Hello I’m sorry I’ve never had a worst experience buying a single car from a dealership. There was promises made and promises broke deals made Deals broke. Had to make three trips from Ponca City to Tulsa for one car. After all the dealing was done they still owe me money that I have yet to receive.It’s been over a month but they said I would have the check nothing yet.

My car purchasing experience was great. Everyone was friendly and eager to assist in whatever way they could. One of the key fobs did not work and with Enterprises instructions, I went to the dealer to get it reprogrammed. It was not reprogrammable so I was given a new key fob paid by Enterprise. The other two issues for the SUV I purchased: it did not come with a spare tire or jack - Enterprise instructed me to get an inflatable device (I did and Enterprise paid); and there are some scratches that Enterprise agreed to touch up with paint. I am still waiting (20 days later) for the touch up of paint. Other than those issues, I am happy and will be a repeat customer.

First time I’ve ever enjoyed purchasing a car.I researched for quite awhile before I chose to look into Enterprise Car Sales, I took the time I needed to really know what I wanted and could afford.It was nice to know the vehicles were considered “fleet” vehicles. Maintained consistently throughout use, and most models I looked into were the higher end packages for their class. I looked online at vehicles from all over the United States, luckily what I wanted and fit all my needs was right down the street. I filled out the online financial forms, hoping to get pre approval and made an appointment for a testdrive of the car I wanted. I met John Goodlett at the dealership at 10a.m., cheerfully and professionally greeted by him as well as many of the other employees. We briefly went over my situation and he pulled up my info to get started. Within minutes we were test driving the vehicle I was interested in and making progress. I knew immediately this was the car for me. The inside had been professionally maintained and was essentially in perfect condition. It drove like a dream, I was sold. We returned to the dealership ready to do business. John again pulled up my information and began showing my options for financing, with my own computer screen to look at and the options being easy to understand and add on. The pricing was updating in real time to show what my monthly payment would be with any additional add ons. Paperwork was finalized, and keys were in hand by noon. 10 am to noon, and done. John Goodlett was a pro, making me feel comfortable and connecting through a mutual love of coffee. Offering me a drink from his stash of the good stuff. He made sure my paper tag was properly weather ready as we were about to have a few days of heavy rain. He gave me a rundown of how the seating can become a cargo area, as well as showing off all the bells and whistles today’s cars are equipped with. He even took the time to put a bow on the car to present to me after the sale, making me feel like a 16 year old kid again. Making sure I had a picture to remember the day! All in all, this was the easiest most professional experience I’ve ever had buying a car. I won’t hesitate to use Enterprise Car Sales in the future, and will recommend them and John Goodlett for your used car buying needs.

From start to finish, a great experience. I was just starting my search and did not plan to buy a car that day, but Joelle was absolutely on point about the different choices that fit our needs. We had not had it a month, already put 500 Hundred into it, took it to a Certified Nissa Dealer. Enterprise 109 point check nothing but a joke, called the Dealership we purchased it from told us three times they would call us back never heard a peep out of them. O well you keep 🤡 around dumping jacked up cars on customers you will be out of Business in a year. I was searching around local Tulsa dealers for a new truck. Had some okay experiences but the usual dealership struggles, I went to Enterprise and they took care of me right away. They had a ton of options for very well kept used trucks and Ali made sure I found the right one. Her and the rest of the team there are very professional and are up front with you on everything. After 11 days of looking for a vehicle I finally met Joelle Rogers. Since I started my auto shopping journey I haven’t felt more lied to than I have my entire life.
