The customer service was phenomenal. answered every question I had on the phone before I arrived, they gave me an exact time line to when my phone was going to be repaired. Did not try to up sell me on something I did not need. My phone works great again.. any time something happens with any of my phones in the future, this is the only location I will visit.

Absolutely amazing. My daughters iPad stopped charging and needed to be looked at and fixed.The gentleman that repaired it went above and beyond to get it done. We are so thankful for his work and dedication. If you need a phone, new case, repair or anything phone related this is the place to go. The store is very clean and well stocked. I cracked my galaxy s10+ screen (major bummer) and they had a screen in stock! I called MULTIPLE other places, and found only one place that was cheaper but it was only by $20 and I had to wait for them to order the new screen. So I took my phone here and they replaced it in about 30 minutes and did a wonderful job! Honestly my screen fells better now than it did brand new. Would recommend 10/10

The main guy is very good person and good customer service. I was originally charged for a full replacement and the phone ended up not needing that. So gave me. Part of my money back most places would just keep it and say they replaced it. Also quoted me half the price of anywhere else to replace the back glass on my xs max every Where said 150 up and he said 75. Def will be returning.

Fantastic experience! I needed my phone repaired and I needed it done quickly. The very friendly staff fixed my phone in less than an hour. Their prices are extremely competitive. I had been to three shops this morning and Phone Xperts had the best price. When I picked up my phone, the technician pointed out other issues that were wrong with the phone that Phone Xperts fixed, free of charge. All in all, I highly recommend this business.

I brought my daughters cracked iPhone to them and in about 10-15 minutes it was like new. They even replaced a couple of screws that in it that we didnt even know were missing. I highly recommend them!

Love this store!!! I went in this evening with a badly broken glass on my LG Stylo 4, and now my phone looks new again. Very happy, but I always am when I visit Phone Xperts.

The shadiest place. The owner of this store also owns the phone repair place next door. My niece took her phone there after she dropped it in the toilet having a contraction. (it happens) She had the insurance, but instead of telling her to call the insurance company, they charged her $75 to fix her phone and told her to come back hours later. When we returned, they said they had to replace the motherboard and wanted to charge her more money. When I asked about the insurance and why they didnt go through that, they claimed that they didnt see that she was paying the $5 extra per month for insurance. It turns out that what they did to the phone was not approved because they couldnt activate the phone with the new motherboard in it. So she had to go through the insurance company. The owner of the store only gave her back $50 of the money she paid him earlier. (What did she pay for?) So now theyre caught in this con, they offered to call the insurance company for us while we were there. (why couldnt they have done that when she came in earlier?) The return was approved and her deductible was only $20. The owner was still trying to be shady when the insurance person was giving us the approval and return process. When we asked for the phone to be returned, the owner gave the old phone back with a very cracked screen (that wasnt that way when she brought it in) Their response. Oh it cracks when we tried to take it off, and the Insurance company doesnt care. Theyll just replace your phone I have advised my niece that if her phone breaks again to call the insurance company directly. Im so disappointed that this store and this owner took advantage of her. She just had a baby and was just trying to get her phone fixed. As a Boost customer, I would have hoped that they would have advised her to contact the insurance company on her first visit, and not charge her for repairs that didnt happen. Dont go to this place unless you want to be robbed.

I had a broken charger port and it was fixed quick and for the best price, I went to 4 other places. They had the best customer service. I highly recommend coming coming.

The repair man at this place is an absolute god. We went in with the lcd in our phone not displaying. He spent time trying to replace it with an lcd he had in stock but it wasnt compatible because our phone was an international model. When all options were exhausted he went to put our phone back together without it being fixed because there were no more parts in stock so it was all that could be done. When he returned he told us it would be $25 which we were fine with because he had spent close to an hour and stayed past closing working on our phone. When we clarified it was for labor he responded well yes but also because i fixed your phone. Sure enough he powered it on and the lcd was perfectly fine and working. I dont know how he did it but i would bring him more business in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!

Dropped my phone off to get screen fixed last week and this will be the 3rd time having it fixed, my phone has glitches and dead spots on the screen. It was never like this before. I am not satisfied whatsoever. Get have had my phone for a total of 30 hrs and its still not fixed. Installed a faulty screen and continued to tell me that it was my phone. Had it checked out by phone doctor and they determined that the screen was fealty .

They are very nice, & my Iphone looks brand new the guys finished fixing my shattered screen less then 20 minutes . Highly recommend this shop
