I got my oil changed there today & i got to use a $10 off coupon so that was nice. What I loved the most besides the friendly and fast service was that they didnt call me and tell me a thousand other things that I need to have done on my vehicle! They just changed my oil and fixed my tire ( for FREE) and that was it! I loved it because anytime I go anywhere else I always get a phone call trying to get me to do other things and spend more money. So I definitely recommend the guys at Robertson tire for sure and I will definitely be going back!!

I arrived at 8:45 at Robinson Tire on 93rd and Memorial, tires paid for receipt in had only getting 2 front tires I sat in there lobby for 2 plus hours no one said anything about how long the wait was, poor customer service at its finest. So I finally asked the guy do u know how much more longer he went back out saying let me go see, he goes comes back in and says 15 or 20 more minutes for 2 tires I sat for almost 3 hours but I watched 10 plus people come in and get out. Poor customer service and satisfaction. I won’t be back I hope they enjoyed that little $260 something dollars.

Very very disappointed. A nice establishment like this should be held at a higher standard. Long story short, car accident, had new parts installed, the shop I used and the appraiser missed there being I slightly bent spindle which wasn’t noticed till it was on alignment machine. When I got the call that all the front end parts needed to be replaced I questioned what was wrong but couldn’t get a direct answer, only that the place I had used was horrible and should never take anything to that place again. They were going to replace all the front end with used parts from LKQ, I questioned why would we remove brand new parts and install used parts, again I asked where the issue was and was told it all needed to be replaced that we couldn’t just replace the problem part it had to all be replaced, so I made a phone call in front of them to my connection at LKQ that said they will sell any individual part that is needed. Then called my insurance company and come to find out they do not allow used parts to be used, so a few words were exchanged and decided to take the car elsewhere. This whole ordeal from the time I walked in the door was with the manager, I believe his name is Corey.So if you are trying to be up sold or told something I would suggest you question it or get a second opinion.

They charged me $30 labor to replace a $2.20 burnt out taillight bulb.Last bulb I had replaced was at Jiffy Lube. I think they chaged me $10 total (bulb and labor).

I had a quote from a chain retailer when I needed tires. I was surprised that our locally owned tire shop could be $200 less for the same exact tire. The other store said I should get an alignment with new tires. Robinson said I didnt need one just because I have new tires. As a woman, I feel I can trust they guys to be honest with all my mechanical needs. I will be back!

Been going here since it was Hesselbein. Ben and Cory have always helped me above and beyond. Ben always went in depth about my car issues and cut me deals when he could. I was shocked to find out that he left Robertson, thankfully I found him and still have him service my car. Im surprised Robertson would let someone go who knew so much about hybrid cars, not many other people in Tulsa do and I trust his expertise. Good service at Robertson, but not worth it without someone who specializes in my type of car.

This place tries to rip customers by trying to up sell repairs you do not need. I took my car to my cousin who is a mechanic and he said there was nothing wrong.I would not trust them to do any repairs to my vehicle.

Replaced the air in my tires with nitrogen, topped off the fluids, replaced a small bulb for me, and recommended another small repair that I didnt know I needed. They dont just sell tires. I had bought a used Honda Accord and was told they installed new brakes. However, 4 months after I purchased the vehicle, I started hearing a grinding sound each time that I applied the brakes.I told my wife that I would be taking the car to Robertson and she expressed concerns because she thought that I would be overcharged. I was confident that they would take care of it, because I had read the Google reviews.Within 30 minutes after I dropped it off, I received a call that I simply needed new rear brake pads. It was going to cost me $100 less than I had budgeted and $200 less than what she expected I would be charged.I had the car back is less than two hours.I (and she) are very pleased with the service and we WILL be coming back!!!

I came in on a Saturday morning with no appointment for a flat tire repair. Randy at the desk told me that they could get to it in approximately 2 hours as they were busy which was clearly visible as all the bays were occupied. I had no problem with that as I had planned on cycling while I was waiting. Randy was very friendly and professional. Within two hours they called me to tell me that my flat was fixed (nail) and I was ready to go. When I arrived Randy handed me my keys and told me that it was no charge. I was impressed by the courteous of the service which I paid nothing for. I will definitely return whenever I need more than a flat tire repair.

After calling around several places I ended up choosing this place because of their willingness to get my business. Every place only had 2 options of tires but they ended up offering to have another set delivered from another state. They were name brand tires and cost less!

They checked my front end and come to find out my tires didnt need balancing after alignment. My tires had flat spotted from setting so long. Fast and reliable service. If I ever have a question John is right there with a quick friendly answer. I used to shop around for prices but they have proven to me time and time again that it is better to go straight to them to save my time and money.

I ordered tires from an online seller and used Robertson to have them installed. They not only installed them for the price I was qouted but worked through with my getting them the lug nut key because it was forgotting at home.(fiances fault). They quickly got them installed and she picked it up a little later. The guy who answers the phone is a fantastic person and great to work with.

My back tires and wheels were stolen Wednesday in the parking lot of my work. Robertson tire went to work immediately to get my vehicle up and running. Talk about a ray of light on an otherwise dark day in my life!! They even lent me a spare as I only had one so I was able to limp to their shop. Within 24 hours they had my Suburban all put back together and I feel they genuinely cared about my ordeal. I very highly recommend them for your automotive needs. I’m a customer for life.

Very Rude service. I found damage on my vehicle that I noticed after picking up my vehicle. I did not notice the damage prior to drop off.I asked if the manager Ben would review the footage just in case it happened there.did not get a call back the next day and I called to see if he found anything. Ben mentioned his technicians took pictures of the vehicle upon entry to the service bay. ben mentions the damage was there in the photo and would send the image to me. (which to this day I have yet to receive).I thank him for the information. i review with the other companies that had the car for service. and found no initial picture or cause of damage. I called ben back to inform him I did not receive the photo (again which I have not received.) and he started getting aggressive over the phone claiming I am trying to abuse insurance fraud. due to other prior damage I had on the vehicle. (which i did not blame them for and is damage i had on the vehicle prior to my ownership 10 years ago.)After checking with other people who might have taken photos from my work I found one that shows the damage prior to being dropped at robertson tire. i contacted Ben to inform him that i found that it was not them who caused the damage. I was appalled that ben was only rude to me from there on, not even thanking me for finding out it was prior damage. as well as rudely hanging up on me after the completion of the call.I will always recommend Discount Tire for any tire needs.Thank you for reading this. Went in last week and purchased two new tires ($330). When they put them on, they did not transfer the valve stem sleeves and caps from my old tires. I called the next day and was told they did not have the parts. I asked what they were going to do since all four matched when I took the vehicle in, and was told to come by again and they would see if they had some caps around. Once they looked at the remaining caps, they found caps matching mine somewhere in the shop. I asked about the sleeves, and with a big sigh was told to call them back this week as they would attempt to order them. I am now going back for the third (and hopefully final) time. I do not recommend this shop.

About a year ago I got stuck in Tulsa after my brake line had rusted through (Im from the Northeast where our salt in the winter ruins the bottom of our cars). The guys here saved me hundreds of dollars and several days by making the part for me. One of the technicians even let us borrow his car to get breakfast. I got a flat late in the day on a Friday. Unfortunately, the flat could not be repaired and needed to be replaced. The team here, and especially Ben, worked as hard as they could to acquire the tires I needed before close and were prepared to stay late to put them on my car. However, due to an error on the part of the warehouse, they could not get them before close which left us stranded in Tulsa for the night. Ben worked with us to compensate as much as he could for the inconvenience which was a huge help. I would highly recommend Robertson Tire as they go above and beyond to not only help their customers but also make sure they are satisfied.

Was in Tulsa for work and needed new tires. Called around and Robertson Tire was wanting my business and gave me the best deal I could get in the area for quality tires.When I went to get my tires installed I met the manager Been who also drives a Prius and was very knowledgeable about hybrid vehicles. Thats a big deal as must Prius owners dread going to auto shops due to the lack of knowledge many mechanics have about them.Been helped me greatly and even helped me with getting a better quality tire for my Prius than what I was going to get for a much better price. If I am back in Tulsa for work I will definitely be back for service on my prius.
