Great car buying experience. We did everything online and over the phone, from our trade in valuation, negotiation of the new car and applying for financing. When we got to the dealership we signed the paperwork, they double checked our trade in and they already had our new car detailed. We were in and out in a little over an hour. There was no hard sell over warranties. Everyone was professional and extremely nice. Ask for Sterling, he was great!
The customer service at this location is awful. On multiple occasions, I have tried contacting the service department to either be put on hold for several minutes, completely disconnected, been told they would return my phone call (which they never do), to not even answering their phone during regular business hours. The last time I took my car in for a service, I was told another issue needed to be fixed and the part would be ordered that day and they would call me that evening to schedule the repair. After waiting 24 hours for a phone call, I had to call them myself to be told the part was forgotten to be ordered. A phone call was made yesterday to speak with a service advisor about a battery issue and was told they would return my call. Currently still waiting for that phone call.

From day one a representative from BMW took my concerns and coordinated the arrival of my car with the tow truck driver. The service representative called weekly with updates of the repair and apprise me of the continued progress. I was impressed with his ability to simplify the mechanical terms. the car arrived at my home even though I lived 60 miles away in excellent shape. I want to give a big thank you to Craig. Amazing customer service from Austin! I came in for a 7am service appointment and Austin was phenomenal! Although it was extremely early, especially on a Saturday he was in such a good mood and seemed genuinely happy to assist me. He made great conversation while going over some service options while providing accurate details. Excellent service this was my first time having my vehicle serviced at this dealership. Everyone was very knowledgeable and very helpful going through he entire transaction, I really enjoyed the automated service checklist which updates you regularly and lets you know what your vehicle needs and doesn’t need and you can approve it or decline it at the push of a button. I would definitely recommend this dealership for sales as well as service!
I must say I’m highly impressed with this dealership. Previously, I checked another one in OKC and was not given the royal treatment. When I got to BMW of Tulsa, Dylan, right from the gecko, had the car I wanted ready to go. It’s like he knew what I wanted. There was zero persuasion into getting me into the wrong car. He Jew what i was looking for and didn’t waste my time. They gave me the right amount for my previous car, and left with the car I wanted within 15 minutes. I am updating my review to reflect the outstanding experience I received from the staff at BMW of Tulsa. They helped turn a situational nightmare into a manifested blessing.I purchased what I thought was a reliable 2012 528i in 2018, but turns out the vehicle had many defects (known and unknown.) I tried reaching out to BMW of North America, but they refused to do anything to assist during a difficult time.However, after reaching out to many in leadership, I got in contact with Jay Moore. I told him my situation and he advised he would do what he could to help. He was real about the issues, and showed much compassion. I initially was hesitant to trade my car in because it was paid off, but after working with Tony, Todd, and Sterling I was able to trade it in for a 2018 X1 Xdr28i. I of course got the extended warranty and will extend it as far as I can, but the team did a phenomenal job! I can go to my new job in peace, knowing I dont have to worry about how I will get there and drive in style!Thank you BMW of Tulsa for helping me out and dealing with me in my frantic mindset! There was truly favor in this situation and I thank God for you all, as well as things being worked out to place me in a better situation!I am loving the vehicle! I had the worst costumer service ever. I had an appointment to look at used car. When I called a day before and they let me made the appointment and they said” we have the car at BMW Tulsa “ but when I got there they told me “ we have the car at Toyota dealership in Oklahoma City. “You guys let me drove more than two hours for nothing and you wasted my time and money.Also, you guys should take marketing 100 to learn how to act like professional. (In the post said it is only available at BMW Tulsa)
I had a very nice friendly greeting when I arrived and was directed to Craig. Craig was very helpful getting me in and out for my oil change and inspection. My car was washed and looked good when u picked it up. I have always been pleased with their service.
The service techs were awesome and got my car out very quickly. Since I live in Fort Smith, I really appreciated it.
Oil change was affordable is about the only good thing I can say. My service advisor didn’t not inform me that oil changes came with complimentary inspection, and then he put I decline the option when he never mentioned it. To top it off they noted my check engine light was on, well if I knew I could get an complementary inspection I would’ve been able to find out why the check engine light was on.
Last month got oil changed (with coupon) at this location for my 745Li . Spent ~ $950 on other parts and now the other mechanic says the oil wasnt right quality and it is leaking. The bolts etc. werent securely tightened.It seems they were in hurry as I left the car for nearly a week and still they didnt do a good job. Not really happy.UPDATE: Eventually went to another mechanic (Briarwood Auto)....They diagnosed the issue perfectly. It was simply a mechantronic part issue and everything was ok. Briarwood also has to flush and refill oil that was just done 2 weeks back by BWM Tulsa. While Briarwood didnt charge for addtional parts they realised wasnt required, BMW Tulsa replaced a part that wasnt even required.Sent an email to BMW Tulsa but they dont care to respond. $900 paid to BMW Tulsa was fully wasted. Spent another $1000.NOT WORTH TAKING CAR FOR SERVICE TO BMW TULSA.

They always give me the extremely detailed print out of every aspect of my car. they were able to explain what is important and what you can put off until you have the time to schedule for maintenance.

I had my vehicle towed to this dealership to be serviced for a dead battery on the weekend. Once I arrived at the dealership they told me that no one could fix it over the weekend. That was never communicated to me causing me to wast time and gas to go to the location.They finally called me during the week to let me know what they needed to do regarding getting into the vehicle to replace the battery. Of course, they will discover there needs to be other repairs as well in order to up charge the maintenance. I did not get everything fixed that they recommended, however, I got the main items fixed in order to drive my car home safely. I also noticed that my rear window had tape on it (it did not have tape on it before). Once I reviewed the diagnostic report, a document that is given upon request, I noticed that I was quoted for a window regulator of $526 in which there was nothing wrong with it before. I emailed BMW several times and they did not take responsibility of damaging my window.I strongly do not recommend this dealership and would advise anyone to seek other trustworthy dealerships. If I could give 0 stars, then I would.
Billy Estes was awesome to deal with. Worked all the details out on the phone . Even our trade in. Absolutely No hassle . My wife and I drove 11hrs to get to BMW of Tulsa. So glad we did. When we arrived everything was as we agreed.The paperwork was quick . Again no pressure. Thanks Billy and all that helped us in this transaction.

Terrible! Bought a car over the phone and told them when I would be there to pick it up. After about an hour I got a call threatening me if I wasn’t there by a certain time they was going to show it to other customers. My word is true! I was told people done that to them all the time and didn’t show up. Well I’m not them. My word is and always has been solid. I don’t like being compared to others. I did get the car but I won’t go back.

It was a very smooth and positive transaction. The salesperson was easy to work with and helpful. The finance experience was maybe the best we have ever had in terms of being efficient. We drove the two hours to deal with them because they had been so good previously when we made a different decision to buy a vehicle.

The service adviser was pretty hateful to me when I dropped it off, and on the phone. Dropped off my car on Friday 6-25-21 at 7:30am picked it up on Wednesday 6-30-21 at 7:10pm after multiple emails Text stating that I needed a headlight fixed, an alignment, and Multiple other tedious items. After I then proceeded to tell him to go ahead and fix some of the problems. he came back and said that they where aftermarket and that he couldn’t fix them. ( wouldn’t you figure that out before you wasted everyone’s time?)on the alignment I told him to go ahead and do it. I got another phone call saying they could only do 3 of the wheels and were going to charge me full price. I told him that was not fair since it wasn’t all four they gave me a discount after arguing with him for over a day. The whole reason I took my car in was for a recall and to fix my air conditioner I was charged to fix my ac, and it is now worse than when I took it in. Super frustrating!!!
Terrible experience. Dropped it off for a oil change and as soon as I came back they pulled it out of the wash bay hot ridding it, heard the tires spin and went to complain. They told me the car was to touchy. As I apologized for complaining and I told them “I came to BMW to get everything professional experience” they told me it looked like I picked up someone homeless. Then on top of it they washed the car but didn’t wipe the windows, rocker panel, front bumper, wheels, or trunk lid. I highly do not recommend them.

A simple oil change takes an hour and 45 minutes. If I didn’t have to get the service notification taken off it would have taken me 10 minutes. Appointment started at 3:15 and we were here 15 minutes early for any paperwork before hand. By the way, we didn’t get out until AFTER 5. Simply ridiculous. “Your time is valuable and we will always respect it” NOT
Great dealing with BMW of Tulsa. Very pleasant. I wrote this before knowing we needed the lien release on a car we bought from them. We are now unable to drive our car because we are waiting for the lien release. Its been over 30 days & the sales manager is blaming it on covid at Ally Financing. The staff is not helpful now & gave us all different types of excuses why it is taking so long. We have bought many cars through the years and this is very poor business practices & never had any problems like this.
Craig was awesome to deal with. It turned out I needed a new water pump after the fan had been going on randomly. Craig clearly explained the process, the cost and worked with my warranty company to take care of it. Great experience.

My appointment was scheduled for my vehicle to be picked up at 9:00 oclock from my home and it was picked up at approximately 9:45. I did not receive my courtesy wash/vac. I was told that I would receive a call prior to my vehicle being delivered back to my home and I didnt.
We were on our 3 hour trip home when our water pump went out. We were treated woderfully; never had to worry about a thing. It was late in the evening and they gave us a lift to our hotel and back the next afternoon. Made a point to get it done for us. Everyone was kind and helpful.
As always a professional experience with BMW of Tulsa. Mike Whitney and Tayler Hawkins have always been very professional, friendly and helpful. I had a oil consumption issue on my 2015 X5 for quite a while. Mike took ownership of it personally and figured out what the problem was over an extended period of time. After diagnosing the issue BMW USA and the dealership stepped up to make it right. Couldnt be happier with my experiences at BMW of Tulsa. I didnt buy the car from them but they have always treated me like I did. My next one will definitely be purchased from BMW of Tulsa. Thanks guys!

Been trying to deal with these people for two weeks on a BMW X3 2007 model with high mileage had a family member lose everything in a house fire now was going to buy this X3 to gift it to someone .talk to a sales associate over two weeks ago I was under the impression they would deliver it to Tulsa for me to take a look at and purchase with cash. I just talked to the manager of BMW of Tulsa and this gentleman pretty much told me that there was nothing they could do it was going to stay at Bob Howard because they dont generally help people in that way and this was after they told me they would do this betting you if it was a $60,000 BMW and one of their doctor clients they would deliver it from anywhere in the world for a fee of course and happily have it sitting at the front door for them a little aggravating
I spent $2800 on repairs. They had the car for 2 days. I didn’t qualify for a loaner car because 1) I didn’t buy a preowned car (I bought a new car); 2) I didn’t have a maintenance agreement; and 3) my car warranty had expired. I did wo car for 2 days. Im NOT happy.

I called to set up an oil change. The recording kept saying “estimated wait time 2 minutes”. I held for 17 minutes before hanging up. I called back, and was told there wasn’t a manager that could help. Receptionist said she could send me back to the service department to wait again. So was sent back to hear the same “estimated wait time 2 minutes”, and held another 10 minutes. Finally spoke to Craig in the department, and he was great. Got my apppintment set up, and was very professional.

My X5 needed a new battery immediately. Spoke to Logan (Service Manager) on the phone. He was very friendly and helpful. Once I arrived, Logan took control of everything and had my battery replaced and my car back to me in about an hour. Much faster than I thought it would be considering I didnt have an appointment. Will definitely reachout to Logan for any service needs in the future. I highly recommend you do as well.

Fast, excellent service. They put me in a loaner with 30 miles on it. These guys know how to do customer service! I own a fleet of 18 Ram trucks, good trucks but terrible service at every dealer I try. Ram should hire these guys to show them how it’s done.

They changed my oil and gave me a complimentary car wash, which I know is normal but I had some brake dust buildup on my rims I could not get off and the took the time to clean it off. In my opinion thats going above and beyond!! So good job BMW of Tulsa, and thanks!

I found a vehicle that I was looking for at BMW of Tulsa. They just got it in Saturday, on Monday morning went over to see it. It had not been touched at all, when we got there at 1:00! I’m not going to get nasty, but this vehicle was not as nice as they claimed it to be! My offer was appropriate for the condition of it, but they had a KBB value that they were gauging it on. They had it as “excellent”? Far from it!!!I bought it, but had to pay their stupid $499 Admin Fee, which is complete BS! They barely touched the car!
My engine light came on when I was out of town attending an event in Tulsa, so I took it to BMW because I knew I would get a reliable diagnosis and quality repair. I dropped my car off first thing Monday morning and was told the part was not in stock so it would be ready Tuesday afternoon. I ended up being stranded in Tulsa until Friday evening because my part never arrived/was lost in shipping. Although I appreciate my advisor calling me each afternoon to update me, I dont understand why they waited so long to reach out to another dealership to get the part. It would have been different had I lived in Tulsa or been given a loaner car, but it was very costly to be stranded out of town for 5 days with no vehicle.
