original plan of me flying down.I then offered to meet him the following weekend as I could make that work too in regards to trying to work with him and not have him sit on the vehicle for as long as it would have taken me to get a flight there. JD and I agreed to meet on March 18 in St. Louis under the Arch for me to pick up the vehicle.On March 10, I was contacted by JD who told me to call him right away. I called him back about 15 minutes later and he said that he did not have some very good news. JD informed me that he had just learned that another salesman at the dealership had sold the Expedition to another customer. I told JD that he had to make this right as I already had a deposit on the vehicle. JD said he or the salesman who sold the truck would call me. Over an hour went by with no response so I called looking for an answer. My call to JD went to voicemail so I tried contacting Chris whom I had spoken to two days prior to and he did not answer. JD called a short while later and informed me that he had just learned that apparently, another salesman had taken a deposit on the vehicle a week ago, never informed anyone in the dealership that he had done so, nor pulled the file indicating that the vehicle was sold. He stated that salesman was off work for the past week on ”personal issues” and returned today and met his customer for delivery of the Expedition.JD then informed me that he was driving and that his truck just broke down and hung up the phone. He texted a short while later and said he would work on refunding my deposit. I replied that I was extremely disappointed in how this had all gone down and requested that the owner of the dealership contact me with an explanation, how this was going to be made right and at the very least an apology for this whole ordeal.At the time of this review, I am still waiting for both an apology and my deposit.
