I currently live in Arkansas and I drove to Tulsa Oklahoma to get a oil change on my range rover. The dealership was booked but they went above and beyond to get me in and out in a timely fashion. A+ customer service. I will be making this trip again in the future for scheduled services
My review is a bit late. But better late than never. After having a terrible experience with another Land Rover dealership out of town . I had the best experience with the team at Land Rover Tulsa. Rupy as well as several of the staff here have worked hard to revive my experience in car buying. I was so happy when I found my dream car a Range Rover Velar on their lot. If you are in the market for a vehicle please consider giving this team a try. You will not be disappointed!!

I stopped by the dealership to have a new key fob I had purchased programmed to work with my Range Rover. I did not have an appointment but was told the service department would work me in if I was prepared to wait. I chose to wait and figured it would take a couple of hours at least. I was very pleasantly surprised when I was notified only about 45 minutes later that my vehicle was ready. This dealership has always been professional and efficient with the repairs I have needed for my vehicles. I recommend this dealership if you own Land Rover or Jaguar.
Ask for Jack Pritchard, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He went above and beyond to give us a great experience. Great customer service, he was very sincere and truly made a point to get to know us on a personal level.We were in and out in 55 mins. Jack was efficient and also made sure that everything was covered and the delivery of the vehicle was on point. I recommended anyone to go see Jack. This was my first experience using Land Rovers services, and I will definitely use them again. They always kept me updated, and was honest about the progress being made. They didnt give up until they figured out what was wrong and fixed it. I didnt buy my Rover from them but didnt feel as if I was treated any differently then if it had come from their lot. I love my rover, and the people at Land Rover Tulsa showed the customer service side is great also.
I recently sold my Range Rover in exchange for a Tesla and have never had any bad issues with the dealership until now. Sadly I decided to reach out to refund the extended warranty I purchased for my Range Rover and I was dealing with Capp during this process. It has been over a month and I have called 5 times with voicemails to no answer. I have no information about it in my email as he promised and have never heard anything about the process at all. I am highly unsatisfied with this especially since he is the finance manager.
I brought my sons LR4 in for an alignment, and there were a couple of other issues that needed to be dealt with prior to the alignment. My son was turning 16 the following day, and my service technician, John Arbuckle, went the extra mile to get all of the necessary repairs done, so my son could have his car on his birthday. I am sure these guys get special requests all the time, but I can tell you that John was a life saver for us, and certainly made one 16 year old very happy.

We had a great experience purchasing a new car from Land Rover of Tulsa. Our sales person was John Chapel. He was extremely professional and explained everything to us. We also had the opportunity to work with Brian Vance. He made sure everything went smoothly and checked in on us after we completed our purchase. We will be back to this dealership
Drove 4+ hours to look at what was supposed to be a pristine SUV. We did a short test drive and purchased the vehicle. Not even 30 miles down the road the door trim started to come off and broke. We called them to find out what they could do to help resolve the issue and they recommended taking it to one of my local shops to have it repaired and send them the bill so they could figure out how much they would be able to help pay. They only covered a small portion of the bill which was not even enough to pay for the parts themselves. Its pretty bad when I spend almost 35k on the vehicle and they only help out with 100 bucks of the repair. Now i have to also have the air ride fixed and that is around 1000 to have it fixed. I will not be going back for anything in the future .Thanks Tulsa Land Rover!!!!!!!

Bought a used 17 Discovery from a dealer in Edmond and discovered on the first night in the driveway that the windshield leaked. Called the Tulsa LR dealer and Corey said it must have the original windshield installed and he would need to replace it. No cost, no worry; just a day to get it installed which they did last week. Washed it for me and Rafael checked all of the tire pressures before handing it over. Great experience.

Before buying my Land Rover, I spoke to a sales associate about what I was looking for. Tulsa didnt have what I wanted at the time but they did recommend that I buy a certified used vehicle and told me what the perks were. I followed his advice and I have to say that it was great advice, I love my Land Rover, the most comfortable ride Ive been in.Anyway, got my first service done here in Tulsa. Customer service was excellent, I was given a loaner vehicle to shop and eat with, I was told upfront what the anticipated cost would be barring unexpected replacement of filters and such before service was ever started and my service was completed a few minutes before the expected completion time.Top-notch service and dealership !!!

Appointment set up was easy. We didn’t need a loaner but we’re dropped home by courtesy shuttle. Service advisors are very Professional, knowledgeable, nice, friendly and quick to check you in and out. We were kept informed and updated at all times.The place is very clean. The vehicle was perfectly serviced and all issues addressed.We will definitely use this place in the future and recommend to all friends and Land Rover owners.
This review is for service advisors/techs, and staff of the service department personally. I believe the staff of the service department is trustworthy and honest. When it comes to repairs they are restricted on some things, because of JLR corporate regulations. If they were allowed to operate w a bit more independence by corporate regarding certain repairs, that would be greatly appreciated.

Not happy with their service. Had our Range Rover service. They failed to reattach the under carriage cover. 4 bolts missing...Have called. Left messages all afternoon. Finally talked with Cory in service. Not much help. So on Christmas Eve i will be driving 2 hours one way so they have the ability to finish their work....General Manager Brian went above and beyond to make this right. I highly reccomend this dealership for your next Range Rover purchase!!!
Overall, experience was good. This was the second attempt to get my 30K mile maintenance performed. First attempt, spent two hours at dealer (aft driving from NWA - 2 hrs each way) to find out I only got an oil change and proposal to change out my brake/rotors for $2500. Finally, 8K miles later, attempted to go forward and have the 30K mile maintenance performed. I asked to have the alignment checked, vehicle was tracking to the left. Once again, drove in from NWA, 2.5hrs later and close to $1K, my vehicle was finished, washed (nice touch) and ready for me to head back to NWA. About a 1/3 of the way home, noticed on the turnpike its still tracking to the left. I honestly dont know if it was aligned or not. I was told it was, but a week later, its tracking to the left more than when it was brought in. Having a local NWA service perform an alignment. Im still a big fan of my Range Rover Sport, just havent had the best of luck w/service, not to mention its a long expensive trip from NWA to Tulsa for maintenance. Folks are great, dealership is top notch, just havent walked away feeling real good about my experience, unfortunately.
Kristy was Outstanding, very friendly personable and a down to earth approach and made us feel welcome from that start. As soon as we walked in, she was walking to the door to greet us. That is Prompt, and very responsive Customer Service. I would recommend her to anyone for ANY sale up to the top of the line Jaguar or Land Rover, which one day we would love to have. No sales pitch no pressure at all, only here is the vehicle you came to see, sold the features/options of our choice and how can she help us with it to make it happen if it is was our choice. It did not even feel like a car purchase transaction because there was no hype and no B.S. – And that means a smooth transaction – Any hype and the other, we would have been out the door even if we wanted it. She even took off the license plates front and back and put them on our purchased vehicle. Had it cleaned and a full tank of fuel for the trip home. Several were shopping for this particular vehicle so we did not get the deal we really wanted, however she negotiated with Her Sales Manager and did get us a satisfactory amount off to work the deal.From my first contact message sent, their staff followed up and assured me that vehicle was still in stock (We were driving 3 hours to buy it) They assured me that if someone were to come in and deal accepted, they would let us know. Then Kristy also called to confirm even after the staff did, Nice job Kristy! You made the deal happen with your Professional style and knowledge of your product.

Greeting—. I’m not new at buying luxury cars. I’ve owned a Benz, Audi, several BMW’s, Infinity, Jag, Ford Navigator, and a Porsche among other many cars and Trucks. I will admit that when I go to buy a new vehicle, I walk into the dealership with a chip on my shoulder. Most encounters with salesman are not the best experience. But, that changed when I went into the Tulsa Range Rover dealership. We were met by Eric, a seasoned salesman with the dealership of three years. Three years is like 10 years at most dealerships. Lol. It was nice to meet a salesman that actually knew more about the Range Rover Sport then we did as we are car enthusiast. Eric was very kind and tolerable of me as asked lots of questions about extra Fees and charges that dealers tack on. It really aggravates me when you go and make a deal and then you sign the paperwork and there’s another 2 to $300 worth of additional fees and charges. We was very pleasantly happy that when it came down to the agreed price everything was as it should be, We signed the paperwork and and left very happy. Other then buying the Porsche, this has to be one of the easier car buying experiences we have encountered. Yes, so far I would give Eric a five star rating and even higher if possible. Now let’s see how the Service dept does. So far since I just picked up the car last Friday I haven’t had to experience that,, and hopefully won’t have to for some time. Sorry for the long review but Eric earned the kind Review😄

Took the Sport in to change out oxygen sensors. They had a loaner ready and got started on mine right away. Had it done before noon. Easy in and out and very friendly service managers.
The employees here have been outstanding. I had something go wrong with my 2016 Discovery, and Corey made sure it was remedied before my warranty was up. Servicing here has been the easiest process with their loaner cars. I will always be returning to this Land Rover for my vehicles.

Love my 2017 Range Rover Evoque purchased in June. Just a couple things werent working properly but they took great care of me and even repaired a spot on the leather console.

Went in today and bought a 2012 Jaguar XJL. Eric A was very helpful, answering all my questions and letting me test drive multiple vehicles until I found the right one. I went on a test drive with one of the technicians, Zach, who was very helpful and explained things I didnt understand. I highly recommend this dealership, and Eric D. Adjip specifically.
Not happy with Service Department at all. When you spend this much money on a car you shouldn’t have to wait a month for warranty work and a loaner car.I love my Range Rover but geez! Over a month out to get warranty work done and get a loaner. I live a couple of hours away and have tried to get it serviced twice with no luck. This time I offered to drop it off and leave it for at least 4 days but need a loaner to get back home. Warranty work! I was told to call roadside service and tell them that my check engine light is on which is a total lie. They’ll get it fixed this way but no loaner car. I paid over $100,000 for this car. Not getting that kind of service for sure.
This is my 10th new car purchase, and it was my best expierience. I purchased a Jaguar E-Pace. Jaguar offers a high quality crossover SUV with the latest technology at a very competitive price. Krysti and Jaguar/Land Rover Tulsa are very easy to work with. The was no haggling on price. There are many features on the E-Pace that are not advertised (lane keeping, collision avoidance, parallel parking, auto backing, rear fog lights, heated front windshield, and auto everything). The Jaguar with cub welcome mat projected at the doors at night looks great! Jaguar has created a fun and distinctive SUV that looks amazing and is fun to drive!

The worst customer service and of course it is the only one in the city. I would not buy another land rover just because I would have to deal with this location. They arent accurate on times the work will be done. I have left twice with something else wrong the same or next day after having work done. They never have a loaner car available. I tried to drop it off today because my car died on the way to the mall, they wouldnt even look at it to see if it was safe to drive. Asked about setting up a time to bring it back and the soonest they could fit me in is January. You would think you would get better customer service at Land Rover... but nope.

The only reason this even has 1 star is because it wont let you post without choosing one. Too bad theres no option for a negative or thats definitely what it would have! I was warned by a close friend, and well known business owner from Broken Arrow, of the horrible service they had received with their Range Rover from this dealership. So much that they got rid of it for that reason and now drive a Mercedes. I currently have a Range Rover Evoque, which I love, but am also considering getting rid of it due to the poor interactions I have had with this dealership. My vehicle has been in their shop 3 times, 2 times for the air and once for the turbo charger. They never once offered me a loaner (I live 80 miles from there, not like I live close) and when I asked for one, they said they didnt have one (Mercedes on the other hand will pick your vehicle up AND leave you a loaner). I love the vehicle, so much that I was considering getting a new one just like it, only because my warranty just went out. They quoted me a ridiculously low price for mine (about $7000 less than value according to NADA), but of course wants retail or more for theirs. I have bought many vehicles and never had quite the experience I have with them. I realize they have to make money, but to the degree they expect is ridiculous. I have a masters degree in the medical field so I am not an idiot and can do the math. Word of mouth goes a long way...I should have listened to my friend and business owner and not wasted so much time with this dealership. If I choose to stay with Land Rover, I will be traveling to Little Rock, where I hear they are excellent!

I’m from the Kansas City area but grew up in Tulsa. I reached out to Land Rover of Tulsa to check on lease or purchase options for a new Velar because I like to shop around to ensure I’m getting the best bang for my buck. I was a little surprised but not only would they not discuss prices, I was just told by salesperson “Raphael” the management says they do not wish to sell to people from Kansas “because of the relationship they have with the dealership in Kansas.” I swear I’ve never heard of this. So, the message I received was, “if you’re from out of state, we aren’t interested in selling or leasing you a new car.” 🤔
Scam artists. Take your car to another mechanic first for a proper diagnosis or they won’t fix ur issues under warranty.
My saleman Rupy was fantastic. Not pushy at all. Really knew what he was selling. Would buy a car again in this place without hesitation.
Pathetic. Out of town with a flat tire. Purchased a conceirge package when we bought the car. Called Range Rover Tulsa to see if they could fix the tire and put it back on. Transferred to voicemail. Recently had arm surgery. I was able to get the spare on between my 9 yr old, my 12 yr old, and wife in the time for the dealership guy to return my call. Asked him if he could provide this service. He hem and hawed about about how he closes at 1 pm (current time was about 9 :30 am) and he only had 1 service tech. He suggested I contact Range Rover Corporate for service even though his dealership was literally 5 min away. Didn’t leave me with much confidence so initially drove the vehicle to Robertson Tire which had great reviews. Can’t say enough good things about Robertson Tires. They looked at it and said the tire had a sidewalk gouge and need to be replaced. Robertson Tire charged me nothing. We then decided to have the dealership cover it under warranty. So we took it over to Range Rover Tulsa. Dealership guy first tells me this is not a warranty issue and he did not have the tire in stock. He did not have the tire that comes with the vehicle when bought new only a few months back. Unbelievable. Further he could not perform any other scheduled maintenance issues while we we here. And he could not provide a courtesy vehicle. At this point I’m wondering why I bought this “Premium Brand”. What a joke. Left this aweful dealership and and went back to Robertson Tire to have it replaced. The local place even wrapped my old tire in a bag and suggested I take it back to the dealership I bought the car from to see if they could do anything.

We also had the same problem with GM Eric Roy. We bought the new Velar in October, it had some issues so when we took it in for service we were considering trading it for the bigger Range Rover or Sport. When we bought the Velar he said it was the greatest car and would not come down on it, but 3 months later he said it had lost 12k in value. We knew we would have to pay some, but that was crazy. The service department was good to work with, but we will never purchase another vehicle from here. We have bought several cars from the Don Thorton Cadillac dealership with good results, but sadly will have to go to the OKC dealership to get the bigger Range Rover.
I always thought that this brand was a dream. Then you have it and it becomes a nightmare. I purchased my car not even two years ago, and it has spent more time at theyre shop or on the side of the road than with me. Without mentioning the bad customer service at this location, which has made my experience even worse. Do Not buy from the Tulsa Land Rover.
Land Rover Jaguar Tulsa was an awesome experience. I purchased a used Jaguar XKR for a modest price. I expected a place like this to be very pretentious and snobby. But, to my pleasant surprise, everyone involved were very nice, accommodating and regular folks.I dealt with Rupy. He is a great guy and not a sales shark. He even programmed me a second key faub, as there was only one. That was a $400 bargain right there. The vehicle was clean and had a full tank of gas when I drove away.With a pre-approval everything was a bit easier than a traditional car dealer visit, but it was great.I recommend Rupy and Land Rover Jaguar Tulsa if you want fair treatment.

1.) June 2017: Needed to replace a key, the dealership took my money ($200 key remote + $300 remote programming) but refused to cut the key. Several places did not have the key template and left us hanging for a month. After going back for another issue (gave a second chance) and asking several others, they told us Holder Security 5 minutes away would do it. That would have been nice to know a month earlier.2.) July 2017: Went to schedule an appointment and the only available was +20 days later.... nice of a luxury brand to take care of its customers.3.) The one good thing is the phone system was human and not a million question automation system.
Love my Land Rover and my salesman at this location ... not impressed with the service department. Took vehicle in for the first oil change, got home looked at the statement the service department gave me and on it stated Customer complains back windshield washer not working -- removed headliner, replaced part ...A TOTAL FABRICATION. I never told them anything of that nature -- get in the vehicle this morning, guess what THE REAR WINDSHIELD WASHER NOW DOESNT WORK! Im am going to contact Land Rovers corporate office this morning to notify them of the shady service department at this location. Completely unacceptable.
Can not get hold of any one in service leave massages and no one called bac. Then went to dealership and all the service guys were on phone stand there for 15 min and leftI end up calling okc and took it there

Had ordered an electrical part and didn’t realize that it needed to be programmed once installed. They worked me in their schedule to get me back and running. Will be back to have some maintenance done.
