The finance director is a great guy as well and very professional. I ended up getting the car I desperately wanted. If you live in Oklahoma and want an Audi, go to them. Out of state? No issue, go to them and they will take care of you. Audi of Tulsa deserves 5 stars.

Audi of Tulsa is the only place I will go for a new vehicle. I went to another luxury dealership, pre-approved for most vehicles on the lot. The salesman actually told me that it wasnt a good time to buy a used car, so I should wait. I went to Audi of Tulsa and they were so helpful! I found the perfect vehicle, and Daniel Rampp is THE MOST knowledgeable person about foreign luxury vehicles. It is also the fastest transaction I have ever had. My experience with Audi Tulsa was top notch in all regards. From the very first interaction, my sales person LISTENED to my specific wants and needs and ensured that any vehicle he showed me met those wants and needs. There was zero pressure to buy. Rather, he focused on finding the right fit for me and did it while being respectful of my time. The financing experience was equally pleasant. They answered all of my questions (and I always have a lot) and didnt pressure me into any product I wasnt comfortable with. Audi Tulsa and my new Q7 have made me an Audi enthusiast in a very short period of time. My only regret is not visiting their dealership years ago.

I just leased a new Audi Q3 from Audi Tulsa and worked with Cody Rogers. It was the single best car purchasing experience I have ever had. The exact model I wanted was out of state and Cody had to brought to Tulsa within one day. He had all the paperwork ready so by the time I got to the dealership I was in and out in less than an hour. You cant get a new cell phone in less than an hour! His follow up after the sale has been outstanding as well.

I purchased a $70k Porsche 911 (used) from here. As I am an out of state buyer I relied on the sales team to give me a fair description of the vehicle before viewing it. It was described verbally as being in near perfect condition and again via email as having barely any blemishes on it.When I arrived to collect and pay for the vehicle I immediately noticed a dent on the front bumper, further inspection also uncovered a (more significant) dent on the side sill directly behind the front wheel well on the passenger side of the vehicle. When I pointed this out to Joe, the Sales Manager, he became enraged and aggressive and I had to calm him down - Hugely unprofessional behaviour.Regardless, as part of the sale Audi Tulsa agreed to cover the cost of repairing this damage and I received a signed commitment to do this as part of the sales documentation. I obtained a fair quote for the work from a Caliber Collision and even negotiated a discount on the work but they are now refusing to pay for the work and have instead offered to contribute just $200 to the $2,870 repair bill.Do not trust this company, they will lie to you to close the deal and not follow through on their promises - Avoid at all costs.

Blake was wonderfully patient and made sure all my questions were answered.I would have given 5 stars if they had comfortable chairs for customers to sit in while they wait. Had a 50,000 mile check up done on our Q5 and the service was so awesome. More businesses need to operate like this. Absolutely perfect customer service. We didnt have a huge service need or drive one of the higher end cars, but the way they took care of me youd have thought I was the biggest of big wigs. Really well done.

Best car buying experience Ive ever had!! Found the Q5 we had been looking for and contacted Daniel Rampp on a Thursday evening. That evening Daniel took a complete walkaround and interior video and a bunch of pictures and sent them to me. By noon on Friday we had a deal worked out. Saturday morning Daniel picked me up at the airport and took me back to Audi Tulsa. The car was freshly detailed and waiting for me to look it over. All the paperwork was completed within about 45mins. and then Daniel took about an hour to walk through all the functions and features the car offered. Couldnt of asked for a better experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Daniel to anyone looking to purchase an Audi and have a easy and enjoyable experience.

I purchased an Audi here from Scott. Couldn’t be more pleased with the buying process. Scott was really knowledgeable, never pushy, and made the buying process the easiest I’ve ever gone through. When I go back for service he remembers who I am and even offers to let me test drive new cars (even though I tell him and he knows there’s virtually no chance I’d buy one).The service center here is great too. Probably all Audi owners know by now that Audi of Tulsa dealership has changed hands and its location. I have taken both of our cars there for service recently and was pleasantly surprised how much more pleasant my experience was. I have owned Audi cars from A4 to A6 since 1997, and had to service them at Brad Noe and then Green Country Imports dealership for a long time. Mainly thanks to some responsible service managers the service was actually pretty good there. But, I never knew if they would give me a loaner or just a minivan ride. The building and subsequently its service department were outdated and cramped and I never felt like it was an upscale experience. But, what a change at the new location! The service personnel was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. All questions were answered and problems taken care of right away. A new Audi loaner car was always ready. And, when I had to wait the waiting room had plush leather sofa, big screen HDTV and a wonderful coffee machine that made espresso. It is not like we have a lot of choice in Tulsa when it comes to Audi service places. But, this service center is finally at the level where it should have been for years.

So, this is kind of long, but worth the read. First, Ill tell the good, because in all fairness, it was not entirely bad... I brought my Q7 S Line in for a recall, and to have an alignment done. They were curtious and professional when I arrived, and provided a very nice loaner vehicle. They were done with the service earlier than expected, so we returned, paid our bill, and went out to the car which they brought out front and left running. Thats where the issue began.First, we could not find the key even though the car was running. We searched and searched, and finally found it had fallen down between the passenger seat and the center console. No big deal, things happen, but then, I went to put the paperwork in the back seat, and found a broken interior trim piece just laying there in the seat. No one even bothered to tell me that they had broke it. Still, no big deal I thought. Ill just go tell them. Which I did, and they were very apologetic, and told us to hold on just a bit, and they would replace the part. Which was nice, because I was half expecting them to try to say it was already broken, but they didnt. About 20 minutes later, they came and said they had it fixed. So I went and just visually looked, and sure enough, there was a trim piece there. All was good. So I thought. When I returned home, and our daughter got out of the car, she just brushed the piece with her leg, and it fell right off. After further inspection, they did not actually put a new piece on. They just sat the broken one back in place, and it will just barely set there now since the part that snaps it on is broke off of the back...The sad thing is that this is probably only like a 10 dollar part, and rather than getting a new one, they first just threw it in the back seat as if they didnt care, and I wouldnt notice. And then when I told them about it, they said theyd replace it, but instead just sat the broken one back in place and sent me on my way. I guess they assumed Id be none the wiser. I am a stickler about my cars, and keep them immaculate. When you take an Audi to the Audi dealership for service, you have an expectation to get it back in as good of shape as you dropped it off in, but now I have an ugly broken trim piece that would have cost them virtually nothing to make it right... So long story short, check your car over well when you pick it up here. If they break something, they wont tell you about it, then they will cheap out on fixing it if you call them on it.

I am beyond happy with my new car from here. I actually purchased my S3 from Oklahoma but live in California. Lauren and Stephen were both incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions I had during the whole process. Lauren made sure the car was in the absolute best condition before it left and it arrived happily on the back of the track last night just like I would have hoped it would look, spectacular. Thank you guys so much for this great experience. 100% recommend to anyone trying to buy a new Audi.

Im from Kansas City, and the purchase went smoothly before I drove down and the day of. He took some additional photos of the car and filmed a short video. Very helpful. First of all, I want to say I never write reviews but felt like this was a must. Two weeks ago I went in to purchase what would be my 4th Audi...my 2nd from Audi Tulsa. When I came in, I was greeted by Dale DiSanza. He was very nice and not overbearing. I found a car I was going to buy but wasnt able to pick it up for a couple days because they were going to certify it for me. During that time period, I had a huge financial spend that was unexpected. I called Dale and explained I was very sorry but would not be able to purchase the car yet and it might be a couple months. He was very nice and understanding and said for me not to worry, that we would find a different car when the time was right. I happened to call Dale this past Friday to ask him a question and he went on to explain he might be able to help me get my payments set up to where I wouldnt have to make my first payment for 135 days. I went in to speak with him yesterday and again, he was very nice and understanding. I explained my full situation and he worked with the sales manager to get me not only a great deal on the car, but helped put me in a position where I wouldnt have to make payments for several months. If it wasnt for Dale himself, I would not have purchased a car. He is NOT your typical car salesman. He is very nice, laid back and knowledgeable. He did not push me to purchase but simply helped when asked. When I went to leave, I did not shake his hand, instead I gave him a big hug. If you are coming to look at purchasing a car, make sure you ask for Dale...you WONT be disappointed!

I am owner of Audi Q5, 2010. I took car to Audi service because indicator turned on to show water level was low. Audi gave me $500 quote to replace thermostat. I accepted replacement. Next day, thermostat was replaced and I picked up my car. On my way home, indicator was still on. I took my car back to service again. Audi checked it and told me it was water pump. Replacement cost $700. I accepted replacement and they have replaced it. I picked up car and few days later, the same indicator turned on. I took my car back to Audi service. They told me that car had leaking from lower hose flange. $300 for replacement. They replaced it. Apparently the problem was flange from the begining. This is very frustrating. Audi service in Tulsa looks like some very low level mechanic shop with mechanics not knowing their job, fixing the cars by guessing the problem resolution. It is definately not a respectful representative of Audi.

My wife and I were looking for a new car and had our mind set to buy a BMW, since that was the car that we had driven, and was trading. Curious about Audi, we stopped in Audi Tulsa was greeted by sales representative Kelly Major. We were thoroughly impressed with his depth of knowledge about not only one model but ALL Audi products. He went into detail not only about the bells and whistles but more importantly, the design specification, handling, and safety features that a consumer would not notice. I realized the care and concern that Audi puts into making a truly exceptional vehicle. And then he took us on a test drive........WOW!!!. We drove a Q5 and I had never been so impressed with a test drive. Kelly really wanted to give us the true experience of how the Q5 handles and performs. When we finished that drive, along with the product information he gave to us, after the drive I was convinced I wanted an AUDI!. That same day I leased not one, but TWO cars!!! And I couldnt be happier. We are now an Audi family thanks to Kelly Major. We tell all our friends about our experience and encourage them to check out an Audi before they buy anything else. The service and sales staff were extremely friendly and made you feel very comfortable. Audi Tulsa and Kelly Major ROCK!

Dale Disanza did a great job on my purchase. Very patient as I took almost a year to decide on brand (I considered BMW, Porsche, Volvo and Rover) and model. He never pressured me on the sale, but did very appropriate follow ups. He has now convinced me of the brand and am very pleased with my purchase. Very knowledgeable, not only of Audi, but other makers as well.

I would have given 10 stars if available!!!By far the best experience my wife and I have ever had purchasing/leasing a car!!What amazed us is that Joe (GM) first listened to our needs and desires for a Q5 and put us in our first lease... and to top it off was a 2017 Q5 !! It was all about our needs and what fit our lifestyle!!! Stephen did the paperwork and financing and again was our best experience ever!!Then Lauren hit the home run with a complete run down of every feature on our new vehicle!! Gave me a decent price for trade in, bought an Audi with 75000 miles, nervous of the issues. First day off the lot I televised the motor to the passenger seat wasn’t working. Took it expecting the worst; the replaced it at no cost and gave me a loaner car. Jeff is a great salesperson. Highly recommend.

Best customer Service ever. I lived in Tulsa for 5 years and had my Audi A6 serviced at Audi Tulsa for the entire 5 years. I recently moved to San Antonio and realized how wonderful Tulsas service department is. It was so disappointing seeing how bad another service departments customer service is. I dealt with Mitch on my car every time for the last 5 years. Always quick. Always responsive. They can get your car in to be serviced ASAP and always have a loaner ready to give you. Keep it up!! You will get definite repeat buyers with this kind of service.
