Your facility went above and beyond to meet our needs and our circumstances. Were quite a distance from the facility and great care was taken to insure our satisfaction and convenience. Corey did a great job in all facets of our customer experience. Highly recommended both for Tulsa Jaguar (JLR) as well as Corey. The service we received was exceptional at every level. The value of our roadside service was revealed as we required a tow from Rogers, Arkansas. The professional handled the pick up and delivery on time with no damage to our car. Andy in the service department kept me informed at every step with safety checks completed before its return. Jaguar is well-represented by Tulsa Jaguar!

Service was performed according to plan and didn’t take long. I rarely give five stars for anything unless service is over the top. Three stars is my expectation for average so the fact they earned four was due to them washing and vacuuming the inside without being asked and completing prior to expected time frame. Thank goodness there were no internet issues with software update.

The staff at Jaguar Tulsa always take care of my vehicles. Always professional, great communication and since they completed the facility facelift its a great place to visit even if you choose to wait for your car to be serviced. John is a great service advisor and always goes the extra mile to ensure any issue is handled.

Our service rep John went over snd beyond to help us after the service was done. We would appreciate it if techs would remember to protect our carpets and leather from their boots and gravel with those paper or plastic liners that were used in times past.

Jaguar Tulsa did a great job. I was able to drop my car off the night before, they kept me apprised of things as the day progressed, and they parked in an adjacent lot so I could pick it up after hours.

I have had the most positive experience at Jaguar of Tulsa. The staff is so nice and helpful, and they took the time necessary to fix my problem. Will definitely buy again.*** Update 8/28/21 just had my Jag serviced and again the customer service was outstanding. John Arbuckle was amazing. They didn’t charge me anything for the servicing and repaired my tire that had a nail in it free of cost. I love Tulsa Jaguar and I can’t wait to purchase my next vehicle from them!

I recently purchased an XF through from a private individual: I called Jaguar of Tulsa to see if they could give it a thorough “check-up.” Corey, in service, had the car on the lift within 5 minutes. He then created a quote to fix the vehicle. Jaguar of Tulsa did all of this for me in about 15 minutes: I was well taken care of, will use them again and would certainly recommend Jaguar of Tulsa. I stopped by Jaguar LandRover with my daughter to look at the new discoveries and the customer service was phenomenal. The two young women at the front desk greeted and offered us beverages, and were very kind. The salesman was super nice and answered all my questions.

Rupy is the greatest Car Salesman on the planet. He is not a hard sale and is ultimately fair in his assessments of your car and Jaguar. The process of purchasing a car with Jaguar of Tulsa is seamless and painless. It is quick and extremely courteous. Every time I call with question or service/repair concern the staff is very efficient and well-mannered. The ease of online service scheduling is great and I am also impressed at the quick response time via text while my car is being serviced/repaired. Service Technicians work efficiently and get service/repairs done right and quick. The staff is always very courteous and anwers all questions. I would highly recommend this dearlership!

Superb customer service from Corey & staff. Very caring, attentive & informative of each step of the process. Went over & beyond. I would Have given 5 stars but I’m unsure why my TPMS is now giving me false readings immediately after my rotors were replaced...unsure if this is a separate issue or relative to the previous installation, but I will Be happy to have it checked out here once again. On vacay now, so will have to call once I’m home again soon. I absolutely loved Their kind staff at the Tulsa, OK facility. Will look forward to seeing them again.

This was probably the best car buying experience I’ve encountered. Not only was the Jaguar Land Rover team all professional and low pressure but kudos to Joerg Adlung for his sales approach. Joerg was personable and made my experience with Jaguar enjoyable. Yes- I described purchasing a car as enjoyable. I would highly recommend our Tulsa local Jaguar dealer and Joerg as a representative to reach out to for assistance.

Went in just to drive the new Jaguar crossovers, drove 3 hours to get to Tulsa because we don’t have a dealership near us. Rupy was literally Superb. I was honest that we came just to kick tires and see if it was for us. We drove everything. Even his personal electric car.... even after researching about Jaguar didn’t know they had an electric, it’s fantastic. But the real surprise was the Range Rover knowledge that he gave us too. And after driving anything we wanted. We have now even more to think about. After 4 Mercedes and 6 BMWs we wanted a change and just are very impressed with the time that was spent. Even if you end up getting your ride somewhere else GO HERE for service at least. Good people!Thanks again 👍

I was traveling from CA to OH in 2 packed vehicles. While in Tulsa very early the day before Easter my wife had her Jaguar XF transmission selector knob stay up and not rotate out of drive. She turned the car off and then we were stranded. She tried the key FOB in the port then it would not retract. I disconnected the battery for a few minutes but it did not cure the locked selector. I called Jaguar Tulsa and they said their service was open until 1PM. I had the car towed there. Only after it was there did they tell me they had no technician to look at it until the Monday after Easter (ruining our holiday). The Jag was packed to the hilt including with a pet. The other vehicle could not hold any of the luggage or pet. Jaguar Tulsa offered no loaner even when asked and just told us to go to Enterprise. Upon arriving we found they were closed as were all other Enterprises in Tulsa due to COVID19. We finally found an open Avis. We went back to the dealer and moved everything out of the Jag to the rental car. I then called my dealer in CA. They got a technician on the phone with me and talked me thru 3 possibilities - a confused controller needing a reset via a 10 minute battery disconnect, a low voltage battery just below the limit since the car started fine before the problem, or a bad transmission selector actuator. I worked on all of this myself in the Jaguar Tulsa dealer’s lot. The long battery disconnect did not cure the issue. So I jumped it to my rental to see if the low battery was the issue. It cured the problem! The selector went down and the car started. So I drove it off the lot and to an open Interstate battery dealer, bought a new battery, and installed it myself. The problem was fixed. Afterwards my wife told me she saw the service writer at Jaguar Tulsa put a meter on the Jag battery and it showed only 1 LED. She believes they knew it was low and wanted to make $ from us. I was too busy unpacking the car. To summarize, Jaguar Tulsa showed no urgency to help. If they had no technician in then they could have called one to get phone advice like I did plus I believe they knew they had me captive and saw service charge $$$ for what was only a battery starting to go bad. I have been an executive in the automotive business for over 30 years and in my opinion I would tell anyone wanting to use Jaguar Tulsa service to AVOID them at all costs!

Beware! They overcharge and bump up the price of their parts! They quoted me $2,000 for a drive shaft for my 2012 Jaguar XK. The OKC Jaguar quoted me $1,600, which I found out is the retail price set by Jaguar. Harper Jaguar in Tennessee quoted me at $1,500 (which included expedited shipping). Again, beware that if you’re getting service done here or buying parts that it may be better to shop around. POST AFTER OWNER’S RESPONSE: I would like to add that when they quoted me $2,000 for the part, I told them the OKC Jaguar quoted me $1,600 and that $1,600 was Jaguar’s MSRP. I told Jaguar Tulsa this on the phone and asked them if they were up charging for the part, and they were silent. So, I gave them a chance to charge a fair price (at least not 25% more than the MSRP) and they didn’t.

IF I CAN FIND ANOTHER PLACE IN TULSA TO HAVE MY JAGUAR SERVICED I WILL. MY YELLOW WARNING LIGHT CAME ON AND THE MANUAL INDICATED THIS IS AN ENGINE ISSUE. I CALLED LAST WEEK TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. THEY NEVER RETURNED MY CALL.CALLED AGAIN TODAY. . . . A WEEK LATER AND WAS TOLD THE FIRST SERVICE APPOINTMENT THEY HAVE IS AUGUST 30th!!!!! 3 WEEKSTHIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I AM IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW CAR AND I HAVE ALWAYS HAD JAGUARS. PROBABLY WONT BUY ANOTHER. THIS USED TO BE THE BEST DEALERSHIP AND SERVICEDEPARTMENT. NOT ANYMORE
