I walked into the 61st & Memorial location about 1 1/2 years ago to purchase a used iPhone for working out of town. Omar helped me pick out the right phone. Later I gave this phone to one of my sons and he has been using this phone for over a year, and it has been working perfectly. Yesterday the phone would not charge. I took it into the Cell Phone Hospital for a repair. They said it would cost 49.95 plus tax if the charging port was bad. A couple hours later Omar called me and said the charging port has some lint down inside of the port. He said that he had removed the lint and now the iPhone was charging normally. When I asked him how much the repair would cost Omar said nothing. I was pleasantly surprised and told Omar how much I appreciated his Honesty. Because he could have removed the lint and then charged me for a repair.I appreciate a place that will do business with integrity and honesty!I recommend the Cell Phone Hospital when you need a good used phone, or an honest repair!

I took my phone in because I had troubles charging it. I thought I might need a new charging port. Omar said he wanted to check something first and found some debris in the port, quickly removed and cleaned it and the phone immediately started charging normally. He was quick, efficient and did not let me pay him anything even though this was my first time using Cell Phone Hospital. I will definitely be back because Omar certainly gained my trust. I recommend this business to everyone as honest, courteous and reputable.

Omar, is amazing. I had an issue I thought would be grey area as far as my warranty and kind of expected a fee or parts cost. He went above and beyond to help and covered it. With the amount of competition in cell repair industry and so many bait and switch operations. Omar completely changed my perspective on cell phone repair industry.Amazing to find true integrity in business these days. Hopefully I wont be back soon but if I am. I know where to go.

This store has fixed my sons phone for a good cost when it broke and cleaned my phone when I couldn’t hear anything for free would highly recommend going here again when needed

Called around to a few cell phone repair shops and they had the best price for my cracked I- phone screen. Dropped it off, ran a couple errands and 40 minutes later was picking it up. Good as new. AND, they put on a screen protector included in the already low price

Ok so I called multiple repair shops in Tulsa and Cellphone Hospital had the best price out of all of them, Came and it took about 30 minutes to fix my shattered iPhone. Then Omar gave me a free temp glass with the repair I’m glad I chose these guys Thanks a lot would HIGHLY recommend this place.

Amazing company a few weeks ago I dropped my Samsung S8 and cracked my screen and didnt have a chance to back up my data.They quickly fixed the screen with out having to factory reset it. I highly recommend this place for being efficient and friendly.

This dude here at the Hospital changed some settings for me that fixed my phone. I recommend that because they wont just sell you parts. They actually look for solutions before replacement.

Omar knows his stuff! Replaced my battery and did so without breaking an already fragile glass lens. Used cell phone hospital after 4 other local stores wouldnt answer phones or return calls or couldnt service my model. This should be first result on the list of stores for repair though.
