Great place. I had a cracked screen and I did a walk in and they took care of it in around 15-20 minutes for a really good price. They were extremely nice and they also had water and coffee in the waiting room. I will definitely be going to telè if I ever have any problems with my phone. Highly recommend

You don’t find to many businesses that will allow you to watch them repair your phone and also be such a genuine person in the process. Best prices out there for mobile phone repairs! They were very knowledgeable, fast and friendly; we were even invited to come back and watch our repair. Bonus, they give deals if you need more than one thing repaired i.e. screen and battery! Our experience was excellent, overall GREAT Customer service, highly recommend!

Absolutely definitely recommend this place Ive never heard them before today I was going to go through phone geek as we usually do. But I was uncomfortable with going to somebodys home in their garage which is what theyre doing right now obviously reasons we all know. Anyhow it was going to take them a few hours or in this case as late as it was it would have been overnight for $45. I decided to go ahead and call a few other places that are open which was only a few and I called this place and not only was it a fair price it was $5 more but it was worth it I got here 20 minutes before they closed they were very polite and got my phone fixed in less than 10 minutes maybe 10 minutes if that. I was so thankful because it had the tip of the auxiliary cord stuck in the phone jack. And I only had this phone for a couple weeks I highly highly recommend for anyone and everyone to come to this place you will not regret it its very worth it it really is

Ive been to Tele Mobile Phone Repair three times now and each time that Ive needed Abdullahs help, Ive been amazed at the customer service, professionalism, and the speed and knowledge with which he works. Ive had to get an Iphone screen replaced along with two home button repairs and Ive never had to wait more than 20 minutes to get any of those things fixed. He also lets you watch the repairs and Ive learned a lot about phones just from doing that. Great company and great customer service! I highly recommend!

I’ve sent five phones here so far, they’ve done a phenomenal job on it every time. iPhone 7 Plus Touch ID wasn’t working, they fixed that. A phone with a low battery health they replaced that; few phones with shattered screen they fixed that too!! Sent them my Samsung S8. It needed its sim/sd card reader replaced. Was a little apprehensive sending a phone across the country but I would do it again and again. These guys rock!When I first received it back the sim card kept disconnecting. I reached out to them and they were super cool and told me to send it back and theyll get it working right free of charge. The day after they received it they called me and talked about exactly what was happening. That night they sent me pictures of it working and told me itd be shipped out first thing in the morning!Just got it back and its working perfectly! I attribute the first fault to the phone maybe getting bounced around in shipping and the micro soldering they had to do came loose. Dont get me wrong though, they packaged the phone great both times, shipping can just be rough.If I have any phone repairs needed in the future Im sending it here! Great pricing and customer service!

Absolutely phenomenal! The guy who runs the place is absolutely fantastic at what he does! Super nice and felt like someone I could trust. My phone had water damage, it needed a new screen, & battery. Found Telè via Google. Telè replaced the back glass on my son’s iPhone XR for a great price and in only a 1/4 of the time that 4 other repair places had quoted. Would highly recommend Telè to anyone looking for phone or tablet repairs!! In addition, they entertained ALL of my son’s questions about repairs, phones and TikTok!!! They then took a look at his Beats headphones to see why the headband wouldn’t lock position, and now we are actually going to go back to see if they can fix an issue with the bumper on his Elite Xbox controller. Anyway, Telè is freaking AWESOME!! They went above and beyond!!!

First off, the convenience this company provides is top notch. Abdullah came to my house to fix the home button not working on my phone. Extremely polite, fixed it right in front of me in about 5-10 minutes and informed me the entire way what the process was. On top of that, he charged me less than half of what ALL the other phone repair stores wanted and didn’t charge any extra to drive to me from Tulsa. If you need a phone/tablet repair, look no further!

Great experience on both occasions. I was impressed. First time the owner met me at tropical smoothie cafe. I went to Marshall’s next door. By the time I got back, in 30mins. He fixed the cracked screen. Changed ear piece. Microphone and the charging port. Very convenient and affordable.

Efficient and friendly service. Decided to give this up and coming business a chance and had my phone serviced and fixed in less than 30 minutes. It also helped that he came straight to my location on campus so I did not have to worry about not having a phone. The price was also less than everywhere I looked with the added benefit that they came to me to fix my phone!

I first found them on tiktok and decided to give them a shot at repairing 2 of my phones! The first was an 8+ that was having issues connecting to WiFi. The second was a 5s that was having screen issues at least that’s what I thought. When they realized it wasn’t just small issues they contacted me immediately to tell me what it was and asked if it was okay to proceed with fixing it. I sent both phones up from Hawai’i and the moment it was done they sent both phones back. The 5s works great again! Unfortunately the 8+ still had an issue with connecting to WiFi but that wasn’t a problem for them! I contacted them immediately and got a response saying to send my phone back up and they will get it working again at no extra charge! Now just awaiting my 8+ to come all the way back to Hawai’i. 100% satisfied with how fast the business responds as well as the great customer service when I brought up that the phones WiFi connection was still broken.

Went to Tulsa on vacation and on vacation my wife’s phone decided not to charge anymore. I called tele mobile and talked to the owner. Granted this was later in the evening and they were still open. The owner gave us kickass directions and kept in full contact with us before we came to his shop. He was very professional at his shop and wanted us to watch the process of replacing the battery. I can’t praise Abdullah Kabani enough.... He runs a straight and honest business and fricken verrrrrry reasonable prices. Thanks again Abdullah Kabani!!!!

I was having trouble charging my phone for months as the chargers would fall out or wouldn’t charge unless it was kept in a certain way. I went around to some stores and they all said they would need to replace the entire charging port quoting me at high prices. I called Abdullah and he took care of my phone in 5 minutes and didn’t even have to change any parts. Abdullah, the owner of Tele, never fixed my devices although he should have fix the broken screen of my iPad Pro. I reached out to him couple days ago for an appointment. I was in a rush since I was terribly needed my tablet to do my work. I am near the edge of my deadline so I decided to let other vendor did the work on my iPad, although they did it for the price higher than what Abdullah had offered me.Abdullah called me and explain his situation and apologize for the delay. He offered me an appointment time but I already had my iPad fixed. He then offered me screen protector for my iPad or any other devices I have, but at the moment I dont need it. This indicates that Abdullah is willing to maintain his values for the business and have a willingness to solve the unpleasant experiences with the customer. Therefore, he deserve a 5 star!
