We had an appt to view a GV70. We showed up 5 minutes ahead of the schedule. Met the salesman who took pictures of our trade-in and options. He said he would have the manager evaluate our car while on the test drive. Came back from drive. Nothing on trade-in. Manager never looked at car and we were there for 45- 60 minutes. Salesman said he would text an offer. Nothing form salesman. I text salesman. No reply. Then GM called and left message wanting to know how he can get our business before the weekend. I text him the above..... No response... This tells you they are not customer centric . I will be doing business elsewhere - never to back.

Definitely check out the other reviews as they are all saying the same thing. Had been corresponding with a salesmen for a couple of weeks on a GV70. He was great. Right up until I was about to put down a deposit on the GV70. It was only then that I was told that they charge a $5000 “addendum” on top of the price you see online. When I inquired as to how it is even possible to show one price online and quote another price, I was told “it’s a bad time to buy a car. This is how all dealerships are doing it.” I have never seen anything being sold where you can see the price online and they will not honor it when you get there.

If integrity matters to you then think twice. Spent the day on the phone trying to get information about a GV80 they advertised on the internet. Numerous conversations about packages/trims and cost. Was quoted $58,800 a number of times which was also advertised online (GV80 prestige package). When it came down to finalizing the out-the-door price they were going to charge me 7K extra as a dealer markup. Did not mention that all day long, not until I was about to put a deposit down. Was so excited to be able to buy my wife this car and all of a sudden, they at the last minute wanted to up charge me 7K. Why not be upfront with me in the beginning. Why advertising online a price you are not willing to honor. Where has integrity gone? All I know is that I did not find it here at Genesis of Tulsa.

This dealer is missing integrity. If you want to know the price of your vehicle, dont trust the internet prices. They lure you in, and drop 5k in additional fees once you are there. There are alot of dealers doing this, but atleast they dont give you fake prices. Also, there are still lots of dealers that arent adding hidden fees. I urge you to shop genesis elsewhere.

I met with the dealership and went through two hours of purchasing a GV 83.5 prestige package. The deal was completely written up with Vin numbers etc. and a deposit was given so the vehicle could be brought to the dealership. Up on finalizing the deal, the manager came back out after 15 or 20 minutes and advised me that the car had purchased Was being driven by the managers wife at another location and was now not available. I think this was a ploy and will not do business with this dealership. I felt it was an unethical transaction as how could you sell a vehicle that was not in the inventory

Every time I take my vehicle here for service, I have to take it somewhere else to get it fixed right.

Stopped by to see if I needed warranty work done. I did, part was ordered and I would return when part was in.Seamless and easy.

The service department has improved significantly in the last year. Nick, the shop foreman, does a great job. Have had better luck getting a good loaner and valet service. My car always comes back to me washed and vacuumed which is awesome.

Bait and switch pricing. They advertise a car for well under MSRP. After several back and forth emails, they admit that the advertised price is including both the $5k cashback from the manufacturer if you pay cash, AND the $4k rebate if you finance. Guess what -- you cant EVER qualify for both rebates. Its impossible. So why in the hell would they advertise that price?To get you in the door. Shady, shady tactics. Shame on this dealership and shame on Genesis for allowing this. Ill stick with the Germans for now.

Go see Steve W. The purchase was a great experience. We went in thinking we would get one price based on internet and rebates. He came back with a lower price. Nice! Btw...wife loves her Tucson.
