We bought a 2012 Jeep Liberty from them and the transmission went out within two months of owning it. They do not thoroughly inspect their used vehicles. I called up there to inform them of the issue and their response was “sorry”. Now we are out $3,000 for a new transmission. Definitely will never recommend or do business with Lexus of Tulsa again.

Ive been coming to Tulsa to have my Lexus serviced since 2009 and I always satisfied with the treatments from Lexus of Tulsa. I bought my first Lexus from here back in 2008 and brought other Lexus cars here when they needed services. Im on my 4th Lexus and the treatment I received today is the same as previous visits. Valet persons and service advisors are always professional. Ryan Pickett is my service advisor for my visit and hes great to work with. The facility looks cleaned and sanitized and everyone wore masks. I got all the services I need promptly and its worth the trip since I live in NW Arkansas.

I didn’t purchase my Lexus from Lexus of Tulsa, but recently I had to get my RX350 serviced and I was definitely treated me like I was a lifelong customer at all points of contact. Wonderful service! Excellent experience with Steve Wolfe, my sales person at Lexus of Tulsa. I bought my LC500 used and sight unseen while living in Florida. He was super responsive, knowledgeable, great personality and also even replied to my messages throughout his time off during Thanksgiving. Horrible service department experience. I’ve been trying to schedule window tint and the installation of a spoiler for 2.5 weeks. I’ve called no less than 15 times and left 3 messages. I’ve still not received a response. I called Eskridge Lexus (OKC) and immediately was able to speak with a service consultant to obtain a quote and schedule an appointment. I’ve purchased 2 vehicles from Lexus of Tulsa and had a good experience; however, I won’t do business with them again.

I did not have a good experience at Lexus of Tulsa. I was told previously when scheduling the appointment I could have a loaner car, but chase my consultant told me I could not. I had to be at work in 2 hours & told me I would have to wait for them to finishBut the director of servicing & Doug were very helpful & tried to get me a loaner car. They made my experience much better.

The dealership impresses us every time we talk or work with them! Our RX was in the service department for routine maintenance we used a loaner over night and left our garage clicker on the visor of the loaner. We had no other way to enter the home. We called (after the service department was closed) and Kent (our salesman) and 4 other sales team members worked on locating the spare key, and the figuring out which car I had to retrieve the clicker for us! We will never purchase from another dealership, or any other brand of car. Thank you Lexus of Tulsa for taking such good car of us!

I say this because the first couple of times I visited, I didn’t feel like they took me seriously and wasn’t a fan of them (both Thomas’) not following up with me. Luckily, JILL JACKSON was able to help me this time, she followed up and that was one of the reasons I decided to go with Lexus vs competitors. If compare to other dealerships.This dealership mark up price way high and turn around they mark out those numbers on sticker like they are give you a good deal. Like they good people. Actually they sale you a price they want . Example they want to sale the car for $80,000 they will mark up to $90,000 or even $92,000 turn around they cross out that numbers and put in $80,000 just a trick. People will think wow $10,000 off but actually not. Awake when you purchase I dont see why sale person make 70k to 120kincome with out high school diploma

Great and friendly service. We came in from out of state and the process was very easy. Todd made us few at ease and picked us up from the airport. The car was ready to go for us after we did a short test drive and signed the papers all within an hour. The dealership itself is one of the most beautiful I’ve seen. Apparently there is a gym upstairs for customers to use while their car is being serviced!

Picked up a certified Lexus. Could not speak more highly for the level of treatment Todd gave us. We flew in from out of state to take a look at this car. Todd walked us through the condition to make us comfortable spending the money on the flight. He promptly picked us up from the airport and got us through the dealership in under an hour. Best dealer in Oklahoma. Lexus holds true to Every promise they’ve made us. We never purchase the extra Road Hazard tire Protection. It’s steep in price and our experience with dealers selling them has been less than impressive. Lexus of Tulsa, Bravo! We originally said No to the tire protection plan. a bit later my wife gave in and purchased the expensive package. First time a dealer has delivered on the tire replacement package without a 3rd party requiring this document or that document. Tulsa roads are that bad & we are grateful we purchased Lexus road hazard.Bought the big SUV, have had 3 tires damaged in under a year, Tulsa construction. Lexus replaced every tire, every time, no hassle, no question, no cost! Lexus of Tulsa definitely delivers! Honest dealer, salesmen and service department. 5 stars ! Looking for a used car/low mileage for my wife. We have a 2011 Lexus we bought new at Lexus of Tulsa in 2010. Its been a great car but wanted something with less miles. It actually began 10 years ago when I was looking for a car, I was assisted and the experience was positive but ultimately didnt buy from them.Then two years ago I visited again and met with Aaron Little, he was tremendous to deal with. Again I did not purchase but he was extremely helpful as I narrowed my choices.In December I came in again, asked for Aaron and again had a tremendous experience. This time we purchased a CPO Lexus at the end of January. Aaron was fantastic to deal with, the entire process from start to finish was the best Ive experienced EVER when buying a car. Had a bad experience with their service team. Front bumper on my GX460 popped out and also asked the service advisor to check wheel balance. Service advisor Sam said he can get everything fixed. After 6 hours of dropping the car at dealership, Sam called and said my car is ready. I specifically asked is the bumper fixed. He said “Yes, it wasn’t a big deal, minor issue”. When I went to dealership and looked at the bumper it popped out again. All they did is pushed it back in, which i can do it myself. When I asked him, why it was not fixed, he said “we just fixed it temporarily, if you need a permanent fix you need to take it to a body shop”. Wasted my whole day. And the wheel balancing was even bad. My car is wobbling more than before. All they did is rotate the tires and gave it back to me and charged me $120. I don’t trust this dealership anymore. Take your car somewhere else for service.

The detailing was not as excellent as I expected. There are still some marks on the carpet that were not removed after the detailing.Overall good place.

After working with a couple of other car dealers and getting the usual pushy car salesmen attitude we went to Lexus of Tulsa. We noticed an immediate difference when we walked onto the lot. While it was obvious we were at a dealership and the salesman came outside to greet us he wasn’t pushy, but friendly and helpful. Unlike the other dealers when we thanked the salesman for his time and let him know we were simply looking he thanked us and welcomed us back anytime.After more shopping and pushy salesmen and even more pushy management or closers we decided we were tired of the game and went back to Lexus of Tulsa where we looked up the kind salesperson, Kent Procter, told him we were ready to talk more about a purchase. Mr. Procter was very kind, knowledgeable, the kind of service you receive when you go to a high end hotel or restaurant looking for a better quality service at a known price. After negotiating a respectable price based on all research possible we settled and the purchase was quick and painless. From the sales experience we were taken to the closing where we were offered extended warranty packages. Normally this is the second time you get the, “you really need it and should buy it beat down”. Instead we were advised of the different plans and the value added in each option. After signing all paperwork we were then taken to our car by the Delivery Specialist, Brittani Johnson, who was one of the most kind, and sincere young lady who was as excited to show us our new vehicle as we were to receive it. She didn’t rush her time but instead treated us as if she was only here for us and time was no issue.If you are asking yourself, “Should I, or shouldn’t I?” Don’t think about it. There were a couple of cosmetic issues with the interior leather, and they fixed it without hesitation. We traded in our car, so we were down to one vehicle, and the leather fix took longer than expected, so Joe delivered the car to our house since I didnt have a mode of transportation at that point. I was an out-of-town buyer, and Antonio described the condition of the car over the phone in fine detail so that I knew what I was buying before walking onto the showroom floor. Nice place, nice people but acted like I was crazy for trying to negotiate the price on a vehicle. Trade in offer was very low and he just kept saying they couldnt come off of the price at all. Maybe because they knew I drove 4 hours to see the vehicle. Drove home without it. They called for over 2 weeks asking what can we do to work a deal? That ship has sailed. Overall they are nice people just disappointed in the experience.

A couple of months prior to making our purchase, we made our first visit to Lexus of Tulsa. We were only window shopping that day but were so impressed with how we were treated. I couldnt have asked for a better car buying experience. Both Kent Proctor and Joe Odom were fantastic throughout the entire process. I wasnt able to come in until 15 minutes before closing time and Joe stayed an extra hour even though we werent able to close on the deal until the next day. I have since been by twice and both times have been greeted like a high priority customer and a friend. Its obvious that Lexus of Tulsa takes pride in their customer service because it exceeded all of my expectations.

Al Hufford, Kedrick, and Chase at the service department are hands down the best. I drive up from OKC to get my Lexus serviced at this dealership; they do a fantastic job of explaining everything in detail and being absolutely up front and honest. I would probably purchase another vehicle from this dealer because of how satisfied I am with their service department.

I have used the service department at Lexus of Tulsa for the past 3 years and have had a great experience. When I decided to purchase a new car this month - I walked through their front doors and was greeted by Jeff Henderson. He was GREAT!! He made my buying experience easy!! He is NOT your typical salesman----he listen closely to everything I said and even though they did not have a car on their lot that was the right color with the options I wanted-he had one located for me within a couple of hours (if that long) of me leaving the lot. My boyfriend, Kody Hough and I dropped his Lexus off to get any recalls associated with the car fixed. Sam assisted us and treated him with the utmost disrespect & was unwilling to give us a loaner vehicle for the day, even though he told us the recalls would take most of the day to complete. We live an hour away, so this would have been a huge inconvenience to us and would have left us at the dealership all day. Finally, he agreed to give us a loaner. Upon returning, he called us lecturing us when the dealership would close even though we let him know we were on our way. The car Kody had them service today is a 2007, so it’s not a brand new vehicle generating them thousands, but it is still a Lexus and we are still people. No matter what type of vehicle the public brings to Lexus of Tulsa, they should treat them with the same respect, willing to serve their loyal customers. This kind of treatment makes it difficult to want to buy another Lexus even though we love the brand and the vehicles they produce.

This was the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. My transaction was complicated; an out-of-state buy of a recent trade-in. Ryan Lame facilitated a seamless process with as much done before my arrival as possible. He and Joel Andreasen stayed a little after close on a holiday weekend to finish the paperwork. Todd Morrison helped settle some details between Oklahoma and Texas regarding sales tax several weeks after the deal was done. The team was transparent, honest, accommodating, and fast. They priced the vehicle competitively - which got me interested - but the service sealed the decision. I could not be happier.

My wife and I recently purchased our first L Certified 2013 Lexus GS350 from Lexus of Tulsa and our sales consultant was Tim Estes, over the past 45 years we have purchased will over 20 new cars from dealerships here in OK and Texas. I must say this was by far the best experience we ever had. Tim not only had the knowledge but was a pleasure to work with start to finish and NO PRESSURE!!!!! Almost unheard of in todays world. I worked with Tim Estes with a vehicle I found online searching from Houston. Communication was fast, simple, smooth and pressure free. Everything was shot straight, no crazy fees and no BS. I flew it, Tim picked me up and within an hour I was leaving with my new to me car. The car has been as advertised with no issues. I wouldnt hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them again even from Houston. Cant say that about all the dealers Ive dealt with. Even the finance department was pressure free, no pushing to buy extra stuff, simply offered it. O and this review was not prompted, asked for or part of some heres a $100 gift card to write us a good review swindle. I dont even think anyone mentioned a review, they deserved it so I took time to write it.

This was by far the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had! We bought our new RX 350 two weeks ago from Joe Odom and his teamate Dean. They really went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied. During the negotiation, the General Sales Manager Todd and New car manager Matt worked together and came up with a solution that met our budget comfortably in the vehicle that met our wants and needs the most. The entire experience was top notch from sales, finance, and even a specialist (Jake) that went over the delivery of the vehicle and all the high tech bells and whistles. Attempted to purchase a vehicle here (via email and FaceTime) but will not attempt again. The salesman was helpful for the first day but after we started the negotiation process he kept blowing me off saying he would get in touch with me the next day. Four days later, after numerous emails telling me each day that he would get ahold of me the next, he emailed and said the car was sold. Disappointed in the sales manager’s response saying that his salesman did everything he could. If repeatedly blowing off a potential customer for days and then selling the vehicle to another party is their idea of doing a “thorough job” then I recommend they go to remedial customer service training.

This was one of the easiest car buying experiences Ive ever had. From the first phone call to check availability to ensuring sure the car I was buying was spotless before I drove off, all of the associates were very friendly and helpful. They treated me as though I was buying a brand new LS despite me buying a pre-owned car that was several years old and rather inexpensive.My sales rep Joe Odom was a great help, making sure everything was taken care of, and working efficiently through the process while taking what seemed like a lot of pride in selling me a car that wasnt even a Lexus, because it met my needs better.I highly recommend both Joe and the dealership (which is very tastefully decorated, and exceptionally clean even in the service area) as a whole.

I there there for them to get an estimate and why my Lexus was shaking and they told me that I needed a whole new front end that was going to run me about $7,000 I got charged $250 for them to tell me that at the end of the day it was just a bad tire. I feel like I paid $250 for a cup of coffee I would not recommend them to anybody.

My fiancé and I were greeted by Jeff Henderson once we pulled up to Lexus of Tulsa. Jeff was helpful and amazing throughout the whole process. I wanted a black on black NX F-Sport and they didnt have one on their lot but Jeff did everything he could to find me one. He found one for me and had it delivered to me on a day that worked for me. I couldnt have had better customer service. Jeff and the entire crew at Lexus of Tulsa were very accommodating from the time I showed up to the time they delivered my car to my house.
