This is a little long, but please read if considering a purchase from Jeremy, at Switzer and Son. We live in Utah, which is 1,200 miles away from Jeremy and Switzer and Son Select Auto Sales. I was quite nervous about purchasing a trailer out of state that I had never seen in person. Jeremy was 5 star professional, courteous, knowledgeable above and beyond helpful. Upon arriving in Tulsa OK, the trailer we purchased was everything Jeremy had promised. The trailer was set up and Jeremy showed me everything about the trailer so that I knew how to operate everything. I brought along with me, a gooseneck adapter that turned out was not going to work with the trailers 5th wheel connection. Jeremy went above and beyond to take care of me. He drove me to a friends of his, we picked up a welder, made the adapter fit (safely, with approval, as we had called the gooseneck manufacturer). Even after I was ready to pull away, we noticed I had too much play in the 5th wheels connection because of my adapter. Again, Jeremy drove me to a local RV store to get an adapter that took any play out of the connection. I drove the 1,200 miles home without incident and even received a text from Jeremy asking if I had made it home safely and if everything had gone ok.Impressive buying experience.

This is gonna be a pretty in depth review of what I consider to be one of the best buying experiences Ive had in my life of buying. I contacted Jeremy about 2 1/2 weeks ago about a gorgeous 5th wheel he had for sale. Right off the bat he was answering every question I had about the rig. When purchasing something for over 60k dollars and you live 1300 miles away, a lot of trust has to be put into place. Within the next few days. We went back and forth, getting all the details sorted out, as I had a trade in, and also needed to get my credit union on board. Finally, once I had a check in hand and my trailer attached to a truck I was on the road. During my trip he even reached out to me to make sure I was having a safe trip.Once I got there he had the 5th wheel all opened up and greeted me with a smile and a great personality. We went over every single detail of the beautiful Jayco designer. He gave me as much time as I needed to get acquainted with what would be our new home, as we our full timers. Next we went over my travel trailer and I tried to show him all of the details about it.After that we went over all the paperwork, even hit a couple of bumps (which were completely my fault) and came to the end of the deal with a great experience. He even managed to find a company to ship our new 5th to us with, as the truck I was driving did not have a 5th wheel hitch on it.I will end this review with my point of view. I have bought and sold cars for a very long time. I have delt with hundreds and hundreds of different buying/selling experiences. None of them have come close to equaled what Jeremy provided to me. Hes honest, hes trustworthy and he has integrity. If you are going to the reviews section to see who you may be dealing with before you make a purchase, Im here to tell you, you cant go wrong with him!

We stopped on our way to a vacation to look at a small pull behind camper. Jeremy was very informative without being a pushy salesman. After going to a branch bank we purchased a trailer and picked it up on our way home. We were given an extensive explanation on the basics since we had not owned a camper before. We purchased a fith wheel from Jeremy last month. The purchase was a very easy and pleasant transaction. Jeremy was excellent in every aspect of the purchase. I recently bought a used car from Select Auto and I enjoyed dealing with Jeremy and his dad. They are picky about the cars they buy and easy to deal with. We only negotiated the out the door price (no surprises) and then Jeremy threw in a remote start that he happened to have which was unexpected. When I first found the Charger Hellcat I was looking for in Tulsa I was less than excited as Im in Detroit. I was super nervous sending the monies required to purchase the car to a used car dealer I didnt know for a car I hadnt seen. I decided to fly out and pick the car up instead. I visited Switzer & Son Select Auto back in 2016, and we made a deal for me to pay $2,000 to boot, and I asked for some time to think it over, but when I returned two weeks later to do the deal, he changed his side of the agreement, where he now wanted $3,000 instead of the agreed-on $2,000 to help my financial situation. Its sad he and I could not reach an agreement. The $1,000 seems more important to him than me being a valuable customer.

Jeremy sold us a used travel trailer that is going to be used as a temporary home for my father-in-law when he gets moved here from Argentina in April. The trailer was in excellent shape and priced fairly but I was most impressed with his professional customer service. He was very patient regarding the transfer of funds (this can take some time as my father-in-law is on the other side of the world) and not only did he demo the trailer from front to back for me and deliver it to my house, but he will be coming back in April to demo it to my father-in-law once he arrives.
