I was having tons of trouble getting my Ford focus fixed because I couldn’t get a TCM for it.Glen at Fowler was not only able to get my car in, they got the part ordered. Currently the part is on back order, however, I’ve been able to get answers from them. Thank you Brandi and Glen at Ford for helping me out!Update 11/1/21 - currently picking up my vehicle. They were able to get the part and get it fixed within a month. Parts on back order take time so I was excited when I had my car back within three weeks of dropping it off. So thankful for friendly employees and a fixed car!
I was satisfied with the customer service Mr Tom was very respectful and helpful. What I didnt like was how long it took just to get a diagnostic 5 days and then had to wait till Monday to get part and fixed. A total of 8 days and I had to rent a car those 8 days
I had to have my car worked on at this Ford dealership and it was an amazing experience! Brandy was an absolute angel in working out everything with our warranty. She kept me in the loop about my vehicle and what work needed to be done. Also, when purchased the vehicle in 2019 our salesman Rocky was fantastic and honest with us. Overall, from purchase and beyond this dealership has been great!

**Edit - They just fixed a tire for me. They were quick, friendly and free (I have the 5 year tire warranty). There was a screw in my tire.They overbooked and was slow. It took about 3 hours for an oil change even though I had an appointment. Other than that they did a good job. The staff is friendly.
Great new truck buying experience from an out of state buyer. The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful and fulfilled each every promise on time. I was a little leary being out of state and unable to view the truck in person but it was exactly as represented by the salesman. A really good experience.
I really wasnt looking forward to posting this.We purchased a vehicle on Tuesday. The following Thursday, my wife received a call that the contracts were incorrect and they needed to charge us more. I looked at the contract and they charged us full MSRP. I thought my wife must have been mistaken on what she heard, so I sent the email attached asking for clarification.After receiving no return email from Derrick or anyone, I called. Derrick stated he made a mistake and yes they need to charge me more than what we originally signed the contracts for. I am shocked. And frankly, I dont see how this is legal. The cooling off period pertains to the seller, as well as the purchaser.The issue here is not our credit approval, they just simply want to charge us more than what we were originally contracted for.I sent the attached email and Im seriously disappointed that no one reached out to resolve this. I feel like this is purely a money grab.Up to this point the only person Ive spoken with is Derrick Lawrence. He gave me the impression that he didnt care if we purchased the vehicle or not. He explained that if we didnt want to pay the new contract price then we needed to turn the vehicle in immediately. . . and emphasized IMMEDIATELY. Its currently Friday, I wont be able to return the vehicle until Monday. Maybe someone from Fowler will call and honor the MSRP price that was listed on the signed contracts.Kinda stinks, but I guess with vehicles in high demand, I guess Fowler Ford feels like they can treat customers however they want. I will likely file a complaint with the Oklahoma Motor Vehicle Commission, but I doubt my dumb complaint will amount to anything.Buyer beware. If you decide to do business with Fowler Ford, you might get a phone call in a couple days after the deal is done asking for more money.****EDIT**** Youll need to scroll through the pictures to see the email. . . its there.**** 2nd Edit****Literally, minutes after posting this John Garsus the general sales manager called and apologized. Never had a better car shopping experience. Amazing Experience!!Ive purchased several cars before, but nothing was better than the service at Fowler Ford. Every employee I encountered was pleasant and upbeat. Normally, I feel like Im passed from one person to another... not here. Jason, who Id recommend anyone go visit, was the salesman that helped me with each step of the process. He answered my questions honestly and communicated when he said he would. He made it a truly exceptional car buying experience.The finance team was top notch! They kept me aware of the process and helped me find the perfect deal!

Desmond Sanders, Tonio and Maverick are the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with. They literally made me feel like family. I have never trusted a salesman more than I do them, they answered every question I had and then some. I did not leave that lot without knowing everything about my truck and financing process. They didn’t push me to buy, they simply listened to what I wanted and needed and made it happen. Never once was I pushed to buy something more than I wanted. In fact they actually SAVED me money by showing me something different that was exactly what I needed. I will never buy a vehicle from someone else, it will always be one of them.
Fowler Ford was very professional. I got there at 7 am for an oil change and was gone before 8 am. Everyone was very nice which in my opinion means a lot especially when you are showing up before they really have time to get there day planned.
Excellent experience. Richard was a great salesman. One of the easiest car buying experiences I’ve had. I found the truck I wanted on their website, I called to see if it was in stock, I did an online credit app, and had it delivered. All within about an hour start to finish! I spoke with 3 people, the salesman, the receptionist, and a finance specialist. Everyone was professional and extremely friendly and helpful. For sure recommend!
Terrible. Took my car in for a free extended warranty upgrade. They kept my car two days and didnt do anything to it. Then had to pay $135 to get it back. Complained to the manager he said he would get back to me after he looked into it that was 2 days ago still have not heard for anything from him. Will never go there again.
While the buying experience may be good here the service department... not so much. I took my car in to have the brake booster fixed/replaced and they told me it would be 3 days TOPS!!! That was at 9AM on Monday..... fast forward to Wednesday around noon. I called, no answer, left a voicemail, then Thursday about noon, again left a voicemail, at 4PM when my husband got home and I still have not gotten a call back(4 days) he calls and they tell him that they MIGHT have it done by Monday!!!! Did not offer me a loaner car, Hell they didnt even offer to give me a ride home when I dropped the car off!!! I called back after my husband told me it would be Monday and asked about a loaner car and they said they were all out!?!?!? Im so frustrated!!! If I would have known it was going to take this long I would have planned for it but they said 3 days TOPS!!!! I need me car
Well,the service rep and shuttle driver were politely helpful having no loaner cars. Disappointed with one major repair being key stuck ignition (not fixed) but alignment in column repaired. Costing me way over estimate and still having the key stuck. Sure Fowler Ford will repair this for another $$$ . Took 3 days without a transportation for Work.. Very Dissatisfied with the job!
They were very fast and friendly on a hot day with only one person in the shop . They got my car fixed and out of the shop the same day. They are the ones i go to for all my vehicle needs. Thanks a million for getting me in and out the same day. Very grateful and impressed.

All the staff there went above and beyond to make what could have been a complete pain situation so much easier. Everyone has awesome customer service skills there. Theyre efficient and they go above and beyond. I have never seen a dealership Go the Distance like they do. With everything going on these days. Dont buy from Fowler ford. I bought a 2019 ranger new in April of 2020 . Started having power train problems in Aug truck only had 9000 miles on it. took it in to Fowler to get it worked under warranty. Tried to get it worked on Sept 3 when they set me up with appointment tried to explain that I was a disabled vet and this truck was my only means to get to my VA appointments that I would need a loaner vehicle while they had the truck the person I talked with just didnt care an walked away to help someone else. So had to leave with chk engine light on. Ive bought 3 vehicles from Fowler but they are losing my business.

I use Fowler for my delivery vehicles maintenance and repairs. Have mixed reviews on their service level provided. The last two vehicles we had serviced there took longer then expected and when we went to pick them up, their staff was unable to find my vehicles right away. I have the large Transit vans 250 series with refrigeration units. They stand 10 ft tall and have the refer units on top, so I dont understand how they cant find them when we have paid the bill and are ready to leave.
I purchased a vehicle last month. Waited to leave a review until I got my title. Buying a car from a dealership is never easy, I had to haggle for fair trade like normal. Three things that stood out. The salesman Rocky didn’t abandon me after I went to finance. When I came out of finance he had my new car parked beside my trade so I could transfer my stuff, and he had taken my plate off for me. He wished me well before leaving. When I got into finance with Tim he tried to sell me warranty, gap etc. he was able to answer all my questions. A few days later I went back for service I met Jameson. He was very helpful the department was busy and within a hour they had me back on the road. I will continue to drive past riverside Ford for Service, because good service is hard to find.
Fowler Ford made it way easier than I ever imagined to get my 2017 Mustang GT. Connor was great to work with and very knowledgeable of the vehicle (I’ve dealt with too many salespeople who have no knowledge of the car they’re trying to sell) and Derrick made the financing process simple and quick. Even found me a better rate the next day. I drove my trade in from Oklahoma City, not expecting to have enough time to get the whole process done that night, at around 7:45pm and was out the door with my dream car at 9:30. Great experience overall.
Fowler Ford was amazing. Went in to see about doing a trade in. Wanted to look and see what our options were. Roger was great. No high pressure sale! We told him what we needed and what we liked. He showed us several potential options and was supportive of us making the choice of what we wanted. From the time we arrived at the lot till drove off with a new car it was an fantastic experience.
Very helpful staff. I was needing a battery check, my car wouldnt start one day and was having a hard time getting any appointments at a Ford dealer. They fit me right in, listened to my questions, and explained what happened in a very helpful manner.

Great service department. I was waiting at another Ford dealership for an oil change and they said it would be 3 hours. So I called Fowler Ford and they got me right on. About an hour later my car was serviced and I was on my way home. I will be switching to Fowler.Had another great experience just the other day. Had a oil change appointment and Fowler Ford got my vehicle into service right away. In and out quickly.
The sales rep, Rocky, was pleasant to work with. The overall process with the trade was smooth and I would ask for him again. Also, the team who supported Rocky to make the deal were fast, keeping us from spending excessive amounts of time making the deal.
I wont lie, our latest experience started off very badly. They had our car for over a month and the communication was horrible. Then we got a new service rep and the sun came out and the birds sang! Brandy made everything right. I wont go into the problems too deeply because the service rep we had first is no longer there, but Brandy is top-notch and the communication from her was wonderful. I would have left a very bad review if she hadnt come into the picture. We will use Fowler Ford again, but will definitely ask for Brandy!
I had Desmond As my sales associate, and I will say he was amazingly great! I was coming from Norman which I didn’t get off work until after 4 which I still had to run home but I made the 2 1/2 hour drive to Tulsa and he was patient with me even getting to the dealership after 9. The GSM also was great! I’m so glad I chose to purchase with Fowler! Especially since they helped me on my trade! I would highly recommend anyone shopping for a vehicle or a new Ford to make the drive to Fowler Ford in Tulsa! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you all for helping me out!

Brought my transit 250 van in for an oil change while traveling back in April 2021. It took FOUR HOURS for an oil change. They told me I needed a coolant flush and tire rotation, which was a lie considering I just had brand new tires put on before the trip. And for the past six months they have been sending me constant spam emails, texts, and letters despite unsubscribing and asking them to stop. I had to block their numbers. I will never use this dealership again.

He made sure that the vehicle we bought was a great fit for us and for our budget. No one was pushy; they were only ever helpful. I highly recommend them.
Had a recall on my car. Tom was able to get me in quick. I called to tell him my car was being towed there, he said he would call me when it got there. I ACTUALLY got a call back to let me know it arrived! Very friendly and timely. Would recommend!

I was having problems with my sunroof so I googled Ford dealerships and saw how convenient it was to schedule an appointment online and for Fowler to come pick up my car. I set up my appointment and they came to my job and picked up my car at 10 am. I got a text message from Joe the service rep saying I can text him if I had any questions. It all seemed so good until I hadn’t heard from Joe. I messaged him around noon to see if there were any updates on my car and no response. He texted me at 4 saying that the car hasn’t been looked at and that it probably won’t be until the next day that they can take a look at it. I called the dealership frantic because it was close to the end of my workday and had no car to get home. I spoke to Joe and his tone was not pleasant at all. He had a “it’s not my problem” kind of attitude. I told him there was no communication on his part and that if he would’ve told me earlier I could’ve made prior arrangements but with it being the end of the day I needed my car. He said he could bring it back to me but would lose my appointment slot. He didn’t seem to care that there was no communication and that I was going to be left without a car. When I asked for options on what we can do he said He could take it back to me and not get it fixed. I called back and canceled my appointment. This is not acceptable customer service! Needless to say I will not be doing business with Fowler again.
I bought a vehicle from them on 6/2/2021 and was given a we owe letter, meaning they owe me a repair of the dpf system. After several unreturned phone calls, I showed up in person and each time I got placed further down the list and now being told it wont be until next year. The second day I had the vehicle the check engine light came on due to the def system, and has not turned off for over 90 days. There are features of this vehicle I can not use due to the check engine light being on and everyday I drive it I run the risk of it going to limp mode and further damaging the engine if not fixed. During my last visit to the dealership the price of the repair was between $4 to $5 thousand when initial repair cost was $3000 and, because I need a vehicle to get to and from work, I have to wait until a loaner is available cause its going to take 10 to 14 business days to replace the dpf system. The sales team was amazing but the service department leaves a sour taste in my mouth and if you read the reviews on their website Im not the only one who has had problems with their service department. My second to last visit I informed them I was trying to go on vacation around the first of the year. The next I time I showed up, because I cant get them to return my phone calls, is when they tell me the repair wont be made until next year.

I recently had some recommended work done at Fowler Ford. The job was for spark plugs. A $250 job that ballooned to $650. The next day, I noticed the smell of burning oil. I opened the hood to find the engine covered in oil. I reached out to the dealership to fix this. They took the car back to fix the leaking oil. Fowler Ford told me that this problem is resolved. However, I still have a small oil leak. The evidence is on my garage floor right now. This car was operating perfectly until I let Fowler Ford work on it. Now Im going to be out even more money because I now have to take it to another shop because I dont trust Fowler Ford to work on it.Additional notes 1 May 2021.I opted to take my car to a different shop (Robertson Tire in Owasso) and explained my dilema and asked if theyd be able to help me out. They were able to get to it pretty quick and showed me all the areas Fowler Ford dropped the ball. First off, because of their shoddy work the first time, the undercarriage of my car was coated with enough oil that I could have taken the wheel assemblies off and just pushed it around on the bare underside of the car with minimal effort. Next they found the leak. And wouldnt you know? It was from the botched installation of the gasket I so desperately needed and what took the job from $250 to $650. After removing the valve cover and peeling away the excess layers of sealant, it was pretty obvious that the gasket had twisted when they put it in, therefore the seal that was so important I get taken care of, didnt get fixed at all. Im guessing that instead of fixing it properly the second time they had it, they just decided to coat it with enough sealant to patch all the holes in the Titanic. So to sum up. I have the car back. Robertson Tire took really great care of me. Ill write up a review on them later. I am however now out about $1,000 in total. What started at $250 became $650. Plus all the cleaning supplies to fix all the oil on my garage floor, the Uber rides to drop off and pick up the car and having to pay a second shop to fix what Fowler Ford chose not to fix right the first......or second time. Then theres the issue of my time. I guess my time isnt important to them either because of the I wasted hours dealing with this issue, waiting for them to get it right, driving to get what I needed to clean up their mess and perform the cleanup myself.I will never do business with Fowler again. Id recommend you steer clear of them too.
This is my first and only experience using Fowler Ford in Tulsa Oklahoma. I am from Oklahoma City and found a vehicle on their lot, online. I decided to take the hour and a half trip to see it for myself. It was everything I hoped it would be. Richard was my sales man and he could not have done his job any better. He was very easy to talk to and attentive. Having owned my own business for 10 years I can say without hesitation Richard is exactly the type of employee I would love to have represent my company.The negotiations happened very quickly and we were able to agree on everything in fairly short order. Mike the GM, introduced himself to me and sealed the deal in a professional and friendly manner. Before I left with my newer vehicle, they had filled the tank! It has a big tank!I would highly recommend doing business with Fowler Ford. If our paths should cross in the future on another vehicle, I would not hesitate to call them again. Great experience.
I recently dropped my 20 Explorer ST off to have two very minor issues fixed. After having my vehicle for two days I went back to see if it was done. Come to find out it had sat untouched for those two days. So after not having a car for two days with nothing to show for it I got my car back and will take it to another dealership to have the issue fixed. Ill never take another car to Fowler Ford for any service.
Said it would take 2 to. 3 days to diagnose a misfire and it took 7 days then the day they finally diagnosed it they said it would be done that day or the next and it was 3 days to change 8 plugs 8 boots and 1 coil.they sent me a text at the beginning and said I could communicate through text. But they never would reply when I texted them so I had to call all the time and get a run around terrible communication and they never do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it, Andrew was my rep.i take my Prius to Fowler Toyota and they are great thats why I tried Fowler ford big mistake
Our family and I went an hour before closing time. It did not take long before Chris the sales person came to see us. Fast excellent customer service. He answered all our questions without any hesitation. So glad we choose this dealership. Everyone including Chris, Ronnie and the notary employee made our purchase easy and enjoyable.

Staff was very helpful. Just needed a new key fob for my truck. Spoke with Greg in the service department. He was friendly and helpful. Informed me of a recall on my truck that hadn’t been done. Got my truck right in and took care of the recall issue. Was very pleased with the way things were taken care of. I will definitely return to Fowler for any of my future Ford needs.

I went for main purpose of having oil changed and tires rotated. While there checking service engine soon and what problem was. At check in all was fine. When completed was told did not check service soon problem. Then was told needed to reschedule. When I became visibly frustrated a supervisor said that the network was down. Then the advisor said we could pull the code. If he can pull the code he can determine what problem is. Hell I can pull a code. Disappointed. 2nd time I have had an issue over the last year. 1 time things happen 2 times I think Im done.
Absolutely AMAZING experience with our sales guy Connor and finance guy Louis. They had the most amount of trucks in stock that we had seen at the time being for the current chip shortage. They are still making sure we are well taken care of and all of the paper work was done on Saturday, that’s speaks more than anything to me. Please come here for all your Ford needs.
Had an issue with a shield under the car. They were able to diagnose it, bend it back, and get me on the road within an hour and a half! And only charged $140! Most other places would have cost much more!
Our experience at Fowler Ford was exceptional! Our sales consultant Tony went above and beyond and was a pleasure to work with! He went over the car and helped us get everything set up on the FordPass app. The finance manager that helped us was Luis. An all around great guy, helpful, thorough and a dog lover as well! We met several other Fowler Ford associates as well as the sales manager Greg, everyone was friendly and helpful. Its great to find a place that truly cares about their customer service. We will be back when our vehicle needs service or when we expand our business and need a new vehicle.
Fowler Ford saved the day for me. I just bought a pre owned truck and was making a 400 mile trip back home. The vehicle started leaking oil and we had to pull into the nearest shop. Josh Brazelto stepped up and got my truck looked at immediately and even helped clean the underbody of the truck so that we wouldn’t have any issues down the road. Josh is a great representation of Fowler Ford and we wouldn’t have been able to make it home without him.
Very professional first of all . They didn’t chase us around the parking lot . He (Rocky)knew his product line quite well . His offer for our trade ( of course I would love to have had more) was quite fair . The new Ford Edge is a great product that’s what we traded in and what we purchased . So I will see them next time I have car or truck needs …..
They had my car for 2 MONTHS! I picked it up and paid for it my car stopped working 1 hour later. Never ever will I do business with this company ever again. Ford has a bunch of unprofessional, non-ethical, uneducated individuals. If you value your time and having a WORKING VEHICLE go somewhere else. Run and run fast. Ford is a SCAM! They dont even deserve 1 star.

I lost the key to my vehicle and asked this dealership for assistance. They assured they could help in a timely manner. After 3 weeks of constant phone calls they finally finished my car and still charged FULL PRICE! They showed no lack of appreciation for the customer or cared that their untimely manner was in their fault. I am extremely disappointed with my experience working with this dealership and will NOT return.EDIT: Unable to remove the post I would like to add more about our service. I came to Fowler Ford to have my coolant flushed and they filled it way over the max fill line. They did take some out after I went back. Then they told me I need a wheel alignment and I said no and took it to a wheel alignment place and they said I did not need a wheel alignment. They said at Fowler that my tires were cupped and the place I took it to said they were great. I have been taking my cars there for service for a few years. I will not go back to Fowler.
I just drove three hours to buy a vehicle from Fowler. These guys are great to deal with. They made process easy, and I think I got a great deal! I appreciate how up front and honest they were as we worked out the deal. They will be the first ones I call next time I buy and the drive is worth it.
Horrible service department staffed by people who don’t care! They were extremely rude and when I asked to speak with the service manger another rude rep came over instead of getting a manager! The girl who calls you about how much it’s going to cost doesn’t bother talking to the techs before she leaves for the day, she just leaves notes on her computer. Notes that say customer coming to pick up car and not having work done. So 2 hrs later when we arrive to pick up the car, it’s not ready. We will NEVER gohere again or recommend that any go

The Staff member was very friendly when she arrived at my house. She wore professional clothing with the Ford brand on it, which is very important when handing someone the keys to my car! Communication from Ford via text before, during, and afterwards was clear and concise. My car was washed, interior sanitized, and returned back to my house promptly! I highly appreciate the pick up service that was included with the works pkg bc my husband is recently handicapped and I have a 2 year old! I caught them close to closing time for a last-minute oil change before heading out of town. They got me in and out and cleaned my car as well. Very friendly and helpful staff as well.
It was such a lovely day everyone had the same idea. Oil change. Even with all the people in front of me I chose to wait. The waiting area was clean and fresh coffee was made. I read two magazines while I was there and yet time flew. I was reccomended to buy new tires. They might last until my next oil change. But I do need new tires. They did a great job and were friendly and personable even though they were super busy. They didnt find anything remarkable but my car will be 4 years old and still looks new. I would say stop in and get an oil change these folks are great!

Dont waste your time they will sell you non refundable extended warranties . Even after paying off the truck in 100 days there is 4- 2/3 years remaining and they will just keep the money.So kept 2,000.00 of my Money.Bad to do business this way and lost a customer for good. I will tell every i know.
Lisa Skinner is the best! We showed up on a very cold, windy day. She walked all the way out to the trucks to help us. We told her we would be returning the next day and we were interested in buying a very specific truck. She emailed us several options that fit our requirements. The next day we showed up for our appointment - we took four test drives and settled on the very best vehicle we have ever purchased. Lisa was informative and professional and extremely patient.

Dropped my car off to get a water pump replaced about a month ago. Just got the car back with no feedback by my service provider Corey. Corey consistently had no regard or care for my car or my families lives by never offering a loaner, no information, general time it would be ready and charged for things not needed. I am never returning here and I highly recommend no one come to fowler for any service, especially with Corey. He will leave you in dark, only look out for himself to get as much money as possible and ensure to make your life very difficult while a 12 hour job takes a month. I cannot stress how unprofessional and horrible this service department is.
I was torn between the fad of online shopping for a new or used vehicle, but my experience with Rocky at Fowler Ford was so smooth and pleasant that I’m very happy with my overall experience.After first falling in love with a souped-up vehicle that was heavily discounted, I took it gone for an overnight test drive, really crunched my numbers, and realized it was just too much to handle financially with the ongoing uncertainty of my freelance work during the pandemic. But after letting Rocky know my hesitation I did not feel pressured at all that he was just trying to sell me a car no matter what it took. Instead, I felt his sympathy — without condescension.So when he got back to me a few hours later with something he thought would make me very happy, I went to return the vehicle I had taken overnight and was blown away by the hard work he had done behind the scenes. Not only had he listened to the things I was hoping to have in a new vehicle, but he went out of his way to find everything I wanted in literally the only vehicle of that kind in the entire state. And that same day I wound up driving home with a slightly smaller vehicle that had 98% of the same features — and well within my financial comfort zone —of the previous vehicle I had fallen in love with. For me that was just an awesome example of actually listening to me and working hard to make it happen.In addition, the finance department didn’t feel remotely like a finance department imo. Derrick (who, like Rocky, shared my NYC roots) and Luis (who shared my Latin brotherhood) were just easy to talk to and made me feel completely safe with any financial concerns I had.In the end, my experience at Fowler Ford was one that made me feel they cared more about me than just making a sale. Granted, of course they’d be happy to sell me a car and I’m not so naive to think otherwise. A business is still a business, after all. But the manner in which I was treated was one that made me want to tell the Creative Directors behind the online car sales commercials to just relax. It’s possible to find a truly pleasant car buying experience and Ford Fowler was that experience.
Tim, Luis, and Gunner conspired to get us into our family dream-car. We found the car on AutoTrader and reached out through the website to the folks at Fowler. Gunner returned correspondence right away, and my husband and I scheduled a test drive for the next day. Within two hours of test drive we were in our new vehicle. The process was easy. Would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Was happy with the sales experience. Not happy at all about the issues and repair times of the vehicle. A new 2020 explorer should not have transmission issues within 20k miles and be in the shops for over two months. Ford reimbursed the two car payments and gave us a service plan that barely extends anything. I wont buy another ford and definitely nothing from Fowler.
Easy in and out for The Works Package Got notification every step of the way. Jamison our service agent kept us informed as to other issues that needed attention now or in the near future.
Tried to charge me $161 to install a $26 dollar item. After I complained they agreed I didnt need the entire item only part of it which cost $26. Then they wanted to charge me $71 for something that took less then 5 minutes to do. We finally agreed on $51. I can get oil changed, tires rotated for $49,99 but it cost $71 to spend 5 minutes putting a plastic part on my door handle. This is why people dont trust maintenance departments at car dealership. This is the second time Ive had bad service, another time the guy said they had changed the cabin filter but it never happened, I know because I had them pull it and show me the new one they supposedly put in. Apparently maintenance guy thought he changed it out but didnt. I was told I needed other maintenance done because of mileage. When I decide to take their advice I will visit a different Ford dealership. Thank.
I visited with the staff regarding the purchase of a new F150 after seeing the large selection on the lot, even nicely prepared ones with custom tires and wheels, custom leather and lifted from 3” to 7”. While discussing the possibility, I was able to make a tentative deal trading in my two “toys” (Jeep and Mustang) on a nicely loaded, lifted F150, the staff, Tre and Matt made it extremely easy, by being patient, informative and helpful in my very difficult decision. They Didn’t pressure me, allowing me to drive different vehicles to compare and gave me space to concentrate and consider my options.I am very happy with the staff helping me with my purchase, and taking the time to introduce me to the service department and parts department for future care of my new vehicle purchase. I had an appointment scheduled for 8:30am for a camera recall. This was the 2nd appointment for this issue as the front camera was not available at the first appointment. I arrived on time, checked in and was told there were no loaners available. I told the advisor I would be waiting for the repair since I live 2hrs away. At 11am, the truck was still sitting in the service check in lane. At 4pm, I asked for a status update only to find out nobody had started on it yet but it was next on the list. If it wasnt done today, it would be first thing tomorrow morning. I reminded the advisor how far away I live and was told again there were no loaners. The advisor found a mechanic that could start on it now and complete it today so again, I waited in the waiting room. I saw them move my truck into the work area at 5:30 and at 7pm they brought it to me. The back up parking lines were still not working and they determined it would need to be brought back again to change out the rear camera a 2nd time. I left at 7:30pm and got home around 9:30pm. Wasted an entire day, used a day of vacation from work with no positive results. Dont schedule people if you arent prepared to work on their vehicle at the scheduled time, especially knowing they are waiting on it. I sat at the dealership 11 hours with no results.
The service was amazing, Jamison was great, although the overall experience I had with the rest of the team was lacking. There was a server lack of communication and it was obvious that the people “in charge” were not well verses on terms of agreements they have clients sign. Thankful to have the issue resolved, and thankful to never have to do business with them again.
The service manager, Leland, worked hard to get all that needed covered by the warrantied work. A Ford dealership in Kansas did a Lousy job and broke a piece. Fowler wasnt responsible, but did their best to rectify the lousy workmanship and incompetence of the other mechanic. Will be going back for some rattling noise but we are confident they will fix it.Clean environment and patient employees.
Could not be happier with our car buying experience with Fowler Ford. We traveled over 2 hours to get there and would do it again. Our salesman, Rocky, was absolutely outstanding. He is what all salesman should be - polite, professional, knowledgeable, eager to help, but no high pressure sales tactics. He could not have been any better. My wife HATES buying cars...even she said it was a great experience. I have never given a review but thought Rocky deserved it.
My check engine light was on I already checked the code but to charge anyone over one hundred dollars to plug a diagnostic check is wrong on so many levels when other businesses do it for free thanks for the oil and recall work
Rocky was great! Gave me a great trade in value for my vehicle and I walked out with what exactly I was looking for. We have a Toddler and shopping and it can make the car shopping experience a nightmare. He understood that we were pressed for time and was very accommodating! Thanks Fowler Ford!!!!
The place was clean. They people were friendly and courteous. I was a little surprised they did not vacuum the floor of my car. Everywhere else I have my car serviced has done that. Also disappointed that they rotated my tires but apparently did not check the tire pressure in them. I have had to put air in them already. They needed a little air when I took the car in and assumed they would check. I know better now.
I have only had great service at Fowler Ford, it has aways been very fast.

My experience with Fowler was 5 stars from start to finish. I submitted an online inquiry and my sales rep, Gunner Hass, stayed in touch with me and truly was the reason I chose Fowler over the other Ford dealerships in town!! Once there I received amazing service from the managers John and Ronnie as well as from the finance rep (I feel awful but cannot remember his name) who all went above and beyond to find and get me approved for exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this dealership and these gentleman to anyone and everyone looking for a car. They truly know the meaning of customer service.
Great customer service from Mr. Tom from the service department. Mr. Tom went out of his way to take care of my needs with my vehicle, although it took more than a month to get my truck back, he never gave up until my truck was fixed, Mr. Tom was constantly in communication with me with updates.

They were very helpful had an airbag recall to fix and oil change. They took me home. Only problem I had was shuttle driver was gon by the time my car was fixed and they didnt communicate with me next morning when there was not a driver available when I was expecting an 8 am pick up. They didnt come until after 11am. It didnt cause me any problems just poor communication. Otherwise was a good experience.
Had a very pleasant and stress free experience. My sales agent was Rocky and my Finance Manager was Luis. During the whole process of getting my new car, the deal kept getting better as the day went along. They were professional, yet very down to earth and very easy to work with. By the time I left Fowler Ford I was completely blown away and speechless. I have had a very difficult Divorce that has been dragged out for over a year and a half. I did not want to loose my Camaro, however, by all that Fowler Ford did for me it really made that loss almost non existent. They got me into the exact car and features that I really needed and wanted! I would not only highly recommend them, I would also recommend it!
