I purchased phone with defective battery. During the purchase of the phone I noticed that they were using deceptive and dishonest sales tactics. Telling me that certain products I asked about were no longer available and had been discontinued, and replaced by other items. Wouldnt you know it... those items that replaced the items i asked about were brought to the counter and pushed in a bundle deal. Upon further research, those products i asked about are not only still in production but are top sellers.When I returned with the defective phone, thinking that it was a pretty simple thing and that they would just send me on my way with a replacement device. Staff told me that they were unable to diagnose the issue, therefore could not swap the phone out for a working device. They gave me a piece of paper with a list of phone numbers for different Verizon departments and device manufacturer numbers, and told me to call Verizon tech support. When I called the tech support number, I got transferred to customer service, because that, come to find out is an internal number for in-store reps and the customer service agents to call. Basically all of the Verizon numbers on the sheet get you bounced to customer service . While speaking to the Customer Service Agent (Helpful) and then the Tech Support Agent (EXTREMELY HELPFUL, and probably one of the best interactions that I have had with any individual in a call center) they couldnt understand why I was calling because within 14 days of purchase, youre supposed to be able to exchange your defective phone with little to no headache.Long story short, if I purchase a phone for over a grand, I shouldnt have to go through that kind of in-store experience.Also, watched quite a few other customers get handed the same piece of paper that I was given, and told to call one of the numbers on the list. It appears that the staff doesnt want to help resolve issues, but push them off on others.

I came with a friend and they got his order together. No one acknowledged me until the end. I actually was going to buy a phone but everyone assumed that I was just waiting. Some other people came in got greeted and helped.. I was approached later but I said I was good.I had already ordered a Lfyt to leave. I actually felt like a ghost in there

Well, I switched to Verizon last year, was very unhappy with how long it took them to get me taken care of ( over a hour and a half) a couple of months ago my wife decided she wanted to get a job so, she got a job at a Verizon store. Today I decided I wanted to get the family new phones. Was going to upgrade myself and wife from iPhone 12 to the pro max.. my son wants a galaxy 20 instead of his iPhone 8 and daughter from a iPhone X to the 12.. everyone was excited. Came to this store.. Verizon for some IGNORANT reason has a policy that now since she works for them, we have to mail in our phones and wait for the new ones. Again Verizon has disappointed. Why is dealing with this company such a HASSLE!? I am going to another phone carrier I think

Terrible customer service. Went in to get a new phone for a corporate account and was greeted with snarky attitudes across the board. Jose, the manager, needs to work on his customer service. Upon trying to complete the purchase for our he said there was a 12 month contract on the phone that had a balance, which was wrong. The phone was paid for in cash and there was no contract. Rather than saying he’d look into it, he just said you’re wrong and argued continuously, without taking any time to look at the account. He also told us someone had probably used the upgrade for that line - which cannot happen because there is no contract to upgrade. We insisted that there was an error and that he needed to check.Then Jose proceeded to kick us out of the store still saying we were wrong all the way out the door. How about rather than saying someone is wrong, you take a minute to look into it and also not argue with a customer? Upon calling our corporate representative with Verizon, we discovered that Jose was in fact wrong and it had been on the wrong line. Very disappointed in the customer service - or lack there of. We drove to Tulsa Hills and Cris took care of us right away. He was efficient and we had no problems with our purchase.

I was welcomed in by a young man at the front door and asked what I needed. Then after hearing that I was having cell phone problems, he directed me to another young man named Cameron. He listened to all my concerns and did not stop until everything was taken care of. He also showed me a feature I did not know about. The treatment I received here was a hundred percent better than one of Verizons other locations, where I felt ignored.

I purchased a Bluetooth speaker from Verizon and I noticed that I cannot do conference calls with it or answer the phone call and my music stops until Im done with my call and then it continues. I went back to the Verizon store with it and they tried to help me make it work, but it would not. So they gladly took the product back and Im very pleased.

My mom wanted to switch to apple from Android and Ramon was very helpful he told us about the good and bad qualities of the apple iPhone and he was not annoyed when we asked him several questions. Be careful buying anything from this location. They will charge you far more than what you can get it online for, often a few hundred dollars more for bigger items.I have been a Verizon customer for over 15 years and I’ve discovered that Verizon charges more than any other cellular service but has the crappiest customer service where you are guaranteed to lose your mind trying to talk to an automated system or some low level operator that can’t really solve any problems.As soon as I’m done paying my phone off, which they charged me $300 over retail value for, I am canceling my service. I am so exhausted with Verizon.

Good staff. Have yet to receive bad service. Bought a new phone. Rep asked me what I wanted as to bells and whistles and what price range I wanted to work within, then showed me what they had available and explained the good and bad of each. Then left me to decide if anything was what I was looking for. No pressure.

Switched from Cricket 14 yr customer to Verizon. Professional level customer service. All the store employees were extremely friendly and knowledgeable of all their products. Ported my number, got set up and out of there in less than 15 minutes. So much better than AT&T, Cricket, Metro PCS, US Cellular, and Sprint. Been with them all since the brick Cell Phone days, with dozens of cell phones for employees, and personal accounts. Verizon stood head and shoulders above the rest. Having tried the rest, I feel I am now with the best.

Verizon is fine, this location isnt the best. Go to Tulsa Hills! I bought my phone here and it was like visiting a used car dealer for a moment. While I dont have any issues, it was not the superior service. The person who sold me my phone was perfectly fine, but I had to go back for issues with my screen protector. I was only given the option of returning because they had no screen protectors in stock, plus no one wanted to discuss if the screen protector had a defective design or if it was installed incorrectly. I went to Tulsa Hills and had a much better experience.

Wireless stores are becoming the next casualty of Urban decay (second to malls). This store is sales driven and the associates will do everything to try to sell junk you dont need. Only went to browse and they immediately descended on me like vultures do on road kill. I went to switch my account from T mobile to Verizon today. But my experience is very bad. They made a careless check and told me my phone can support Verizon. So they so all the transfers. But finally they found.my phone does not support. It took me almost 2 hours to transfer back. Most importantly, the woman is rude. She does not know how to talk with customer. Therefore, they are stupid and rude.

Four salesmen standing around, not doing anything.I was looking to buy a phone, add a line, and upgrade service. All the things Verizon is constantly asking me to do. Salesman Kameron was snarky and dismissive to the point that I left the store to spend my money at another. I told him I would prefer to deal with a person and the gentleman walked me toward the machine. I stressed the point that I DO NOT PAY THAT WAY! Dont buy from the Tulsa 41st St. store. Not honest. They told me for sure I could return an item I bought with cash for my phone if it did not work. It didnt work and I tried to take it back, but they told me they did not have any cash to refund me. No one had bought anything in cash that day, so there was none to refund me. Wish they had warned me of this the day before when I paid cash. I would have charged it. Said I could not have it creditted back to my debit card either. Hard to believe they had no cash on them at all. How did they give me change the day before? They tried to get me to exchange for something else more expensive instead. Feel they are very dishonest. Should have warned me about paying in cash. Feel they try to hard to push sales there instead of customer satisfaction.

I have been asking Verizon asking questions for a while. My son purchased a phone last year, we came back less than 30 days later and they would not let us pay it off in full. I was very dissappointed.One year later, we come back and we pay off the phone and the manager was surprised we were told that information. Another employee there, his name is Topher told me that I can get a phone and he spoke to me about many different ideas. He asked many qualified questions that would help me make a more informed decision and I purchased a phone and got the best plan that could possibly be given, plus many discounts because he had asked me all the right questions and helped me to get what I needed taken care of.Im very happy with my new phone and my new rate plan for me and my son now. Saturday, My wifes phone got lost so we went to replace it becuase she was ready and eligible. Turns out we cant due to issues after 3 hours on a 1-800 verizon help desk number. So I go up to this location, because its their corporate office. Turns out someone at verizon gave my wife SSN out to a guy named Steven and he racked up 2k on her account, in another state. Then verizon trys to tell me in the store to call the 1-800 number after I spent 3 hours getting no answers and hung up on. The store location did not give me a loaner phone. Did not resolve my issue. But my wifes Insurance for her phone company is supposed to ship today 3 days later. Poor service dont use them and your SSN is not safe with them.Update today tuesday after dealing with the run around of the phone insurance, manger Anthony fixed our issue and gave us a up graded model becuase of all the issues.

First time I went the woman was super nice!! She wasnt pushy but told me what they offered. Ive since heard they off the same things elsewhere (including the vzw website). Second time I went there and one lady tried to upsell me into a more expensive case pretty hard. Apparently they work on commission.Overall they are friendly and attentive, Ive never had to wait for someone to greet or help me. Id definitely recommend this one over others Ive been to!

I am so glad I don’t have Verizon. I was in this Store with my brother switching his phone over to one I gave him and the lady that helped us was very rude even rolled her eyes at us, talked down to us & she had no idea what she was doing, knew nothing about iPhones & argued with me saying the phone was stolen & basically called me a lier cause she couldn’t figure out how to update it, only to make herself look dumb when it wasn’t! Maybe she should of checked the IMEI # in the first place? (Which she never did) ha! She even made him buy more iCloud storage (which he didn’t need) trying to update the phone! Not sure how she got her job but she definitely shouldn’t be working with the public or with phones when she has no idea what she’s doing and won’t ask for help. A 10min process took over an hour! SMH Ohh let’s not forget the $20 she tried to charge him for turning on iCloud to transfer his stuff!! Unbelievable!!!!!I don’t leave reviews but this experience pushed me to it.. First of all, Verizon is the BEST wireless carrier out there. Their network is robust and unbelievably reliable. I have been a loyal customer of Verizon for 13 years. Theyll let you try out the phones but be ready to resist the hard upsell. When I walked in a sales rep immediately came to me (thats fine, its a phone store) and I told him I had already been interested in one model and just wanted to feel it in my hands. Easy sale, youd think? Literally the next sentence out of his mouth was that phone isnt that good you should try this other phone as he led me to a different model that I had already ruled out online (smaller screen, slower processor, less battery). VZW currently has a promo price on the better phone that makes it cheaper than that one so I guess he must work on commission or something.I used the crapfest phone to look up its specs to humor the guy and then he got out of my hair and I looked at the good one again for five minutes uninterrupted. Thanks for letting me try the phone, but Ill be ordering it online.

I had problems with a product and store wouldnt warranty it. i had to call verizon direct and they did but besides them not wanting to warranty products, good clean place and nice people. you can always have verizon direct warranty the parts which what i suggest so you dont have a bad impression with this store like i did. i told mgr wouldnt be back and have to stick to my word. all salespeople were real nice. Only deal with Clay. If hes not their, ask when he is going to be back. If you want customer satisfaction. He sincerely cares about customer satisfaction and not the commission. i buy new phone every year so i bought one from kevin at 71st and hwy 169 where i generally go but 41st and yale is closer.driving a couple more miles and saving a heart ache worth it to me though.
