My husband bought his new 2018 Titan from Route66 Nissan.Sales experience was horrible.In March of 2020 we happened to be in Tulsa only to discover this dealership had closed down. I live over an hour from Tulsa so this was a big shock.No warning from them, no notes on dealership doors as to why. No explanation from anywhere either.We were left to scramble to find a dealership that would accept the oil change/ maintenance program we had purchased.(Luckily, Nelson Nissan accepted the warranty.)If this dealership would ever open again, I would make it a point of leaving this review again !

They would never cover anything with the warranty but I also tried to have them take off the oil changes for life cause I didn’t want to pay for something I might not be able to use and they refused! Now they closed 😡I wonder if enough of us filed if we could get our money back

Route66, perhaps it should be rebranded as Route666. I kid I kid. Partially. On the level though this is the worst dealership ive ever been to since ive been driving vehicles and wished I would have gotten the same respect and treatment as some of the folks who left glowing reviews. That just wasnt the case. I was lied to. It wasnt any of the salespeople, but I wont name drop.This is my first bad review of anything and was fairly hot-headed when I left the dealership last night even though I tried to hide my frustration.I want to thank the dealership for the experience though because the best lessons ive learned in life are the ones that hurt more. So thank you. Truly. Hopefully yall get the kinks worked out before systemic business failure.That white XD was what I wanted, but a gas version, that diesel was north of 70k. Nice truck, bad experience. Hope this improves.A frustrated Veteran.

A better way is in fact more than a slogan at Route 66 Nissan. I experienced it first hand. I called before I headed over to the dealership and they listened to my needs and wants. To save time they had a Rogue picked out and ready for me to look at when I arrived. They listened well because it matched what I was looking for perfectly. There was absolutely zero pressure. No high pressure sales tactics from the sales and management team. I truly believe that they wanted to make me a happy customer. I had a few questions about the finance process and Brittany was more than happy to answer those questions by explaining all the details and making sure that I got what I needed as a customer, not more than I needed, not less than I needed...but exactly what I needed!!! I now see why they say it is a better way to buy a car.

Although I have been to this place twice in 9 years, I have yet to be given a deal I would readily accept. My First time there my CS was 680 and they said they were unable to deal. This time my CS was considerably less and they wanted to deal but with a $450-600 payment range. That is not acceptable when my current 9% financed vehicle is 1/3 that. My advice is shop around and find other dealers who will offer you the deal you want, not what they want.

This was by far the fastest and best car buying experience I have ever had. Nathan was extraordinary. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, valued, and taken care of. Everything went smoothly from the moment we entered our credit information online to the moment we drove off the lot. Everyone we came into contact with were friendly and helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars I would triple the rating!

The entire staff was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I came for oil change and rotating tires, but left with oil change and new tires. The price of tires was reasonable, and they were able to get them installed and balanced within 1 1/2 hours. Great day!!!

I wouldn’t even give this place a one star.I bought a brand new Altima from them in 2017.Haven had nothing but Problems from the service department on warranty repairs they’re rude disrespectful don’t return phone calls and the repair people tear your vehicles up even more. Management is terrible too Depreciated my cars value without even an apology or concern.This is putting it nicely this place just sucks.

My recommendation: Take any used vehicle to a third party mechanic for inspection. Do not trust the work this dealer claims to have done on their vehicle.The first test drive I noticed that an error message displayed on the dash saying that the Tire Pressure Sensors were not working. I placed a deposit on the truck with the condition that they needed to fix the sensors. The next day I received a message that they completed their vehicle inspection, and in addition to fixing the Tire Pressure Sensors, they also replaced the Brakes. I picked up the vehicle to drive it to my third-party mechanic and immediately noticed that the same Tire Pressure Sensor message was displaying on the dash, so the Sensors had NOT been fixed. After my mechanic inspected the truck, he found a few other issues, most glaring is that the Brakes had actually NOT been replaced. They had only 10% left on the pads. So neither the Sensors or Brakes were fixed/replaced as claimed by the Dealer. They tried to argue that they had replaced the Brakes, and even took it for a drive to slam on the Brakes (as if that were a test of remaining brake life). I told them that that does not tell you the remaining life in a brake pad. Now (4 months later), I replaced the Brakes myself and found that my mechanic indeed was correct. There isnt even 1 mm of pad left on them now. And I dont go through brand new brakes in 4 months, not even 4 years.The Tire Pressure Sensors were never fixed. I shouldve written it into the We Owe when I bought the Truck, but trusted their verbal promise that they would take care of it when they replaced the 2 front tires. I later found out that there were no Tire Pressure Sensors on the truck because they had been removed by the previous owner. I did not find that out until after I bought the truck.Would I recommend this dealer? No, absolutely not. The sales manager was difficult to deal with, even after they hadnt fixed/replaced what they had claimed. Obviously I still bought the truck, so the price ended at a good one, but only after difficult negotiations. It would have been a much better experience if I had been told the truth.

He met and exceeded our expectations. The service he provided did not stop at the time of sale he continues to help with any questions I have. Parts department was able to find a Nissan part for me...and had it ready the next morning...on a SATURDAY even! NO other Nissan dealer in NE Oklahoma or SW Missouri was able to offer the part in less than 4 days!! Real lifesavers! PLUS....part was LESS expensive than the other dealers quoted. Returning the core 3 days later on my next trip thru Tulsa was super easy. DEFINITELY have earned my repeat business!

If there were a 0 I would also give this dealership the same rating.I have been here 6 or so times due to a recall notice I received in the mail. The AIR BAG OFF indicator light remains on even when a passenger weighing over 180 lbs is riding in the front passenger seat. They tell me thats normal. The last time the attempted to fix the problem. My seat was hanging off when my car was returned. The entire bottom cushion was detached and not put back together whatsoever. the light remains on but I guess its going to take me getting into a collision and my airbag not deploying, thus killing my passenger given a high speed collision. I will never purchase a Nissan EVER again. Safety is a must and I have 0 peace of mind when it comes to passengers riding in my vehicle. Especially when it says my airbags are turned off with my family member riding shotgun. Gives highway to hell a TOTALLY new meaning to me.

Purchased a used Murano from Jim Glover Nissan with issues that were not disclosed. Windows would roll down for no reason, passenger side doors were not locking, driver side seat broken (they told me it would be about $30 to fix). Seat will cost about $800 to fix, had to buy new actuators for 2 doors, needed a new remote because remote sent off signal to make windows roll down. To top it off I got my paper work to tag the car a week past the due date. If I had not followed up on paper work I would not have gotten it. They failed to get the lien release before they sold the car.When I spoke to service they acted like I didnt know what I was talking about because I was a woman and they never heard about it. The issues with window is actually well documented. Service DID NOT inspect the car properly. The issue with door locks would have been discovered.I will never buy from this dealership again. Unfortunately I was in a time crunch to purchase a car. I thought Jim Glover would be reliable and have good cars.

I called Nissan Roadside Assistance when my Rogue broke down. The tow truck driver got to my location quickly. Thats where the great service ends.When he dropped the car at the dealership, the front drivers side tire was flat. The wheel was removed, and it was quite obvious that something went wrong and completely trashed my rim and tire. The dealership gave me a loaner. The tow truck driver works a deal to buy a rim instead of paying for one at the dealership.Fast forward four days and the tow truck tells me they have a rim on order, but three days later and no rim in sight. Thanksgiving is slowing things down.The dealership is holding my car hostage, and suggested that I report it to my insurance. NOT HAPPENING. My car broke down because this dealership broke the air filter cover during an oil change and inspection a week earlier. Instead of replacing it they just laid it under the hood and moved on. It started with Rte 66, and that is where it will end. Im not paying for ANYTHING.Update:. New rim was delivered to dealership on Friday. By Saturday at noon, it was obvious they didnt plan on calling me, so I called. They said my car wouldnt be ready until Monday. I told them I wanted my car today . They said they would call back, and after an hour or so they did.We arrived at the dealership and checked under the hood. The air filter cover was in place, but it was the old cover that they had broken two weeks ago. UNBELIEVABLE!! They pulled the cover off of the loaner I had been driving and put it in my car.The final insult happened during the inspection of the loaner. The service girl had the nerve to suggest that I had hit something and scratched the front spoiler.Hands down, this is the worst dealership in Tulsa. Take your business elsewhere!!

UPDATE:I had previously written a great review; however, 2 years later and Im beyond frustrated.Im not sure if they went out of business, but they should have contacted those who had purchased an extended warranty to let them know the information needed. I have gone through all of the paperwork they gave me, and there is no information about who the warranty I purchased is through. My door stopped working properly and it now has to have duct tape to stay shut. I purchased the bumper to bumper warranty and wanted to use it for this issue. I contacted Chevrolet 66 and they told me they arent owned by the same company and dont have the files. Ive contacted two Nissan dealerships, both telling me they have no warranty information. Ive contacted Ford (I purchased a Ford Fiesta), and even the bank who I financed through and no one has the warranty information. Why do I feel as though I paid a couple thousand dollars for a non existent warranty? Im livid and apparently no one has access to the information Nissan 66 had, but theyre no longer open and I can no longer get a copy of my purchase receipt. Im livid.Im so happy with my experience here! Im a 21 year old female, and I was expecting to be pushed around by some guy who used terminology I didnt understand and up sold into something I didnt want. Ive also never purchased from a dealership before. I found a car online that I loved and had low mileage, I went in the same day and Ashley was who took care of me. It was very refreshing to have a female help me! She was very polite, sweet, and down to earth! She and Brittany worked with me to get payments I can easily afford, and the warranty I needed. Both were extremely personable, and were honest with the options I had. I drove out a few hours later with my beautiful new car! Thank you ladies so much for helping me (And whoever their manager is, they deserve a raise for sure!)

Route 66 Nissan is awesome! I did not even buy my 2014 Nissan Juke there, but when I called them in desperation because I was about to buy new tires and found I had locking lug nuts and no key for them, they were more than eager to help. When I arrived there later that day, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. No questions asked and no charge. I highly recommend Route 66 Nissan for any of your Nissan needs and I will definitely be purchasing my next car there as well.

Once you find THE car, they complete the process in an efficient manor by detailing the car while you are signing papers. My wife and I traveled 3 hours to look at a used Nissan Frontier for me to use for work and to tow my mini motorcycle, we found Brandon at Jim Glover Nissan online. Both Jeremy (sales) and Josh (finance) were so respectful...no pressure sales tactics from start to finish!Josh worked diligently to allow me to get the model/package I wanted, a lower interest rate, and affordable payment (all with no money out of my pocket) and Jeremy patiently accommodated all of my inquiries/requests (even filled up my tank himself and for free when a paperwork error required my return drive from OKC).Although I have previously owned a Nissan Altima (1996), I have never shopped and/or purchased from Route 66...this experience has definitely earned my repeat business/recommendations to friends & family.Note: unfortunately, this dealership charges doc fees but I still feel the overall experience was deserving of 5 stars.

I traveled all the way from Colorado to buy my 2017 Titan XD Diesel from Jim Glover. I am surprised it went as smooth as it did. If your 4 symbols on the scratch-off happen to match (which is likely done by design based on the worth of your vehicle or credit score), then you win. What do you win? According to the fine print, you win a chance to win. Thats right. You win the ability to participate in another scratch-off where you hope to match 6 scratch-offs out of 30 in order to MAYBE win $25,000 that COULD go to a Nissan Rogue Sport S. Odds of winning that one? 1 in over 593,000 (I forget the exact number since I threw away the flyer). Oh and this can only be done at the dealership, which is a ploy to bring you there in hopes of selling you a vehicle. The service dept did not vacuum the inside of my Nissan Versa during service.I have asked five times and still have not received the window sticker, with its required disclosures.I found out my Nissan was sold as NEW but was lent out as a borrowed vehicle for 400 miles. I would have mandated a $1,000 discount had I been informed of this fact.I believe Route 66 Nissan is a corrupt, dishonest Nissan dealership.

Joshua Bowers was my salesguy. He was awesome. I originally reached out the beginning of December and received a message from Joshua, he was quick to respond to my messages. I had a lot of life distractions that caused me to have to reschedule my time coming in and Joshua was very patient and respectful. He continued to reach out but wasnt harrassing, he was friendly and always kind. I finally was able to make it in and sat down with Joshua and explained my wants and he immediately met with his management team and they had me test drive my Nissan Sentra. I fell in love. From there his manager JT stepped in and helped with the numbers and he was attentive and listened to my concerns and what I could so financially as a single mom. He then did everything he could to make sure he could help and give me close to what I needed. I was so impressed with everyone from Joshua, his management team and finance department. Its unique that a company sends a mailer that I will read. Route 66 started utilizing the Money Carlo ad campaign to drive business to their dealership. The fine print is clear in that there is one winner per every 70,000 but the mailer still appears very treacherous and deceitful. As a tactic to bring people to the dealership it will surely work, as a tactic to sell cars and improve image I dont believe that will work. A company willing to use shady advertising techniques to bring customers in is not one I would be willing to bring my business to.

Everyone here was friendly and they have a nice waiting area. They didnt fully help me because I went for an oil change and they didnt tell me that something was wrong with my battery. They wrote on the paperwork that battery needed to be rechecked but didnt mention it to me. Well 2 days later my car wouldnt start due to a dead battery 👎 went to Walmart for a new one.

I said it was surely too good to be true and they front desk lady told me to bring two forms of ID to collect money. When I get to the dealership I learn of the scam. Ive been thinking about getting a car seriously for a while but I wanted it to be easy. I got online and submitted an application and within minutes I got a call from Blake Ferguson. Within a few hours I had purchased my 2016 Nissan Versa. It was easy and a great experience. I would highly recommend any Jim Glover dealership but the Nissan dealership was absolutely wonderful.

Prices online are not the same in store. Pushy sales staff. I have a sams club membership and it offered a discount that referred me to Jim Glover Nissan but they would not accept the discount. I asked if it was the best deal that they would offer me and they said yes. I went to NELSON Nissan and was treated differently. I got a car a year newer and cheaper by $4,000. They didnt push me or treat me like I wasnt important. I will never go back to Jim Glover. A month after I bought my car from NELSON Nissan, Jim Glover sent me a letter saying I wasnt approved for a car. All I could do was laugh.

The service is great. The workplace is kept very clean. But the prices. The prices are extremely unacceptable. Nissan is seriously price gauging on their parts. Come on people, $231.00 charged for an o2 sensor that at most only cost $46. I might have them run diagnostics on my car but I will NEVER have them perform work on my car ever again.

Im a first time car buyer and was very nervous about the entire experience. I went to a few other dealerships before JG and didnt get great service, but here I was treated as a valued customer and felt like the team worked hard to get me into a vehicle that day even though I was on a budget. Sorry to say but these people are crooks. My dad confronted them on the scam and they didnt care that it was unethical (bait & switch). I also called for a price on a diagnosis and was disappointed. Juan, at Amigo Auto, is who Ive found to be one of the least expensive and most honest mechanics in Tulsa.

Fair price at oil change but several problems overshadow that. I was told work toime would take 1 hour maybe 1 hour and 15 minutes 2 hours and fifteen minutes I finally was approached and told my car was ready this only after I said something after I was told several things were wrong with my car keep in mind I went in for an oil change I accepted changing an an aur filter as well then watched my car sit in the parking lot for over 45 minutes I will never be back!

The sales team took care of me and did not hassle with me when I told them where I needed to be on price. The honored their referral money by paying the friend who referred me. I do not recommend this place for any repairs. The two people i dealt with were very nice but they kept my truck a week and hardly did anything. Every time ice ever even just had an oil change i got a car wash and they vacuumed my truck out. FOR FREE. Thus time i was incredibly let down. Not only did they not clean in anyway they left marks from the mechanic inside my truck and after a WEEK the windshield still had tape holding it together. Not impressed even a little. Ill take my busniess else where for sure.
