We got what we wanted for a great price and financing!! We will definitely be back for years to come!! They were not pushy at all. He found everything my husband wanted on his bike and he was able to test drive the different models he was interested in, which made a huge difference as he would not have been satisfied with his original pick. These guys were so easy, not pushy at all, listened to what we wanted and found it in their stock and offered options! They were super transparent and upfront about everything! They also offer FREE Training WITH the PURCHASE of your bike in order to get the L on the license no going to the DMV! They do it all. I bought my first Harley from these guys. The staff were very nice and professional. I understand theyre salesman and thats their job but I knew nothing about Harleys other than the fact I always wanted one and these guys walked me through the bike I wanted and took care of everything. I bought a metric bike from this location about three years prior that someone used as a trade in and even then, while buying a non Harley bike, they were super nice.Edit: Just want to say, the staff member who sold me my bike and remembers me...knowing Im not about to buy another bike since I just got one, still greets me when I come in and helps me if I need anything....so the professionalism goes beyond the sale. Everyone here is just super helpful.

Last Saturday, I rode my husband’s bike in for maintenance. I saw this beautiful, loaded soft tail heritage. My husband said I had a twinkle in my eye and in the next few minutes I was riding down the highway headed home on it! We had no intentions of buying another bike! This one is the 3rd one since last October!! The buying experiences have all been great, quick and easy! They have also helped us with accessories, classes and maintenance. These guys were the best. I broke down within 5 miles from them. I called them and they had a guy there to pick me and my bike up. He gave me a ride home and was good guy. 3 days later I got my bike back running great. Everyone was nice. They did me right on the price and even washed my bike.

Worst Dealership I have ever dealt with. Eric was a horrible Senior member. He bad mouth his employees and other dealerships, thinking it was going to get him a sale. He tried to belittle my wife and I because we did not want to pay almost $600 a month for a bike, and told us thank God there are people that arent like us that will pay. Its just our preference. We were just there to see what their family owned business could do for us. My advice shop else where if looking for a Harley, this dealership will try and intimidate you to pay what they want from you can give you next to nothing for your trade. There are more pleasant dealerships in the area that will treat you like family and help you get into the bike you want and try to meet you were youre at. Not every bike will get you were you want to be but you dont insult and try to belittle your customers because of their preferences. Thats how you lose business.

Great staff, large selection. Good prices. They have a very large selection of new and used bikes. Sales staff is knowledgeable of bikes. If you are in the market for a bike, they are worth checking. They dont negotiate price very well. Seems what they have it listed for is what they want for it. Other dealers will work with you on price, and most will pay sales tax. This one doesnt seem to. So check around. I would definitely go to a different dealer for accessories if you are a veteran, most HD dealers will give a 10% military discount. This one does not. Route 66 HD in Tulsa will.Update-- I waited over a month to make an update, wanted to make sure it wasnt emotions. I would only recommend this dealer as a very last resort. After my post they did call me because of the not recommended rating, they werent willing to offer anything or do anything to make a satisfied customer They said they reduced the price of the bike $500, but in reality what they did was allow me to apply $500 of my gift card towards the bike, to me that is not the same thing. The only thing you can be a sure of is they want your money, Thats about it. I did not have all the paperwork needed to register the bike, so they had send it to me. In their favour, they did get it to me relatively fast, the same day. They are friendly, as all salesmen are. They have fair prices, but dont expect anything from them on the sale. Their rewards program is among the worst of any dealer, if you reached their highest level you get 5% cash back to be spent at their store. I would give them 1 star, but they do have fair prices, so Ill give them that.

If I could give them a 0 stars I would. They are only interested in passing you in the driving school if you buy a Harley from them. Then if you cant complete the test due to someone else negligence you automatically fail, unless you buy a Harley. Thats all they want from you and expect from you.

I purchased a used Dyna from them in November 2020. The sales staff told me this was a “certified pre-owned” bike, which I assume means they inspected it and ensured it was to date on maintenance. The bike has had issues since day one, including completely deteriorated hoses, and loose bolts all over the bike, which is surprising on a bike I purchased a day prior. Most of the loose bolts just caused annoying rattles and I was able to tighten them and have no further issue, but some were more consequential. I rode the bike 1000 miles and at the advice of the service department I did the minor repairs myself as they wouldn’t be worth the $50 deductible for my extended warranty to cover it. It was just a few weeks ago that a more important set of bolts, my rear pulley bolts, came to light. They all backed out of the wheel far enough to hit the swing arm and broke off, causing around $2250 in damage and a dangerous situation where my drive belt became shredded and disconnected on the highway. I can only assume this was due to the lack of due diligence they assured me had been done when inspecting the motorcycle, and they refuse to help me in any way with the cost. Would not recommend.

I highly recommend this dealership.I recently had the best experience Ive ever had with a H-D Dealership, with Meyers-Duren Harley in Tulsa OK.It started out as a terrible experience, my motorcycle breaking down when Im 800 mi from home on a road trip. I still was 60+ miles from my destination. You wouldnt think it possible (changing a road side disaster into a GREAT outcome) but Meyers-Duren turned it into a very rewarding experience for me and my custom ride. Long story short - they sent a truck with a friendly and competent driver Brett, who secured my bike properly and got us both safely back to Tulsa and their shop. They did that for free!My exhaust pipes first cracked about 150 miles back, but finally fell right off as I neared the town of Stillwater, OK. They started scraping on the asphalt during a right hand turn, the noise scaring the s---- out of me. Lisa from the Riding Academy got on the phone with me, connected me to the service dept. Mike, Carita, Brett and crew went above and beyond to overnight some new pipes, install them and have me back on the road in about 24 hours! They even paid for my UBER ride back to my hotel while they fixed my exhaust!Check out the before and after pic.s - new pipes -beautiful, huh? Ive already put over 400 miles on the new pipes and they are running well. I totally recommend you support these folks and see them for any of your Harley needs. They were friendly, treated me, a woman rider, with respect and most importantly they fixed my bike well. Im currently riding it home to CO instead of having it towed there. Way Cool Folks!

Have some minor issues with the dealership that are just irritating. Instructions were very quick on operation, they said gas tank was full, it wasnt, and other minor issues. Delivery driver was very professional & courteous.

Great bunch of staff here. Everyone is extremely helpful and informative about the bike selection they carry. They make purchasing a motorcycle a VERY exciting experience. I know they want to sell you their merchandise but comparing their service to car dealerships this place has them beat by miles. If you stop in, ask for Boyd. he sold me my 2016 Sporster!

Prepare to spend some time, salesmen wont take no for an answer. They are willing to work with you but handle a lot behind closed doors. Its a big dealership and you have to hunt someone down to ask questions. Do your own research because the salesmen I ran into seemed more into getting a sale rather than getting me the best bike for me or the best bike for the right price.

They enjoy answering questions. Im almost 50y. They answered all of my questions. Im also 58ft. They even have motorcycles that fit me. I do suggest taking the Harley Davidson bike course. Im going to be taking it shortly. Check them out and check out the bikes.

The sale and staff were great. I had bought my last harley at a different location in tulsa and honestly it was about the same. Only dofference being the other location let me pick 2 of any tshirt while miles duran had specific shirts. And they had a special that you got 1k in store credit for gear which was great since the wife needed new gear.The reason for the 1 star is this. The title for the bike i bought was notarized the day i bought it sept 29th. They were suppose to call me when it was ready. Never happened. Finally i called early december and they said they had it. But work had me out of town. They finally mailed it to me a week or so later. So the lost mark is 12/19/20. The title is dated 9/29/20. Thats $200 in fines from the state. Not happy about that at all.Updated to 4 stars. They gave me in store credit for a portion of the difference i had in penalties which i appreciate the effort. Note they also figured out they had a secondary number of mine from years ago that apparently imported to my file from HDFS.
